The TARDIS was being attacked by a dalek warship on the way to the Doctor's intended destination. "Daleks, it's always daleks, why!" Jack yelled as he helped the Doctor fly the TARDIS. "I have no idea, Jack." The Doctor chuckled. Then he noticed Pinkie Pie missing. "Um, where did Pinkie go?" Jack noticed her missing as well. Then both of them looked up to see her clinging on to one of the support beams, shaking. "She's afraid of the daleks." The Doctor and Jack shook their heads. On the dalek ship, four daleks were following the TARDIS. One was completly black with a blue eye stalk, the other three were bronze, but had blue eye stalks as well. "THERE! FOLLOW THE DOCTOR!" The black one yelled. "WE OBEY!" The other three replied to the order. "CONTINUE FIRING MAIN WEAPON! EXTERMINATE THE DOCTOR!" One of the bronze daleks yelled. The TARDIS kept on flying. About 30 minutes later, the TARDIS landed. "Wonder where we landed." The Doctor said. "Allons-y!" He laughed. When he stepped out of the TARDIS, he gasped. He was human again. "Guys! You may want to see this." The Doctor said. Twilight, Applejack, Rarity, Pinkie, Rainbow and Fluttershy stepped out. All 6 of them were human. They all screamed when they looked at each other. Jack stepped out last, he was wearing his WWII trenchcoat. "Well, this is unexpected." The Doctor laughed. "You find this FUNNY!" Rarity screamed. "Just look at my outfit! It doesn't even work for me!" She wailed. "Ah quit complaining Rarity." Applejack said. "Easy for you to say, your outfit isn't hideous!" Rarity yelled. Rainbow Dash rather liked hers. Her outfit was a normal pirate hat, rainbow styled pirate coat, along with rainbow style boots. Applejack's was the same, but in orange and red. Pinkie's was a pink stetson, pink and blue trenchcoat, and brown pirate boots. Twilight's outfit looked somewhat of a swashbuckler. She had a purple feather in her hat, a purple and red pirate coat, and brown boots. Rarity's, which she hated, was a white marleybonian hat, white and purple coat, and white boots. Fluttetshy's was the same, but yellow. "So where exactly are we?" Jack asked the doctor. "You know, I have no clue at all." The Doctor admitted. Then, a pirate in a black and crimson red hat, coat, and brown boots raced by. "Oh." The Doctor knew where they were now, Tons of pirates filled the place. "Girls, Captain, welcome, to Skull Island!" The Doctor laughed. The girls were amazed. They were now pirates! "AW yeah! We're pirates, girls! " Rainbow laughed. Rarity rolled her eyes. Pirate was really her style. Pinkie jumped up and down with joy like she always did. But what here and the girls didn't know was that somewhere in another place, a ruthless clockwork named Kane was planning how to get rid of a pesky swashbuckler by the name of Eric Collins(Me). That's when they came in. Rooke, the biggest of the armada, stepped forward. "Identify yourself." He demanded. "We are the Daleks, we come looking for a person named the Doctor!" The black dalek told Kane. Kane pondered for a moment. "So, you wish for an alliance?" Kane asked. "This is correct." The dalek known as Dalek Jast told him. "So, this 'Doctor' of yours, he might pair up with my most hated enemy, we find Eric, you get your Doctor, deal?" Kane asked. "We have an agreement." Dalek Sec said to Kane. "Excellent." Kane said. "Rooke! Send out a squadron of musketeers to find this 'Doctor.'" Kane ordered. Rooke nodded in understanding, and left the room. Chapter 2: Meeting Eric CollinsThe Doctor, Jack, and the girls were looking around Skull Island when they found the bazaar. "Oooh!" Rarity went inside, the girls rolled their eyes and followed. The Doctor and Jack followed as well. The merchant was a pirate named Victor Ashburn. "Hello." He smiled at his customers. Rarity was gazing at all the wonderful outfits. The Mooshu selection was nothing but silk outfits, Rarity's favorite clothing style. "Your friend alright there? " Victor motioned towards Rarity. The other girls nodded. "She just loves her outfits." Pinkie smiled. "I see." Victor said. Rarity couldn't stop admiring the Mooshu outfits. Meanwhile, 20 or more mechanical men were marching down the way to the bazaar. The men started firing their guns at the pirates. The pirates got scared and started running from them. The girls heard the comotion outside. "RUN!" A pirate screamed. "It's the Armada!" Another yelled. The trooper in front had fancy gold designs on him, unlike his troops behind him. "Capture every pirate, don't stop till Eric comes out." He ordered. "Doctor, what are they?" Twilight asked him. The Doctor shrugged. Then, the pirate with the black and crimson red hat, coat, and brown boots charged the troops. "There he is!" One yelled. "FIRE!" The elite yelled. The troops fired their guns, missing. The pirate's name was Eric, and he sliced the troops with his sword. "Whoever he is, he's a skilled fighter." Rainbow whistled in amazement as he sliced every last clockwork. That's when he noticed Jack, the Doctor, and the girls. "Come with me if you want me to hide you. " He said. The girls looked at one another, then the Doctor and Jack. More clockworks marched down the path. "Well come on!" The pirate motioned the girls, the Doctor, and Jack to follow him. Eric unbottled his ship, The Westminster Allegiance. "Whoa." Rainbow Dash was amazed even more. When the girls got on board, a crew was waiting for them. One was a rat with a captain's hat and coat, plus he had a peg leg. Another crew member was a horse khan named Subodai. A few other members named Bonnie Anne, Sarah Steele, El Toro, Old Scratch, and Milo Graytail were also on board. "Captain! Armada ships on our tail!" Ratbeard said. "Blast them out of the sky!" Eric ordered. "Aye Aye, sir! Prepare cannons!" Ratbeard ordered the crew. Subodai loaded the port side cannons. "Old Scratch, keep an eye on those ships!" Eric yelled. "Yes Captain." Old Scratch said. One Armada ship held a member named Deacon. "Sir! Deacon's ship is behind us!" Ratbeard yelled. Eric looked behind him. Ratbeard was right, Deacon was following them. "Oh no he doesn't. Load starboard side cannons!" Eric said. "Anything we can do to help?" Twilight asked. "Yes! Um," Eric didn't know their names. "Oh, I"m Twilight, this is Pinkie, Rainbow, Rarity, Applejack, and Fluttershy." Twilight said. The girls waved. "OK, Twilight, help Bonnie with the starboard side cannons. " Twilight nodded and helped Bonnie with the cannons. "Rarity." Eric started. Rarity waited. "Just stand there and look pretty." He said. Rarity smiled. Then, the ship got hit with a cannonball. "Damn it!" Eric growled. "Fire rear cannons!" "Aye sir!" Milo lit the cannon and it fired a cannon ball, hitting Deacon's ship. "Blast it!" Deacon yelled. "They're turning away!" Ratbeard told Eric. "Alright, set sail for my house!" Eric ordered. "I'll explain everything there." He promised. The Doctor realized. "My TARDIS!" He groaned. "Taken care of." Eric smiled. He set sail for his house, unaware his ship was hit with a tracking cannon ball, being tracked by Kane. Chapter 3: Kane's new troopsKane was pacing in his room when he noticed a blip going off on his monitor. "Ha! Got you now, Eric!" Kane laughed. The Cult of Skaro entered him room. "IS THE DOCTOR WITH HIM!" Sec demanded, sounding a bit impatient. Kane rolled his eyes. "Yes, your precious 'Doctor' is with that pesky swashbuckler I despise so much!" Kane made a strangling motion with his hands. Dalek Thay investigated the monitor. "THERE IS ANOTHER BLIP!" He yelled. "WHAT! IMPOSSIBLE!" Kane walked over to the monitor. He saw another blip behind Eric's. "Who is that? WHO IS THAT!" He yelled. "Rooke! Get the Executioner, and follow Eric! Don't stop until he is blasted out of the sky!" Kane ordered the general of the clockwork armada. Rooke nodded and prepped up his ship. Kane was rather irritated with Eric foiling his plans, he always did, but he didn't know how. Meanwhile, at Eric's house, Eric was explaining everything to the Doctor, Jack, and the girls. "So those mechanical men or whatever you guys call them, are plotting to take over this world?" Rainbow Dash asked Eric. Eric nodded while drinking some of his yum. "Pretty much." He replied. "So, how do we stop them?" Applejack asked. "Well, you see, that's the tricky part." Eric chuckled. "How so?" Jack asked. Eric put his drink down. "OK, you wanna know how to stop them? First things first, I've been fighting these things long before you ever got here, so if