Author's Note
Below is the image that inspired this story. I recognize some of the costumes but can you guys tell me what the suits sunset and fluttershy are wearing? I will list what I'm calling their hero personas under the picture.
Hunter spider, cyber spyder, spark spider, spider-mare (I can't think up anything for the original suit), noire, scarlet, shadow, and for Trixie I will just leave her the name venom so she-venom doesn't exactly exists.
Meeting of Fate
Twilight Sparkle yawned as she woke up. The lavender humanoid unicorn streached as she got ready for the day dressing in her usual outfit of white shirt and blue sleeveless vest and a purple skirt as she pulled on her blue knee length boots and quickly tied them. She quickly brushed her mane straight from its bed head state as she moved into the hallway from her room in canter lot castle. She smiled as her teacher Princess Celestia came out of her room dressed in her usual daybreak colored gown and gold regalia. The white alicorn with tricolored day mane smiled at her teenage student.
"Morning Twilight are you excited about the field trip? I know that you enjoy science as well as magic" said Celestia as the two went about their usual start of day routines.
" Yes Princess even Spike is excited about today. Especially since the host of the event is his idol Dr Tent" said Twilight with a squee sound from her smile.
Celestia giggled.
"Twilight you still have that squeel problem when you smile like that but that's part of you" said Celestia.
"Uh right so besides the trip to Ozcorp in Ponyville what else is on today's agenda" said Twilight hoping on changing the subject as she blushed.
"Well I got the day court this morning, and then there is your brother's weekly guard report and finally assigning you that ancient legends assignment" said Celestia.
"I will get on that assignment while you are doing day court and get my brother's report. Better wake up Spike now I don't know how that dragon can be so hard to wake up for a young drake they should have a lot of energy at this point" said Twilight looking back to the upstairs room.
"By the way your not going to the event with just Spike, Twilight seven others and their friends are going as well. Maybe you can make some new friends I'm getting worried about you there" said Celestia.
"Sorry but I knew becoming your personal student meant I was going to get ostracized by the others of canter lot. Mainly being jealous of my position and making me the girl that seems unreachable to others. I just wish the other students at your school knew that despite my position I'm just a normal pony. But I know I'm not normal. I got more magic than any other unicorn as shown when I got my cutie mark" said Twilight thinking of the magical six stars emblemed on her forehead. Her horn was right in the center of the biggest star of the mark and said mark was hidden by her indigo mane with two different shades of pink streaks that she was born with.
"I remember that day. You were the first to successfully hatch spike's egg after a century since my staff thought trying to hatch it was good for a entrance exam" informed Celestia fondly.
"Scared my parents out of their mind after accidentally turning them to plants. You took me on so I could learn to control my magic. With the amount I have I needed the control so I'm not a danger to others around me. That makes me fear what would happen if I lost control of my magic again" sighed Twilight and Celestia nodded knowing that Twilight's magic was close to the amount she had herself.
"We better get going on about our day" said Celestia handing Twilight a book of prophecies and legends. After Twilight left to wake Spike book in tow she looked to the ceiling.
"Oh Luna my dear sister I miss you so" sighed the princess of the sun.

Rainbow dash started her day similarly to Twilight only she was a cyan pegasus with a rainbow colored mane and tail and her hair was naturally messy at the bangs. Her outfit was a dark blue jacket left open to reveal a white shirt and blue shorts. She tied on her sneakers as she ran her fingers through her feathers to untangle them for flight careful not to damage them. With a quick breakfast of cereal and milk plus toast she zoomed into the sky to set up today's weather as the chief weather manager of Ponyville. She smiled as she worked knowing today was going to be the trip to Ozcorp and she can't wait to see what new weather tech they had for the weather factory. The new tech was possibly going to give her more time to practice so she can join the wonder bolts. Her idols and the symbol of the pegasi military holding a equal rank to the royal guard of canterlot which is a high honor as they patrol the skies and are usually the scouts for the guard in times of war. She had no idea what fate had in store with her.
Fluttershy woke up similarly to Rainbow only she was a buttercream colored pegasus and had a light pink mane with the bangs long enough to cover one eye. Added to her green sweater and white skirt she fit the description of quiet and shy which suited her just fine. Her routine was to feed the many animals under her care with her pet rabbit keeping them in line and than eating herself so she could be ready for today. Like Rainbow Dash and Twilight she was excited for the trip to Ozcorp to see any breakthroughs in animal care she could use in her job as town vet. She smiled and gave Angel his daily breakfast of three carrots. She walked out after putting on a pair of sandles her wings folded to her back.
Applejack woke and quickly went to do her morning chores. She was a orange earth pony with blonde hair dressed in a plaid shirt and blue jeans and had a setson hat on her head. She smiled as her younger sister Applebloom helped her with placing the buckets in place before Applejack jumped and karate kicked the tree making the apples fall into the buckets without miss. Her older brother Big Mac lifted the buckets and headed to town. She smiled and wave good bye to her granny as she was heading to Ozcorp to see how they were getting along in new agricultural tools.
Rarity woke up like Twilight and quickly finished any work she had and got dressed in her usual white dress that matched her alabaster white fur and accented her purple curled mane. Working at a boutique as a owner and seamstress made her pretty much a nice income at the busy town of Ponyvile. She couldn't wait until she could see any new appliances Ozcorp was developing for ponies like her over equestria. She gave her cat Opal a scratch on the ear and left ready for the day.
Pinkie Pie smiled as she got dressed and got ready. She was going to Ozcorp to see what they will think about hiring her as a scientist. With her Pinkie Sense she could prevent any disaster in her job. Her skill with chemicals was top notch. She was a pink pony with blue eyes and wore a blue shirt that matched her eyes and similar pants. She slipped on her loafers and was ready for the day knowing a doozy was around the corner.
Sunset Shimmer like Twilight and Rarity woke up about the same way. She was a yellow unicorn with a mostly mixed red and yellow mane dressed in a black coat over a orange shirt and a purple skirt. Her orange boots of the same style as Twilight got ready for the trip to Ozcorp. She smiled at the thought of Twilight and couldn't wait to see her again. She quickly got ready and left knowing that today was going to be great.
Trixie Lulamoon yawned as she woke up and streached. She was a dark blue unicorn with silver hair. She quickly got ready in a magician's outfit complete with star emblemed cloak and witch's hat. She smiled as a multi tailed dark blue fox jumped onto her shoulder.
"Let's go start the day at Ozcorp we got some demonstrations to do right Flare" said Trixie as the fox nodded with a eager grin.
Ozcorp is a sky scraper with dark windows everywhere on it making it seam like it's black. On the out side it seams normal like as everyday building but inside is where the magic happens. A motorized chariot flew before the building entrance and stopped and out came Celestia and Twilight plus a young humanoid dragon with purple scales and green spines that gave him his name dressed in a white shirt under a purple coat and green cargo pants plus sandles. With them was a white unicorn with a two tone blue mane dressed in golden knight armor with the symbol on his chest being a shield with twilight's cutimark emblems inside. This was her older brother and captain of the royal guard Shining Armor. Just arriving was the other seven mares who with Twilight didn't look where they were going and crashed into each other. Shining and Spike blinked at the eight mare pile up of tangled limbs.
"Ouch hey that's my arm" said a tomboyish voice.
"Sorry my bad eep! That's my tail your tugging" said a shy voice.
"Mighty sorry dear oh my please get your hand off my stomach" said a posh voice.
"Okay who's tugging my cloak your choking me" said a voice that sounded strained.
"Sorry ... who's leg is on my hip" said a southern voice.
"Oops sorry my bad who's pulling my hair" said a voice celestia recognized.
" Whoops sorry hey who's tugging my ear!" Said a voice that sounded happy go lucky.
"Sorry thought I grabbed the ground to get up" said Twilight.
Soon everyone untangled with Celestia's help and let the group see each other.
"Twilight! Nice to see you long time no see" said Sunset hugging Twilight.
"Sunset knew you were as interested in this as I was" laughed Twilight.
