[Yeah story is highly unrealistic, I do hope adopting filly's in Equestria isn't like this. Also yeah story sucks, downvote it XD]
Cipher Splash glanced at the nearby fillys, her tail twitched happily. She glanced at the small row of fillys that she could adopt. Cipher had past the last two tests and the third was the final one before she could adopt. She was lead into a room by a examiner and a small pik filly was sitting their watching her.
Cipher blinked at the examiner, "what's the test?" she asked blinking.
The examiner smiled "Final test is to fill out these forms and keep the filly" she remarked handing over several forms, when they were signed she escorted Cipher and her new filly out of the building.
Cipher glanced at her filly, "I'm going to call you, bubblegum" she said smiling. The filly rolled her eyes, like she hadn't heard that before.
A Day later
Cipher's alarm woke her up, she grumbled grumpily before rolling out of bed. She slowly got up and went into her daughter's room, "bubblegum, school" she informed giving bubblegum a nudge, she had to nudge her pink daughter several times before she was contented she would get up instead of going back to sleep.
Cipher trotted into her kitchen followed by, "so er what you want to eat?" she asked Bubblegum..
Bubblegum thought about it "Hay fries and cake" she announced.
'Strange child' Cipher thought.
Cipher blinked "you can't have that for breakfast" she grumbled, she decided to make pancakes instead.
Cipher then packed her daughters lunch which included a massive chocolate cake, then she sent her daughter off the school. "be good now, and if some-pony is mean to you then bite them or whatever" Cipher said before starting the cleaning up.
Cipher had just finished when the post-pony came delivering the mail. she collected it and began reading it.

CIpher then left her house to go collect her filly, she stood at the front gates, she saw their teacher come out first. She glanced at Cipher and walked stright to her 'this can't be good' Cipher thought. Cheerilee walked up to Cipher, "hello I'm Cheerilee, Bubblegum's teacher"
Cheerilee blinked "well I was just wondering if you knew the schools policy since you're the legal guardian of Bubblegum" she finished before pulling out a large book from her saddlebag. She turned the pages until she got to near the back. "no unhealthy food shall be taken into the school due to the new health regime implemented by the headmistress". She then handed the book to Cipher. "It's rather unfair that Bubblegum gets to have a treat when the other's have carrotstick's" she finished.
Cipher blinked, was this mare serious? Cipher waited until Cheerilee had finished "wait what?, you're winding me up right?" she responded.
Cheerilee shock her head, "certainly not, under our healthy eating plan, we feed our students with nutrients and vitamins rather then empty sugars which are bad" she finished.
Cipher didn't see the problem with a tiny bit of cake, "it was only a tiny bit of cake, I always had cake as a filly and I didn't do me any problems to my health" she stated
Cheerilee glanced at Cipher's belly "well you're not the thinnish mare, no wonder you adopted" she remarked
Cipher wasn't impressed, nor was Cheerilee after a orange hoof smacked her cleanly in the nose. Cipher jumped ontop of Cheerilee her horn glowing, she bit down hard on Cheerilee ear and repeatedly smashed the smug teachers head into the ground. She got off her feeling slightly happier. The other parents had backed away from the violence, however Cipher didn't really care, she had only stopped when she spotted Bubblegum.
Cipher smiled at her daughter "how was the cake?" she asked, her daughter blinked glancing at Cipher. "I never got around to eating it" she finished.
Cipher wasn't happy, "lets go get you're cake" she finished. After another round of beating Cheerilee. Bubblegum had her large chocolate cake. On the way home Bubblegum glanced at Cipher.
"Mother, can you not kill any of my other teachers?, i don't want to have to go to a new school" she finished spotting a ambulance heading towards her school.
Cipher smiled, "I will try not to".
Cipher had just finished dinner when their was a knock on the door. Bubblegum opened the door and glanced at the pony, "mummm, Theirs a purple Alicorn wanting to see you" she called.
Cipher came to the door giving Bubblegum a quick lick. "go finish you're desert" she told Bubblegum then she glanced at Twilight Sparkle. "I wonder why you're here" she asked letting out a yawn, "you could have came tomorrow when Bubblegum was at school" she grumbled.
Twilight Sparkle shock her head, "I've been instructed to take Bubblegum away from you, and to place you under arrest" she said before giving Cipher a warrant. CIpher licked her hoof, and looked outside of the door. "huh, well you should have brought some royal guards" she smirked before flicking Twilight's warrant onto the floor. "Bubblegum's my filly, you try and take her, see what happens" she finished slamming the door on Twilight.
Bubblegum walked back though and glanced at Cipher, "what did that mare want?" she asked. Cipher was about to respond when Twilight opened the door, she glanced at the pink filly. "come here Bubblegum, I'm taking you now" she called.
Bubblegum blinked in surprise "but I don't want to go?" she complained.
Twilight had enough of arguing and used her magic to levitate the Filly. Cipher wasn't impressed. Nor was twilight when a magic beam smacked her square in the face. Cipher went over to her filly "you're mine, the mean mare won't hurt you now" she said.
Twilight got up and growled "that's it". She shot several beams at Cipher, one of them hit Bubblegum making her collapse. Cipher fell over as well before getting up she nudged her filly who was now injured. She glanced at Twilight fire's in her eyes.
The showdown ended in a draw. Along with Cipher sitting on top of twilight Sparkle pinning her to the ground, "get off" Twilight grumbled feeling another painful bite on her horn.
CIpher got off, "ma filly" she growled going over to her filly and giving her a good lick.
Cipher then took her filly home and tucked her into bed
"whos a good filly?, yes you are Bubblegum" she whined before laying next to her filly.