you want to stay alive you listen to me, are we clear?" Eric asked in a strict tone. The girls nodded. The Doctor just stood there, listening. "I can train you, but it will take some time, about, oh, I don't know, 2 or 3 weeks." Eric said. "2 or 3 weeks!" Rarity gasped. She fainted in one of the chairs. "Kind of over dramatic, ain't she?" Eric asked, looking at Rarity. The others nodded. Just as Twilight was about to say something, a violent explosion shook the house. "What the hell was that!" Rainbow exclaimed. Eric looks outside to see a giant Armada ship approaching. "Uh oh, it's Rooke's ship, The Executioner!" Eric yelled. "Hide, now!" He ordered. The girls, Jack, and the Doctor hid so the clockworks couldn't find them. Rooke stormed in the house and looked around. "Where is the one called 'The Doctor'"? Rooke demanded. "Like I'd tell you, you overgrown piece of scrap metal?" Eric asked him in the most threatening tone he could manage. That's when 5 or 6 giant troops flanked behind him. "What the hell!" Eric exclaimed, drawing his weapon. "What the hell are those?" He asked. "Armada Dragoons." Rooke told Eric. Twilight looks scared at the sight of them. "Why do you want the spiral?" Eric asked the Armada General. Rooke merely laughed at the question. "I'm not going to ask you again, why do you want the spiral!" Eric demanded. The dragoons loaded their guns and aimed. Rooke held up his hand to order them, they obeyed. "These are the toughest troops of the Armada, they can't be defeated so easily." Rooke told Eric. "NO!" Twilight ran out and sliced Rooke's leg with her sword. Rooke cried out in pain. Gears, wires, and sparks flew. "Curse you, you insolent little whelp!" Rooke yelled, raising his axe to attack. "Oh no you don't!" Eric said, firing his pistol, hitting Rooke's arm. He dropped his axe and clutched his arm. "You will pay for that, Eric James Collins." Rooke vowed. "Troops, fall back." Rooke ordered. He and his troops fled. Eric extended his hand to help Twilight on her feet. Rainbow Dash was shocked. "Who the hay was that?" She asked. Eric sighed. "Perhaps you should know, considering what just happened." Eric soon decided to explain everything to the girls, the Doctor and Jack. Chapter 4: Shining Armor, Flash, and Trixie join inAt Canterlot in Ponyville, Shining Armor was getting rather worried about Twilight. One of his guards came running in the throne room. "Captain! You may want to hear this sir." He said. Shining Armor sighed. "As long as it can help me find my sister." He said. The guard whispered something in Shining Armor's ear, causing his eyes to narrow. "She's where!" He exclaimed. He couldn't believe it. His sister was in a world filled with pirates. "Oh man, I hope she's safe." Shining Armor said. An orange pegasus with a blue tow tone mane and tail came in the room. His cutie mark was a shield was a lightning bolt. "Lieutenant Flash Sentry reporting for duty, sir!" Flash saluted. "At ease, soldier." Shining Armor said. Flash put his hoof down. "I heard the news about your sister, sir." Flash said. Shining Armor put a hoof on his shoulder. "Lieutenant, you're coming with me to help my sister." He smiled. "Yes sir." Flash said. "Wait!" A female unicorn came running in. "Oh what is it now, Trixie?" Flash asked. "I want to help Twilight as well." She said. "Really?" Shining Armor asked. Trixie nodded. "OK, but how do we get where Twilight is?" Flash wondered. "I think i can help with that." Laughed a voice. Shining Armor did a face hoof. "Oh no, anypony but..." His sentence was cut off as Discord appeared. "You know, I could't help but over hearing, and it sounds to me as if Twilight is in another world and you're going to help her, oh that is so chivalrous!" Discord laughed. Flash put a hoof on Discord and pinned him to the wall, much to Shining Armor's surprise. "Now listen. We're going to help Twilight because she is my captain's sister, and because she may need our help. Got that?" Flash asked. Discord nodded. At Eric's, he was telling the girls about the clockworks. "The Clockwork Armada, built in Valencia to help end the polarian war. But, sadly, the Valencians lost control of them and have gone out of control. Kane, their leader, was the first clockwork to be built. They say he rules with an iron fist, from what I've heard, it's called, and I quote 'The hand of Omega.'" The Doctor's eyes narrowed at the name. "Say that name again, The hand of Omega?" He asked. Eric nodded. The Doctor thought for a moment on the info he had just been given. "You OK, Doc?" Rainbow asked, snapping the time lord back to reality. "Hmm? Oh yes, yes, I'm fine, just thinking, that's all." He said. "OK." Rainbow said, but she knew something was bugging him. "First, to fight the Armada, you'll need weapons. Considering there's 8 of you, I'd say we need to find out your class." Eric said. "To do so, you'll need to go through some obstacle courses." Rarity gulped. She absolutely despised being put through tests. Then, a rift opened up, spitting out 3 people. Two had two tone blue hair, and one was white with blue streaks. The first one got up. "Shining Armor?" Twilight asked. Shining Armor gasped. "Twily!" He hugged his little sister. "Oh man I was worried about you, kid." He smiled. Twilight did as well. Flash got up second. Twilight hugged him too. Flash smiled. Trixie and Twilight high fived each other. "More friends of yours?" Eric asked. "This is my brother, Shining Armor, and this is Flash and Trixie." Twilight said. "I see." Eric said. After 5 minutes, Shining Armor was informed about the Armada. "Clockworks, we don't have those in Ponyville." He said. "Ponyville?" Eric seemed confused. "It's where we're from." Applejack told Eric. "So basically, all of you are magical talking ponies?" Eric seemed a bit surprised. Everyone but him nodded. "Well, considering everything I've seen, it really isn't that shocking." Eric admitted. "Oh well, on to training!" He laughed. Chapter 5: The Dalek general Dalek Jast, Caan, Thay, and Sec were waiting for something to arrive, but how long it would take, they didn't know. Kane walked into the room to see what was going on. "OK, Daleks, I need answers, who or what is coming!" Kane sounded furious. The Cult of Skaro turn to face him. "THE DALEK GENERAL IS ARRIVING TO HELP US WITH OUR CONQUEST!" Dalek Sec told the Armada leader. "And just who is he, the general of the Daleks?" Kane asked. The Cult of Skaro remained silent, and waited. A beam appeared, materializing a black and grey Dalek with a red eye stalk, red speakers, and silver bumps. "Ah, so that's him, eh?" Kane guessed. The Dalek general looked at Kane, scanning him. "INFERIOR BEING! EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE!" The general yelled. The other four stopped him and told him that they had made an alliance with Kane. "YOU DARE MAKE AN ALLIANCE WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION!" The general sounded furious. "Explain your reason why." he ordered. "The Doctor is here with his companions." Sec told the general. The general's eye narrowed with hatred. He had hated that name for over 2 centuries now. The Doctor was the most feared enemy of the Dalek race, and he still is. "We made an alliance with Kane so we could exterminate the Doctor." Sec explained. "Understood, reason is valid." The general said to the Cult of Skaro. They understood as well. "Kane, where is the Doctor located now?" The general asked the Armada leader. Kane showed him to the monitor he used to track Eric. The general was furious when he saw the Doctor's blip. "CULT OF SKARO! NEW ORDERS! LOCATE THE DOCTOR, AND EXTERMINATE!" The general ordered the other four. "WE OBEY!" The Cult of Skaro said in unison. Meanwhile, Eric was training Twilight and the others. Rarity just sat in a chair watching. Eric rolled his eyes and got her up. "Come on Rar, everyone's got to train, that also includes you." Eric said, struggling to get Rarity up. "Why? I don't want my hair to get messy!" She wailed. "Rar, if you want to fight the Armada, then you've got to train." Eric tried once more, nothing. "Hey, Rainbow, can you help Rarity out?" He asked Rainbow Dash, who was fighting some clockwork dummys. She nodded, shot the last one behind her back, and ran over. Eric was amazed that Rainbow was learning so quickly, as for Pinkie Pie, well let's just say she wasn't doing so good. Eric face palmed himself when Pinkie hit a wall. "You OK there, Pinkie?" He asked. Pinkie Pie nodded and continued