6:00 PM, and your hand feels like it's on fire. Yes, your hand. How? Well, you are a teenage boy in Equestria who got here by... god knows how, and you remember blacking out by getting hit in a head by something. You don't know what hit you.
Rarity said that she'll have your pain pills ready in a bit. You remember that a nurse told you to take them after your severe injury from the sky. Her little sister "Sweetie Belle." is pretty fun to be around. She is a sweet kid and all. By the way, who was that nurese again? Nurse Redheart?
"Here I come darling!" Rarity said in a sing-song voice. "Here you are darling." She said as she handed you... or magically handed you the pills.
"Thanks Rarity." You said with a smile on your face, and she hands you a glass of water. You've been here for a few days now, and your hand does feel really sore, and the blood around the bandages is telling you that you need more.
"Sweetie Belle darling, could you be a dare and get the extra bandages for him? I hate to have blood dripping all over my shop."
"On it Rarity!" Sweetie Belle said as she ran up the stairs to get the extra bandages that you need. It's amazing how a fashionista is helping you out until you get o your feet again. Though you had helped her out around the Boutique and she has thanked you for that. You did help her how ever you can without hurting your hand more. Man, does it like mad!
Sweetie Belle returns with the bandages she's levitating with her green aura magic. "Thank you Sweetie darling." Said Rarity as she just smiles like a little angel.
"You want me to do this Rarity?" You asked looking at your bloody hand in the bandages.
"That's okay dear. I got it."
"You sure? Cause... um."
"I'm sure darling. And how are you going to put these on you without getting hurt?"
"I... have another hand." You said as you waved it at her with a sweet smile on your face.
"Well. If you wish darling. But let's get these off first." She takes you to the kitchen sink as she unwraps the bandage with her magic. She twitches a little as she saw your bloody hand. "Mmm... my it's bleeding pretty... How should I say this in a nice way?" Is she trying not to make you upset?
"Bleeding pretty bad?" You said as you wrapped the bandages in your arm. You can feel some pain as you carefully wrap around it.
"Well... uh." Rarity's trying to think of what to say. But, lucky for you. She has nothing. "You could say that." As you put the pin on the bandages to keep from falling off, you went back to the couch and sat there a little bit, doing absolutely nothing.
"And darling?" Rarity said getting your attention. "Why didn't you want me to do it?" Did she just asked you that question?
"Well Rarity. I thought you needed an extra hand sometimes. Like uh..." You try to think of what to say. But you were interrupted.
"Oh you are such a care for darling." Said Rarity as she put a smile on her face which made you blush a little.Yes, you have a crush on Rarity. Thank god Spike doesn't know about it yet. "I never had a colt that's as sweet as you."
"Uh... thanks." Rarity just smi- hang on a sec, did she just giggle?
"You're welcome darling. I'll be upstairs if you need me. I got to work on something." She said as she trotted up the stairs. You just sat there on the couch watching her. But while she was, your starting to stare at her-

A few minutes had passed and you were thinking about the past before you got here. You remember Rarity told you the previous dates she's been on, though you do feel bad for her when almost every stallion turned her down, and she remember telling you one was completely rude to her when she was invited to "The Grand Galliping Galla." What was his name? Oh yeah, Prince Blue Blood. That mean jerk. How can you treat a lady like that? It's just not right.
"Hey what's up?" Your thought's were interrupted by the voice of Sweetie Belle. Who has been a really awesome friend to you.
"Hey Sweetie Bell. What's up?"
"Nothing much. Why are you so quiet?"
"Huh? Oh, I was thinking."
"About what?"
"What Rarity talked to me about before I got here." You said as you start to look at you bandaged hand for some reason.
"Oh." Sweetie Belle said. As if that's all she could say.
"I'm back!" Rarity said getting you and Sweetie's attention.
"What is that Rarity?" You said as she's wearing a beautiful looking dress. Oh man, she is... wow.
"Oh, I got a date tonight." Huh? A date? She never told you that she had a date tonight.
"Oh. Okay." You said as you ducked your head down.
"Darling, whatever's the matter?"
"I-It's nothing." You said putting on a fake smile. "Have fun Rarity. I hope you and... whoever you're dating get along well."
"Thank you darling." She said as she's heading for the door. "Can you watch Sweetie Belle for me? I'll be back soon."
"Can do!" You said as you waved goodbye to her. You're starting to feel sad that Rarity has a date. Man, this just aches your heart.
"What's wrong?" Sweetie Belle asked her friend as your feeling really down.
"I-It's noting Sweetie Belle." You said as you petted her mane. "Uh... you hungry? I can make you a peanut butter and jelly sandwich."
"Hmm... I guess I can go for one." She said as you put on a smile and waled into the kitchen. You grabbed the stuff you need one by one. Yes, your hand is hurt that bad. You grabbed two paper towels. One for you and one for Sweetie Belle. In just about a few minutes, you and Sweetie Belle are eating your sandwiches.
"So, how come you're always with Rarity? And why were you sad earlier that she has a date? Has she not told you?" This caused you to stop eating like you're frozen in a block of ice.
"Well... uh... I don't think it is." Wow genius. Nice going.
Sweetie Belle starts to think for a bit. "Hang on a second." She said as she finally gets it. "Do you... have a crush on my sister?"
"Uh...um..." Oh great. She knows. "PLEASE DON'T TELL RARITY!!" You begged.
"Why?"
"I don't know. I just... don't want her to know yet." Are you really that nervous on asking her out? "And since that she has a date, that's also why."
"Oh." Was all Sweetie can say. "Your secret's safe with me."
"Really?"
"What are friends for?" She said as she put that cute smile on her face.
"Thanks Sweetie Belle." You said as you two continued eating your sandwiches.

