I hope you guys like it! This is a build-up for another story. It focuses on Pinkamena Diane Pie and her journey of Art in Blood. I hope to submit that one soon. It'll be a multi-chapter fic, so look forward to it. Adios! You're Here SHOW ME LOVE As inexperienced as she is, Maud Pie can at least cook a decent breakfast. A simple plate of hay bacon and eggs, complete with mashed potatoes. A glass of orange juice sat beside the plate, freshly squeezed not ten minutes ago, the pulp still floating on the surface. A very simple breakfast for a very simple mare. “This should at least keep me going for the day,” she said to herself. Digging into her pocket, she fished out her pet rock, Boulder, and placed him on the table. Seating herself, she picked out a few strands of hay and placed it in front of Boulder, nudging it towards him. “Here you go.” After taking care of her rock she indulged herself in her meal, slowly chewing and savoring the taste. But with a few more chews, she couldn’t help but feel something’s missing. Swallowing, she smacked her lips and hummed to herself. “Hmmm… I should put igneous rock sprinkles next time.” It had been some time since she started her Equestria-wide rock research, funded by Princess Celestia, after she had published her thesis of a new type of rock that could very well benefit the progression of the country’s technology. Four years since she left the Rock Farm to do what she had dreamed of doing for so long. Everywhere she looked, she would find rocks she was familiar with, yet in different shapes and masses than what she was used to studying. She had travelled through forests, mountains, even scaled volcanoes to broaden her geological knowledge. But the new type of rock she proposed in her thesis research proved to be false. Whatever evidence that was found on that rock was merely a byproduct of magical manipulation, the form and contents having shifted and mutated due to the magic’s influence. How did she find this out? She met the unicorn who inflicted the spell in the first place. He said he merely cast the spell to see if it worked on material objects and not just anything living and breathing. What kind of spell it was, she had forgotten. The disappointment that filled her heavy heart was enough to make her want to forget everything about her adventure. She was not only ashamed of herself, but she was angry. Angry at how life had played her like a foal. She could not bear to face everyone she knew and supported her, so she built her own home here, in the mountains far away from everyone she knew. It was quite secluded, save for some straggling wildlife. What mattered was that she was alone in a place void of any familiar or non-familiar faces. She was content with the solitude, and she needed only Boulder by her side. He was good enough company for her. Looking back down at her pet, she gave a satisfactory nod when she saw no trace of the hay she gave him. Before she could complement on his obedience, however, a loud set of knocks rang across her little house. It puzzled her to have visitors, not because of this early hour, but her house was practically in the middle of nowhere, settled right on the side of a mountain near the Equestrian border! Just who could possibly want anything from her? And more importantly… “How did anyone find me?” she asked herself. Patting Boulder and pushing the plate towards him, she stood up and made her way to the door. Another set of knocks sounded, yet she did not quicken her lax pace. As she took her time with her walk, she let her mind wander back to her thoughts. I haven’t told anyone where I’ve settled in yet. The only one capable of finding me is… She paused and her brows rose a notch. Yes…that is a possibility… Upon reaching the door, she turned the knob and pushed it open, just slightly, and peered through the small opening. Indeed, she saw a bit of pink, though a slightly darker shade than usual. “Pinkie?” A pink hand then rested on the side of the door, a rather sullen voice speaking after, “Maud…let me in, please.” Maud’s eyes then wandered to the visible fingers on the door, and saw that they were stained with red. There was no mistake. Blood. Blood that may have been spilt only a day ago, she figured. “Maud?” Sighing, she pulled the door open, revealing her younger sister, Pinkie Pie. Her usual bouncy, curly mane was replaced with long, straight locks that covered half of her face. Her coat was, as she noted earlier, a darker pink than natural. Her clothes, a long white frilled shirt and short shorts, were torn for reasons she cannot point. Around the edges of the tears stains of blood resided, and Maud felt compelled to search her sister for any injuries. “Pinkie, what—?” “Maud, please,” the younger Pie cut in, pleading eyes meeting hers. “Can you just…let me in?” Those eyes… How could she say no? How could she possibly say no