During one of her crusading, the cutie mark crusaders suffer an accident. Even when they survive, there is a price to pay. Sweetie Belle broke her leg, giving her nothing but pain and secluding her to her room inside of Rarity's house. Too afraid of telling her parents, she goes to the hospital herself to ask for a doctor. Instead of an experienced doctor, there's a young stallion with almost no experience on the field. Yet, he will do anything to try and help the ones in need.
Sweetie Belle starts to develop a crush for this doctor, which starts to transform into something bigger. However, there is a slight problem… he isn't able to say NO.