"Fluttershy! It's been a long time last I saw you was flight school" said Rainbow smiling at Fluttershy.
"Yes it has Dash how's your practicing been going" asked Fluttershy.
"Hello Rarity thank you again for making mah Uncle Golden a suit for his wife's funeral" said Applejack making Rarity smile kindly.
"It was no trouble at all Applejack the event was something I knew needed the right atire. Your Uncle was in need of formal clothes for the event and I was happy to help" said Rarity.
"Hey Trixie haven't seen you since you worked part time for my parents" said Pinkie with a smile.
"Pinkamina it is good to see you to. I didn't expect to see you here I thought you would be planning parties" said Trixie.
"I think introductions are in order here" said Spike looking at Rarity a bit awed.
"Right I'm Rainbow Dash chief weather manager for Ponyville and I hope to join the wonder bolts later on" said Rainbow.
"I'm Fluttershy I take care of the wildlife and sometime find new homes for them" said Fluttershy in a quiet tone.
"Rarity is my name owner of the carousel boutique and fashion designer. Charmed to meet you" said Rarity with a smile.
"Apple jack of the apple clan, I run Sweet Apple Acres here in town. I'm also the owner of the farm there" said Applejack.
" Trixie lulamoon, stage magician and master illusionist this is Flare my partner on the stage" said Trixie as her multi tailed fox nodded.
"Sunset Shimmer former personal student to Princess Celestia and Twilight's adopted sister" said Sunset.
"Twilight Sparkle, Princess Celestia's Personal Student and this is Spike I hatched him when I got my mark" said Twilight as Spike waved with a smile.
"Pinkamina Diane Pie but call me Pinkie" said Pinkie with a smile.
"Shining Armor, Twilight's Older Brother and Captain of the Royal Guard" said Shining.
"And I am Princess Celestia nice to meet you all and long time no see Sunset" said Celestia with a kind smile.
"Of course you would be here Princess this is a event for the ages" said Rarity not surprised that the princess was there.
"Princess your here!" Said another tomboyish voice as a yellow pegasus with a orange mane and dressed in a green jacket over a black shirt and blue jeans walked up her black boots making a tapping sound on the side walk.
"Hey your Spitfire the leader of the wonder bolts! I saw all your shows growing up your what inspired me to be a better flier" said Rainbow in awe.
"Hey Dash so your here as well" said yet another tomboyish voice as a griffon female landed near them. She wore a brown aviators coat over a blue shirt and black jeans.
"Gilda I didn't think you were going to be in town" said Rainbow.
"Well this is interesting didn't think you were going to be here" said a voice as three teens walked up. They had some kind of aquatic traits.
"Adagio, Sonata, and Aria didn't think you Sirens were going to appear" said Celestia.
"Sonata wanted to come and with her personality we went to make sure she's alright we changed since we came back to equestria" explained Aria.
"Maud! Inkie, binkie! Said Pinkie waving at three ponies who were her sisters.
"Hello Pinkie" droned Maud making everyone but Pinkie and their sisters to look at her awkwardly.
"Apathy syndrome she was born unable to show her emotions even in her voice" explained Inkie.
"Cousin applejack" said a posh voice as two more mares joined them.
"Octavia good to see you cousin how's canterlot doing for you" smiled Applejack.
"Good this is my mare friend Vynil Scratch better known as DJ PON-3 yeah I know what your thinking how did a celloist like me end up dating a DJ... it's a long story" said the grey pony dressed in a musician's uniform.
"Wait Pinkie didn't say what her job was during intros" realized Rainbow.
"I work in Sugercube Corner as a baker but I'm here to apply for a part time job while the cakes handle the bakery" said Pinkie.
"She's good with chemistry" explained Binkie.
"I think that's everyone let's get this event started" said Celestia as the group entered the building.
"Ah you must be the guests we are having today I'm Soul Souto one of the head scientists here at ozcorp. Don't let my looks fool you I am just a ordinary guy" said a suit of black armor that surprised the group.
"Soul revert please they are not aware of Shades yet" said Trixie amused.
"Oh Trixie your here! Sorry been working so much I forgot" said Soul transforming into a dark blue male unicorn with a white muzzle and mane. He wore a black shirt under a black jacket and a plain black cloak and wizard hat. His black jeans and black boots finished the look.
"Trixie mind explaining who he is and how you know him" asked Pinkie.
"Right this is Prince Tamashii Souto from Nexus. He's a Shade, a shadow homunculus. He and I met a few years back in Los Pegasus. He's not a normal Homunculus as he was actually born not created. He saved me from some demons that were targeting me and we got to know each other better. We started dating two years back. Things in Nexus is unstable right now" said Trixie.
"Oh yeah I heard about that. Tamashii's farther went insane after the death of his wife and tried to kill you right? I'm sorry for your loss" said Celestia.
"I got over that with Trixie's help long ago. I even got my little sister out of there as well" said Soul with a shrug.
Celestia than looked like she saw a ghost as a black furred blue haired alicorn than walked past looking over a clip board muttering about messed up calculations. Soul noticed.
"That's Tsukiyomi or Tsuki for short dad had gotten a fragment of princess Luna's shadow eons ago and recently created Tsuki out of it. Guess you can say she's a Niece of yours and guess that makes you my Aunt" said Soul and Celestia relaxed and giggled.
"Tsuki looks exactly like Nightmare Moon" noted Twilight thinking of the prophecy she read was going to happen next week.
"Shadows tend to look different than the person they resemble. Sis just doesn't know she looks exactly like Luna's corrupted self. Anyway right this way" said Soul leading the group on the tour. Each one was awed by the vast improvements they were hoping to see.
"And finally our genetics lab we are recently working on creating spider hybrids. Our hope is to take away the more deadly venom out of their fangs and also just leave them the paralizing ability to act as their defence. I'm the only one allowed to interact with them. Being made of shadow makes me immune to poison just in case" said Soul.
"I am here to help demonstrate some of the new developments and hoping on learning new spells for my work" said Trixie.
"That reminds me what exactly is Flare I can sense your magic in her but her fur is odd for magical foxes" said Twilight.
"Easy I'm actually a illusion Trixie brought to life by accident. She over charged the spell and gave me a physical form. In a way I'm a extension of herself. In other words I am Trixie's familiar" said Flare as Twilight and the other unicorns went wide eyed.
"That was how I earned my cutie mark, I can create solid looking illusions. Flare is the only permanent one though. She is actually alive" said Trixie.
"Wow impressive I need to brush up on my illusions magic" said Sunset.
"Same here can you tutor us in that aspect Trixie when you got time" said Twilight.
"Sure" said Trixie.
"How many spiders have you got Soul" asked Celestia.
"About twenty nine new strains all cross species genetics don't worry miss they are not harmed in the process you look like someone who is interested in wildlife so don't worry" said Soul.
Spike who was closest to the spider box was silently counting them.
"Uh Soul I'm only counting twenty one spiders in here and by the look of the lid eight have escaped" said Spike catching everyone's attention.
"Oh no! I told those idiots when we were setting up to keep this closed properly the venom of these spiders may not be deadly but can still make a person sick" said Soul panicking checking the box himself seeing the drake was right.
Unknown to everyone the missing eight spiders lowered from the ceiling and landed on Twilight, Rainbow, Applejack, Fluttershy, Rarity, Pinkie, Trixie, and Sunset.
It was Sonata that spotted them.
"Found them! Their on the mares closer to the Princess" shouted Sonata.
The shout startled the spiders and as one bit down. But oddly enough the one on Trixie lost the black and white colors when it did and as the spiders was gathered by Soul's magic and put back he winced as the eight girls started to collapse.
"Dr tent is not going to be happy" groaned Soul. Unoticed but a black goo went from where the spider was on Trixie up to her neck and formed a black choker around her neck.
"Shining help me get these girls and your sisters to the hospital quick!" Said Celestia.
Shining nodded and Spike helped out lifted and supported Rarity and Twilight while Sonata helped support Trixie and Sunset.
Spitfire supported Rainbow with Gilda while Fluttershy was placed on the griffin's back.
