Spitfire slowly opeed her eyes, getting up and popping her hooves. She cracked her wings and yawned. Then, after making sure her husband Flap was sound asleep. She walked out into the kitchen and ate some Lucky Clovers. Afterwards, she went into the closet. She slid on her Trainer suit after detecting it from her performance suits, all of different shades. She slid it on, brushed her hair and spiked it, then grabbed her goggles and yellow-and-green jacket, then headed out the door. She looked like a true wonderbolt, in her suit and goggles with her team coat on. She galloped for a few inches then glided upward. The wind blew the hair back from her face and she gave a spin, smoke streaming slowly from behind her. She was a Wonderbolt in her best element.
The camp neared. She glides downward at a crooked angle, clouds nearby turned to mist and air. Her hooves landed on the road. She galloped a foot then stopped, arriving at her office to find a letter wielding a notice:
Dear S. Fire,
You have a new recruit whose signup form was recently accepted. She comes to the grounds today at starting hours. Below is a piece of her description I tore from her form which I found in her file:
Name: Rainbow Dash
Age: 16
Appearance: Blue Pegasus, rainbow mane. Magenta eyes, Rainbow LB cutie mark. EoL.
I hope you train this new recruit well. Make her you. That's an order from the Captain of Air Team Academies.

Spitfire blinked, suprused for two reasons. 1. She had a new recruit who was required to graduate being a blue and rainbow version of Spitfire. 2. She had gotten a strict and detailed, hoofwritten letter from her extremely busy boss. Though she was the boss in the academy. The ring master was Comet Tail, Captain of All Equestrian Academies.
She sighed as the alarm ring, signaling for her to haul her stunned and lazy flank out onto Camp. She walked out, then saw the new recruit.... Rainbow Dash, looking more confident, strong, proud, and excited than any other pony. In her imaginary checklist, the faint start of a check mark crossed off a box belonging to the task of making Rainbow like her. With such a confident and strong aura, the light of Rainbow's traits would blind the other failing recruits after only a few days! But, hidden within her many different feelings, there came one that she had never felt before. This feeling rose up until it corrupted her mind and eyes.
And what she saw and thought made her wings spring out at her sides.
