I Was Her All Along?
Chapter 1

I groan, shifting around under my blankets. I feel really small for some reason, as if my body has shrunk since I went to bed.
I frown. Something about that just doesn’t feel right.
I open my eyes and look around from the position I’m in. I’d fallen asleep on my stomach? Haven’t done that since I was like, five.
My frown becomes confused. I’m looking at a light-blue wall. I’m also looking at a reflection that doesn’t make sense. If I didn’t know better, I’d swear it was of a foal Sweetie Belle from My Little Pony Friendship is Magic.
My brain must still be sleep-addled.
“Oh! She’s awake!”
My mind flip-flops in confusion at the sound of the voice. I’ve only ever heard it in once, in Season 1 of MLP, the episode Cutie Mark Chronicles— Wait a minute! What?
Before I can do more than realize what the hell I just thought, I feel myself being lifted up by... I have no idea what, and start floating across what I see as a blue and white speckled tiled floor.
I start flailing around. I hate being high up with nothing underneath my feet. Every time I’ve been on any kind of ride, I felt really uncomfortable if they didn’t provide somewhere for your feet to rest during it.
Moments later I feel myself lowered into a pair of what feel like arms... My brain managing to calm me down by the oddity of it.
I look up, before my eyes widen. I’m looking up at a purple maned, pink coated mare that I’ve only seen once, but recognise right away: Rarity and Sweetie Belle’s mother!
I look around, my mind becoming more frantic as I absorb my surroundings.
I’m in a hospital room, with light-blue walls and a reflective ceiling. The mare holding me is lying in a bed, standing next to which is a tall, toned white coated stallion with a scruffy brown mane and tail and moustache. Standing next to him, looking at me with huge eyes is a filly that makes my eyes widen too.
“She’s so cute!” Rarity squeals, bouncing up and down. “Mommy, Mommy, can I hold her?!”
Her?
I look down at myself and gasp. I’m wearing what is clearly a diaper. More to the point, I’m suddenly aware as to why my body felt so weird before. I don’t have hands or feet, I have hooves! My body is covered in white fur. I lift my new forelegs up to my head and feel a nub of a horn growing from my forehead.
My brain blanks as full dawning hits me like a runaway train. I’ve become Sweetie Belle, and not just Sweetie Belle, but baby Sweetie Belle, shortly after birth if the hospital room is anything to go by.
What the hell’s going on?
I quickly scan my brain, trying to remember what I’d been doing last before... whatever this is happened.
The last thing I remember I was leaving work for the day and catching the bus to the city, intending to stop by SHIN TOKYO to buy a certain Anime DVD. Aside from that...
“Is she alright?”
The concern in Rarity’s tone causes me to open my eyes and look up, before looking around.
The three ponies are all looking at me with uncertainty.
For some reason, I find their expressions funny and start giggling. This seems to satisfy them, causing their expression to return to smiles.
Once I’m finally able to stop myself from giggling, inwardly questioning why I found their expressions so amusing as to make me laugh, I find myself held by much smaller forelegs than before.
Looking up, I see Rarity smiling down at me. “Hello, Sweetie Belle,” she says, her big eyes focused on me. “I’m Rarity, your big sister.”
I smile. Seeing this side of Rarity is always nice, even if the way I’m seeing it is beyond normal.
Meanwhile, inside my head, I’m inwardly groaning as I realize what’s going on, why I’m Sweetie Belle, of all ponies. I’d already written two fics in which I turn into a filly, the first one being Finding Myself as a Flightless Filly, where I turned into Scootaloo in Equestria after the season 4 finale, and An Apple Far From The Tree, where I turn into Apple Bloom while still on Earth.
For whatever reason, the universe has decided to be a butt and rounded it out. I’d already done two of the Crusaders, so it was making me Sweetie Belle so that she didn’t get left out.
The only difference is, while those two were just fics, this is real.
I’m shocked out of my inner revere by another snout pressing against mine. Focusing my eyes, I see Rarity is nuzzling my nose with hers.
I try to squirm, but something about her pressing her snout to mine is somewhat calming, making it harder to think as my mind gets a bit hazy.
“She might be hungrah, ya know,” Rarity’s father’s voice says, snapping me out of it and I turn to him, frowning slightly. Something about what he said is setting off alarm bells in my brain, yet I can’t figure out why?
I suddenly find myself lifted up again, my brain connecting the idea that it’s Rarity and Sweetie’s mother’s magic, before I’m lowered onto the bed, the covers of which have been pulled back.
I look up, before my eyes widen. I’m staring at a pair of teats! Oh, God! She’s going to nurse me!
Before I can do more than register this beyond bizarre and rather disturbing idea, a hoof presses lightly on me, pushing me forward enough that my slightly open more is pressed against the nearest teat, it popping into my mouth without resistance, causing my eyes to widen.
The moment my tiny mouth came around the pink flesh, milk squirted from it, hitting the back of my mouth.
I grimace at the idea that breast milk is in my mouth... before my expression softens. The taste is... nice. Sweet, warm and smooth. To my shock, I my mouth starts moving on its own, suckling on the teat inside it to get more of the tasty liquid.
As more and more milk goes down my gullet, my body feeling warm as the like enters my stomach, my mind starts getting a bit hazy. I struggle to stay focused, suddenly alarmed. I’m having trouble remembering my past, as if something is erasing it from my mind with each gulp of milk I consume.
For several moments I fight against the wave of haze making its way over my brain. I mustn’t let myself forget who I am. I’m... I’m... sleepy.
Why was I so anxious a moment ago? I can’t remember.
A teat is presented to me and I latch on and start drinking, happy as the warm milk flows into me. After the milk stops, I’m lifted in magic to rest in two big forelegs.
I smile sleepily up at Mommy, before yawning, close my eyes and snuggle up next to her.
Whatever reason I was worried about before, it doesn’t matter now. Mommy’s here and she’ll keep me safe. As sleep takes me, I hear her singing me a small lullaby, as I drift into the world of dreams.

As i said in the description, i wanted to write this since i've already one for scoots and bloom, so i decided to do one for sweetie so she wouldn't feel left out.

Now, sorry it took me so long to at least get part of this out. As you can see, this is taking a very different route than the other two.
Don't worry, his... or rather, her memories with somewhat return later on in the story. the point being made here is that he was Sweetie all this time, without knowing it.