Applejack and Pinkie was supported by Octavia, Vynil and the Princess herself.
Soul helped support Trixie with the help of Pinkie's sisters.
"Sis tell Dr Tent that we had a incident and make sure those fools Snips and Snails receive the proper punishment" called Soul as he helped the eight mares to the chariot.
"What did they do this time" said Tsuki in annoyance.
"They released eight of the spiders and these eight got bit! Two of them are the Princess' personal students Canterlot is going to be real ticked" whispered Soul as he went past her. Tsuki paled and ran to relay what happened. For better or worse Celestia knew that this wasn't supposed to happen.

A League Of Spiders : Beginnings
Princess Celestia sighed as she sat near her former and current personal students. The eight girls and her were the only ones in the hospital room. She had sent everyone else home. She had set the sun and raised the moon not a few minutes ago and kept watch over the eight girls. Due to the nature of the incident she had to keep watch instead of the doctors. It was than she spotted something happen. Before her eyes she saw twilight and sunset start changing in a way she couldn't believe. Their muscle structure was increasing until they were as athletic as the cyan pegasus and the farmer. Looking around she saw other changes going on in the other girls. Pinkie who was over weight from her job at a bakery had slimmed down until she was as fit as Rainbow. Rarity had the least changes but Celestia knew her muscles had streamlined. Trixie had gotten changed like her students. Rainbow and Fluttershy had gotten a few extra inches in their wingspan but Fluttershy's figure had altered to rival the princess' herself which on noticing made Celestia blush. Applejack was the only one not physically changed. She took a deep breath as she looked at the altered mares.
"What in Starswirl's name just happened" asked a very confused Princess.
Unknown to her something was going on in the minds of the eight mares.
Twilight didn't know where she was but she felt very confused. She was in some kind of library but the roof of it was made of nothing but spider webs. Before her was a red and blue book with a spider emblem on the cover. But before her was another her. The Twilight before her was dressed in a red and blue outfit that reminded her of her usual clothes but on the chest of the sweater vest was that spider emblem. That and her mane and tail were red and blue instead of indigo and pink.
"Who are you" asked Twilight.
"I'm a representative of yourself basically a side of you, you haven't discovered yet. For now call me Webs" said other Twilight.
"Why webs?" Asked Twilight.
"You will find out soon but for now you and those seven have a tied fate now time for you to wake up our mentor is starting to panic at the changes we went through" said Webs.
"Before I do what's with this book there" asked Twilight.
"That is something I can't tell you yet you are not ready for the responsibility yet" said Webs. Soon Twilight faded from what she now knew was her mindscape.
Webs hummed before she was joined by yet another Twilight only this one had some kind of crown and wings.
"Are you sure about this Webs do you think she can handle the trails ahead" asked this alicorn Twilight.
"Magic you know as well as I that our true self is able to adapt she can handle it. After all she is your chosen bearer together she and those seven others are needed for this world to survive'' said Webs.
The element of Magic frowned.
"Fine I see your reasoning but we still must do our best to guide her in these changing times" said Magic.
"Your just upset our soulmate hasn't appeared yet" smirked Webs.
Magic blushed. She than glared at Webs.
"For a just created aspect you sure know how to throw someone off" said Magic.
Rainbow Dash was very confused as to why she was in some kind of futuristic city with another version of herself hovering before her.
"Hey there im spectrum basically I'm a side of your personality. This is your mind. Right now your body is going through some changes and as you can see our mind was altered a bit. You and those other seven have a lot to be ready for now I think you should wake up the princess is starting to freak out" said the other Rainbow who for some reason had a red spider emblem on her shirt. Rainbow vanished more confused than anything now.
Spectrum was soon joined by another version dressed in the wonder bolt uniform.
"Hey Loyalty we got a lot to do huh" said spectrum brushing her black and white hair out of her eyes.
"That we do the trials ahead its going to be hard but with the others she will make it" said Loyalty.
Fluttershy found herself in a Forrest standing on a large web and before her was herself but with a more mature figure and surprisingly red eyes. She had a black and red version of her outfit to go with her rose red hair.
"W-who are you and w-where am I" asked Fluttershy.
"My name is Limit another side of yourself and this is our mind your body is going through some changes right now. You can guess one by looking at me" said Limit crossing her arms under her chest.
Fluttershy blushed and shook her head.
"Oh my that's going to cause some unwanted attention" said Fluttershy.
"That's the least of it overtime your going to gain some confidence but will mainly stay the same in personality. You and the other seven have a connection that ties your fate in the future but for now it's time to wake Princess Celestia is starting to panic" said Limit before Fluttershy vanished. Another Fluttershy arrived from the treetops.
"Kindness we got some time before the events to come want to help me with getting her ready" said Limit. A breeze blew moving limit's hair and revealed her spider emblem on the back of her shirt.
"Yes let's make sure dear Fluttershy can handle these hard times to come" said Kindness.
Rarity found herself in what seemed to be a inventer's workshop mixed with her boutique. Working on some device was another her with golden hair and dressed in a yellow and red dress. Her hidden midriff bore a yellow spider emblem.
"Ah hello Rarity I am Gears I represent your creativity and yes this is your mind deary. Right now your body is undergoing changes. But mainly your mind was effected with your magic. It's getting bigger. Hence why I'm not just working on dresses. In short overtime you will find yourself on par in intellect as that twilight girl you met. The eight of you have a lot to learn about yourselves. Now I believe it is time for you to wake up the princess is starting to panic from worry" said Gears making Rarity gasp before she vanished. Another rarity appeared with a look of amusement.
"I think I will like having you around Gears" she said.
"Generosity we all have a role to play and with the events you told me was happening we don't have much time" said Gears seriously as she revealed her finished work quick looked to be a high tech pack.
Applejack found herself in her farm but it looked more simple.
Before here was a scarlet haired version in a pale blue and red version of her outfit and had a black spider emblem on her setson hat.
"Howdy partner I'm Intuition a part of your personality. This here is your mindscape. Right now your body is going through some changes don't you worry none it's some good changes. you eight have some luck to not get sick like that soul fella said would happen" said Intuition.
"Huh well good news is good news say I don't have to worry about more aspects popping up right? Split personality disorder would make mah family concerned" said Applejack.
"Nah the limit you have has been reached already so don't worry. Mah job is tah guide ya in your decisions from now on" said Intuition.
"Now time to wake up the princess is about to have a panic attack" she added. Applejack nodded and vanished.
"Honesty you sure left me in the spotlight. Why did you have to go to sleep until that event" said Intuition muttering about stubborn elements.
Pinkie blinked finding herself in what seemed to be a noire version of her family's rock farm. And with her dressed like a noire detective was another her with straight hair and the hair itself was colored pale grey.
"This is my mind isn't it and you a aspect of me aren't you" said pinkie.
"Yes just call me Noire right now your body is going through some changes that will impact you for life. Now you should wake up Princess Celestia is having a panic attack from worry. Oh and don't be surprised at what happened to you" said Noire as she pushed Pinkie out to the waking world. Noire turned to the house as a hyper pink pony giggled.
"Laughter calm down we got work to do to prepare for what is to come" muttered Noire.
"Oh fine Pinkamina you know I'm surprised that you transformed from Pinkie's insane side to this that spider did a number on you" sighed Laughter.
"The name is Noire now I don't like to remember what I used to be at least now I can actually corporate with my other self" said Noire annoyed.
Sunset found herself on the roof of her old school with a black and red haired version of her in a similar colored version of her outfit. The back of her coat had a spider emblem.
"So this is my mind huh so Cunning what is the changes I'm going though" asked Sunset.
"Mainly better fitness, better control over your magic and stronger morals. That's about it the rest you have to find out yourself" said Cunning.
"Right well better wake up knowing our former mentor she's worried sick by now" said Sunset before she vanished.
"Reason you picked a fine bearer now we have to hope she can make it through the coming darkness with the others" said Cunning.
"Yes because the events set in motion will test the eight and everyone around them for years to come" said the element that appeared grimly.