to her, her beloved little sister, the only one she considered family, especially with those eyes? Anypony who didn’t know Maud well enough wouldn’t be able to tell how she felt by just looking at her, but behind her indifferent face was a storm of emotions. Looking at Pinkie Pie in this state broke her heart, yet a part of her found her grim expression rather…endearing. A sort of sadistic pleasure of seeing her sister pouting, nearly in tears. Pinkie was a naturally attractive mare, but right now she was absolutely adorable. But she willed herself to focus on the matter at hand. There were more important things than her infatuation with her younger sister. Nodding, she stepped aside. “Sure, Pinkie. Come in.” “Hello, Boulder,” the pink mare greeted the small rock, patting it slightly with her index finger. “You seem well.” “He appreciates your visit,” Maud said from behind, carrying a mug of hot cocoa. “It has been a while since we’ve seen you, after all.” “Yes…” She turned to the gray pony. “It has.” A heavy silence filled the air, and all they could do is stare at each other. Dear Celestia, it had been so long. Maud wanted nothing more than to embrace her sister, apologize to her for not coming back, and to shower her with all the love a sister can give. And more… Swallowing the lump in her throat, Maud placed the mug in front of Pinkie. “I made you some cocoa. You must be freezing after hiking all the way up here.” Managing a small smile, the younger Pie picked it up and breathed in the scent. “Yeah. It’s not even snowing and yet it feels like a blizzard hit me.” “We’re in a pretty high altitude. So the higher we are, the stronger and colder the winds.” She nodded. “I remember. I still don’t appreciate the cold, though.” “You get sick easily, yeah. I’ve prepared a hot bath for you to use. Just finish your drink so you can get in. I don’t want you falling ill.” As she turned to walk away, however, a hand gripped hers. Looking back at Pinkie, she saw that her eyes wore a different emotion than before. It was neither pleading nor was it helplessness in those orbs. It was a flame, albeit faint, that signified a silent order for Maud to stay. It was a look that she had received often back in the farm. It was ironic to have been ordered around by the youngest of her siblings. Ever since the…“change” her sister went through, Maud vowed to make sure Pinkie Pie stayed happy. Even if it meant degrading herself into following her sister’s every whim. But she never minded. Not one bit. After pulling the gray mare to sit beside her, she fished something out of her pocket. She hesitated, just for a bit, but eventually resolved herself to bring out the item she searched for. She dropped a bloodied switchblade onto the table, a dull thud barely making the loudest of sounds. Maud stared at it, taking in the sight of the spots and smudges of red that stained the metal. The blood seemed to be as old as the stains on her shirt. The eldest sibling looked at her sister, waiting for an explanation. “I’ve…done what I could to find you…” “You’ve started again,” Maud finished for her. “There were bandits near the border that some townsfolk had been terrorized by. They were in my way, so…” She trailed off, then gripped her shirt. “I managed to not get a single scratch on me. But they came close. Very close.” “I see.” A smirk formed on her lips. “I wanted to do a kindness for the town that warned me about these stallions. So…” She picked up the blade and thrust the tip onto the table. “I gifted them with some new ‘scarecrows’.” The older Pie closed her eyes. Yes, it was happening again. The Pinkie Pie she had come to know had degraded back into the monster that she left the farm with all those years ago. The same monster she had stayed with until she came upon Ponyville to make use of her special talent. The same monster that had an imagination that would put any surreal artist to shame. “I guess nothing lasts forever, huh Pinkamena?” “I’ve gone back. There’s no way I can put the mask back on.” She ran a finger across the blade, not even wincing when the edge broke skin. “The urge is there. I can feel it clawing away at my soul, a yearning, a desire to continue.” She brought her finger up to her face, watching blood trickle from the cut. “I am slipping back. Art in blood.” “And there is no way you can…resist?” Maud asked. “Like last time?” Shaking her head, Pinkamena licked her finger clean. “I’ve been wondering why I stopped in the first place. What could possibly have made me cease such a burning passion of mine? I felt so much pleasure, relishing in the feeling of all those ponies on me, their lifeless vessels embracing my own, bathing me in their red warmth.” She sighed. “Why did I stop?” “Because I asked you to.” The pink mare closed her eyes and nodded. “Mm. Yes, now I remember. Though the reason for you stopping me struck me as