Special Containment Measures
Scp-3000 Object Class: Eulicid Keter
Scp-3000 is to be contained in a fully furnished, pink plush room, with rubber walling. The floors around her should be padded, prevented to object from damaging itself on its own intent. The object is to be locked in said room with 3 (Three) different steel industrial doors with different passwords. Guards are to be posted just outside the industrial doors, and are not to enter for ANY reason whatsoever. The room must not be entered without clearance from at least 2 (two) level 4 personel, with clearance from a level-5 Personel.
When it is the scheduled time to feed SCP-300, personel must enter with no less than 5 (five) fully armed guards and 2 ( two ) SWAT team personnel. Subject is to be fed any material that is considered sweet, ranging from cupcakes to cake. If subject does not want the selected food presented to her, she is to recieve any food that she would request, as long as it is not anything that could hurt or poison the subject. A history of requested foods are available in Addendum 3.
When SCP-3000 is to be bathed, on scheduled days, Tuesdays and Fridays, no less than 4 (four) armed guards are to enter the room and strap SCP-3000 to a straitjacket, which us to be strapped onto a rolling mechanism, where she is to be taken to [REDACTED] and sprayed down with water from no less than 14 (fourteen) feet away. After said bath has concluded, she is to be given a lollipop of amy flavor she asks for, examples of after shower flavors are included in Addendum 3. After she has eaten the treat and she shows satisfaction, she is to be wheeled back to her cell, where the doors will be locked behind her. If however, she is unsatisfied with her sucker, subject has been shown to [DATA EXPUNGED].
In an event of a breach, Containment Protocol XS is to be observed, which includes deployment of Special Task Force 3, who is then to scope the perimiter of the Foundation until subject is found and safely returned to cell. Examples of this protocol is shown in Addendum 2.
If subject refuses to accept testing, she is to be withheld food from for approximately 2 (two) weeks, in which said period she is also not to be bathed. If subject attacks personnel, personnel are ordered to use deadly force as only a last resort, they are ordered to attempt to neutralize the subject instead. If those measures are to fail deadly force is not observed until she has proven unstoppable by normal means, and she is to be eliminated by means of [REDACTED].
During special occasions, examples being Christmas, Birthdays, and Halloween, the subject is allowed to host one (one) party relating to the nature of said occasion. The party favors are to be checked for possible threats and the food will be fed to taste test subjects, to check for possible potency. Full body frisks are required for all ponies that enter the party, as are alcohol tests. The party is to be monitored by no less than 5 (five) ponies posing as guests, 1 (one) Security Guard, and 4 (four) ponies around the perimiter, prepared to shoot with sniper rifles. Said personnel are told to keep their identities hidden, or risk [DATA EXPUNGED]. Any ponies at the parties that hurt SCP-3000's feeling or insult the subject in any way are to be removed and thoriughly punished, and possibly charged for endangerment of a government activity. Said individual's name will be taken and will be foremost banned from future parties hosted by SCP-3000. SCP-3000 is also not allowed within 10 (ten) feet of a sharp material, such as a knife or a pair of scissors. If she is caught attempting to remove said object from andly holster or drawer, she is to be apprehended by any and all personnel within 10 (ten) feet of the subject. Such protocol is to be taken to ensure the safety of all partygoers. SCP-3000 has been notified of this and has pledged to the following conditions:
She will not tamper with any food or drink product in any manner, even if wishing to 'improve' it.
She will not engage in any physical or sexual contact with any of the attendees of the party. This is to ensure safety of both the individual and his/her genitalia. Reasoning for such is listed in Addendum 2.
She will not use her 'teleportation' method for no reason whatsoever, and agree to be monitored by cameras at all times.
SCP-3000 has been proven self-aware and was actually being observed by The Foundation 2 years before her admittance to The Foundation. She was first noticed by The Foundation after she had been spotted by a scientist opening a mailbox from obscene angles, and disappearing and reappearing at will. She went by the name of "Pinkie Pie" at that time, but her actual birth name is Pinkamena Diane Pie. The Foundation immediately thought that they should contain the SCP, but Princess Celestia denied the request to admit her into The Foundation, saying that she was an Element of Harmony, and she would be needed on the outside in the event of a crisis. Nevertheless, she was still considered an SCP, being labeled Euclid, as she could pose a viable threat in the right situation. Unfortunately for the Princesses, the subject did prove to be violent and sentient, having committed mass murder of ponies via [DATA EXPUNGED].
"It is lamentable that the events that happened had transpired. I, unfortunately did not know about [REDACTED]'s unstable mental state. I take full responsibility for the actions of the SCP and I lament the loss of the [DATA EXPUNGED] ponies that were killed at sadistic hooves. And with that, I would like to announce that from here on out she will be contained and neutralized in the SCP Containment Facility for an indefinite number of days, only to be released in a time when Equestria is in great crisis. Again I apologize for the events that transpire, and I put full trust in The Foundation to neutralize future threats such as hers."

"Pinkamena", as the SCP prefers to be referred to as, is usually overactive and silly, often attempting to make the guards behind the camera laugh by unknown methods, as the guard's forget by the time someone asks if them. The SCP is the only one that is allowed visitors, the most prominent one being Princess Twilight Sparkle. Others include animal caretaker Fluttershy and apple farmer Applejack. These, as well as being regulars to her party's, for whatever reason not daring to miss one, Princess Twilight calling out to an incident she calls 'Party of One'. The said incident is to be not mentioned to her under any mean, or risk the [REDACTED] of Ponyville.
The subject also refuses transport to another facility, stating that Ponyville is her home and she wishes to stay there. Due to this she is not to be moved from her location under any circumstances, even considering better scientific minds in cities such as Baltimare and Hoovington.
The subjects hair will also perk up on occasion, this phenomenon is currently under study.