Trixie found herself in a castle that was black as night and before her was a version of her in a black costume with a white spider on the chest. The mirror like lense of the mask stared at her. How she knew this was another her was that her silver hair was still seen just in another style.
"So who and what are you and why is my mindscape like this" asked Trixie.
"I am a manifestation of part of your personality. As for why I look like this I am also representing a being that has merged with us. Known as a symbiote. The spider that bit us was the previous host of the symbiote. The spider is the kind that dies after biting so the symbiote went to the closest being which was you. You shall discover the abilities you received on your own. I will tell you this hypersonic sound will now hurt you along side fire. When you wake up you shall know the history of the symbiote. The mindscape is reflecting the bond you created with the symbiote. Be careful because now you and the other seven mares have a long journey ahead. Just know that there are other symbiotes out there waiting to awaken. And they are more aggressive than our symbiote. You will see what I mean when you wake up. Which is now the princess is panicking at the changes your body is undergoing" said the being.
"Do you have a name?" Asked Trixie knowing the symbiote before her had to have one.
"Yes the two of us are now venom the poison to purge the evil of the rest of symbiote kind and protector of the innocent. Your not alone in this battle just trust twilight and the others to help you in your new abilities" said venom. She vanished nodding before the symbiote retracted the mask.
"We may have merged symbiote but it was nessasary. I the element of Imagination know that the times ahead are going to need us to cooperate" said Imagination looking at the night sky out in the mindscape.
Celestia breathed a sigh of relieve seeing the eight wake up.
"What in blazing! Said Pinkie looking at her now slim frame.
"Oh my this is embarrassing" said Fluttershy covering her enlarged curves with a blush turning her face crimson.
"Yikes my wings grew I feel faster than before" said Rainbow.
"Oh my my magic seems to have grown it's going to take a few days to bring it back under control" said Rarity as her telekinesis spell lodged her cup of water in the ceiling.
"Holy I look as if I practiced sports instead of reading" noted Twilight looking at her arms.
"Same here but I feel that my magic is easier to control more calm" said Sunset.
"I don't look different but I feel stronger and more aware" said Applejack flexing her hands.
"At least you didn't get a symbiotic organism sharing your mind the history of it is surprising" said Trixie holding her head.
Everyone stared at the unicorn.
"A symbiote! I thought those were sealed eons ago" said celestia.
"Mine is not like those princess, Venom is the first to actually want peace full coexistence the aggressiveness the symbiote had was destroyed by the spider that was the previous host that bit me. The choker on my neck is the part that is the symbiote" said Trixie touching her neck.
"Now I have to be careful around loud noises and fire. Fire will hurt me twice more than a normal pony" she added.
"Ugh so I'm not the only one with a aspect of myself in my head at least yours makes sense I don't know why mine calls herself Webs" said Twilight.
"You two!" Said the other six mares wide eyed.
"Let me guess long story" asked Celestia confused at what they were talking about.
"The truama of getting bit by those enhanced spiders made aspects of our personalities appear. All based around our mindscapes Trixie's just turns out to be her symbiote manifesting in her mind" said Pinkie explaining.
"So what are your aspect's calling themselves" asked Celestia.
"Spectrum" said Rainbow.
"Intuition" said Applejack.
"Limit" whispered Fluttershy.
" Gears, she's my creativity" said Rarity.
"Cunning" said Sunset.
"Noire" said Pinkie.
"Wait noire as in those late 90's detective novels that kind of thing is your mindscape? That is a surprise" said Twilight.
"But why is yours called webs" asked Pinkie.
"Maybe a reference to the saying a web of information that and my mindscape is a library with a roof of webs so that might explain it" said Twilight with a confused shrug.
"Not a surprise to me you love reading and seem to retain the knowledge perfectly like you trap it in your mind" said Sunset.
"Anyway girls now that your awake your free to head home but Twilight I'm leaving you in Ponyville to oversee the summer sun celebration and lucky you the people setting up the event are right here. You got five days to get ready and for now Twilight your staying in the Golden Oaks Library during your stay in town with Spike it's hard to miss as it's a tree in the center of town. Hence the name" said Celestia making Twilight recall what was going to happen during the celebration but before she could speak her mentor teleported out.
"Well that's sudden guess she really wants me to make some Friends" said Twilight blinking the flash away.
"You don't have any friends!" Said Fluttershy shocked.
"Her position as Princess Celestia's personal student makes her seem unreachable in the social status to the other students at the school for gifted unicorns. That and twilight has more magic than the normal unicorn almost as much as Celestia herself which means she's afraid of loosing control and hurting others. As a result she became reclusive and dived into her studies further becoming unapproachable in the other's eyes. The same happened with me as I was Princess Celestia's personal student before Twilight. I was adopted by Twilight's parents when my own died. The only people she is close to is Me, Spike, Shining, our foal sitter and the Princess. Our parents don't want to be near Twilight after the day she hatched Spike. She accidentally turned them and the examiners into plants and all because she got startled by some rainbow explosion which led to the both of us earning our marks at the same time" explained Sunset revealing her sun cutie mark.
"Whoops that was my bad there some bullies were picking on Fluttershy and I challenged them to a race and ended up creating my signature trick the sonic rainboom. I found my talent was in flying and speed" said Rainbow.
"I was forced to join the race and they knocked me out of the sky and Rainbow dived to catch me but I told her to go and finish the race. When she did her move she startled some butterfly's who chuaght me and I learned my talent was understanding and caring for animals" said Fluttershy.
"That explosion helped my magic find some gems I was looking for as a project I was working on and earned my mark and found my talent in dressmaking" said Rarity.
"That helped me find my talent as well it was what led me to overcharging my spells and creating Flare" said Trixie.
"When I saw that rainboom it gave me a huge amount of joy and led me in throwing my first party and I found me talent was making others laugh and happy" said Pinkie.
"It helped me out as well. I was having doubts about taking over the farm after my folks died and when I saw it I realized I had a responsibility to mah sister and brother" said Applejack.
"It helped me access my magic and hatch Spike but I ended up having it go out of control. Sunset had to use her own magic to protect herself from my magical field while she and Celestia calmed me down. Because my parents distanced themselves Celestia became my mother figure as I was only four when it happened. Celestia practically raised me after that. I had to move in with her because of the fact she and Sunset were the only ones who could make sure I didn't lose control until I learned to control it. By then Sunset had been my sister for a whole year" said Twilight.
"My talent is light magic the same Celestia can use from her talent involving the sun. Twilight's talent is magic in general. She is considered a jack of all trades in the magical fields. With her reserves she can handle spells that would kill a normal unicorn from how much is needed" said Sunset.
"Wow impressive but still you had a hard time of it dear now please tell me who are your parents I might know of them" said Rarity.
"Our mom is Twilight Velvet and Nightlight of House Sparkle" said Sunset.
"Oh yes I have heard of them your mother is a author and your farther is a ambassador last I heard Velvet hit a slump and Nightlight is on a brake from politics. Guess they regret distancing themselves from you" said Rarity.
"Thanks Rarity but I can't remember what they look like or much about them at this point their total strangers to me" said Twilight.
She pulled off the covers and jumped to a standing point but everyone including her went wide eyed when she ended up standing on the ceiling and stayed like that.
"What in tarterus! What is this" asked Twilight in shock.
"You don't think" said Rainbow.

"You don't think" said Rainbow.
"That the spiders did something besides changing our looks" stated Applejack.
"That would explain the spider emblem on my aspect" said all eight at the same time.
"They were the mental representatives of whatever abilities we gained. Now I see why mine called herself Webs she tried to clue me in to what she was" said Twilight.
"So we all got spider powers? We all probably share some powers. Enhanced strength, reflexes, the ability to cling to walls, and a kind of danger sense is most likely. We got to figure out what else is unique to us alone" said Sunset thinking rationally.
"Well since it's morning we better get out of here uh twilight are you getting down from there anytime soon" asked Applejack.
Twilight jumped down. After the eight changed out of the hospital gowns back into their outfits from yesterday Fluttershy was just glad her clothes are supposed to stretch.
