How do I start this umm Spike is a bad ass yeah that's it he now stood around 6ft 2 he had broad shoulders and had become muscular and toned all over his body his spines grew longer and sharper Spike even learned he could retract and extend them with freighting speed he did this to annoy his friend travelingbuddy and sensei Blazewing , Blazewing was a 176 year old black and red fire drake seeing as how Dragons age very slowly he awoke from a 60 year hibernation after Spike's greed growth incident which everyone in ponyvile called " the Spikezilla incident " the duo had been traveling and training for 3 years after Spike set out in his journey across Equestria they settled in a cave deep witin the ever free forest "Spike its time for you to go home " Blazewing said in his usual grim manner ,Spike almost choked on the emerald he was eating " What are you talking about just yesterday you said I need more training! " Spike exclaimed before guzzling down water from his makeshift cantine trying to clear the chewed pieces of food out " yes in magic which I know little to nothing about " the old Dragon said packing the black duffle bag Spike brought so long ago he slipped a red card that had don't open til home scribbled on it he stuffed it in the bag and handed it to the young Dragon who had his head down " you should get going " Blazewing said reluctantly " you've got at least a days walk ahead of you" Spike still didn't look up , Blazewing inhaled lightly and puffed a small fire ball at Spike not enough to hurt him but enough to get his attention , Spike looked up a fierce determination and happiness in his eyes he smiled and swung the bag around his shoulder and standing up " alright I'll go " Spike said mocking the older Dragon's tone , Blazewing smiled " Spike your like a son to me be safe I love you buddy " he said pulling the teenage drake in to a hug
the embrace didn't last long Spike separated and looked to his sensei
" oh and since you said it'll take me a day I'll make it in half that time "Spike said walking away " I'll write you it'll be easy since you have message breath now bye!" Spike exclaimed before disappearing outside the cave , Blazewing turned at went to a piece of parchment and a quil he began to write " Dear Twilight Sparkle as requested I have sent Spike home early to finish his magic training if there's anything else you need dont hesitate to ask sincerely yours Blazewing " with that done the old dragon curled up on the floor and drifted off to sleep.
up and went to sleep thinking of all the adventures Spike has ahead.
