//-------------------------------------------------------// The young life of Pinkie -by DramaBlue18- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Life of young //-------------------------------------------------------// Life of young Pinkie leaned against a wall listening her parents munching rocks. Rocks!? Yes, rocks. Since the Pie family lived in a rock farm for generations, they always had eaten rocks. Why they still ate rocks even if she brings a bowl of candy each day, she had no idea. After having her cutie mark, she started loving candy, and since she went some times to a place called Ponyville, she sometimes brought candy from there. There was a candy shop which had the best candy ever. Even if they were a little expensive. So, sometimes she had to do some jobs which was a whole lot of work. Still, it was worth it. I mean, eating sweets was the best thing ever! Nothing would ever top biting into delicious, tasty candy. Except maybe parties. But in parties they always had- "Pinkamena! Are you listening to a word I'm saying?" whispered her older sister in her ear. Oops thought Pinkie. She was so focused in the sweets she forgot her sister was there. She was older than Pinkie, but was the only one who could bear her sister's antics. "Sorry sis!" whispered Pinkie. Her sister pretended nothing happened. "I was saying that you should stop stealing candy from the counter, it's bad enough you bring candy to home. Mom and dad will not like this." "Please Maud, a little candy has never hurt anybody!" "But-" Pinkie cut her sister by putting her hoof over her mouth as she saw her parents leaving the kitchen. Then a big smile appeared on her face as she told her sister "Well, off to candyville I go". Her sister just rolled her eyes "Just don't say I didn't warn you", she said as she stepped out of the hall. Pinkie silently tiptoed inside the kitchen scanning ways to get on the top of the counter. If she wanted her mission to succeed, she needed to be quiet and fast. She started to look around, but saw nothing useful. She walked as silently as she could, but accidentally tripped over. She waited to see if she was watched but none came. She sighed in relief. Then she saw that she had tripped over a tower of books and saw some more in the table. Perfect. ——–—————————————-----------------------------------——————————------------------------------------------------- CRASH! "Pinkamena!" shouted her mother as she hurried to her house. She had been raking the rocks to the north after eating when she heard a loud noise from the kitchen. She knew for fact that only Pinkie was the one who would make such a racket. When she got to the kitchen a frown appeared on her face. "Pinkamena Diane Pie", her mother said " What are you doing?" "Ih'rm eartinh cohokiers!" tried to respond Pinkie. Her two sisters, Marble Pie and Limestone Pie watched in faked boringness. They so wanted to eat candy, but had not to to keep the profile of good daughters. They licked their lips with their eyes growing. Maud Pie enter the room with an "I-told-you-so" look. Pinkie just shrugged it off and licked a lollipop. Her mother tried to hold her anger as her daughters tried to hold their craving for sweets. At last, the two perfect daughters jump in the air shouting "GERONIMO!" and landing in the sea of candy. They started eating in delight until they noticed the stare their mother was giving them. Maud could only smile On the floor, a three little fillies were sitting, eating candy in the middle of a pile of broken bowls, chairs, books and sweets. Primarily, sweets. Despite the mess she made, Pinkie seemed quite happy as she was. She may get grounded for this ,but was it fun! She took a bite from a cookie. Oh, yeah thought Pinkie. This was life. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ It was time for school. Pinkie loved school. It was just one more opportunity to make friends! This was her first day since getting her cutie mark, and she was excited. Limestone and Marble were packing their bags with her. "Oooh, can you actually believe we are already in second grade?" said Pinkie excited. "Pinkie, its no big deal," answered her sister Marble "We already passed first grade ,so I see no reason why this year should be different. Besides, won't your friends think you've gotten a bit, uh, different?" Pinkie thought for a moment. Her friends, Applejack and Fluttershy, had always known her as the boring, serious Pinkamena Diane Pie. What would they think of her now? Would they think she is weird? Will they think she has gone mad? Pinkie shook her head. No she thought.
