Rainbowdash scanned the cafeteria for her yellow Pegasus friend, Fluttershy. She spotted her and quickly flew over to where she was she was seated, careful not to let anything fall from her tray of food.
“Hey Flutters! How you doing and- hey what happened to your eye?” Fluttershy’s right eye was surrounded by puddle of blue and purple, and not its usual sunshine yellow.
“Oh, that.” Fluttershy looked down into her lap. “I was playing catch, and the ball hit me when I couldn’t catch it.”
“Ouch, I know how that feels, onetime I got a bloody nose that way. So anything you want to tell me?” Rainbowdash smirked and raised an eyebrow. Confused, Fluttershy starred back at her friend.
“W-what do you mean?”
“Aww come on Flutters you can tell me, I already know I just wanna hear it from you to make sure.”
“I really don’t know what you’re talking about.”
“You know,” Rainbowdash leaned in to whisper in her fiend’s ear, “Your coltfriend, I flew by your house the other day and saw you through the window kissing a stallion and-” Rainbow was cut off as Fluttershy shot up from the table and flew faster than she ever had out of the cafeteria. Rainbow sat there a moment, stunned, before she got up and chased after her friend.
Soon she found her way to the girls’ restroom and saw a pink tail coming from the only closed stall and heard vomiting from inside it.
“Fluttershy are you okay? Did I invade your privacy? I- I didn’t mean to I just wanted to stop by and see if you wanted to hang out, then I saw you with that stallion and decided it was better to leave…” Inside the stall the sound of wrenching stopped, only to be replaced by soft muffled sobbing. “Fluttershy please, say something, I don’t know what to do.” Sighing Rainbowdash slumped to the floor and leaned against the door deciding to wait her friend out, but when a half an hour passed and the bell rang she couldn’t wait any longer.
“Fluttershy I’m going to class, I’ll call you after school, and I’m sorry that I upset you.” Silence was the only answer she received.

Fluttershy walked into the classroom and sat down in the back row.
“Fluttershy,” The teacher called, “Your late, do you have a pass?”
“No sir, I was in the restroom, I’m sorry.”
“That’s alright, just come on time in the future or you’ll have to go to detention.”
“Thank you sir.” She sighed in relief, at least she wasn’t going to be punished for being late. As she opened her notebook to do the assignment written on the board worry began to chew at her. How would she explain her behavior to Rainbowdash, telling her the truth was out of the question but how would she lie her way out of this one, there weren’t many excuses for running out of a room, vomiting, sobbing, and locking herself in a bathroom stall.
“Fluttershy!” She was broken from her train of thought by her teacher.
“Yes sir?”
“The guidance counselor, Miss Sunnydaze, just called and would like to see you in her office.” Fluttershy whimpered and hid behind her mane, “Please tell me Rainbow didn’t tell.”She thought.
“Do you know where that is or do you need an escort?”
“I’m fine.”

“Well hello there sweetie.” Fluttershy entered the office and was greeted by a warm yet worried smile, from yellow mare with a burnt orange mane, baby blue eyes, and a peace symbol for a cutie mark. “How are you today? I’m Miss Sunnydaze, you must be Fluttershy.”
“Yes that’s me, and I’m fine.”
“That’s good to hear, here have seat.” Sunnydaze pointed to a chair across from her desk. “How is school going, getting good grades?” Fluttershy nodded. “Having any trouble with any other students?” She shook her head. “Is there anything that’s been bothering you, anything you want to talk to me about?” Another shake. Miss Sunnydaze sighed and her let smile fall from her face.
“Sweetie your friend Rainbowdash told me about what happened in the cafeteria today and your behavior is very concerning, Can you tell me why you ran and got sick?” Fluttershy whimpered and hugged herself, letting her hair fall over her face. “Sweetie please, I can help you but only if you tell me what’s wrong.”
“He… He was my brother.”
“The stallion you were with?” Fluttershy nodded very slowly.
“Oh honey that happens more often than you think, and your friend is so nice, I highly doubt Rainbowdash would think any less of you if you told her you were in love with your brother.” Small sobs began to rack Fluttershy’s body as sniffling came from the pink wall of hair. Sunnydaze got up from her desk and pulled Fluttershy into a hug. “It’s okay sweetie, it’s okay.”
“I’m not in love with him.” Miss Sunnydaze slightly pulled away from Fluttershy with sad, horror filled eyes.
“What?” She asked, “Oh sweetie,” she moved to kneel in front of her and brushed back Fluttershy’s hair to look her in the eye. “Dose your brother… Dose he touch you, against your will?” Fluttershy looked away, her mind drifting to yesterday afternoon.

Fluttershy opened the door and walked into her home. An ash gray Pegasus with a rose colored mane sat on the couch turned to her and grinned.
“Hey doll face, how is my little sister?”
“Hello, I’m um not-not very well, I-I think I’m sick.”
“Well then why don’t you come sit down next to me?”
“I um I-”
“Sit down Fluttershy.” She slowly walked over and sat on the couch leaning the arm rest, trying to put distance between them.
“Do you know where mom is?” She asked as politely as she could.
“Yeah, she’s working late today.” Fluttershy looked down at her hooves, she had stayed after school a good few hours in hopes her mother would return from work. But unfortunately the kind hearted mare was working extra hours to get food on the table and was blissfully unaware of what happened when she was gone.
Fluttershy tensed as she felt strong arms wrap around her and pull her away from the arm rest.
“Aww come on doll face, loosen up, it’ll feel good.” The mare just whimpered as she felt kisses being planted on her neck and she was on the verge of tears when she felt his mouth meet hers.

“Dose your brother… Dose he touch you, against your will?”
“Yes.”
“Oh my, sweetheart!” Miss Sunnydaze hugged her again, “Has he ever done more than touch you?”
“No, but he’s tried.” Sunnydaze bit her lip, she now had an idea where Fluttershy got her black eye from.
“Don’t worry honey, I’m going to make some calls and make sure that never happens again. Now that you’ve told me I’m going to do everything I possibly can to set things right, you’re going to be okay.”