"Let's relocate to my current residence we might be able to use the basement to train and figure out more" said Twilight.
"Good thing too I currently live there" said Sunset leading the way.
The eight mares soon stood in the library basement that was just a empty room. They stretched and decided to test if they did have similar or shared powers.
Twilight and Sunset had brought down some three ton boulders to test their physical strength.
The eight nodded to each other and surprisingly lifted it with barely any strain.
"Yep looks like we got the strength of a spider in proportion to our bodies" said Twilight after they set them down.
"Now to test the wall crawling ability for this tying my wings together is a must Fluttershy normally doesn't use her wings much" said Rainbow knowing her muscle memory would try to make her hover instead.
Applejack volunteered for the job and as one but Twilight tried to walk on the wall and saw they could.
"This is possibly close to cloud-walking to you guys mighty similar but with solid objects than compressed water vapor" said Rainbow which made the nonpegasi wide eyed.
"Now the reflexes and the danger sense for this we are going to toss these rocks at each other" said Twilight passing out buckets of pebbles.
"Ready" asked Sunset.
They all tossed their rocks at each other and reflexes kicked in as all eight felt some kind of buzz in their head jumping to the walls.
"Sis looks like your right on all the shared powers" said Twilight looking to Sunset. Twilight and the others decided to see what other powers they had.
Rainbow tossed a rock at twilight only for the unicorn to react pressing her index and pointer fingers to the palm of her hand her wrist shot out a web that latched onto it and she swung it into the boulders turning the rock to dust.
"Whoa that's definitely your unique power twilight we don't have webs like yours" said Applejack trying the same maneuver twilight did.
"I have something similar but mine is shape shifting" said Trixie as her choker became like liquid and expended to transform her into the likeness of her aspect.
"That kind of looks like a costume a superheroine wears" noted Rainbow.
"Gosh darn it what is mine" asked Applejack before a red energy shot out of her hand and cracked the nearest Boulder.
" Venom blast interesting you got a long range move to fit your close range style" said Twilight.
"Mine must be based on my job. I got electric hands" said Rainbow seeing electric static between her fingers.
Fluttershy eeped as flames appeared in her hands.
"Guess I got pyrokenisis" said Fluttershy.
"Hey I can blend into shadows but with my aspect that must be obvious" said Pinkie stepping away from Fluttershy to prevent getting burned.
"Mine seems to me better magic control so looks like besides twilight I can use magic with my powers" said Sunset.
"Mine must be more mental im having definite ideas on machines and how to build them" said Rarity surprised.
"Mine is obviously like Twilight's here. So now what" said Trixie.
"We spar that's what, get a feel of what we can do, Trixie your paired with me, Fluttershy you get Sunset, Rainbow you get Applejack this leaves Rarity with Pinkie" said Twilight and everyone nodded.
First up was Twilight and Trixie. The two got ready and started. They tested out their reflexes with punches and moved their heads to avoid them. Trixie soon jumped into the shadows on the roof and tried a stealth approach. She fired a black web from the back of her hand and it struck twilight's back and got her stuck to the floor.
"Oh for the love of the sun and moon!" Shouted Twilight shocked.
"What happened" asked Applejack.
"Her symbiote can hide her from the danger sense that's what and considering Nightmare Moon is going to appear during the summer sun celebration we might be in trouble" said twilight making everyone's eyes widen.
"What!" Shouted Sunset.
"It's been exactly a thousand years since Nightmare Moon was sealed in the moon. I been thinking on why Princess Luna became Nightmare Moon. It didn't click until Soul said that his sister looks exactly like Luna's corrupted self and that Celestia knew about the Symbiotes. Luna had came into contact with one and it increased her anger and doubt and eventually took over her body. Nightmare Moon is the form Luna takes when transformed like Trixie" said Twilight.
"You mean that child story the mare in the moon is actually true! But the tale of two sisters state that the elements of harmony are the only things that can possibly stop her" said Sunset.
"I'm confused" said Rainbow.
"On the day of the thousandth year the stars will aid in her escape, the mare in the moon shall arrive and unleash night eternal. That's what I read and considering that I found a record of what year Luna was sealed. I did the math. In five days Nightmare Moon returns. This is why I am so gung ho in learning about our abilities I think we were supposed to get these powers to protect equestria from these kind of threats. My parents had a old saying they used to tell me before that distanced themselves. 'With great power come great responsibility' each of us were gifted with these powers and we got to use them responsibly. Trixie even said on the way here that she has to fight and defeat the rest of the symbiotes and that we are to help her. There is one book we need to find the elements of harmony. The Elements of Harmony a reference guide" said Twilight standing after Trixie removed the webs.
"That saying is the only thing that Twilight never forgot about her folks" sighed Sunset.
"Explains why your brother is captain of the guard he feels it's his responsibility to protect his home" said Rarity.
"I don't know about this but I doubt your lying about this and if your right mah family is in danger. Alright I'm in but we can't let anyone know about these powers though Celestia will figure it out, Trixie being around people with spider powers will tip her off. She's the only one we might trust with this. I hate lying but this is necessary to protect mah family the town is right next to the everfree and ponies around here hate anything out of the ordinary. They will call us a menace for having these" said Applejack.
"So we just got to make it so that when we use our powers they can't connect it with us" said Fluttershy.
"And Trixie's transformed state gives me a idea how to do that" said Rarity.
"Problem our long hair will give us away everyone knows what our hair looks like plus I'm the only one with hair like this" said Rainbow pointing at her multicolored mane.
"Not if us unicorns work together to weave a illusion matrix in our costumes to change our hair color and I got a spell to incorporate the traits of gems into the dresses I make. It's how I make my designs built to last for years to come. The spell has been in my family for generations and my ancestor was the one who made Celestia's outfit" said Rarity.
"Of course that will work" said Twilight.
"But our suits have to not look identical. We need to tell each other apart" said Rainbow.
"I already got a idea for my suit. Let's make our suits based off our aspects and mindscapes. I got some noire like stuff from my Granny pie that belonged to my grand farther. Mainly son fatigues, a bullet proof vest and a utility belt. Rarity can make some fitting gear to the suit" said Pinkie making Rarity nod.
"Of course that will work can you go get them please I need to see what I'm working with" said Rarity.
"I will go design my own my aspect has a color scheme that will work for me. Let's change our hair to match our aspect's own that will fix the hair problem" said Twilight.
"Me and Fluttershy will need tech in ours. Oh so that was what my aspect was building that will work for me so well" said Rarity.
"I got a lab back at canterlot but I'm only here for the celebration" said Twilight.
"Maybe you can ask Celestia to stay here" said Applejack.
"I know I can trust Gilda to help us. She has powers as well. She's one of those mutants popping up. Her power is telepathy. She's got psychic abilities. She can help us stay in touch with each other during patrols just in case" said Rainbow.
"You accepted her for who she is" said Twilight awed.
"I don't leave my friends hanging. Gilda acted like a jerk before I befriended her. She was exiled from her country because of her ability. She just needed a friend to accept her for her" said Rainbow.
"Well that's some good news. But you all should know I already have a sixth sense. My body has random twitches and I found specific twitches always correspond with something happening for example a twitchy tail is a warning that something is going to fall. Added with this danger sense of ours and I think I now can be the sensor of the group" said Pinkie.
"Remember we still have to set for the celebration. I'm the entertainment for after the celebration" said Trixie changing back.
"I'm in charge of music I got some birds that love to sing" said Fluttershy.
"I'm in charge of food, I called to the rest of mah clan to help out with the farm there" said Applejack.
"Obvious what my job is here" said Rainbow.
"Decor" said Rarity.
"I'm in charge of setting up the party before Celestia raises the sun" said Pinkie.
"I'm to help with the Princess' speech. Though might have to change it if we manage to free Princess Luna" said Sunset.
"Well good to know. Now let's continue sparing and than get ready for the event" said Twilight.
"Right" said the girls.
