“So what are you gonna do today, Applebloom? “ Sweetie belle asked me as we were walking down the street past sugarcube corner.

“I was thinking about-” My answer was cut short by a yell from behind us. We turned around to see what all the ruckus was about and we saw pinkie running towards us.

“ Applebloom! “ pinkie yelled as she got closer.

“ What is it pinkie?” i asked curiously because she looked genuinely concerned.

“ I need your help in the bakery as soon as you can! “ pinkie said bobbing up and down in anxiety.

“ Oh okay I can help now if you’d like?” I said to pinkie seeing how i wasn't planning on doing much any way.

“Thank you thank you thank you, your a life saver! “ Pinkie said with glee from me accepting her plea for help.

“ Yea no sweat, sorry Sweetie” I said following pinkie back to sugarcube corner and into the bakery.

" Its okay, Ill go see what's Scootaloo is doing" Sweetie said partially yelling.

“ What do you need help with specifically, pinkie?” i asked confused .

“Oh yea I need you to taste test some cake for me!” Pinkie said with the excitement of a young filly.

“ Sounds really sweet! thanks for letting me help you Pinkie!” I said following her a bit more eagerly into the back room of the store which had opened up into a larger kitchen and there were some cakes sitting by the table in furthest back part of the kitchen. I trotted over to the table with excitement.

“ Which one do i get to try first!” I asked Pinkie with so much joy I almost hopped around with anticipation of a soon-to-be-eaten cake in front of me.

“ That one right there “ Pinkie said stretching to point at yellow and green cake.

“ What flavor is that supposed to be?” I asked with a bit of accidental sass in my voice.

“ That is supposed to be a lemon-lime cake, and don't knock it ‘til you try it” She said winking at me which was normal but the cake didn't seem that way but hey its not every day you get free cake.
” It is pretty good but it did taste a little weird but that's because is a lemon lime cake right? ” I thought to myself.

“ So how is it?” Pinkie questioned to me with a bright smile on her face. I was getting a little woozy.

“ I-its good but…” I was starting to say but then I collapsed and passed out. When i woke up again i felt cold steel on my back and both my fore hooves and hind hooves were clamped to a metal contraption of sorts.

“Where am I “ I question to the darkness in the room.

“ In the basement of the cake family bakery” A cheery voice sounded from the darkness and the lights switched on temporarily blinding me. I squinted against the light and looked down the platform i was on and some kind of machine with blades and the I was on platform was leading into it.

“ Don't worry this will be quick “ Pinkiepie said approaching the machine.

“What are you going to do” I asked fear filling my voice.

“ I'm going to make you into a pie silly filly” She said flashing her bright smile again.

“ Why?!” I asked almost yelling.

“ Well you see sometimes we don't have enough bits to buy ingredients so we have to… improvise with other things” She said with her most serious voice.

“ But you’re the best bakers in the whole town!” I said with Pinkie fiddling with the controls.

“ That doesn't mean we get lots of bits, Applebloom this is a small town in the middle of Equestria we get lots of repeat business and rarely any one new comes in so we get a downfall in our bit collection but when we get something new and surprising we get more but right now we are in a downfall so less bits to buy ingredients with” Pinkie explained to me.

“But why use fillies?” I asked still a little more confused with fear now taking over my voice making it shake.

“ Because you're younger and your meat is leaner and sweeter so we sugar it up a bit more and shove in a pie pan for our secret pie recipe, you’ve probably had it if you’ve had a “strawberry” pie from here “ She said now starting to hit the buttons with a bit more force in frustration and finally the grinder slowly came to life and the platform i was clamped to started moving up. The blood drained from my face as I was looking into the blades of the grinder which were moving faster and faster with each passing second. I could feel gravity pulling my body down towards the mouth of the grinder but my clamps were still holding me tight but Pinkie would release them at any point dropping my living body into the blades that would tear my skin apart piece by piece.

“ See ya in the next life Applebloom! “ Pinkie said raising her hoof and slamming it on the button that would cause my utter obliteration. I did my best to scream but it was a failed attempt because the fear of falling down the ramp into the blades had taken over. When my body hit the blades I felt an extreme pain as the machine ripped apart my skin, crushing my bones with ease and shredding my intestines as if they were nothing. The blades were destroying the very fiber of my being. After a short period of time i felt nothing, I was dead.

“Where is Pinkie?” Asked applejack as she approached the party that Pinkiepie was hosting just outside sugarcube corner.

“She said she was finishing some baking for the party” Twilight said leading applejack towards the party.

“Ugh more pie just what we need” Applejack said glancing at the dessert table .

“Hello everypony! “ Pinkie said bursting from the doors of the shop.

“I'm done with my newest most delicious pie recipe” She said as the held a golden brown pie up

“Can we try it now?” Applejack asked as the smell wafted over to her, making her mouth water.

“Yea go ahead!” Pinkie said bringing the pie to applejack, cutting off a piece and handing it to her. applejack took a bite, then a bigger one.

“This is really good! whats in it?” Applejack asked with her mouth full.

“Its a secret but i can tell you it contains some fresh apples “ Pinkie said flashing her smile one last time.
