Well, since this is going to jump from comedy to sad, I will just put tags in the A/N. I know it's been a while and some of you won't have high expectation, but this content is from a idea I got while swimming one day. Rate, comment, do whatever just don't be a total douche to anyone but me. As for my other story I have it written now I just need to type it.
Murder
The day was sunny, the whole class was chatting happily as today was a field trip. They get to go meet artist Free Hoof. They were just happy they didn't have math homework. The two CMC members were there, with one gone to Trotting ham.
Everyone was just happy, except for two snobbish rich girls. They were smiling, but it was a wicked smile. They had much more devastating planes. The only thing that stopped them from setting into motion was location.
Something big was going to go down, and only they knew. Waiting until they were near the river under a cliff they started whispering into each others ear and snickered. The one wearing the tiara went up to the... 'Slow' ponies and whispered something into there ears and they smiled.
They started to wrestle each other, causing the whole class to be forced to stop. The teacher broke them up and started to scold them. Sneaking behind an orange filly, she 'bumped' into her, causing her to fall. The class looked over and gasped. The orange filly fell and slammed into the water.
She tried to scream, but water rushed into her mouth and made her gag. She tried to swim, but her hoof and one of her wings broke when she hit the water. She tried to calm down, but her mind was going to fast to think clearly.
The force of the current was too strong to swim in, only flying would help. It pushed her under and around. She had become a rag doll for the river to play with.
Jagged rocks cut her body. Crimson slowly leaking out of her just to swept away with her. The class on the cliff could do nothing but stare in horror. For a split second she resurfaced and heard part of her name being called out by her friend.
It warmed her heart, but it didn't change what she knew, and what she is.
Hopeless. Scared.
That is her now, and she knew it, just another tragic story... and wasn't easy to accept. Though the more she accepted it the more it seemed that dying became easier and fear was being cast out. She resurface again and saw Cheerlie keeping up with her, trying to find something to have her grab onto.
Being forced down, she slammed into a rock and felt another snap. Her other wing broke. Trying to scream out only ended up with her taking in even more water. The feeling of acceptance was ruined and replaced with fear again. Being slammed into another rock, it resurface her. The current was much stronger here and dragged her body across a rock. It started to tear her fur and flesh against it. She wanted to cry, but couldn't tell what she was doing anymore. Those few feet felt like miles.
The rock dropped off, and so did she. Her entire left side was torn and all the fur was missing. It burned her cuts. Her lungs were burning, and time was dragging it out. There was a spike in the river from when the train tracks were being built.
It forced it's way into her lungs, causing her to open her mouth to scream, but it ended up trading water with blood. It was an indescribable pain, and there was nothing that could save her now. Her vision was fading quickly. A feeling of bliss washed over her as she grew to accept it would end. It seemed to dull the pain. As she was closing her eyes, she was treated to her life being flashed in front of her, and a sonic rainboom at the end.

Murder. It was an act of murder. November 6th, the birthday of the filly, it became a day to remember her. Finding the murders were easy, as because they came out and said they did it.
Silver Spoon and Diamond Tiara.
Those names became venom across the land of Equestria. No one would go near them. They became the most hated ponies. They were tried the same day, and admitted that they pushed her with bad intentions. After they saw her plummet, they immediately regretted there decision. They pleaded guilty.
They were banished to the sun.
Scootaloo.
After the murder, it set a domino effect within the land of Equestria. The Princesses, Celestia, Luna, Cadence, and Twilight made November 6th, Scootaloo's birthday, a day to remember her. The two kingdoms and Ponyville made a statue to remember her.
Pinkie Pie tried to keep people happy, but she couldn't. She started struggling with life again and started to go insane. Rejecting her friends, she didn't have closure 'till the funeral two months later. She started to cheer people up, with help from cheese sandwich, they distracted ponyvill from the loss and made a day just to live carefree and have fun. They wanted everyone to get the most out of life before they died. Slowly, the town started to go along, having fun for the lost filly. A ghost appeared in specific spots the CMC always loved to hang out, and many reported seeing “An orange ghost with a purple mane racing around town on a scooter” that day.
Applejack and Rarity dropped everything they had to do for a month to support there little sisters Applebloom and Sweetie Bell. Support from their family, friends, and fellow CMC members, they moved on and started to work on an act with Rainbow Dash in Scootaloo's memory.
Rainbow dash took a leave of absence from the wonderbolts. She fell into a depression and attempted suicide, claiming it was her fault Scootaloo died because she was too slow. The battle has been uphill but she is recovering. She started getting support from all around Equestria and a group in Ponyvill to help her. She is now trying to help prevent future incidents, and to raise awareness with bullying. She is also helping Applebloom and Sweetie bell with there acts.
Sadly, they couldn't find her parents and are assumed they were dead, and are now assuming Scootaloo was homeless too.
