Team Chaos: The New Beginnings

M Didn't ask for this, neither did Chill Blitz. but here they were, on their way to Soul Surge's place. The very same Soul Surge that almost DESTROYED THE PLANES OF EXISTENCE AND NONEXISTENCE! A life-Changing day for Chill Blitz, but for M, The average Tuesday. The mere mention of that almost cost the duo their house (which would be Soul Surge's house because of a certain incident involving an Elephant and a Dry-Cleaner prior to that day.) Our two heroes were engaged in a delightful conversation while M drove them to their destination.

Odd, Chill Blitz thought. He could have sworn M was 12 by his character.

"Tell me something, Chill Blitz, why did we agree to this again?" M asked, his hooded figure obscuring every detail about him.

"Because , like you said, everyone deserves a second chance, including my brother." Chill Blitz responded calmly, his half-Rat nest, Half Super Saiyan Cyan hair flowing out the car window as he felt the summer breeze in his face. According to the GPS he had surgically installed in his brain, they were about to arrive at Soul Surge's small, peaceful home.

(Brother from another mother. I always hated that term.) M thought as they pulled up in front of the house.

"Knock Knock" M said as he knocked on the door twice in succession.

"Who's There!?" A voice yelled from inside. the two heard footsteps on the other side of the door coming closer.

Then, when the time was juuuuuuuuust right...

SLAM!!

"THE DOOR!" Chill Blitz yelled as he blasted the door away!

*This is gonna be a long first day for Team Chaos.* M both thought and said as they walked in to retrieve Soul Surge's body, crushed behind the door.
