Patches

"Hello little one my name is Luna, what is your name?" said a light, navy blue alicorn with a dark blue mane; her light blue eyes filled with care as she looked down at a small, white and brown alicorn with light blue eyes; her brown mane soaked in thick, red paint which was dripping to the ground. The little alicorn looked up at the blue princess as she said in a shy voice " I...am...Patches...ms..luna.." Luna gave a small smile as she said " Well, Patches why are you covered in paint?" Patches looked away blushing as she said " I..don't really want to talk about it.." Luna frowned as she let out a small sigh as a smile formed on her muzzle as she said " Alright little one, What of your parents?" Patches brought her small hoof up to her round eyes as she whipped away a small tear her voice shaking a little as she said " I..don't...know.." Luna frowned as she looked at the little filly who was forming tears in her blue eyes.

Luna formed a motherly smile as she whipped away the tears from the fillys eyes as she opened her mouth to speak but was cut off as a voice said " is everything okay sister?"
