A long era of peace ruled over Equestria. Magic and technology developed and, as it couldn't be far behind, video-games appeared. With the creation of a worldwide connection and use of magic and technology, a new kind of game was quickly developed in Equestria: the era of Virtual Reality Games had started.

The Harmony Saga was just another of these games. Many youngsters and not-so-youngsters players enjoyed the game and its life-like simulations of real situations along with exciting battles and magical abilities. And Sparking Thunder finally got himself a copy.

However, something on his copy of the game was different from the others. How much different, he was yet to find out...

1 - Some may say this is a crossover with SAO (Sword Art Online). IT IS NOT! It just happened that the beginning of the story and the idea of SAO are basically the same. In fact, I have been trying to make this story just right long before the first episode of SAO was released, I just couldn't at the time by many reasons. And even if I did, I had no place to upload it.

2 - This is rated 'Mature' for both kind of scenes. Besides I'll be warning about NSFW scenes, I will NOT warn about gore scenes. I'll try and reduce them to a minimum, since I don't like it that much, but sometimes I won't be able to avoid it and things may be a bit gruesome.

3 - This story is based on MLP universe and will be having adventures on Equestria itself, but a great part of this story happens in a different universe. I don't wanna hear complains about "This don't occur in Equestria!", so I'm warning you there.