odd. You never told me to stop because what I was doing was considered ‘wrong’ and ‘evil’ to everypony else. You told me that in continuing my…‘obsession’, I would lead myself to my own ruin. My own demise.” She then turned to her sister. “You only cared about me.” “Frankly, other ponies were never of my concern,” Maud said, her usually indifferent expression turning dark. “You are what matters most to me in the world, Pinkamena. If I were to lose you—“ “Stop,” Pinkamena interrupted, holding up a hand to add effect. “We’ve been down this road, and many a time did it not lead to where we both wanted it to.” Maud frowned deeper. “Are you saying all those times were a bother to you?” “I never said that. It’s just…” As she paused, she reached out a hand to caress her sister’s. “We both manage to part ways in the worst times when I need you most. We would…connect. We would be with each other, blocking out the world and then suddenly…you’re gone. Or I’m gone. Doesn’t that hurt you?” “More than you’ll ever know.” The gray mare caressed back. “Which is why I told you to stop back then. I wouldn’t be able to be with you all the time, so I wanted you to be safe. I helped you ‘create’ Pinkie Pie, remember? The mask we both created kept you shielded from the dangers of society for so long. And now…” “There’s a reason why I did so well up until now,” her younger sister said. “Pinkie Pie was loved by so many, and the things she would do for herself and others are a near-greater high than what I truly loved. I made friends, I had fun, and so I became Pinkie Pie. That…persona was more than just a mask. It became the other ‘me’.” Maud nodded in understanding. There are times when one can lose sight of who they truly are when they put up a façade for so long, and they would start to believe that is who they really are. The “imaginary” pony they created to hide their true selves would completely consume them, replacing memories with ones they forged, and thus “becoming the act”. Pinkamena’s expression turned even grimmer. “I loved them, Maud. I loved them so much. Especially Twilight.” She ran a hand through her mane. “It was because of her that ‘Pinkie Pie’ chose to stay. It was Twilight Sparkle that helped solidify Pinkie’s existence. Pinkie Pie existed solely for her.” A heavy silence filled the air. The atmosphere weighed heavily on both of them, especially Maud. The mere idea of her sister’s affections aimed towards another pony cut her deeper than any of the hurt she experienced in her life. She had cried with her, bled with her, and she sacrificed a lot for her to make sure she stayed as happy as she can be. She stuck with her despite the…“abnormal” interests she harbored. No normal pony would do what Maud would do for Pinkamena. She had met Twilight Sparkle years ago, right before her rock expedition. She seemed friendly and sociable, but there was an aura about her that just screamed “dominance”. She could tell the purple Alicorn was the self-appointed “leader” of Pinkamena’s circle of friends. A protégé of the great Princess Celestia, Twilight was sure to garner the respect and loyalty of ponies all around. And that upset Maud for the fact that it was the Alicorn’s influence that reeled her sister’s feelings away from her. Inside, she was fuming. “You love her.” It wasn’t a question. “You love Twilight—“ “Yes, I do,” Pinkamena cut in. “I love Twilight. She’s the reason why I’ve lost myself in this charade for so long. She was the reason I kept going. She was the reason the other me stayed. Pinkamena Diane Pie slumbered while Pinkie Pie prospered, all because of Twilight Sparkle.” Her heart ached at these words. How was it that Twilight had managed to make her sister fall in love with her? She recalls all of Pinkamena’s letters from Ponyville, detailing every major event that occurred. She remembered the many moments Twilight had doubted her, and brushed her off as “just Pinkie Pie”. She could tell from her sister’s letters that Twilight would often question her sanity, and that angered Maud to the point of malicious wishes towards the Alicorn. What does she know? she thought to herself. She doesn’t know her like I do. “You seem upset, Maud,” Pinkamena spoke, breaking her out of her reverie. “Was it something I said?” Yes. “No, Diane. I just…need some coffee.” Standing, she walked over to the pantry and absentmindedly dug through the contents. Her mind fought so hard not to recall the words the pink mare spoke earlier. She was in love with Twilight. Shouldn’t she be happy for her? What’s it to her if her sister was in love with another pony? She can’t control who she likes. She has no right. “Mind making some for me too, please?” she heard her sister say. “The hike up here was murder, and I haven’t slept well.” She pulled out a jar of grounded coffee and got a mug. “You can sleep after your bath, so no coffee. You should