My Dark Side

The remaining survivors were running from Sombra. As they tried to run from him, he was quickly gaining on us. The only remaining ponies standing are Rainbow Dash, Lilly and Fluttershy. The rest were wiped out by King Sombra. Rainbow Dash was badly injured and Lilly wasn’t in any better shape. They head towards the EverFree Forest. Rainbow Dash didn’t like the idea of going in there but there was no other choice available so they ran into the forest.  Somehow we manage to flee from him even if it’s for a short time.

"The world as we know it has been covered in darkness and both Princesses Celestia and Luna have both been defeated in battle. I was afraid this would happen but I didn’t think it would happen so quickly." She explained to Lilly.

Rainbow Dash grabbed the med pack from Fluttershy and she cloud tell she was in shock. she was just glad she got out unscratched.

“Don’t worry... I will make sure I don’t lose you or Lilly.” Rainbow Dash told her.

Fluttershy was on the verge of tears and Rainbow Dash nodded knowing that she wanted to be left alone. She walk over to Lilly and helped fix her left hoof. She was also in shock and she don’t blame her since all our friends along with her freinds were killed in action.

"Thanks..." Lilly said sadly.

  Raibow Dash smiled but just barely. A fter all if they lose hope they may never get it back. "Damn it! What can we do? I don’t want to lose anypony else but how can we fight back a monster who possess the powers of the Elements of Harmony." She asked herself.

She slammed her hoof on the ground trying to figure out what to do.  She couldn’t think of anything else other than protecting them. She wouldn’t know what she would do if she lost them especially Fluttershy. It was then she heard something nearby.

"Was it Sombra?" She asked.

She continued to listen for the source of where it was coming from. She noticed a beam heading directly to us. Lilly also noticed this and got up. Rainbow Dash yelled for them to move but she couldn’t. She was going too dashed towards them but her injuries prevented her from taking any quick actions. Fluttershy jumped in front of the beam and both of them were sent flying.

"Damn it! He found us!" Rainbow Dash yelled.

She looked up and saw Sombra looking down at them smiling as if they were pray. She took stance getting ready to fight for her life but it was then she noticed the beam hit Fluttershy.

"I couldn’t believe it... I failed to protect her." She whispered.

Lilly teleported over and grabbed her.

“It’s too late.” Sombra said with a smile.

He continued to smile and laugh at the sight of them. Rainbow Dash was paralyzed with regret and hatred for not being able to protect her. Lilly was also in shock.

“I failed...” Rainbow Dash mumbled.

Lilly didn’t say anything and Rainbow Dash looked at was once the mare she knew and cared for...

"I was to weak to even protect her even after I said I would... I would make him pay! I would make him regret the day he was ever born!" She said angerly.

She stand up despite her injuries and look back at Sombra. She pointed her hoof at him getting ready to charge him but something in me called out. She saw a dark pony in my mind.

"Come now. I can help you get rid of him if that is what you disire." The dark pony said smiling.

"Who are you" Rainbow Dash asked.

"Why I'm just somepony who wants to help." The drak pony said.

It was true she wanted help to stop Sombra but she knows that it was dark power. She couldn’t just take this power so she hesitated on if she should take this power or not.

"Do you not to get revenge for the death of your freinds?" The dark pony asked maliciously.

Rainbow Dash looked back at the lifeless body that was once full of smiles and love.

"She wouldn’t want me to do this but... what other choice I have? It was ether death or fight. It wasn’t mine and I didn’t want to lose control of myself. I know she wouldn’t want me to do this but... what other choice I have? It was ether death or fight. I would fight. To avenge her and all my friends. Alright fine I'll accept this power." She said with a hint of anger in her voice .

The dark pony shook its head and gave her the unknown power.  She was still hesitated on this power or not but in the end, she shook her head and accepted this unknown power. She felt it taking over her body and quickly noticed that her mane and coat had turned dark black and all injuries she had are gone. The Elements of  Harmony also came out of him and surrounded her. She could notice that they also turned black as well.

"All the fear, my worries and sadness I had before was gone." She said calmly.

"Of course. That is the power that supresses such things.." The dark pony said.

"It...does?" She asked concered.

The dark pony nodded and vanished from his mind.  . I looked back at the lifeless body that was once full of smiles and love.

The dark pony shook its head and gave her the unknown power.

"So this is what dark power feels like…" She said smiling.

All the fear, her worries and sadness she had before was gone and she looked back at Sombra. He looked a little bit intimated but didn’t step back nor did he flee.

“GET READY FOR ME YOU MONSTER BECAUSE I’M GOING TO KILL YOU AND MAKE SURE THAT YOU DON’T COME BACK!” She yelled angrily.

Sombra just laughed at her. She jumped up and noticed that she could now go much faster then she could normally. Sombra couldn’t tell where she was so she would took the element of surprise. Sombra looked around for her and he couldn't tell where she was or where she would strike. He stomped his hoof sending spikes in front of him thinking she was in front of him.

“THE END HAS COME!” Sombra yelled.

But little would he realize that I wasn’t in front of him. Rainbow Dash was behind him.

"Yea, for you it is..." She mumbled.

She kicked him in the side of the stomach causing him to go flying. She dash to him hitting him with a barge of attacks and she was slowly starting to lose control of myself more then I already had but she didn’t care I just wanted to kill him. To make sure he never comes back. She continued to attack him leaving him no chance to move or leave an opening. She attacked him though the wall and kicked a rock directly at him. Despite the barge of attacks she was sending him, Sombra manages to recover and countered me by sending a beam directly at me. She evaded the attack and kicked another rock to him. It hit him stunning him the process. She land a few more hits on him but he jumped out of the way and started to call spikes on the ground.  I started to fly away from him as he started to attack. She was thinking of nothing but anger boiled me to kill him. Sombra sent a beam at me in the process and she decided to knock the beam at him. Her left hoof suffered a lot of damage but she didn’t care. As the beam was heading towards her, she flew behind him and a kick behind him. She dragged him down as the beam hit him and she continued to land blow after blow. Sombra continued to send spikes after her but she managed to evade all of them. She saw an opening and landed a few more blows  and sent him flying. She flew next to him and powered up her left hoof. He blocked it but the hit was still too powerful for him to endure. He layed on the ground for a short few seconds and got back up. He laughed as he got up.

“You can’t stop me! If Luna and Celestia couldn’t stop me, what makes you think you can?!” He asked angrily.

She ignored his comment and noticed that her left hoof was gone from the hit but she felt no pain coming from it nor did she care. She walked towards him despite the injuries She had. He started to charge his beam and she noticed that her left hoof regenerated. She didn’t question it as it only helped me. She stopped as Sombra was charging his attack. He sent his attack at her and she just looked as it was getting closer and closer. Just as the attack was inches from her face, she kicked the attack up and flew at him. She flew behind him and almost hit him but he blocked it just in time. They traded hit after hit and he wasn’t showing any weakness nor was he starting to slow down. He landed a hit sending her flying towards a rock. She saw a shadow orb in my hand. She didn’t know what it would do but she slammed it on the ground causing a large dark circle surrounding them. Sombra charged at her but then multiple versions of me showed up in front of him. She grinned and laughed as he had the look of surprise on his face. She...