training. Shining Armor was killing the training, he was using his giant sword to slice away dummys of clockworks. He definitely had the build of a buccaneer. I put a check on buccaneer next to his picture. One down, seven to go, Eric thought. The training was to see what class everyone was. Twilight looked like she was a swashbuckler, but Eric could've been wrong. Oh well, more training, more chances to see which class everyone was. Chapter 6: The Master returns.....Eric seemed impressed with how everyone was training rather quickly. Their stats and physical attributes were increasing rapidly, even the Doctor was impressed. Rainbow Dash took a little break to help Fluttershy, who was scared of fighting a clockwork dummy. Rainbow helped her friend up and trained with her. Fluttershy smiled, and joined her. "Doctor, they're helping one another, what is that?" Eric asked. "The power of friendship." The Doctor smiled, remembering the first pony who showed him kindness when he arrived in Ponyville, Derpy Hooves. "Friendship?" Eric wondered. He hadn't felt friendship for a long time, about 2 years since the clockworks started being the law around the spiral, rounding every pirate up. "I haven't felt friendship in a long time now." Eric admitted. "I've been fighting Kane so long I... I forgot what it's like to be friends." Eric told the girls. The girls looked at him. Rarity walked over to him and put a hand on his shoulder. "Who said it was too late to start again?" She smiled. Eric smiled for the first time in 2 years. Then, a violent blast shook the building. "What was that!" Rarity shrieked. Her eyes got wide when she heard a very familiar phrase said by one of the Doctor's foes. "LOCATE THE DOCTOR! LOCATE AND EXTERMINATE!" One of the voices yelled. "EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE!" The voice continued. The Doctor and Jack knew that voice. "Run?" Jack asked. The Doctor nodded. "Girls, run." Jack said to Twilight and the others. "How did they find us!" Rainbow asked as she was running. "The only way they could've found us is if the planted a tracking device on one of us!" She sounded frustrated. She ran before, but not from Daleks. Daleks were the one thing that irritated her most, well besides Pinkie Pie. "Eric, you said something about the 'Hand of Omega' earlier today, where did you hear that name from?" The Doctor asked. Eric thought for a moment. "I heard the name from a person named 'The Master', ring any bells?" Eric asked. The Doctor gasped at the name. The Master, the only other time lord who came so close to killing him. If the Master survived, who knows what he would do? Meanwhile in Cadiz, Kane was thinking when the doors burst open. A man came through wearing a black pirate coat, black hat with a purple feather in it, and brown boots. "Who are you?" Kane asked the mysterious guest. "Are you one of Eric's helpers?" The Armada leader demanded. "Oh trust me Kane, I am no 'friend' to Eric." The man said. His voice sounded familiar to Kane. "Don't remember me, huh? Figures." The man continued. "Perhaps you'll remember my name, I am The Master." The man laughed. Kane's jaw dropped in surprise. "Master, you're alive!" Kane sounded astounded. The Master chuckled. "But how, Eric killed you!" Kane protested. "Time lord, regeneration remember?" The Master chuckled. Kane remained silent as the Master's laughs echoed through the hall. Chapter 7: The Master's true intentions.... The Doctor was out getting a few supplies for Eric so he could continue training the mane 6, Shining Armor, Flash, and Trixie. While he was out, he heard a vaguely familiar ticking sound, one he had heard before. When he turned around, 6 clockwork soldiers were pointing their guns at him. "OK, this is awkward. Hello." He said to them. The elite one, Caerulus by name, walked forward. "OK, either it's me, or you want something." The Doctor guessed. The troops didn't reply, but judging by the way their guns were pointed at him, they wanted him prisoner, or dead. Caerulus began to speak. "You are the Doctor." He said. "Confirm identity." He ordered. "Confirmed, I am the Doctor." The Doctor said to him. The ticking still kept going. "Ticking, that ticking, why do I feel like I've heard it before?" The Doctor asked the troops. Then, a spark went off in his mind. "Oh, oh oh oh oh! The ticking, of course! You're clockworks! I've encountered your kind before, Versailles, 1727!" The Doctor laughed, clapping his hands together. "Oh that is brilliant! Built to follow orders by a higher power, eh?" The Doctor asked. None of the clockworks replied to his question. They were programmed to answer someone else, not the Doctor. "OK, not programmed to respond to me. Who are you programmed to respond to?" He wondered. Then he realized. "Oh, you're programmed to respond to Eric! Oh, that is wonderful, fantastic, even!" The Doctor continued, rambling like he always did. "Yes." A musketeer replied. "We are programmed to respond to Mr. Collins." The soldier continued. He looked at Caerulus, then looked back at the Doctor. "Where is he? Where is the pirate?" The trooper asked. The Doctor seemed shocked by the question, then he realized it was Eric the clockworks were after. "So why do you want Eric, eh? At least answer that, why is Eric so important to your plans?" The Doctor asked. "You know why he is important, Doctor?" Asked a voice the Doctor knew all too well. "Missed me, 'old friend?'" The voice continued. "No, it can't be." The Doctor exclaimed. "Master." He said as the Master approached him casually. The Master chuckled quietly. "What's so funny?" The Doctor demanded. "You've got a mad scientist that knows him." He realized. "Goes by the name of, ooh, Dr. Clockwork, mad scientist of the spiral? Created the Armada?" The Doctor smirked. The Master let out a low growl, he knew the Doctor was on the right track. "Alright so you're on to us, Doctor, but Kane has what I need to wipe everything out of existence!" The Master told him. "The Hand of Omega, out of all the places it ended up it had to be here, why?" The Doctor asked the Master. "Does Kane know what you're planning? Does he know you're planning to overthrow him?" He continued. "That foolish clockwork has no clue what my true intentions are." The Master laughed. "Once I have the hand, Eric will be no more, that is my master plan, that is why I am here, Doctor." He explained. "Eric has no idea who truly killed his parents." The Master leaned into his ear. "It was me." He laughed. "Eric will know about this." The Doctor promised. "I'll make sure he does, and when he does, I'll leave him to deal with you, Master." The Doctor threatened him. The Master huffed and left with the troops. The Doctor couldn't believe what he had just heard, for he had tricked the Master into giving him the info. Clever Doctor. "Clever me." The Doctor chuckled. "Thank you, Master, for playing right into my hands." The Doctor clicked his tongue and winked. "Oh well, Allons-y!" The Doctor left for Eric's house, with all the supplies needed. Chapter 8: The Commodore revealed...... "So wait, the Master wants me wiped off the face of the Earth with the Hand of Omega?" Eric exclaimed, shocked by the news. The Doctor nodded gravely. "But why me? What have I got to do with this Hand of Omega thing? Why me!" Eric demanded, irritated by secrets being held within everyone but him. "I mean, the only thing I've got is this." Eric pulled out a little watch with symbols the Doctor knew very well. "Where did you get that?" He asked. "That's a fob watch with Gallifreyan symbols embedded on it." The Doctor continued. "Time lords use that to..." The Doctor paused. "To do what?" Eric asked. "Rewrite their biology, making them human." The Doctor finished. Eric took another look at it. "Open it and whatever is inside there will enter your body." He told Eric. Eric took a deep breath, and opened it. A golden light came out of it, surrounding him. "Stand back, whatever is happening is for Eric, not us!" The Doctor warned Jack and the others. The golden light stopped. Eric took another breath. "Eric?" Rainbow Dash asked, concerned and worried at the same time. Eric's eyes opened, and he looked around. "Eric, is that you?" Rainbow asked again. Eric's eyes opened. "Hello, ooh." He said. "That's odd, new voice, hmm, don't remember this, must've regenerated before I made myself human." Eric guessed. "Eric Collins was just a character I made up." I said, like I read everyone's minds. "I am the Commodore." He