I'm scared

It is morning and Rarity is the first to wake up. She gives a yawn and stretches, She then trots over to the rocking bed spike is in and awes as she sees spike is still sucking on the  pacifier. She sniffs the air sees that spike used his diaper again, she giggled and lifted up spike from the bed and that caused him to wake up. Rarity said "Good morning spikey dear."

Spike yawned and noticed he used he used the diaper he blushes and cowards. Rarity asked "What's wrong spikey wikey is there a problem or are you embarrassed?"

"U-Um embarrassed Rarity It's just I'm not supposed to be in diapers I'm not supposed to be acting like a baby." Spike said

"Oh spike I don't want you to keep wetting the bed so until you stop you will be in diapers when you sleep ok dear." Rarity said

Spike sighed and nodded and then Rarity began to change spike. Once she finished spike's stomach grumbled and so did Rarity's so Rarity picked up spike and they headed down stairs, But in the process Rarity tripped and dropped spike. His face was the first to land and a tooth came out. He began crying and Rarity rushed him to a hospital. The doctor took him to an x-ray room and told Rarity to go see a dentist because it was a problem with his teeth. They went to the dentist.

The dentist said "It looks like he broke some of his teeth so what I'm goanna do is o my best to fix them but when I finish he can't eat solid food for about a month and just don't blend the food it will mess up the fillings and they wont work so really he can only have milk so do you still want to do this."

They both agreed to do the tooth surgery and 3 hours later the doctor finished. When spike walked out to the waiting room Rarity picked him up and trotted to her boutique with him in her hooves.

Rarity said "So spikey are you still hungry?" Spike nodded in response

Rarity then got a bottle of warm milk and proceeded to feed spike, But spike stopped her.

"Um dear what are you doing don't you want some milk deary." Rarity asked

"No it's just why are you feeding me Rarity." Spike said

"I know dear but this is the least I could do I want you to relax so that's why I'm feeding you ok." Rarity said and spike nodded so Rarity began feeding spike still in the clothing Rarity made for him.

Rarity could not help but awe at her feeding spike like a baby. She continued until he was full and she knew that he was full because he stopped sucking on the nipple on the bottle.

Once spike finished Rarity heard a knock on the door she answered the door with spike still in her hooves and saw Twilight sparkle with an angry face.

"Oh hello Twilight what do you want." Rarity said
