Twilight goes to the everfree to get some ingredients for a magic potion for Zecora. When she walked to Zecora's place she noticed a strange glowing crevice in the ground. Curious she goes and opens it and finds out on the other side things aren't what they seem. She walks across a forest when Luna with a strange mask steals her ingredients. Giving chase she falls down a pit and becomes a human in a place similar to her own. She ends up in a clock tower with only 3 days to save the world before the moon falls. WIll she be able to do it or will she "Meet a terrible fate"?

I woke up and it was a beautiful day. The sun was shining and the birds were tweeting. It seemed as if nothing could possibly go wrong. I called Spike down to do our daily checklist.

"SPIKE! Could you come down please?"

"Five more minutes Twi."

Although he is and always will be my number one assistant he is still sometimes lazy. I had decided to start on the checklist before Spike get's here.

"Let's see here... Aha! here it is."

Wait a second. BY TODAY!? How could I forget to do that?

"Spike! I am going to the Everfree forest to give some ingredients to Zecora for a potion I'll be back soon!"

"Okay Twi just wake me up when you get back."

I had the ingredients in my home from 2 days ago but I guess I was too tired to give it to Zecora. Then it slipped my mind. I trotted to Zecora's careful not to get off track in the Everfree forest. Celestia knows what other dangerous creatures lie there. While I was walking I saw a strange glowing crevice in a rock not to far off the path. Curiosity perked inside of me and I just had to see what was in there. I blasted a hole in the rock and I found a strange grove.

I looked in and then Princess Luna in a strange mask stole my saddlebag with all my ingredients. Wait a second. Princess LUNA!?

"STOP PRINCESS."

She either didn't hear me or she didn't care. I chased after her and jumped up some logs. Right when I was about to catch her I fell into a pit. I tried my best to get out but I was still falling.I saw what some weird glowing images and finally I landed on a flower.

"You should of never come here Twilight."

"You can't do this Luna!"

"I can and I already did."

Just then I noticed some strange changes to my body. I started to grow smaller, my mane became smaller, I lost my horn, my hooves became separated and I walked on two hooves.

"Good luck with your new body now come along Spike and Owlowiscious."

"Spike NOOOOO!."

I saw Spike look at me and then he continued on.

"Please don't leave me Spike."

Spike groaned and looked at me once more before heading to the door.

I started to tear and Spike commented.

"Just give up. If Luna says something you can't stop it."

Just then the door closed by him and he looked really mad.

"You! If I wasn't dealing with you, I wouldn't have gotten separated from my companion! Well, don't just sit there, human girl! Do something!!! ...Why are you looking at me like that? What, is there something stuck on my face?" Will you stop staring and just open that door for me?!? Please!!! C'mon, a helpless, little dragon is asking you... So hurry up!"

I stared in disbelief. This looked like Spike and sounded like Spike but he didn't act like Spike.

"Alright I guess I will help you. I need all the help that I can get if we're going to stop Princess Luna and get my stuff back."

"Good! So then it's settled! Now then, I'll be your partner... or at least until we catch that Princess Luna... My name is Spike. So, uh, it's nice to meet you or whatever. Now that we've got that all straightened out, can we stop messing around and get moving?"

I nodded and uses my hooves? I opened the door to find I was in a clock tower. I walked up the stairs with Spike on my back and I saw a kinda creepy mask salesmare.

"Umm hello? Can you help me?"

"You've met with a terrible fate, haven't you? Now don't think me rude, but I have been following you... For I know of a way to return you to your former self."

"Please tell me. I have to know."

"If you can get back the precious ocarina that was stolen from me, I will return you to normal. In exchange... All I ask is that you also get back my precious mask that the Princess stole from me. Except... The one thing is... I'm a very busy fellow... And I must leave this place in three days. How grateful I would be if you could bring it back to me before my time here is up..."

"Ok I got it."

I was walking out of the clock tower and as I opened the doors I saw a town? It didn't look much like Ponyville and it certainly didn't feel like Ponyville and there seemed to be a festival going on. I looked up and saw a really creepy moon staring at me. I couldn't let that distract me. I have 3 days to get her ocarina back or I will be stuck in this form forever. I had a big adventure ahead of me and I will need all the help I can get. I tried to trot out but it felt unnatural. It was as if my spine were't meant to walk on four hooves.

I tried switching positions and I finally found out that walking on two hooves worked best. I ran to find Princess Luna to get both her stuff and mine before the 3 days ended and I tripped. It was then that I knew that the next 3 days were going to be long.
