My Little Pokemon

"Thanks again fer helpin' me water the trees!" Apple Jack shouted to Rainbow Dash as she emptied a big raincloud all over the trees of Sweet Apple Acres.

"No problem!" Rainbow Dash shouted back. She left the farm and was greeted by Scootaloo when she landed. "What's up, Scoots?" Rainbow Dash said.

"You said we can practice more flying when you finished helping Apple Jack!" Scootaloo said excitedly.

"I'm sorry, Scoots, but I'm exhausted." Rainbow said. "Maybe tomorrow?"

"Yeah, I guess," Scootaloo said in disappointment. She turned and started running toward the direction of the Cutie Mark Crusaders' fort. Rainbow Dash went to the edge of the woods to get some shade.

-Further in the woods-

The little Pikachu and Dedenne ran ahead of the rest of the group, eager to battle more Pokémon. Ash and his friends, Clement, Bonnie, and Serena followed.

"Pikachu! Wait up," Ash said exhaustedly.

"Dedenne! Wait for us!" Clement said.

"Pika!!" Pikachu said.

"De! Dedenne!" Dedenne said.

"We all know you two like battling!" Serena said.

"Hey! What's that over there?!" Ash said.

-Back at the edge of the woods-

Rainbow Dash heard an unfamiliar, high-pitched echo coming from deeper in the woods. She looked around to see what it was. All of a sudden, she saw something yellow. It seemed to be moving. Rainbow moved slowly toward it. When she moved the last few branches out of the way, she found herself face-to-face with a small, yellow... What was it? She never saw anything like it in her life! And it couldn't be from Everfree Forest; it was too... Cute!

"Pika!!" It said.

"Over there!" Said a voice. It was followed by a group of three or four... Humans?!

"Uh... Hello...?" Rainbow Dash said.

"Wow! It can talk!" Said the little girl with blonde hair. "I've never seen a talking Pokémon except for that Meowth!"

"What kind of Pokémon is it?" Said the boy in what looks like a light-blue jumpsuit and also has blonde hair and glasses. He took out a strange red and white object. "It doesn't seem to be... a normal Pokémon."

"A Poke-What?" Rainbow said.

"It must be a new species?" said the older girl wearing what looks like a pink fedora.

"Whatever it is, I'm gonna catch it!" The boy with black hair and a red hat and blue jacket said. "Pikachu! Use Thunderbolt!"

"Pikaaaa-CHUUUUUUUUUUU!!" The yellow creature said as it shot out a light bolt at Rainbow. The bolt hit Rainbow right under her left eye and she fell to the ground. She tried to get up, but she couldn't move. She was paralyzed!

"Great job, Pikachu!" said the boy with the black hair and red hat. He took out a small, red and white ball. "Go! Poke Ball!" He threw it at Rainbow and all of a sudden, she was brought into darkness. Was she... No! She can't be! There's no way she can fit in a tiny ball!

"HELP!" she tried to escape, but she was locked inside. "Somepony! Get me outta here!"

-Outside the ball-

"Great job, Pikachu!" Ash said again.

"Pika," Pikachu said.

"I've never seen that kind of Pokémon before!" Serena said, excitedly.

"I couldn't find it on the Poke-Dex," Clement said.

"Is it a new species?" Bonnie said.

"De!" Dedenne said.

Ash went to the Poke Ball and picked it up. "Let's take it to Professor Sycamore; he'll know what it is."

-Up in a nearby tree-

The two members of Team Rocket and their two Pokémon, Wobbuffet and Meowth, have been spying on Ash and the others the whole time they were there.

"So, they've found a never-before-seen Pokemon," James said, still looking through his binoculars.

"It is a new and extremely rare Pokémon?" Jesse said.

"I don't know, but forget that Pikachu!"

"That is now old news."

"Let's steal the new one."

"And it would be our own!"

"Can you please take a break from the rhyming!? Sheesh!" the Meowth suddenly said.

"You're right," James and Jesse both said. "Let's go!"

"Waaahh-ba! Waaaah-baa!" their Wobbuffet said behind them.
