She was thinking of herself and Shining Armor back in Ponyville where it was almost always sunny and they were with their parents all playing in the park. Ever since Shining Armor joined the army as Captain, she had to attend boarding school in Canterlot. "Are we there yet?" Twilight asked Shining Amour nudging him a little bit. Celestia went to go get her assigned cloths she would be wearing to got to school. While she was gone Twilight asked her brother once more "Why do you need to go?" He opened up his saddle bag from behind him then with his magic he took out a book and a little doll that had a mane like the stars and looked like a night princess. Twilight looked at these two things with pride and joy but not really with the doll. When Twilight was little, she was one of those fillies who did not like dolls but she loved books. Making FriendsAt dinner Twilight was very shy with everyone. Especially when one with puffy Hot pink hair jumped out at her and screamed "Hello I am Pinkie Pie!" "umm Hi Pinkie Pie" Twilight mumbled "Everyone this is Twilight Sparkle, say hello" Princess Celestia smiled "Hello Twilight" the whole entire room screamed. "hi" Now Twilight was a little more comfortable when everyone smiled at her. But their was one pony who just giggled at her name and smirked at her. She was a light blue unicorn with light blue hair. "THAT IS ENOUGH" Mrs. Celestia screamed "you will move over the next seat it is not a big deal Mrs. Trixie." Trixie moved but she kept the glare on Twilight. Soon everyone was seated and eating their dinner; Twilight barely ate but she did talk to the ponies near her of ponyville, and her family especially her brother. Soon it was time for everyone to leave and go to sleep. When Twilight got to her room she could not sleep so she looked around for something to do to make her go to bed soon she remembered the book, the doll. Twilight got up and looked around and saw the book right where she left it. she used her magic to bring it to her bed and snuggled with her new doll. Luna really enjoyed the school day she made lots of friends she also told them all about her father and family. Once their was a maid almost her age listening until Mrs. Hengan pushed her into a other room. One day When Luna went into her room after dinner she saw the little filly (the maid) laying near the fire. Luna just closed the door and sat next to her quietly trying not to wake her up. Twilight read the chapter then started to yawn she looked at the time on the clock near her. "Oh shoot it's 11:00!, Mrs. Celestia is going to be mad if she finds me awake!" Twilight turned off the light quickly and yawned she started to wonder if she should talk to the maid that she saw a couple of times. When Twilight started to think she instantly fell asleep. MeetingIt was Early Morning light when Twilight woke up, she was tired but she knew that she would need to get dressed for class that day and try to talk to that maid. Twilight opened up her closet where Mrs. Celestia put her new school clothes. She took off her nightgown and neatly put it down near her bed, then she looked at her new clothes. Her shirt was light blue which had buttons down the front, and her skirt was a dark purple with black heels. She tried it on and she thought they were a little uncomfortable but she didn't mind. She also saw that Mrs. Celestia also left her a new dark blue saddlebag with pencils, erasers, a notebook, and various different items including a history of Equestria book. She quickly went through her new saddlebag and checked off (in her mind)everything she needed to do that morning “ Saddlebag packed with my new supplies for school, check, the little Princess book check, Luna doll tucked in bed and safe, check!’ Twilight smirked when she got everything ready, “Now I can go to school!” Twilight dashed out her bedroom door when she realized that she was about half an hour early. She silently blushed then quietly went back into her room closed the door and put her saddlebag away then sat down on her bed and layed down. “I should get a little more rest before breakfast “ with that last word Twilight laid back onto her bed and fell asleep. Downstairs in the dining area everyone was already seated except for twilight. Twilight talked to all the girls and had fun until they had to move on into class. She also got to hang out with some of her new friends in the class Finally Twilight got to get out of class and like all of the mares at the school ran into their rooms to relax for a couple of hours before they go to dinner. Since winter came, and it was chilly, actually snowing outside, they weren't allowed to go outside that day one of her new friends Pinkiepie told that. Apparently her mother had to go to another region for a couple of years to find