laughed. "Commodore? What?" The Doctor asked, a bit shocked. Twilight took a stethoscope to listen to Eric's heartbeat. Both were working. "He's got 2 hearts." Twilight gasped. "Same as you, Doctor." She realized. "He's a time lord." "The Commodore hid himself from the Armada so he couldn't be detected, ooh! That is so clever!" The Doctor laughed. "Now, to catch up on things, old friend." He said. The Commodore sighed. "I know, I hate this way as well." The Doctor groaned, and both of the time lords rammed their heads together, groaning in pain after the hit. "Really? You think Kane is... oh. Oh oh oh oh!" The Doctor realized. "Really! Derpy Hooves, eh?" The Commodore laughed. "Now who's been bit by the love bug." He smirked. "Oi! You were the one who hid from the Armada, not me!" The Doctor protested. "Yeah, well I didn't make the decision to blow up Gallifrey, that was all you." The Commodore rolled his eyes. "You know I did that for a very good reason." The Doctor said with a hint of anger in his voice. "So, you think Kane is Sombra in disguise?" The Doctor asked his fellow time lord friend. "Well if I were Sombra and needed somewhere to hide, why not the clockworks?" The Commodore asked. "Whoa, hold up, Sombra? As in King Sombra?" Rainbow sounded shocked. The Commodore nodded. "So now what?" The Doctor asked. The Commodore thought for a moment. Then he got it. "We bring the fight to Kane and the Master." The Commodore said, clicking his tongue and winking his eye. "Geronimo!" He laughed. Chapter 10: The final battle part 2Rainbow and the Commodore drew their weapons as Sombra drew his. "This time Sombra, you will stay dead for good." Rainbow vowed. Sombra laughed. "Hit me with your best shot." He taunted. Rainbow and the Commodore charged him. They sliced their swords, missing him. "You fight well." Sombra said. "Too bad this will be your last fight!" He vowed. Rainbow sliced him. Sombra cried out in pain. She had sliced his left arm. "You will pay for that, you little whelp!" Sombra growled. Rainbow Dash smiled smugly at him. "Bring it!" She said. Sombra huffed and charged her. Rainbow Dash had her mother's agility and her father's speed, making her the ultimate swashbuckler. Even Sombra was impressed. So was the Commodore. Rainbow dodged Sombra's attack and countered with her own. "You fight very well, Ms. Dash." Sombra wiped blood from his mouth. "Don't you want to know what happened to your parents?" Sombra grinned evilly. "My parents are still alive." Rainbow said coldly. "No, someone killed them, while you were with the Wonderbolts, someone murdered them, Me!" Sombra laughed. Rainbow's eyes narrowed in anger. She had felt rage before, but nothing like this. This rage was from her hatred of Sombra, and the things he had done. The Commodore held her back. "Rainbow, easy, He's just messing with you. You're parents are still alive, He's only saying that to make you mad." He said. Rainbow calmed down. "Now, we charge him together." The Commodore told her. She nodded. "You think you can beat me? I am invincible!" Sombra laughed. He pointed the Hand of Omega at them. "First people to be erased from existence, YOU!!!!!" He yelled. The hand powered up. "Commodore." Rainbow said. "Before we go, there's something I've been wanting to tell you." She continued. "Any last words?" Sombra asked smugly. Rainbow looked at the door. She smiled. "Yeah, one. Duck!" She pulled the Commodore down as a sword plunged through the door, into Sombra. He gasped and wheezed. He looked at the sword implanted in his chest. It had the initials S.A. on it. Shining Armor. Sombra thought. Twilight and the others came through the door. Twilight gasped as she looked at Sombra. Sombra smiled weakly before collapsing to the floor. After a few seconds he stopped moving altogether. "Sombra was Kane." Shining Armor realized. Rainbow nodded. "Rainbow, you had something to tell me?" The Commodore asked her. "Oh yeah, um..." Rainbow tried to remember what she said earlier. The Commodore looked in her eyes, ans she looked back. Their lips met for a few seconds, then broke. Rainbow blushed a bright red. "So, I guess that's that." The Doctor said. "The Master and Daleks escaped." He sighed. "So, back to Ponyville." The Doctor laughed. The Commodore held his fob watch. "What're you doing?" The Doctor asked him. "Making myself human again." He replied. He looked at Rainbow Dash, then the Doctor. The Doctor nodded. A golden light surrounded him. After a minute or so, it faded. The Commodore took a deep breath. He opened his eyes. "Hello! Eric Collins, back in the saddle!" Eric winked. Rainbow hugged him. "Well, nothing left here for me." Eric looked around. The he looked at Sombra. "so what do we do with 'im?" He asked. The Doctor pondered. "Well, hmm." Jack thought. It was decided, they brought him back to Ponyville with them. "So great to be a pony again!" Rarity laughed. "Pirate wasn't really my style." The others rolled their eyes. Flash and Twilight raced each other to the crystal tree. "So you're leaving, then?" Rainbow asked the Doctor. "Well, you know me, universe, TARDIS, all that jazz." The Doctor said. Derpy ran over and hugged him. "Where were you!" She asked, hugging him again. "Different planet." The Doctor laughed. "Onward then?" He asked Jack and Derpy. They nodded, and entered the TARDIS. "Off we go, Allons-y!" The Doctor yelled as the TARDIS vanished. "So this is Ponyville, eh?" Eric asked Rainbow. She nodded. Then Eric looked at himself. He was a blue pegasus with a black version of Rainbow's mane and tail with a purple fencing sword and red rose for a cutie mark, the mark of a swashbuckler. "Race you to Sugar Cube Corner!" Eric laughed. Rainbow followed him, laughing. Meanwhile, in the dungeons of Canterlot, A grey pegasus with a black and grey mane and tail with 2 silver gears and a bronze gear and crimson red eyes opened his eyes. "Doctor." He breathed. (Doctor Who: Metal version) Chapter 9: The final battle part 1 The Commodore, Jack, the Doctor, along with Twilight and the others were heading straight for Cadiz, the center of Kane's power. Dalek sec saw the ship on the monitor. "ALERT! ALERT! THE DOCTOR AND HIS COMPANIONS ARE ARRIVING!" He yelled. "ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL, 10 MINUTES!" Sec continued. "Well then power up cannons and FIRE!" The Master ordered. "Blast the Doctor out of the sky!" He yelled. Kane was in his throne room, with a jet black knight gauntlet on his left hand. It was hinted with an icy blue. "Soon, I shall wipe every pirate out of existence." He laughed to himself. Then, The Commodore's ship burst through Cadiz, destroying Dalek Thay and Jast. "So it begins." Kane smiled. Twilight and the girls charged the clockworks. Rainbow Dash and the Commodore took out the dragoons. Twilight went for the musketeers with Rarity. Pinkie, Fluttershy, and Applejack went for the elite troops. Shining Armor helped out Twilight. Jack and Flash decided to go for Rooke. Bishop was being taken care of by Trixie while the Doctor handled the 3 remaining Daleks and the Master. "EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE THE DOCTOR!" Scorpius yelled. "EXTERMINATE!" He continued yelling as he fired his gun continuously. "Commodore! Get after Kane, we can handle these guys!" The Doctor called. The Commodore nodded and went for Kane. Rainbow Dash followed him. "What're you doing?" The Commodore asked her as she ran side by side with him. "Helping you." Rainbow Dash smiled confidently. They soon made it to Kane's throne room, and sitting in a regal chair was none other than the leader of the clockworks himself. "Kane." Rainbow Dash growled. "Hello, Rainbow Dash!" Kane laughed. "So good to see you again!" Rainbow's eyes narrowed. Kane's voice sounded familiar to her, too familiar. "Don't recognize me?" Kane asked. "Figures, it's this stupid mask." Kane reached for his mask. When he took it off, Rainbow gasped in shock. Sitting in front of her, with crimson red eyes and fangs, was none other that the former crystal tyrant, King Sombra. "S...S...Sombra?!" She exclaimed. Sombra nodded. "Missed me?" Sombra cackled. "I can never die, not if one single of my cells still lives!" Sombra yelled. "If so far as one, one, of my cells still lives, I can be brought back to life." He smiled, exposing his fangs. The Commodore and Rainbow stood silent as Sombr'a laughed echoed the halls. King Sombra was alive, and he was bent on destroying the spiral for good. With room for no pirates.