Twilight nodded and they continued to spar getting a feel for each other's abilities and skills. Twilight knew that already they had a deep bond with each other. The eight were already tied by fate the same day they got their cutie marks and these powers they now had just deepened that connection. If she had to make friends she already knew that these six and her sister were the ones she will have no trouble making.

Arc One part one Preperations
Twilight sighed once the eight girls reconvened that night. After their practice the girls got to work on preparing the celebration and also get their costumes made. So far Trixie was already with a costume that for the moment was part of her. Pinkie was the closest to be finished having found a spandex mask with steam punk goggles to cover the eyes. Rarity with Pinkie's help built web shooters and web fluid for the girls unable to shoot webs like Twilight and Trixie. Rarity had worked on her own suit knowing it had to be fitting her new alias. She was already inputting the spell matrix the four unicorns of the group developed to hide their natural hair color. Trixie was the exception to this.
"So Fluttershy, Rarity is using nanotech for your suit" asked Twilight.
"Yes these nanites are said to be easy to keep on me at all times. They are going to be hidden in a watch Rarity is building" said Fluttershy.
"My own suit is definitely going to be taking the longest to make due to the fact I have to forge the parts myself by the way Spike was a huge help there his dragon fire was able to help melt the ore to metal" said Rarity.
"I find it a bit ironic that Spike a dragon seems the most nice out of his kind" said Rainbow.
"That's because I raised him since he was hatched. His magic resistance and the responsibility Celestia told me of went a long way in helping me learn control. I probably know the most about raising dragons than any other pony. And that's from first hand experience" said Twilight.
"So Spike is like a mix of little brother and son to you" said Fluttershy.
"To be honest we don't know what we see each other as. My own parents didn't raise me most of my life and the only family I recognise is my brother and Spike plus Sunset here" said Twilight.
"So you have no clue how to view Spike because you don't have any example to follow. And Celestia has been ruling the kingdom for over a thousand years she has seen ponies grow and die and has experience raising them in her own way" said Rainbow.
"Right anyway I got the materials for my costume all I need is for Rarity to stitch it and enchant it" said Twilight pulling out red and blue fabric with black thread. "Why red and blue dear" asked Rarity.
"The colors of my aspect's mane red with blue highlights" said Twilight as if it was obvious.
"Anyway mine is coming along well" said Sunset.
"I got the design ready but I'm no good at actually putting it together I'm the weather manager I got no skill in sewing" said Rainbow handing a sketch to Rarity.
"Well this is definitely inspired Rainbow Dash" said Rarity.
"Where are we going to hide the matrix" asked Applejack.
"Easy the small of the back one of the hardest places to hit" said Rarity.
"Well with that out of the way if our suits are ready we better spend the remainder of the week preparing the place for the celebration" said Twilight.
"I find that we should also plan for Nightmare Moon. The day of the celebration we pretend we don't know each other. If she is getting freed in five days she might spy on us after her reveal as we locate the elements" said Trixie.
"And set up appropriate traps to slow us down" said Sunset.
"Well girls what are we waiting for let's get planning" said Pinkie as she and the girls nodded.

Webs suddenly cover the screen cueing the sound of a electric guitar and a violin as the webs dissolve to reveal a blue sky.
(After all this time we were separate never knowing what was going on around us)
Rainbow was seen napping on a cloud before suddenly waking up to see Spitfire and Gilda looking at her amused to her embarassment.
(We never considered just how much the world changes, to the sudden realization that nothing is as it seems)
Suddenly piano and drums joined the guitar and violin as we see Fluttershy tending her animals before she looked up to see Sonata playing with some puppies while a shadowed figure watches from the side of the house before Rainbow zipped by and Fluttershy flew after her before her alter ego replaced her as her own name and alias appeared.
(But with this coming darkness we got no choice but to band together to fight back)
Now flute and trumpet joined the music as we see Twilight and Sunset with Spike and Shining Armor reading some books while a shadowed figure appeared and seemed to nuzzle Twilight making her blush before she and Sunset spotted their pegasi friends flying by and ran to catch up to them with Spike.
Twilight and Sunset were both replaced by their alter ego's while Spike was replaced by his own alter ego as their names and alias appeared.
(Now let us unite our skills to bring back the bonds we have lost, revive that spark hidden in the webs of our connection to release our true potential)
Now base guitar and bass guitar joined the music as we see Applejack and Pinkie with their families doing their jobs before their five friends shot by and they ran after them waving to their confused relatives as their own alter egos replaced them as their names appeared.
(Our hope will shine brighter as we face through the challenges ahead and bring out the truth of our hearts in this never ending battle)
Trixie and Rarity were seen doing their jobs before their friends waved them over as they passed by and they ran after them revealing Adagio and Aria were helping set up Trixie's show leaving them confused as the two joined their friends as they were replaced by their alter egos as their names came up.
(But with our guiding light we shall never give in the fight)
Scenes of each girl's adventures were seen before it was cut to Oscorp where Soul and Celestia plus Luna with Tsuki was seen before it cut to Filthy Rich before he was replaced by a demonic entity.
(We shall never surrender as long as we make it together)
The CMC were shown in their clubhouse before being replaced by their alter egos as their names appeared before the scene rotated around to show Diamond Tiara before she donned a demonic costume.
(Never surrender and keep that spirit from ever dying, just never give in to the doubt plaguing at your heart)
Scenes of the girls and Spike fighting many villains as they each stretched out a hand to their respective friends before a web shot out from their wrist or in Spike's case green fire targeted at the shadows around their friends.
(Now unleash that inner strength that unlocks the power of the miraculous bond as a new dawn has come)
The scene showed the eight heroines use the elements of harmony before the scene warped to the group hanging out with their friends and family as the song ended.
Four days went by and Twilight stretched as she and Sunset got ready for the day. They had worked hard to get everything ready for this moment. The next day was the celebration and Twilight was getting her checklist ready before she left.
"Okay first up is the food provided by Applejack's family" said Twilight as the trio of the sisters and Spike walked down to the farm. Twilight gapped at how many family members Applejack had.
"Now that is a Clan there must be enough to cover the whole kingdom. Plus if I am reading this right the Apple family practically founded the town. Their crops are practically the main reason the town exists. Whew this means Applejack is considered the Duchess running this part of the kingdom for Celestia. That explains that empty seat in the council Celestia has I thought I recognized the Apple symbol" said Twilight.
"Yep the Apples are one of the oldest families around and still going strong they make up 30 percent of the kingdom's population which when scattered does cover the space of the kingdom" said Sunset impressed.
"Agricultural seat of the council you two though to be honest Octavia is supposed to be our representative in Canterlot" said Granny Smith from right next to them. Sunset and Twilight both jumped with a yelp. Even now after nearly a week for Twilight and a year for Sunset that Granny Smith still tends to surprise a person by sneaking up on them and by the sound of things she over heard them.
"Granny Smith you sure you weren't a Ninja in a past life that makes the sixteenth time this week you snuck up on us" asked Spike who was hard to startle visually because of his facial structure but if you took a close look at his eyes they did seem to have widened.
"Sure as the seasons but than again I'm old and forgetful my youth is recently starting to blur in my memory so it might be possible" said Granny Smith with a smile.
"Hey there you three came to check on the food also let me introduce mah clan" asked Applejack and before Twilight could react she found herself seated at a table sampling each dish and meeting Applejack's relatives simultaneously with one to two relatives per dish.
Sunset and Spike could only watch slack jawed as Twilight managed to eat and get to know the family quickly and Applejack was impressed by the way Twilight handled the pressure.
"Twilight you just ate enough to tie you over until the day after tomorrow and get to know the clan in record time considering how fast paced that was! That is definitely going down to the world records I think we just have enough witnesses to validate the record" said Spike slowly in disbelief.
"Well Twilight sounds like you earned a place as a honorary Apple Clan member not many manage what you just did and if they do they tend to puke from the speed eating" giggled Applejack.