work. When her mother can afford to, she will come back for her and buy a Apartment in Manehattan! Twilight walked to her room with some of the girls whose rooms were next to her, Trixie was the head of the conversation bragging about all the things she had and where she's been all over the world, all the girls gawked as Twilight just rolled her eyes and kept on going when most of the things she said were lies. Twilight walked behind the group so she could stay out of the conversation, Twilight started to dislike Trixie, she always lied and tried to make up things that were not even true, and she was not acting kind to the young mares around her who called her there “friend”. “So you can really do magic?” a little Pegasus said, she had a light purple mane with a orange coat to match, her clothes where the same as Twilights just with yellow instead of a light blue skirt. “Yes in fact, back at home in Los Pegasus I was in fact called the great and powerful Trixie” Trixie replied gracefully Twilight stepped up to the group of girls to ask a question “Why the great and powerful Trixie?” “it’s obvious Twilight Twinkle ..” “Sparkle” Grunted Twilight “whatever” continued Trixie “I am a powerful unicorn that creates shows around for everypony around Equestria” Twilight just rolled her eyes and went to the back again, Trixie noticed Twilights behavior and stopped the mares and turned around directly facing the mares behind her. “Look, do you not believe that Trixie can do amazing magic!” “Nope” “Well then, I will show you Twilight Farkle” “Sparkle, Twilight Sparkle” Trixie ignored Twilights comment and moved on to try to show Twilight truly how powerful she is, Trixie looked around the room and saw a maid with light pink hair and buttercream coat pass by with a trash bin full of old shoes , Trixie smirked and sneered Twilight. “back away everypony and prepared to be amazed” Trixie's horn started to glow and sparks started to fly and headed straight towards the trash bin that the maid was carrying. All the shoes that were in the bin suddenly crashed to the ground as the magic tripped the poor maid to drop all the shoes. When the maid realized what just happened she suddenly started panicking to pick up all the shoes she dropped before Mrs. Celestia found her grave mistake. Trixie walked up to the mare and grinned, "well I guess someone has to pick that up" Trixie started to trot away but then she looked back with a grin, "Oh, also I need my fire pit cleaned out before the day is done". Trixie then trotted to her room with some of the mares behind her. Twilight was disgusted, Trixie has proved herself to be a selfish little Filly whom thinks she can push around anypony she wants to. She silently blushed then quietly went back into her room closed the door and put her saddlebag away then sat down on her bed and layed down. “I should get a little more rest before breakfast “ with that last word Twilight laid back onto her bed and fell asleep. Downstairs in the dining area everyone was already seated except for twilight. Mrs. Celestia started to get impatient. “Where is she?” “Mrs. Celestia can we please start to eat I'm starving!!!!” Trixie wined. “ Trixie you know the rules we wait for everyone to get here” grunted Mrs. Celestia. A few seconds later Twilight came running down the hall. “Sorry I’m Late!” She slid into her seat near Mrs. Celestia. “Twilight why were you so late?” Mrs. Celestia had a little bit of anger in her voice. “Well you see…” Twilight sighed “My clock was set wrong this morning and so I overslept” Mrs. Celestia shrugged “well I will have one of the servants fix it for you while you are in class”. “Okay Mrs. Celestia” Twilight was thankful that she wasn’t mad at her. “Now we can eat”! Mrs. Celestia clapped her hooves for the servants to come in with little platters with food for everyone at the table. Twilight talked to all the girls and had fun until they had to move on into class. Class that day was so much fun for Twilight, she answered most of the questions that Mrs. Cheerilee asked the class to answer! She also got to hang out with some of her new friends in the class Finally Twilight got to get out of class and like all of the mares at the school ran into their rooms to relax for a couple of hours before they go to dinner. Since winter came, and it was chilly, actually snowing outside, they weren't allowed to go outside that day one of her new friends Pinkiepie told that. Apparently her mother had to go to another region for a couple of years to find work. When her mother can afford to, she will come back for her and buy a Apartment in Manehattan! Many of the girls had similar stories, such as a unicorn named Trixie, apparently ,Trixie, was waiting about a year for her mother and father to get her out from the