Chapter 1: Onto Skull Island! The TARDIS was being attacked by a dalek warship on the way to the Doctor's intended destination. "Daleks, it's always daleks, why!" Jack yelled as he helped the Doctor fly the TARDIS. "I have no idea, Jack." The Doctor chuckled. Then he noticed Pinkie Pie missing. "Um, where did Pinkie go?" Jack noticed her missing as well. Then both of them looked up to see her clinging on to one of the support beams, shaking. "She's afraid of the daleks." The Doctor and Jack shook their heads. On the dalek ship, four daleks were following the TARDIS. One was completly black with a blue eye stalk, the other three were bronze, but had blue eye stalks as well. "THERE! FOLLOW THE DOCTOR!" The black one yelled. "WE OBEY!" The other three replied to the order. "CONTINUE FIRING MAIN WEAPON! EXTERMINATE THE DOCTOR!" One of the bronze daleks yelled. The TARDIS kept on flying. About 30 minutes later, the TARDIS landed. "Wonder where we landed." The Doctor said. "Allons-y!" He laughed. When he stepped out of the TARDIS, he gasped. He was human again. "Guys! You may want to see this." The Doctor said. Twilight, Applejack, Rarity, Pinkie, Rainbow and Fluttershy stepped out. All 6 of them were human. They all screamed when they looked at each other. Jack stepped out last, he was wearing his WWII trenchcoat. "Well, this is unexpected." The Doctor laughed. "You find this FUNNY!" Rarity screamed. "Just look at my outfit! It doesn't even work for me!" She wailed. "Ah quit complaining Rarity." Applejack said. "Easy for you to say, your outfit isn't hideous!" Rarity yelled. Rainbow Dash rather liked hers. Her outfit was a normal pirate hat, rainbow styled pirate coat, along with rainbow style boots. Applejack's was the same, but in orange and red. Pinkie's was a pink stetson, pink and blue trenchcoat, and brown pirate boots. Twilight's outfit looked somewhat of a swashbuckler. She had a purple feather in her hat, a purple and red pirate coat, and brown boots. Rarity's, which she hated, was a white marleybonian hat, white and purple coat, and white boots. Fluttetshy's was the same, but yellow. "So where exactly are we?" Jack asked the doctor. "You know, I have no clue at all." The Doctor admitted. Then, a pirate in a black and crimson red hat, coat, and brown boots raced by. "Oh." The Doctor knew where they were now, Tons of pirates filled the place. "Girls, Captain, welcome, to Skull Island!" The Doctor laughed. The girls were amazed. They were now pirates! "AW yeah! We're pirates, girls! " Rainbow laughed. Rarity rolled her eyes. Pirate was really her style. Pinkie jumped up and down with joy like she always did. But what here and the girls didn't know was that somewhere in another place, a ruthless clockwork named Kane was planning how to get rid of a pesky swashbuckler by the name of Eric Collins(Me). That's when they came in. Rooke, the biggest of the armada, stepped forward. "Identify yourself." He demanded. "We are the Daleks, we come looking for a person named the Doctor!" The black dalek told Kane. Kane pondered for a moment. "So, you wish for an alliance?" Kane asked. "This is correct." The dalek known as Dalek Jast told him. "So, this 'Doctor' of yours, he might pair up with my most hated enemy, we find Eric, you get your Doctor, deal?" Kane asked. "We have an agreement." Dalek Sec said to Kane. "Excellent." Kane said. "Rooke! Send out a squadron of musketeers to find this 'Doctor.'" Kane ordered. Rooke nodded in understanding, and left the room.
Chapter 2: Meeting Eric CollinsThe Doctor, Jack, and the girls were looking around Skull Island when they found the bazaar. "Oooh!" Rarity went inside, the girls rolled their eyes and followed. The Doctor and Jack followed as well. The merchant was a pirate named Victor Ashburn. "Hello." He smiled at his customers. Rarity was gazing at all the wonderful outfits. The Mooshu selection was nothing but silk outfits, Rarity's favorite clothing style. "Your friend alright there? " Victor motioned towards Rarity. The other girls nodded. "She just loves her outfits." Pinkie smiled. "I see." Victor said. Rarity couldn't stop admiring the Mooshu outfits. Meanwhile, 20 or more mechanical men were marching down the way to the bazaar. The men started firing their guns at the pirates. The pirates got scared and started running from them. The girls heard the comotion outside. "RUN!" A pirate screamed. "It's the Armada!" Another yelled. The trooper in front had fancy gold designs on him, unlike his troops behind him. "Capture every pirate, don't stop till Eric comes out." He ordered. "Doctor, what are they?" Twilight asked him. The Doctor shrugged. Then, the pirate with the black and crimson red hat, coat, and brown boots charged the troops. "There he is!" One yelled. "FIRE!" The elite yelled. The troops fired their guns, missing. The pirate's name was Eric, and he sliced the troops with his sword. "Whoever he is, he's a skilled fighter." Rainbow whistled in amazement as he sliced every last clockwork. That's when he noticed Jack, the Doctor, and the girls. "Come with me if you want me to hide you. " He said. The girls looked at one another, then the Doctor and Jack. More clockworks marched down the path. "Well come on!" The pirate motioned the girls, the Doctor, and Jack to follow him. Eric unbottled his ship, The Westminster Allegiance. "Whoa." Rainbow Dash was amazed even more. When the girls got on board, a crew was waiting for them. One was a rat with a captain's hat and coat, plus he had a peg leg. Another crew member was a horse khan named Subodai. A few other members named Bonnie Anne, Sarah Steele, El Toro, Old Scratch, and Milo Graytail were also on board. "Captain! Armada ships on our tail!" Ratbeard said. "Blast them out of the sky!" Eric ordered. "Aye Aye, sir! Prepare cannons!" Ratbeard ordered the crew. Subodai loaded the port side cannons. "Old Scratch, keep an eye on those ships!" Eric yelled. "Yes Captain." Old Scratch said. One Armada ship held a member named Deacon. "Sir! Deacon's ship is behind us!" Ratbeard yelled. Eric looked behind him. Ratbeard was right, Deacon was following them. "Oh no he doesn't. Load starboard side cannons!" Eric said. "Anything we can do to help?" Twilight asked. "Yes! Um," Eric didn't know their names. "Oh, I"m Twilight, this is Pinkie, Rainbow, Rarity, Applejack, and Fluttershy." Twilight said. The girls waved. "OK, Twilight, help Bonnie with the starboard side cannons. " Twilight nodded and helped Bonnie with the cannons. "Rarity." Eric started. Rarity waited. "Just stand there and look pretty." He said. Rarity smiled. Then, the ship got hit with a cannonball. "Damn it!" Eric growled. "Fire rear cannons!" "Aye sir!" Milo lit the cannon and it fired a cannon ball, hitting Deacon's ship. "Blast it!" Deacon yelled. "They're turning away!" Ratbeard told Eric. "Alright, set sail for my house!" Eric ordered. "I'll explain everything there." He promised. The Doctor realized. "My TARDIS!" He groaned. "Taken care of." Eric smiled. He set sail for his house, unaware his ship was hit with a tracking cannon ball, being tracked by Kane.