"With my mentor I had to learn to greet and get to know nobles during meals with Celestia and I guess I subconsciously did what I do in those situations and by the looks of things I kept up my manners as well that and with the princess' cake obsession I had to learn to eat my weight quickly. I later learned cake was her comfort food due to missing her sister and over time it got out of control. Sometimes I am glad for those nobles at canterlot. They keep her so busy she can only eat that on the rare time she is free. Though currently I got a restraining order on Blueblood, my brother caught him stalking me for a full two years. Sometimes having a overprotective brother that's the Captain of the Royal Guard is a plus in deterring threats to my person. Remember my position has made me targeted by the Nobles to try and get closer to the Princess so I find them as annoying as the princess. If it wasn't for Shining I would have been forced into marriage at a very young age. I may be a Noble myself but those in Canterlot are a disgrace to their titles. Good thing I'm not the heir of my family but my brother is or it would have been worse" said Twilight making everyone but Sunset and Spike drop their jaw at what they heard.
"Yep it's one of the reasons Twilight has a hard time trusting others besides us, her brother and the princess herself there were so many incidents from jealous mares, to scheming Nobles that Twilight normally has a squad of Guards nearby when she's with the princess during these kind of events. The only Nobles around this area is the Rich family and they know not to mess with the princess and those close to her" said Sunset.
"Filthy Rich owns Oscorp seemed filthy is a pun on how wealthy he is. his real name is Osborn Rich. He paid our medical bill because of that incident" said Applejack.
"Well while good to get that off my chest we still have the other girls to see" said Twilight.
They left the farm leaving Applejack and her Clan to wonder just how hard was Twilight's life as the Student of the Princess.

Arc One part two A Buzy Day
Twilight stretched as she walked by and noted the sky was still dotted in clouds, suddenly a rainbow blur knocked right into her making her fall into a surprisingly deep mud puddle leaving her covered in mud with her upper body poking out. She shook off the substance on her hands so she can clear out her eyes.
"Rainbow Dash! Just the mare I was looking for! I noticed that the sky isn't clear for the Celebration" shouted Twilight who was remembering that this was also like how she met the others last week.
Sunset sighed and helped pull her sister out of the mud with the sheepish cyan pegasus' help.
"Sorry there Twilight I overslept. Rarity helped me put the finishing touches on my suit" said Rainbow using the fact the celebration was formal wear to disguise the true meaning of her statement.
"Guess I can't fault you there" said Twilight catching her reason.
"Here let me dry you off with my patented rainblow dry" said Rainbow and before Twilight could react the cyan pegasus spun around Twilight creating a controlled twister that removed most of the mud on Twilight and also made her mane a afro.
"Dash next time tone down the power of that wind now can you please clear the sky so I can move on to rarity next" said Twilight giving Rainbow a look at her irritated face.
"No problem I can clear that in ten seconds flat Sunset can time me" said Rainbow getting into the air as Sunset got ready with a stop watch.
"And go!" Said Sunset starting the watch and to them rainbow became a rainbow streak that shot through the clouds and ten seconds later she landed as Sunset stopped her watch.
"Ten seconds on the dot another world record today" said sunset surprised. Twilight was impressed by the pegasus actually backing up her words.
"Wait a world record was made today what is it" asked Rainbow curious.
"Twilight went through meeting Applejack's relatives while sampling the food. She ate every sample as fast as the introductions going on at the same time plus she didn't puke I timed that as well. She did all of that in a minute and kept up her manners at the same time. She's going to have the speed eating record for years with only the princess herself to challenge that title. I recorded it on video as proof same with that boast. I may be the temporary co-librarian with Twilight until she's staying for good but I'm also part of the world record community for those books of world records. You both should be proud" said Sunset making the three others wonder when she did that.
"I picked up some tricks from Pinkie during the week and her ability to multitask is shocking" said Sunset as apparently the three said that thought out loud.
"Weather check now off to rarity, I need to get rid of the mud inside my clothes and get my hair fixed" said Twilight.
The three siblings waved Rainbow goodbye and found Rarity at the Plaza setting up the decorations which Twilight knew was just about finished so she checked it off.
"Rarity nice job got a sec" asked Twilight.
"Sure de... what in solar happened to you!" Asked Rarity.
"Rainbow crashed into Twilight in her rush to finish today's prep and knocked her into a mud puddle. She managed to remove most of the mud but some is still on her so can you help her out" asked Sunset and Rarity dragged them to her shop which reminded Spike of a carousel from one of those fairs with the wooden mythological creatures like the Windigos. In fact that was the name of the boutique and the sisters found themselves in Rarity's bathroom with Sunset helping Twilight clean her fur and fix her mane. Rarity had winced seeing the clothes were pretty much some sizes to small and were practically ruined and was glad the boots were made to last. She quickly pulled out a new outfit that would suit Twilight and placed a package on them.
She handed them to Sunset and decided to talk to Spike in her recently added forge. The two had really hit it off during the week. Spike seeing how blacksmithing was natural for him and Rarity was working on her Cyber Spyder suit and variations she might need became partners with Spike if he and Twilight might stay longer than the Celebration was planning on being the local blacksmith with Rarity his partner while he helped her at the boutique with his knowledge of gem's meanings added to Rarity's color coordination to fit her clients needs became quite a duo.
"So Rarity want some help In finishing your project while the other two are busy" asked Spike already putting on a smock as he prepared to light the forge.
"Yes now that I'm free I can finish up this project I see you set up the ore already so let's get to work" said Rarity.
And so it was to the sight of Rarity and Spike making the final parts that greeted Twilight and Sunset.
"And done now to put it together" said Rarity using her levitation spell to arrange the parts and connect them into what seemed to be some high tech pack with flexible straps of rubber covered metal. She took out ten Ruby's and ten Amber gems and let them float around the pack before the gems seemed to turn to liquid that seeped into the metal making electricity form around the pack as the silver metal turned red and yellow finishing the project.
"So that's your enhancement spell seemed like transfiguration mixed to a bonding spell" said Twilight awed.
Spike smirked seeing his sister/mother figure dressed in a purple dress with faint red and blue trim which looked fitting on her.
"That fits you so well Twi though long sleeves, skirt and gloves is always what you wanted to wear after those students made fun of how thin your arms used to be" said Spike.
'Thank the sun for that makes it easier to hide the suit' thought Twilight.
"Yep thanks for these Rarity they are just right for the Celebration" said Twilight.
"Your welcome and Spike thank you for helping me with this project" said Rarity making Spike blush a little.
"It was nothing you helped me find something I'm good at besides sending messages to the princess through dragon fire" said Spike.
"You also helped him learn to control that ability at will" said Twilight with a grin.
"After what happened three years ago when he accidentally sent Celestia a whole desk from Our room?" Asked Sunset remembering how the Nobles actually panicked at a desk suddenly appearing before Celestia just as she requested a desk to look over some paperwork. That always made the four of them laugh at how coincidental that was and how hilarious the Nobles reaction's were.
At that mention the three had a sudden laughing fit at the memory.
"Mind filling me in?" Asked Rarity.
"Spike was helping me dust the room and he sneezed from the airborne dust and sent a empty desk right to Celestia's throne room where Sunset was helping with the Day Court" started Twilight.
"At that moment Celestia requested a desk so she can look through the file reports from the Nobles and the whole Court panicked when green flames appeared before her and a desk materialized not one second after she asked. The whole Court fainted after Celestia just blinked and shrugged it off and went right to work on reading the files" continued Sunset.
"She even thanked us for the timing even though the whole thing was purely by accident and after we explained how it happened. After that we had to explain my ability to the Council when Blueblood reported the incident. I could send messages over Equestria if the messages had the address. After that the Council seeing that has linked my fire over the mailing system so that if there is any emergency package that needs to get to a certain place in time they can flame send it there. So far that's working well. Dragon fire lasts centuries and the containers were enchanted to recycle the air around the inside to keep the flames going even longer" finished Spike.
"From that one accident a whole new system for mail was created. Cloudsdale uses it to send weather orders to the weather teams and get their reports for future orders" said Twilight summing up the tale.
"Just the memory of the whole thing gets us and the Princess laughing on the spot. If we needed something to get us out of a bad mood that would do it" said Spike.
