Chapter 1: The dream and beginnings.
I was standing in a field, or what I thought was a field. It was another dream, one of those that make perfect sense while you're having them, then you wake up and ask yourself, 'what the heck was that?'
Anyway, I was standing there, just standing with my absolute favorite guns-a bolt action .22 sniper rifle and a pump action shotgun-don't ask me why because I don't know, I started walking. Nowhere particular, but I decided I was going west because the sun was rising in the east and it would be in my face if I walked in that direction, and who would want the sun in their face?
I walked for awhile until I saw a forest, well that was the end of that, now what?
So I thought for awhile, I had a strange craving for a chocolate chip cookie so I took off my backpack, how I had a backpack? I don't know. It just seemed to fit on my back with two guns slung over my shoulders.
I took a bite of the cookie then I heard a howl, not like a wolf howl because it sounded much gruffer, like someone ate a piece of cornbread and then started choking on it and screamed for help. It was freaky but I still was just eating my cookie, it was one of those dreams where you're in something like third person mode and don't have much control.
Then a growl sounded, nearer the likeness of a woodchiper having a sore throat more than something alive. I took off my shot gun still sitting down with the cookie in mouth, how I was still eating a cookie was beyond me, I aimed down its sights and...
I woke up half awake, "Gregg get up its almost noon!" My mother shouted.
"Ok," I said still sleepy. 'Well I better get up.' I thought to myself, so I got up and got dressed. It was Monday, and no I didn‘t miss a buss to school, I was homeschooled and one of the many great things about being homeschooled is that I can sleep in as late as I want, as long as I get all of my school done.
But I did need to get up earlier tomorrow I thought because I don't get school done till four, also because I thought I needed to.
Now I'm the shy kind of guy unless I know you, I'm quiet and let everyone else do all the talking, which was fine with me.
I live in a family of five, my mom, dad, sister, brother and of couse, yours truly. So I went and ate some cereal and then started my school, it iced last night so my dad stayed at work for lunch, so I got something done, one chapter of a book, well I was happy.
I went about my daily routines day dreaming as I took out the trash and got the mail as I did every other day of the week. So I came back in to the house, now before we go on, my family is very loving and generous to our family and close friends, now as of that time "we" and I mean I, was scared of getting shot each time I go by the road, and I live in the suburbs!
The reason being is that some people, not even most but some, are stupid and a few of those few own guns and shoot people in public places, and thats why I lost most of my hope for humanity.
So with that fear in mind while I was getting the mail out by the road, which is but a couple hundred feet from the house, a big black van came driving down the road. The van was going kind of slow so I got nervous, I was but ten feet from the mail box so I had to wait till the truck drove past, but instead of driving by it stopped.
I was scared stiff, the driver rolled down the window, I was panicking but stood still, then the driver spoke to me with a very serious tone, "Have you seen six horses?" he asked.
Now I was relieved, making it infinitely easier to reply, "No I haven't, what do they look like?" Now I don't care a single bit for horses, they're just horses, my sister on the other hand loves horses but that was her intrest.
My relief however was to be short lived, why I asked what they looked like I couldn't fathom
But he then told me, "I mean ponies, there's word they've been spotted around here, are you sure you haven't seen them?" He said not believing me.
Then I explained, "Haven't seen any horses around here, besides up by the prison near the highway, and those are horses." I felt so stupid at what I just said, I think that was the most words I've spoken to a stranger in a very long time, also the dumbest I've felt.
I felt for sure he was going to kidnap or kill me, I then thought of a grave stone with the engraved words of here lies; Gregg 1999-2015; a 15 year old shot by a random guy in a black van looking for ponies, I chuckled to myself at the at the looking for ponies part still terrified.
The guy finished with, "Call the police if you see them, they are…very valuable to me." He rolled up the window and drove away.
'Ok,' I thought, 'that was the scariest thing I've ever seen or done but I hope I never have to see the guy ever again.' I turned around to get back ins-"WHAT THE HECK IS THAT‽"