school. Twilight walked to her room with some of the girls whose rooms were next to her, Trixie was the head of the conversation bragging about all the things she had and where she's been all over the world, all the girls gawked as Twilight just rolled her eyes and kept on going when most of the things she said were lies. Twilight walked behind the group so she could stay out of the conversation, Twilight started to dislike Trixie, she always lied and tried to make up things that were not even true, and she was not acting kind to the young mares around her who called her there “friend”. “So you can really do magic?” a little Pegasus said, she had a light purple mane with a orange coat to match, her clothes where the same as Twilights just with yellow instead of a light blue skirt. “Yes in fact, back at home in Los Pegasus I was in fact called the great and powerful Trixie” Trixie replied gracefully Twilight stepped up to the group of girls to ask a question “Why the great and powerful Trixie?” “it’s obvious Twilight Twinkle ..” “Sparkle” Grunted Twilight “whatever” continued Trixie “I am a powerful unicorn that creates shows around for everypony around Equestria” Twilight just rolled her eyes and went to the back again, Trixie noticed Twilights behavior and stopped the mares and turned around directly facing the mares behind her. “Look, do you not believe that Trixie can do amazing magic!” “Nope” “Well then, I will show you Twilight Farkle” “Sparkle, Twilight Sparkle” Trixie ignored Twilights comment and moved on to try to show Twilight truly how powerful she is, Trixie looked around the room and saw a maid with light pink hair and buttercream coat pass by with a trash bin full of old shoes , Trixie smirked and sneered Twilight. “back away everypony and prepared to be amazed” Trixie's horn started to glow and sparks started to fly and headed straight towards the trash bin that the maid was carrying. All the shoes that were in the bin suddenly crashed to the ground as the magic tripped the poor maid to drop all the shoes. When the maid realized what just happened she suddenly started panicking to pick up all the shoes she dropped before Mrs. Celestia found her grave mistake. Trixie walked up to the mare and grinned, "well I guess someone has to pick that up" Trixie started to trot away but then she looked back with a grin, "Oh, also I need my fire pit cleaned out before the day is done". Trixie then trotted to her room with some of the mares behind her. Twilight was disgusted, Trixie has proved herself to be a selfish little Filly whom thinks she can push around anypony she wants to. Twilight stopped her thoughts and looked over at the maid that Trixie tripped, she was almost at the point of tears trying to clean up the mess that Trixie made her do. "I better go help her clean up Trixie's mess, Twilight trotted over to the maid and used her magic to pick up the trash bin and put some of the old shoes into the bucket. The little maid looked up at her with astonishment, "umm... miss?" "yes?" Twilight responded "why are you helping me?" "well it's the right and kind thing to do, why wouldn't I?" "well... none of the mares at the school ever help maids, especially with messes like this" Twilight put on a glare on her face remembering what Trixie did, "well It is not your mess so I have permission to help you" The maid had an astonished face once again, no pony at the school ever helped her with anything... "Thank you" The maid smiled as she helped Twilight with the rest of the shoes, once they were finished Twilight looked at the maid. "So what is your name?" "Oh It's.... Fluttershy.." "oh what was that?, I could not hear what you said please speak up " "My name Is Fluttershy..." This time the maid "Fluttershy" had a little more confidence in her voice, Twilight just simply smiled as she helped her carry the bin down the hall with her magic. "Well then 'Fluttershy' It's nice to meet you, my name is Twilight Sparkle" "Oh yea you are the new girl, sorry for introducing myself so late I was very busy" "it's fine really well it is a pleasure to meet you" "It was also a pleasure to meet you too" Fluttershy suddenly went from calm to panicking as she saw father clock almost say 3:45. "oh Twilight I must leave or I will get in a lot of trouble, can I please have the bin back?" "of course!" Twilight put the bin back on the ground so Fluttershy could take it back to what she was doing, Fluttershy quickly picked up the bin "thank you Mrs. Sparkle" with that she trotted away from Twilight to do her chores. After Fluttershy went away Twilight simply want back to her room to get ready for dinner like she was supposed to do before Trixie became a drama Alicorn. 'Maybe I'll read a little bit of my book' Twilight thought as she walked back to her room.
