September 26th, 2123
Adam approached his boss, sweat trickling down his cheeks. His project was confirmed to be a success, and it was time to begin tracking its progress.
"Sir," he said, "Project Equestria has been validated. It is officially underway."
Samuel stood up from his desk. "That's wonderful news. Within a year, the Pentagon can be shut down. The military can be disbanded. We will have created the ultimate peace."
"I can only imagine," said Adam, grinning, "what the Asian-Australian Alliance would pay for this type of tech."
"I agree. Weaponizing biological beings is something that hasn't ever been completed, not in this manner. This is a good day for America."
"Let's just hope it finishes before they finish us."
"Don't worry," Sam said, chuckling. "They won't attack yet. They know very well that our military is too strong."
"We can only hope that is true."
Adam walked back to his lab and observed. The first truly biological weapon, right in front of him. Codenamed "Celestia", it would kill more people than anything had ever. Not only was this weapon a horse, it was a flying pegasus. With a horn. An alicorn, the others called it. Adam and his coworkers watched the vitals of the horse steadily pulse on the monitors.
Celestia almost looked sad. As if she knew what she would be used for. The horse shouldn't have been able to think like a human talk like a human, at least not yet. Intelligence steroids weren't going to be used on it for a few more weeks.
Until then, they decided a shooting range would be needed. The horn was able to trap energy and condense it into beams, and it would most likely need some calibration for the aiming function. After all, the horse was now partially a robot.
Adam got a team to start working on the range. In the mean time, he worked on getting another lab set up for the sister project, " Luna".
October 17th, 2124
The projects were done. Bioweapons, made from the living tissue of an equine being, were being mass produced in America. In fact, they had been injected with so many intelligence enhancers that they were mass producing themselves. They had been giving themselves reproductive systems as well, so they would be able to reproduce normally. Robotic parts were no longer necessary to build them.
The projects were getting smart. Dangerously smart. Celestia and Luna had learned to think and speak. In English. They had also created new ways to project their own energy. It was being called "Magic" by several scientists. Adam observed the behavior of these projects for over a year now, and he knew this was too dangerous. However, the Pentagon was already shut down in favor of their success.Metal was no longer needed for these bioweapons, either. Celestia and Luna had developed the reproductive system so it generated the devices needed automatically using the atoms in the air particles.Samuel was sitting at his desk, watching Luna through her window. She seemed to be acting off. Perhaps it was time to create something different. A new breed or bioweapons. "Hey," he yelled, "Adam!""Yes, sir?""They need something. Something to control them, in case something goes wrong. A fail safe, if you will.""What do you propose?""Make some new bioweapons, ones that control these. Oh, and make some EMPs designed only for these projects.""I'll get on it."And thus, several new projects begun. The first of which was codenamed "Discord," which would be a device capable of destroying the other projects.To go with it, another project was started. Codenamed "Sombra," its job would be to create order and society with these new super-beings. It had become blatantly obvious that they needed a society of their own. Project Equestria wasn't well maintained, so what better way to fix that than making a new weapon? One that can't do anything but stop the others?The third new bioweapons would be titled "Chrysalis". It was a device which could detect emotion, and it would be powered by good emotions. This way, it could take the emotions of the bioweapons and attack with them. Not only would it ear the conscious of the weapon, but it would power Chrysalis.Lastly was a group of three new weapons. They would be dubbed as simply "The Sirens" until further notice. They could use their sound boxes to completely annihilate the enemy.Of course, aside from the new weapons, Adam was also instructed to create a new EMP system for only the weapons. He came up with six EMPs, all disguised as jewelry. He called them, the "Harmonic Elements". However, the bioweapons called them the " Elements of Harmony", for reasons of which Adam couldn't comprehend. Perhaps they misunderstood him.These all together would take about a year to create. If they had that long, they would easily finish off the Asian-Australian Alliance. If they attacked America first, however, Adam knew they were doomed.
July 2nd, 2236
America was officially enslaved. Australia was dominating the entire world. Project Equestria had been scrapped only days before the attacks. Celestia and Luna stopped listening to Adam. They had become intelligent, more so than any human. They took out the entire research facility's employment and began making projects of their own. Dragons, griffins, and other mythical creatures.
Discord, Sombra, Chrysalis and the Sirens had left the facility. Discord, to ensure he could return, created a time-warping portal. It would allow him, or anybody, to travel back to the years where America still flourished. It always led to a school of sorts when used.
September 23rd, 2198
Project Equestria completed its goal. Although every American ceased to exist, they had managed to take out the Asian-Australian Alliance. Using their magic, Celestia and Luna also eliminated the rest of the nations which opposed them. This turned out to be every nation. The human race now was extinct.
However, this was a new dawn for Celestia and Luna. "Luna," the white alicorn said, "go gather up some of the others. We may finally establish peace."

Equestria is not a project. Celestia is not a weapon. America is not a nation.
Equestria is a nation. Celestia is a princess. America is nothing.
