The man, wearing dark armor, a gas mask, and holding a rifle, was talking to another man, who was in a grey monotone plaid jacket, with a cap on his head that had a black rim and a red stripe around the edges of the cap. They were stationed at the outskirts of a forest, with smoke rising in the distance.

"It is the strangest thing, Hanz. We expected a meteor, or perhaps even one or our satellites. But instead, it was someone."