Chapter 2.
As I turned around I saw six ponies come through the trees that our house was by.
I just stopped and stared, I almost yelled again as the ponies turned to face me they were about 500 ft away (150 Meters).
They watched as I watched them I was hoping they didin‘t come over here.
One was light purple with a purple mane and a pink stripe the same color of the pony through the mane,
Another one had a yellow body and a pink mane.
And guess what even more pink, just when I thought there couldn't be any more, I saw a pink bodied, dark pink mane pony so three ponies, oh wait look three more but this time surprisingly no pink, there was an Orange one with a yellow mane a white one with a purple mane
And oh goody I think I just lost my mind, a blue pony with a rainbow mane.
And they all look like they came right out of a cartoon.
So there I stood in a trance looking at six ponies... Six ponies! I think I... No I know I found the ponies that the guy mentioned not five minutes before so I reached in my pocket for my... Great I left my phone inside and they probably would have left before the guy came back anyway, Who was he?
So I did what any sane 15 year old would do, I ran back to the house as fast as I could but before I got five feet I was on my face I thought I fell down, but as I looked up I saw the rainbow collored one flying right above me.
Wait... Above me! It had wings so a Pegasus, If I remember my Greek mythology.
I heard hooves right behind me so I got up knee first only to be knocked back down, and out.
The next thing I knew I was lying in a field and a purple lit cloud came floating down, and I felt like I had an extreme fever everything was hot, very hot so hot that it felt like I was in an oven, I had no idea what was going on at the momment so I started curling up in a ball waiting till this horrible nightmare was over, when it was finally over I felt like I had been roasted alive.
I passed out again, I woke up for a momment to see that I was being pulled but I didn't turn around, I was probably stunned that I was awake at the momment and seemingly wasn't going to pass out at any momment but that couldn't last could it?
Beside me was a patch of some blue spotted flowers so I picked one, it was so stupid I was in a daze so you can‘t blame me.
I picked a blue flower which could have killed me, and it would have been all the persons fault that was dragging me, or what I assumed had to be human because it was dragging me so it had to have hands, didn't it?
And then I passed out again, and before that day I had never passed out, well yay for me, I just hoped I wasn't going to be killed or worse eaten alive, because everyone knows being eaten alive is worse then a quick death.

I was in a mall standing around looking at stuff for my birthday I was turning 15, my grandparents were taking me birthday shopping.
"I remember this." I said to myself and shuddered, its the same nightmare that I have every time I sleep nervous, scared or paranoid at something.
I took a look around I saw him the man that haunts my dreams, it happed so fast it was a blur, he pulled out a gun and shot my grandparents, everything in great detail, blood spurting out of the wounds in their heads the pool of blood the horror on everyones faces and then when nothing can have gotten any worse he takes me and others as hostages.
A little later the S.W.A.T and the police came fully armed there was a TV inside so I was watching what was going on.
A negotiator went in and talked with the gunman, all hostages were to be released.
Except me he wouldn't let me go because he was going to run then release me, they get the hostages out then he pulled me into a headlock position and points a gun at my head.
I was waiting for a shot, a shot that came in an instant.
Bang!
I was still standing the gunman dropped dead, I was alive.
I WAS ALIVE!
I couldn't believe it as I turned I saw a sniper with a smoking gun on a roof two houses away.
He just gave me a nod, stood up and left.
He saved my life, but then I remembered my grandparents, tears filled my eyes, the police burst in.

I woke up on a pile of hay facing a red wall, still in a sweat from the dream, at least i didn't scream like normal.
what was I doing there?
I obviously knew I was dragged so no surprise I was somewhere new.
I groaned and asked my self "what happend?" To my surprise as turned around I saw all six of the ponies that I encountered around me, "I must be dreaming" I told myself as I continued to stare at them, this couldn't be real it just couldn't, could it?
I pinched myself, "nope not dreaming" I said rubbing my arm.
Then I heard a clatter outside as someone said "young wippersnappers must a've stole my pie!"
I tried not to laugh, but it was futile I chuckled I small bit, I had no idea what was going on but the way she talked just sounded funny like some grandma gone on a rampage to find who had stole her precious pie.
The six ponies looked at me as if I had offended them but they couldn't talk and weren't intelligent so they couldn't be, right?
I almost passed out as the pink one started whining "Why do we have to sit so still Twilight it's sooo boring."
I just sat there in awe with my mouth gaping, just as if I just won a million dollars then the check was burned in front of me, I was that astonished.
The purple one sighed "Pinkie we have to be quiet so as not to disturb the creature it could be dangerous, like the others." the purple one said in a annoyed tone.
"Then why did ya'll bring it here, and why not study it in the everfree?" Said the orange one as I was still staring, the pink one said "I've got an idea lets throw a par..."
She was cut off as all of them besides the yellow one said "NOT NOW PINKIE!"
They started arguing amoung themselves trying to stop the pink one from going crazy and trying to decide how they should have handled me.
I almost said something but decided not to, for some reason I found it very amusing that I was siting in what seemed to be a barn, next to some ponies that looked like they came out of a cartoon, and they all were all shouting at each other, they seemed to forget I was there which was fine because I needed some sort of amusement after being knocked out a few times, my head hurt and I was content on just sitting in awe as I watched the ponies talk.
My chest was hurting so while they were distracted I peeked under my shirt to look, I was flabbergasted there was fur on my chest not hair but fur! "Thats not good." I said they stopped and stared.
Then the pink one said "Whats not good?"
