Origins are important, they tell us where we come from, and where we are going. Ambros an Alicorn prince of old has forged many legends in his life, but none more important then the events he is about to set in motion.
Long before Celestia and Luna's reign, four Alicorns protected a divided Equestria from the threats beyond. Ambros was senior among the four horses, his long life had seen many struggles for ponydom and the birth of the greatest of legends. But as he may soon find some destinies are written in stone, or in his case crystal.
