I got the idea for this from another story but the ending was bad to me but it gave me this idea.

The elements were killed leaving all blaming Twilight, the stones no longer work and a strange new kingdom grows clamming to have 10 goddess leading them from afar.

Twist is also in the story with many other pony's that aren't on the list
