Magnum Crescent; The Eclipse of Equestria

Magnum Crescent is a Alicorn, queen of the twilight zone. She isn't related to Celestia, or Luna, but is closely involved in their lives. That story, will be saved for another day, though.

Magnum's castle is that of beauty. She has everything anypony could ask for. What does she lack? Only she would know. Within her castle are many different areas, representing things ponies have done in the past. Very similar to Princess Celestia's castle.

Magnum however is in the twilight zone. The world in between one and itself. It could be crushed within a second by who knows what. How did she get there somepony might ask? How did this happen? Well if you were to ask that yourself, she would tell you about the stories of the great Emerald Fire. Being an Alicorn, she has lived for a long time. Many of her friends have long since passed, and she must be strong when asked about them.

Emerald Fire is a legend. He has the strength to push past anything in his way.

Emerald Fire is a Pegasus that Magnum met when she was just a Filly. He greatly resembled the strong Rainbow dash in personality, with slight tinkers here and there. His pure black coat gave him a shining feel that made him seem strong. He had strong wings that seemed to flash green. His tail was green, which, when flying, gave him a sort of brilliance. He seemed to radiate green in a way that made one stop and just stare for a moment's time.

Magnum Crescent got to the Twilight zone when she ran into Emerald Fire. Emerald had touches of green on his hooves, mane, nd four small horns that seemed to naturally fit on his head. In addition on his mouth. This made it seem like he drank out of a platter full of something green. His bright green eyes made you feel like he was staring directly at you all the time. Almost like he was expecting something.

Magnum was in a rush when she first ran into him. She was completely and entirely flustered and couldn't figure out what to do with herself. She had barely escaped. Eyes full of tears, she bumped into Emerald. In a burst of magnificent green flames they were both consumed. Any and all chanced at capturing Magnum at this point, were lost. She was in the Twilight zone, with Emerald Fire.

Upon reaching this place, Magnum shortly realized she was alone. Eyes full of tears, she looked upward. Emerald looked downward upon her, seeming very condescending with his powerful gaze.

"Sup?" He said. Catching her completely off-guard.

His otherwise powerful appearance made this seem maddening. Perhaps she was imagining appearing in this otherworldly realm?

"Hi.." She squeamishly squished out. She didn't really want to talk at the time. Despite this she felt some sort of safety near this Colt. Emerald had a warm atmosphere around him, like that of a warm fire at the end of a long and cold day. It was relief. She was satisfied with this feeling. Very much so.

That's when his smile seemed to disappear. She turned away quickly, as if she was to be stricken. This led Emerald to believe she was expecting him to hit her. He hung his head with a silent sigh.

She looked around quickly. The area had a darker ground. They were in a forest, as if a fire had gone through here but nobody bothered to clean the area up. It was messy, and didn't seem safe, except that the forest wasn't thick, it lacked trees. The trees must have burned, because it was scarce. The creamy sky said that the sun was rising... Or setting. It was breath-taking.

"Princess Magnum.. We have a lot of work to do." Magnum looked upward at him, without having introduced herself, she wondered how he knew her name.

Then she noticed in the thicker parts of the woods luminescent eyes that glowed a fiendish red became vivid and clear.