Chapter 3: Kane's new troopsKane was pacing in his room when he noticed a blip going off on his monitor. "Ha! Got you now, Eric!" Kane laughed. The Cult of Skaro entered him room. "IS THE DOCTOR WITH HIM!" Sec demanded, sounding a bit impatient. Kane rolled his eyes. "Yes, your precious 'Doctor' is with that pesky swashbuckler I despise so much!" Kane made a strangling motion with his hands. Dalek Thay investigated the monitor. "THERE IS ANOTHER BLIP!" He yelled. "WHAT! IMPOSSIBLE!" Kane walked over to the monitor. He saw another blip behind Eric's. "Who is that? WHO IS THAT!" He yelled. "Rooke! Get the Executioner, and follow Eric! Don't stop until he is blasted out of the sky!" Kane ordered the general of the clockwork armada. Rooke nodded and prepped up his ship. Kane was rather irritated with Eric foiling his plans, he always did, but he didn't know how. Meanwhile, at Eric's house, Eric was explaining everything to the Doctor, Jack, and the girls. "So those mechanical men or whatever you guys call them, are plotting to take over this world?" Rainbow Dash asked Eric. Eric nodded while drinking some of his yum. "Pretty much." He replied. "So, how do we stop them?" Applejack asked. "Well, you see, that's the tricky part." Eric chuckled. "How so?" Jack asked. Eric put his drink down. "OK, you wanna know how to stop them? First things first, I've been fighting these things long before you ever got here, so if you want to stay alive you listen to me, are we clear?" Eric asked in a strict tone. The girls nodded. The Doctor just stood there, listening. "I can train you, but it will take some time, about, oh, I don't know, 2 or 3 weeks." Eric said. "2 or 3 weeks!" Rarity gasped. She fainted in one of the chairs. "Kind of over dramatic, ain't she?" Eric asked, looking at Rarity. The others nodded. Just as Twilight was about to say something, a violent explosion shook the house. "What the hell was that!" Rainbow exclaimed. Eric looks outside to see a giant Armada ship approaching. "Uh oh, it's Rooke's ship, The Executioner!" Eric yelled. "Hide, now!" He ordered. The girls, Jack, and the Doctor hid so the clockworks couldn't find them. Rooke stormed in the house and looked around. "Where is the one called 'The Doctor'"? Rooke demanded. "Like I'd tell you, you overgrown piece of scrap metal?" Eric asked him in the most threatening tone he could manage. That's when 5 or 6 giant troops flanked behind him. "What the hell!" Eric exclaimed, drawing his weapon. "What the hell are those?" He asked. "Armada Dragoons." Rooke told Eric. Twilight looks scared at the sight of them. "Why do you want the spiral?" Eric asked the Armada General. Rooke merely laughed at the question. "I'm not going to ask you again, why do you want the spiral!" Eric demanded. The dragoons loaded their guns and aimed. Rooke held up his hand to order them, they obeyed. "These are the toughest troops of the Armada, they can't be defeated so easily." Rooke told Eric. "NO!" Twilight ran out and sliced Rooke's leg with her sword. Rooke cried out in pain. Gears, wires, and sparks flew. "Curse you, you insolent little whelp!" Rooke yelled, raising his axe to attack. "Oh no you don't!" Eric said, firing his pistol, hitting Rooke's arm. He dropped his axe and clutched his arm. "You will pay for that, Eric James Collins." Rooke vowed. "Troops, fall back." Rooke ordered. He and his troops fled. Eric extended his hand to help Twilight on her feet. Rainbow Dash was shocked. "Who the hay was that?" She asked. Eric sighed. "Perhaps you should know, considering what just happened." Eric soon decided to explain everything to the girls, the Doctor and Jack.
Chapter 4: Shining Armor, Flash, and Trixie join inAt Canterlot in Ponyville, Shining Armor was getting rather worried about Twilight. One of his guards came running in the throne room. "Captain! You may want to hear this sir." He said. Shining Armor sighed. "As long as it can help me find my sister." He said. The guard whispered something in Shining Armor's ear, causing his eyes to narrow. "She's where!" He exclaimed. He couldn't believe it. His sister was in a world filled with pirates. "Oh man, I hope she's safe." Shining Armor said. An orange pegasus with a blue tow tone mane and tail came in the room. His cutie mark was a shield was a lightning bolt. "Lieutenant Flash Sentry reporting for duty, sir!" Flash saluted. "At ease, soldier." Shining Armor said. Flash put his hoof down. "I heard the news about your sister, sir." Flash said. Shining Armor put a hoof on his shoulder. "Lieutenant, you're coming with me to help my sister." He smiled. "Yes sir." Flash said. "Wait!" A female unicorn came running in. "Oh what is it now, Trixie?" Flash asked. "I want to help Twilight as well." She said. "Really?" Shining Armor asked. Trixie nodded. "OK, but how do we get where Twilight is?" Flash wondered. "I think i can help with that." Laughed a voice. Shining Armor did a face hoof. "Oh no, anypony but..." His sentence was cut off as Discord appeared. "You know, I could't help but over hearing, and it sounds to me as if Twilight is in another world and you're going to help her, oh that is so chivalrous!" Discord laughed. Flash put a hoof on Discord and pinned him to the wall, much to Shining Armor's surprise. "Now listen. We're going to help Twilight because she is my captain's sister, and because she may need our help. Got that?" Flash asked. Discord nodded. At Eric's, he was telling the girls about the clockworks. "The Clockwork Armada, built in Valencia to help end the polarian war. But, sadly, the Valencians lost control of them and have gone out of control. Kane, their leader, was the first clockwork to be built. They say he rules with an iron fist, from what I've heard, it's called, and I quote 'The hand of Omega.'" The Doctor's eyes narrowed at the name. "Say that name again, The hand of Omega?" He asked. Eric nodded. The Doctor thought for a moment on the info he had just been given. "You OK, Doc?" Rainbow asked, snapping the time lord back to reality. "Hmm? Oh yes, yes, I'm fine, just thinking, that's all." He said. "OK." Rainbow said, but she knew something was bugging him. "First, to fight the Armada, you'll need weapons. Considering there's 8 of you, I'd say we need to find out your class." Eric said. "To do so, you'll need to go through some obstacle courses." Rarity gulped. She absolutely despised being put through tests. Then, a rift opened up, spitting out 3 people. Two had two tone blue hair, and one was white with blue streaks. The first one got up. "Shining Armor?" Twilight asked. Shining Armor gasped. "Twily!" He hugged his little sister. "Oh man I was worried about you, kid." He smiled. Twilight did as well. Flash got up second. Twilight hugged him too. Flash smiled. Trixie and Twilight high fived each other. "More friends of yours?" Eric asked. "This is my brother, Shining Armor, and this is Flash and Trixie." Twilight said. "I see." Eric said. After 5 minutes, Shining Armor was informed about the Armada. "Clockworks, we don't have those in Ponyville." He said. "Ponyville?" Eric seemed confused. "It's where we're from." Applejack told Eric. "So basically, all of you are magical talking ponies?" Eric seemed a bit surprised. Everyone but him nodded. "Well, considering everything I've seen, it really isn't that shocking." Eric admitted. "Oh well, on to training!" He laughed.
Chapter 5: The Dalek general Dalek Jast, Caan, Thay, and Sec were waiting for something to arrive, but how long it would take, they didn't know. Kane walked into the room to see what was going on. "OK, Daleks, I need answers, who or what is coming!" Kane sounded furious. The Cult of Skaro turn to face him. "THE DALEK GENERAL IS ARRIVING TO HELP US WITH OUR CONQUEST!" Dalek Sec told the Armada leader. "And just who is he, the general of the Daleks?" Kane asked. The Cult of Skaro remained silent, and waited. A beam appeared, materializing a black and grey Dalek with a red eye stalk, red speakers, and silver bumps. "Ah, so that's him, eh?" Kane guessed. The Dalek general looked at Kane, scanning him. "INFERIOR BEING! EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE!" The general yelled. The other four stopped him and told him that they had made an alliance with Kane. "YOU DARE MAKE AN ALLIANCE WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION!" The general sounded furious. "Explain your reason why." he ordered. "The Doctor is here with his companions." Sec told the general. The general's eye narrowed with hatred. He had hated that name for over 2 centuries now. The Doctor was the most feared enemy of the Dalek race, and he still is. "We made an alliance with Kane so we could exterminate the Doctor." Sec explained. "Understood, reason is valid." The general said to the Cult of Skaro. They understood as well. "Kane, where is the Doctor located now?" The general asked the Armada leader. Kane showed him to the monitor he used to track Eric. The general was furious when he saw the Doctor's blip. "CULT OF SKARO! NEW ORDERS! LOCATE THE DOCTOR, AND EXTERMINATE!" The general ordered the other four. "WE OBEY!" The Cult of Skaro said in unison. Meanwhile, Eric was training Twilight and the others. Rarity just sat in a chair watching. Eric rolled his eyes and got her up. "Come on Rar, everyone's got to train, that also includes you." Eric said, struggling to get Rarity up. "Why? I don't want my hair to get messy!" She wailed. "Rar, if you want to fight the Armada, then you've got to train." Eric tried once more, nothing. "Hey, Rainbow, can you help Rarity out?" He asked Rainbow Dash, who was fighting some clockwork dummys. She nodded, shot the last one behind her back, and ran over. Eric was amazed that Rainbow was learning so quickly, as for Pinkie Pie, well let's just say she wasn't doing so good. Eric face palmed himself when Pinkie hit a wall. "You OK there, Pinkie?" He asked. Pinkie Pie nodded and continued training. Shining Armor was killing the training, he was using his giant sword to slice away dummys of clockworks. He definitely had the build of a buccaneer. I put a check on buccaneer next to his picture. One down, seven to go, Eric thought. The training was to see what class everyone was. Twilight looked like she was a swashbuckler, but Eric could've been wrong. Oh well, more training, more chances to see which class everyone was.