"Oh my that is funny must be one of the few good memories you have" said Rarity.
"Yep though if your thinking of dating Blueblood don't. The guy is the definition of arrogant and selfish. He near raped me before my brother stopped him. Which validated the restraining order. I still have nightmares about that. Though oddly I can't remember much of the following week just a warm sensation" said Twilight not noticing the tense looks her siblings gave each other but Rarity did.
"Twilight why don't you head over to check on Trixie and how her preparation is going" said Sunset.
"Huh but what about you" asked Twilight.
"We still have some finishing touches in our own formal clothes here we will catch up later" said Spike and thankfully Twilight bought that reason.
Once she left Rarity looked to the two of them.
"Dare I ask what that was about" asked Rarity.
"Don't tell Twilight about this but the week after Shining stopped Blueblood the trauma made Twilight temporarily insane. Her control over her magic slipped. End result she started animating every suit of armor around her and caused quite a scare. For a whole week Twilight was stuck in her own magical field while armors nearly made a creator around her. Celestia had gone on a week long trip to the griffon kingdom to make a peace treaty and when she heard about the situation knocked her out. The week long exposure to her own raw magic had some side effects. She doesn't know it but she now has the same life span as a alicorn and faster healing. One side effect she does know of is that when her anger hits a sudden point she turns pure white with a mane and tail of fire. Her eyes also turn blood red. Celestia explained it was a type of transformation called a Rage Shift. In that state she can control hell fire. But when it gets to that point in that state she loses any memory of what she did when she turns back. She's aware of her rage shift but if she uses it to long she can't remember what she did" said Spike.
"In other words Blueblood woke Twilight's darker side that was building all these years. It may get to the point Twilight's Rage Shift will effect her magic in her normal state. Celestia had no choice but to transfer that fire ability to Spike to keep her alive. She nearly burned herself to death when she first transformed and used that ability" said Sunset.
"There is a very good reason Twilight fears losing control after that" said Spike grimly.
"The transfer aged Spike to physically show his mental age. He may look like a teen dragon but dragons count their ages by century so Spike is still considered a infant to other dragons. He's actually ten years old but has been more mature for his age in years" said Sunset.
"Twilight thinks it was a effect of her magic hatching me and than aging me to full adult dragon and back. Which is true so I grow quicker than most dragons without it impacting my lifespan. Sunset has the same lifespan as Twilight as she was in the magical field holding Twilight still until Celestia could help. Scared the princess out of her mind when she learned this. To this day Blueblood was ordered not to go near Twilight or any friends of hers not just to prevent him doing it again but to prevent a relapse" said Spike.
"Oh my she really did have a hard time makes my own issues with my parents seem tame in comparison" said Rarity.
"Yeah at this point she is getting better to mental stability but sooner or later she might back track due to the memories. Which is why her trust issues are so bad. Celestia knew she needed true friends to help her stay stable and to stop her from trying suicide. This is why she is also Celestia's student. The princess is determined to save her after that incident" said Sunset.
"Remember not a word of this to Twilight I don't think she could take it" said Spike.
"You can count on me to help out. She needs all the help she can get. I want to help give her a reason to live. She's getting on the right track but she will need a little push along the way to keep her on it" said Rarity.
"Thanks but don't let Applejack know as well that girl can't hide this kind of secret to save her own life she's that bad a liar" said sunset.
"Right she would make this worse instead" said Rarity in agreement.
Spike got up and gave her a hug and the siblings left unaware that a bird on the windowsill flew off in the direction of the badlands.

Ark One part 3 a busy afternoon
Twilight walked into the town hall where the ceremony was to take place and found Trixie and her familiar flare practicing their illusions.
"Hey Trixie , flare! I see your ready for the celebration" said twilight.
"Yes we are twilight. I knew your folks for a long time. I just don't understand why they went to such lengths to distance you from themselves" said Trixie.
"I always had large magic reserves which makes it hard to control. When I got my cutie mark I accidentally turned them into plants with the examiners. It took celestia and sunset to calm me enough to get my magic under control. Ever since my parents started to stop seeing me as a daughter and more like a burden. Shining actually told me that they disowned me after I had to move in with the princess. Sunset argued with them that they were making a mistake and that I needed my parents support. They went as far to tell her to never interact with me but she gave the fact she was one of the only three people to keep me anchored. In the end they revoked her adoption and shining who had managed to become the next in line for his position flat out told them that he was cutting ties to them. He told them that their actions destroyed the family and moved out. Last I heard the two lost face in the public and without anymore heirs they had no choice but to keep shining as heir. By then I was still recovering from suddenly being a target by the darker side of the political scene" sighed twilight.
"I was wondering where you went twilight I still remember when we played together before my own folks decided I was old enough to see the world. We were only three at the time. I wrote a letter to my own folks a year in that my journey was not exactly the smartest thing they did. But it did help me out in learning how normal ponies think. Knowing how they think would allow me to make decisions in politics that would benefit everyone. I was performing to earn some bits to continue the journey when the rainboom happened. Next thing I knew I had flare who kept me company in this world. I'm the heir of my own family and my parents already approve of soul. My own little sister I haven't met yet was ecstatic that I was able to grow. She wants to join me next time I'm in canterlot. Though by then I might give your parents a stern talking to. You are my childhood friend and to hear what happened to you actually hurt. I should have been there for you" said Trixie.
"What was done is in the past. I learned to live with my past but it is good to know you still got my back. I'm slowly getting better from it but the fact I survived this kind of past shows that I can make it through. Though after what blueblood pulled I found myself never getting interested in stallions. I think he turned me away from them in a romantic sense. I mean I'm fourteen and he had the nerve to try and rape me when I was twelve. If it wasn't for shining he would have done what the other Nobles hadn't, breaking my spirit. Celestia ended up tearing him anew one and ordered a squad of guards to watch me around canterlot. All mares. After the thousandth nightmare celestia knew I had become a fillyfooler for good. Celestia after all I went through became a mother figure to me. She's been more a mom to me than my former parents. If I had to see blueblood again promise me that he won't try again if he gets close" said twilight.
"You have my word. No one messes with my friends like this. If he tries anything funny I will have flare set him on fire" said Trixie.
"Well now I know why she's called flare" said twilight.
"Yep my element is fire I help Trixie out with the pyrotechnics of her shows. Though I dabble in fireworks as well" said flare jumping onto twilight's shoulder and giving her a nudge.
"Thanks Trixie this makes me happy to know your on my side" said twilight.
"No problem twi you and sunset are pretty much my only friends I have before the others joined. Now that we met up again after eleven years your not losing me anytime soon" said Trixie giving her a hug.
"Hey there sis so ready to see Fluttershy" said sunset as she and spike walked over.
"Yep see you later Trixie and thanks for talking with me" said twilight as the three siblings walked off.
As they walked they heard the tune of various song birds which was impressive for fluttershy to actually get them to make good music with their tune. One of them though sounded like it needed some water though.
"Okay everyone take a break. Breeze go get some water we need you at your best for the princess" said fluttershy putting down her conducting wand.
She waved when she spotted the siblings as the birds went to take a break.
"Well looks like you got things well in hand fluttershy guess everything is ready for the celebration" said twilight with a grin.
"Of course also I have everything prepared for the event too" said fluttershy with a nod.
"Well care to come with us to the library I still need some help with those items for everyone" said twilight hinting that she still needed to calibrate the Web shooters she and sunset was making for the group that couldn't make their own webs.
With that the group was heading to the tree library and chatted with each other and met up with everyone else of their group there as well. Spike went to talk to soul and tsukiyomi about their kind while everyone else went down to the basement to change into their suits and formal clothes while twilight finished the calibrations for the Web shooters which was color coordinated to the own and camouflaged to their fur. Coming back up the group soon got ready to head out.
"Okay everyone ready" asked twilight and with that everyone headed out to the celebration at the town hall. Unknown to everyone the eight kept a eye on the moon and the image of nightmare moon just in case.
It was soon time to start the debut of not only the lunar princess but also equestria's first superhero team.
