Fallout: Equestria's Wasteland Alliance

When morning hit Fluttershy as per usual did a headcount of her animals, finding one missing she ventured outside in search of the critter. After asking around she found it had wandered into Everfree Forest. However upon entering she not only found her lost animal, but she found something that could possibly be the biggest (albeit dangerous) discovery in history, a portal… then disappears without warning.
After sending in a brave contingent of five royal guards in search of the young mare, only two returned with tales of a war torn wasteland known as Earth where several factions are vying for control over the wastes, where strange alien and advanced technology is being used to wage war and destroy anything that breathes…
There's also several deranged clown worshipers who dance all day long and purple trees, but that's not important!
These factions are the New California Republic and Caesar's Legion.
Luna being the curious and brash Alicorn she is, suggests sending someone on a diplomatic mission to contact one of these factions and propose an alliance, (and to also search for Fluttershy of course) despite losing three guards to them (possibly). Celestia agrees.

Meanwhile in the wastelands a very strange human is on the run… from Legionary soldiers and three Talon Company mercs for some reason when he runs into a stray Pegasus, being chased By Cazadors. "Well this just keeps getting better and better!"
Follow the story of the alliance of Equestria, and some crazy shit with Deathclaws… with acid? I don't know just go with it.