Chapter 6: The Master returns.....Eric seemed impressed with how everyone was training rather quickly. Their stats and physical attributes were increasing rapidly, even the Doctor was impressed. Rainbow Dash took a little break to help Fluttershy, who was scared of fighting a clockwork dummy. Rainbow helped her friend up and trained with her. Fluttershy smiled, and joined her. "Doctor, they're helping one another, what is that?" Eric asked. "The power of friendship." The Doctor smiled, remembering the first pony who showed him kindness when he arrived in Ponyville, Derpy Hooves. "Friendship?" Eric wondered. He hadn't felt friendship for a long time, about 2 years since the clockworks started being the law around the spiral, rounding every pirate up. "I haven't felt friendship in a long time now." Eric admitted. "I've been fighting Kane so long I... I forgot what it's like to be friends." Eric told the girls. The girls looked at him. Rarity walked over to him and put a hand on his shoulder. "Who said it was too late to start again?" She smiled. Eric smiled for the first time in 2 years. Then, a violent blast shook the building. "What was that!" Rarity shrieked. Her eyes got wide when she heard a very familiar phrase said by one of the Doctor's foes. "LOCATE THE DOCTOR! LOCATE AND EXTERMINATE!" One of the voices yelled. "EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE!" The voice continued. The Doctor and Jack knew that voice. "Run?" Jack asked. The Doctor nodded. "Girls, run." Jack said to Twilight and the others. "How did they find us!" Rainbow asked as she was running. "The only way they could've found us is if the planted a tracking device on one of us!" She sounded frustrated. She ran before, but not from Daleks. Daleks were the one thing that irritated her most, well besides Pinkie Pie. "Eric, you said something about the 'Hand of Omega' earlier today, where did you hear that name from?" The Doctor asked. Eric thought for a moment. "I heard the name from a person named 'The Master', ring any bells?" Eric asked. The Doctor gasped at the name. The Master, the only other time lord who came so close to killing him. If the Master survived, who knows what he would do? Meanwhile in Cadiz, Kane was thinking when the doors burst open. A man came through wearing a black pirate coat, black hat with a purple feather in it, and brown boots. "Who are you?" Kane asked the mysterious guest. "Are you one of Eric's helpers?" The Armada leader demanded. "Oh trust me Kane, I am no 'friend' to Eric." The man said. His voice sounded familiar to Kane. "Don't remember me, huh? Figures." The man continued. "Perhaps you'll remember my name, I am The Master." The man laughed. Kane's jaw dropped in surprise. "Master, you're alive!" Kane sounded astounded. The Master chuckled. "But how, Eric killed you!" Kane protested. "Time lord, regeneration remember?" The Master chuckled. Kane remained silent as the Master's laughs echoed through the hall.
Chapter 7: The Master's true intentions.... The Doctor was out getting a few supplies for Eric so he could continue training the mane 6, Shining Armor, Flash, and Trixie. While he was out, he heard a vaguely familiar ticking sound, one he had heard before. When he turned around, 6 clockwork soldiers were pointing their guns at him. "OK, this is awkward. Hello." He said to them. The elite one, Caerulus by name, walked forward. "OK, either it's me, or you want something." The Doctor guessed. The troops didn't reply, but judging by the way their guns were pointed at him, they wanted him prisoner, or dead. Caerulus began to speak. "You are the Doctor." He said. "Confirm identity." He ordered. "Confirmed, I am the Doctor." The Doctor said to him. The ticking still kept going. "Ticking, that ticking, why do I feel like I've heard it before?" The Doctor asked the troops. Then, a spark went off in his mind. "Oh, oh oh oh oh! The ticking, of course! You're clockworks! I've encountered your kind before, Versailles, 1727!" The Doctor laughed, clapping his hands together. "Oh that is brilliant! Built to follow orders by a higher power, eh?" The Doctor asked. None of the clockworks replied to his question. They were programmed to answer someone else, not the Doctor. "OK, not programmed to respond to me. Who are you programmed to respond to?" He wondered. Then he realized. "Oh, you're programmed to respond to Eric! Oh, that is wonderful, fantastic, even!" The Doctor continued, rambling like he always did. "Yes." A musketeer replied. "We are programmed to respond to Mr. Collins." The soldier continued. He looked at Caerulus, then looked back at the Doctor. "Where is he? Where is the pirate?" The trooper asked. The Doctor seemed shocked by the question, then he realized it was Eric the clockworks were after. "So why do you want Eric, eh? At least answer that, why is Eric so important to your plans?" The Doctor asked. "You know why he is important, Doctor?" Asked a voice the Doctor knew all too well. "Missed me, 'old friend?'" The voice continued. "No, it can't be." The Doctor exclaimed. "Master." He said as the Master approached him casually. The Master chuckled quietly. "What's so funny?" The Doctor demanded. "You've got a mad scientist that knows him." He realized. "Goes by the name of, ooh, Dr. Clockwork, mad scientist of the spiral? Created the Armada?" The Doctor smirked. The Master let out a low growl, he knew the Doctor was on the right track. "Alright so you're on to us, Doctor, but Kane has what I need to wipe everything out of existence!" The Master told him. "The Hand of Omega, out of all the places it ended up it had to be here, why?" The Doctor asked the Master. "Does Kane know what you're planning? Does he know you're planning to overthrow him?" He continued. "That foolish clockwork has no clue what my true intentions are." The Master laughed. "Once I have the hand, Eric will be no more, that is my master plan, that is why I am here, Doctor." He explained. "Eric has no idea who truly killed his parents." The Master leaned into his ear. "It was me." He laughed. "Eric will know about this." The Doctor promised. "I'll make sure he does, and when he does, I'll leave him to deal with you, Master." The Doctor threatened him. The Master huffed and left with the troops. The Doctor couldn't believe what he had just heard, for he had tricked the Master into giving him the info. Clever Doctor. "Clever me." The Doctor chuckled. "Thank you, Master, for playing right into my hands." The Doctor clicked his tongue and winked. "Oh well, Allons-y!" The Doctor left for Eric's house, with all the supplies needed.
Chapter 8: The Commodore revealed...... "So wait, the Master wants me wiped off the face of the Earth with the Hand of Omega?" Eric exclaimed, shocked by the news. The Doctor nodded gravely. "But why me? What have I got to do with this Hand of Omega thing? Why me!" Eric demanded, irritated by secrets being held within everyone but him. "I mean, the only thing I've got is this." Eric pulled out a little watch with symbols the Doctor knew very well. "Where did you get that?" He asked. "That's a fob watch with Gallifreyan symbols embedded on it." The Doctor continued. "Time lords use that to..." The Doctor paused. "To do what?" Eric asked. "Rewrite their biology, making them human." The Doctor finished. Eric took another look at it. "Open it and whatever is inside there will enter your body." He told Eric. Eric took a deep breath, and opened it. A golden light came out of it, surrounding him. "Stand back, whatever is happening is for Eric, not us!" The Doctor warned Jack and the others. The golden light stopped. Eric took another breath. "Eric?" Rainbow Dash asked, concerned and worried at the same time. Eric's eyes opened, and he looked around. "Eric, is that you?" Rainbow asked again. Eric's eyes opened. "Hello, ooh." He said. "That's odd, new voice, hmm, don't remember this, must've regenerated before I made myself human." Eric guessed. "Eric Collins was just a character I made up." I said, like I read everyone's minds. "I am the Commodore." He laughed. "Commodore? What?" The Doctor asked, a bit shocked. Twilight took a stethoscope to listen to Eric's heartbeat. Both were working. "He's got 2 hearts." Twilight gasped. "Same as you, Doctor." She realized. "He's a time lord." "The Commodore hid himself from the Armada so he couldn't be detected, ooh! That is so clever!" The Doctor laughed. "Now, to catch up on things, old friend." He said. The Commodore sighed. "I know, I hate this way as well." The Doctor groaned, and both of the time lords rammed their heads together, groaning in pain after the hit. "Really? You think Kane is... oh. Oh oh oh oh!" The Doctor realized. "Really! Derpy Hooves, eh?" The Commodore laughed. "Now who's been bit by the love bug." He smirked. "Oi! You were the one who hid from the Armada, not me!" The Doctor protested. "Yeah, well I didn't make the decision to blow up Gallifrey, that was all you." The Commodore rolled his eyes. "You know I did that for a very good reason." The Doctor said with a hint of anger in his voice. "So, you think Kane is Sombra in disguise?" The Doctor asked his fellow time lord friend. "Well if I were Sombra and needed somewhere to hide, why not the clockworks?" The Commodore asked. "Whoa, hold up, Sombra? As in King Sombra?" Rainbow sounded shocked. The Commodore nodded. "So now what?" The Doctor asked. The Commodore thought for a moment. Then he got it. "We bring the fight to Kane and the Master." The Commodore said, clicking his tongue and winking his eye. "Geronimo!" He laughed.