"Ugh!! Worse night ever!!" Said Rarity as she walked into the boutique. "Sweetie Belle how are you an-"
Her thoughts were interrupted as she saw you sleeping on the couch with your favorite magazine. She smiled a little as she approached you, and shakes you to wake you up. She thinks you look cute when your a sleep.
"Huh? Mmmmmm..." You said as you stretched your limbs. "Rarity?"
"Hi darling."
"Wait a minute. Did I fall asleep?"
"Looks like you did."
"Oops. Sorry." Are you really apologizing for sleeping on her couch by accident?
"It's alright darling. Why don't you head to bed." You did as you were told. Slowly walking to your destination. You want to ask Rarity how it went, but you were to tired to ask her, and it'll be a good idea to wait in the morning. So you went into the guess bedroom, and slowly drifted to bed.

The next morning. You awakened by Celestia's sun. Stretching your limbs. You rose to your feet and went downstairs. Only to see Sweetie Belle and Rarity eating waffles.
"Oh darling, you're awake."
"Hey guys." You said rubbing the sleepiness in your eyes.
"I made breakfast."
"And I helped."
"Thanks guys." You said as you sat down and ate with them. You waited on Sweetie Belle to leave when she gets done eating so you can ask Rarity how her date went last night. But instead, Sweetie had to use the bathroom. Now it'll be the perfect chance to ask Rarity how it went.
"So Rarity. How was your date last night?"
"Ugh!" That's not a good sign. "It was awful. This stallion was very rude and was not a plight gentolcolt. He does not know how to treat a lady."
"I'm sorry Rarity." You said as you put on a warm smile. Now you probably wish you got up before anyone did and made Rarity breakfast to cheer her up maybe.
"It's alright darling." She said putting more syrup in her waffles. "More syrup?"
"No thanks." You said with a warm smile. Can it be your chance to ask her out on a date? Can it? You look around to see if Sweetie's around. Good, just play it cool man. Just play it cool. "Hey Rare." Rarity looks up as you grab her attention. "Can I ask you something?"
"Of course darling." She said with that beautiful smile. "What is it you would like to ask me?"
You take several deep breaths to calm your nerves. "Okay. Would you like to-"
"I'm back!" Sweetie Belle said as she got back from the bathroom.
"Okay then. What was it you want to ask me darling?"
"Nothing. I'll tell you later." Wow, nice going man. Well, at least you gave it a try. Right?

The day goes on as you helped Rarity as much as you can around the boutique while your hand is still working it's way toward healing. Even though it's a pain, but she does appreciate your help. Maybe she'l reward you with a date. You hope.
"Oh thank you so much for helping me around the shop darling. I don't know what I'll do without a nice stallion like you."
You never get tired of her calling you a stallion since that's what she's use to, but you didn't mind it. "Th-Thanks Rarity." You said blushing.
"Darling, are you alright?"
"Uh... yeah."

"Could be. I forgot the nurse told me that I can't lift anything for... a week or two?"
"It's alright darling. Let's get those bandages and put new ones on."
As you followed her to the kitchen. You asked if you wanted to do it but Rarity suggest on doing it herself. You try to talk her out of it, but she said she would do it anyways. "Listen darling. It's really sweet that you care and all, but just let me do it this time."
"Okay." You said with a sad look on your face. As you were done you started to walk to the living room, but Rarity calls your name getting your attention.
"Darling. All this sweet stuff, and helping me around the boutique, and feeling so down when I leave for something and all the other stuff. Are you doing this because... you... like me? Not like as a friend but as in... Like like?"
Oh man. She got you. You don't know what to think, but you really have a crush on her.
"Uhh..." Was all you could say. She remembers you holding the door open for her. You paying for her snack at Sugarcube Corner. You placing your jacket in a small spilled cup so she wont slip. She says that you're a really sweet guy.

"Darling. Why didn't you tell me?"
"I was scared to tell you, and I was gonna ask you. But when you were on that date with that... horrible stallion that you called him. I didn't know what to say. I thought you would need a little bit of time to sort this out, and I was gonna ask you this morning. But..."
"Darling." Rarity said as you make eye contact with her. "You have been very sweet to me ever since you got here. Even though I can't let you return home with that injured ho- hand of yours. "Of course darling." Rarity said as you and her came into a hug. Even though Spike might kill you for dating Rarity, but you don't care. You love her, and she loved you.
"So when can we go on our first dinner date?" You asked with that smile on your face.
"Well darling." Her voice gets into that... that tone... You know that tone. "Why don't we wait till some other time."
"Why?" You asked curiously, and with a raised brow.
"Well. How about we go into my room for a little bit. Sweetie Belle's staying at Sweet Apple Acres for tonight."
"Huh?" Is she getting you somewhere? She whispers in your ear.