Chapter 10: The final battle part 2Rainbow and the Commodore drew their weapons as Sombra drew his. "This time Sombra, you will stay dead for good." Rainbow vowed. Sombra laughed. "Hit me with your best shot." He taunted. Rainbow and the Commodore charged him. They sliced their swords, missing him. "You fight well." Sombra said. "Too bad this will be your last fight!" He vowed. Rainbow sliced him. Sombra cried out in pain. She had sliced his left arm. "You will pay for that, you little whelp!" Sombra growled. Rainbow Dash smiled smugly at him. "Bring it!" She said. Sombra huffed and charged her. Rainbow Dash had her mother's agility and her father's speed, making her the ultimate swashbuckler. Even Sombra was impressed. So was the Commodore. Rainbow dodged Sombra's attack and countered with her own. "You fight very well, Ms. Dash." Sombra wiped blood from his mouth. "Don't you want to know what happened to your parents?" Sombra grinned evilly. "My parents are still alive." Rainbow said coldly. "No, someone killed them, while you were with the Wonderbolts, someone murdered them, Me!" Sombra laughed. Rainbow's eyes narrowed in anger. She had felt rage before, but nothing like this. This rage was from her hatred of Sombra, and the things he had done. The Commodore held her back. "Rainbow, easy, He's just messing with you. You're parents are still alive, He's only saying that to make you mad." He said. Rainbow calmed down. "Now, we charge him together." The Commodore told her. She nodded. "You think you can beat me? I am invincible!" Sombra laughed. He pointed the Hand of Omega at them. "First people to be erased from existence, YOU!!!!!" He yelled. The hand powered up. "Commodore." Rainbow said. "Before we go, there's something I've been wanting to tell you." She continued. "Any last words?" Sombra asked smugly. Rainbow looked at the door. She smiled. "Yeah, one. Duck!" She pulled the Commodore down as a sword plunged through the door, into Sombra. He gasped and wheezed. He looked at the sword implanted in his chest. It had the initials S.A. on it. Shining Armor. Sombra thought. Twilight and the others came through the door. Twilight gasped as she looked at Sombra. Sombra smiled weakly before collapsing to the floor. After a few seconds he stopped moving altogether. "Sombra was Kane." Shining Armor realized. Rainbow nodded. "Rainbow, you had something to tell me?" The Commodore asked her. "Oh yeah, um..." Rainbow tried to remember what she said earlier. The Commodore looked in her eyes, ans she looked back. Their lips met for a few seconds, then broke. Rainbow blushed a bright red. "So, I guess that's that." The Doctor said. "The Master and Daleks escaped." He sighed. "So, back to Ponyville." The Doctor laughed. The Commodore held his fob watch. "What're you doing?" The Doctor asked him. "Making myself human again." He replied. He looked at Rainbow Dash, then the Doctor. The Doctor nodded. A golden light surrounded him. After a minute or so, it faded. The Commodore took a deep breath. He opened his eyes. "Hello! Eric Collins, back in the saddle!" Eric winked. Rainbow hugged him. "Well, nothing left here for me." Eric looked around. The he looked at Sombra. "so what do we do with 'im?" He asked. The Doctor pondered. "Well, hmm." Jack thought. It was decided, they brought him back to Ponyville with them. "So great to be a pony again!" Rarity laughed. "Pirate wasn't really my style." The others rolled their eyes. Flash and Twilight raced each other to the crystal tree. "So you're leaving, then?" Rainbow asked the Doctor. "Well, you know me, universe, TARDIS, all that jazz." The Doctor said. Derpy ran over and hugged him. "Where were you!" She asked, hugging him again. "Different planet." The Doctor laughed. "Onward then?" He asked Jack and Derpy. They nodded, and entered the TARDIS. "Off we go, Allons-y!" The Doctor yelled as the TARDIS vanished. "So this is Ponyville, eh?" Eric asked Rainbow. She nodded. Then Eric looked at himself. He was a blue pegasus with a black version of Rainbow's mane and tail with a purple fencing sword and red rose for a cutie mark, the mark of a swashbuckler. "Race you to Sugar Cube Corner!" Eric laughed. Rainbow followed him, laughing. Meanwhile, in the dungeons of Canterlot, A grey pegasus with a black and grey mane and tail with 2 silver gears and a bronze gear and crimson red eyes opened his eyes. "Doctor." He breathed. (Doctor Who: Metal version)
Chapter 9: The final battle part 1 The Commodore, Jack, the Doctor, along with Twilight and the others were heading straight for Cadiz, the center of Kane's power. Dalek sec saw the ship on the monitor. "ALERT! ALERT! THE DOCTOR AND HIS COMPANIONS ARE ARRIVING!" He yelled. "ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL, 10 MINUTES!" Sec continued. "Well then power up cannons and FIRE!" The Master ordered. "Blast the Doctor out of the sky!" He yelled. Kane was in his throne room, with a jet black knight gauntlet on his left hand. It was hinted with an icy blue. "Soon, I shall wipe every pirate out of existence." He laughed to himself. Then, The Commodore's ship burst through Cadiz, destroying Dalek Thay and Jast. "So it begins." Kane smiled. Twilight and the girls charged the clockworks. Rainbow Dash and the Commodore took out the dragoons. Twilight went for the musketeers with Rarity. Pinkie, Fluttershy, and Applejack went for the elite troops. Shining Armor helped out Twilight. Jack and Flash decided to go for Rooke. Bishop was being taken care of by Trixie while the Doctor handled the 3 remaining Daleks and the Master. "EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE THE DOCTOR!" Scorpius yelled. "EXTERMINATE!" He continued yelling as he fired his gun continuously. "Commodore! Get after Kane, we can handle these guys!" The Doctor called. The Commodore nodded and went for Kane. Rainbow Dash followed him. "What're you doing?" The Commodore asked her as she ran side by side with him. "Helping you." Rainbow Dash smiled confidently. They soon made it to Kane's throne room, and sitting in a regal chair was none other than the leader of the clockworks himself. "Kane." Rainbow Dash growled. "Hello, Rainbow Dash!" Kane laughed. "So good to see you again!" Rainbow's eyes narrowed. Kane's voice sounded familiar to her, too familiar. "Don't recognize me?" Kane asked. "Figures, it's this stupid mask." Kane reached for his mask. When he took it off, Rainbow gasped in shock. Sitting in front of her, with crimson red eyes and fangs, was none other that the former crystal tyrant, King Sombra. "S...S...Sombra?!" She exclaimed. Sombra nodded. "Missed me?" Sombra cackled. "I can never die, not if one single of my cells still lives!" Sombra yelled. "If so far as one, one, of my cells still lives, I can be brought back to life." He smiled, exposing his fangs. The Commodore and Rainbow stood silent as Sombr'a laughed echoed the halls. King Sombra was alive, and he was bent on destroying the spiral for good. With room for no pirates.