get some rest whenever you need it.” “But I just got here. I can’t just step into my sister’s house and sleep when we can catch up.” After dropping two teaspoons of the bitter powder into the mug, she began to fill it with hot water. “I’ll be here all day, so you shouldn’t worry about that. We can talk after you rest. I’ll be spending most of the day making more notes.” “…Are you sure?” Finally done stirring up her drink, she walked back to the table and sat down, a small smile gracing her face. “Yes. I’ll be here. Just call out to me if you need anything.” Before she could speak, the youngest Pie yawned loudly. This nearly made Maud chuckle. “Okay. Just a few hours. I…” She twiddled her fingers. “I really want to talk to you.” Nodding, Maud took a sip. “My bedroom’s on the far right down the hall. Just across is the bathroom. And again, don’t hesitate to call if you need me.” She stood up and walked over to the gray mare and kissed her cheek. “Thank you.” The oldest Pie watched her sister walk away, noting the extra sway in her hips. You say we shouldn’t go back down that road. And yet… She touched her cheek. Oh, how you love to torment me, Pinkamena. The day passed rather quickly since she told her sister to rest, and Maud simply carried on with her studies on her latest find. Boulder sat quietly next to a thick stack of paper sat beside her, and she added one more piece to the pile. She got a blank sheet and continued writing. Usually whenever she worked, she’d be so absorbed into it and nothing could break her out of her trance. But thoughts of her sister plagued her mind and a million questions raced through her head. How many has she killed this time? she thought to herself. She said they were bandits, so it shouldn’t matter right? She had to defend herself, and she had done the town they terrorized a great service. “Murder is murder, Pinkie Pie!” she could imagine Princess Twilight Sparkle saying that. Frowning, set her quill aside and leaned back on her chair. Ponies who try to come up with any excuse to reprimand and punish others are despicable. If I recall, one of Diane’s letters told a certain event about her taking one of her friend’s precious hat so she can ‘glamour’ it as a surprise. Rarity, was it? Yeah, Diane had said she was genuinely surprised, but Sparkle was anything short of amused. She scolded her, spent fifteen minutes on lecturing her for her actions. She kept going on about how stealing is bad, no matter the reason. I swear, that mare has a pole longer than Celestia’s horn up her flank. With a sigh, Maud stood up and stretched before walking over to the living room’s bay window. Sitting on the cushions, she watched the scenery outside her home. In this part of the border the sky never seemed to stay brighter than dawn or dusk. Dark clouds hung overhead, despite the lack of rainfall. It was a rather grim and depressing sight to most ponies, but Maud liked it this way. It complemented her surroundings quite well. Rocks, dull, gray, yet mesmerizing to look at. Just like the sky. Nopony can understand. Nopony except Diane… She can never bring herself to hate her sister. If given the choice, whether to sacrifice Pinkamena to save all of Equestria, or plunge the entire nation into chaos and spare her beloved sibling, she would literally set the land ablaze herself than to end the mare. She couldn’t give a flying feather about anypony else. Pinkamena Diane Pie, her sister and beloved, was the only thing she had left in this world that lived in false peace and harmony. Call it a cruel, deluded love for family. Maud will stick by her to the ends of Tartarus if she had to. “Are you done with your work?” Slowly tearing her gaze away from the sky, she turned her head to see her sister standing several feet away from her, her long locks slightly disheveled from her nap. But her mane was still as smooth as it was when she first stood in front of her door. She figured her sister would revert back to the bubbly Pinkie Pie if she were to rest and recover her stamina. But alas, at least to weaker-minded ponies, that wasn’t the case. Though to Maud, she still looked as gorgeous as she can be. Even with her clothes and fingers dirtied with dried blood. “I’m taking a break,” Maud replied, standing up. “Sleep well?” Pinkamena nodded. “Yeah, thanks. I…needed the rest.” “Feel free to take anything from the fridge if you’re hungry. Just don’t expect anything fancy… Or heavy.” Walking over to her worktable, Maud picked up Boulder and held him up to her face. “Boulder’s hungry too. Mind feeding him? I’m ending my break now, so I can’t tend to him.” Without waiting for a reply, she handed the rock to her and sat back down in front of the table. She didn’t mean to seem cold, but she feared that interacting with her would result to never getting anything done for the day. She had to be honest, Pinkamena was a distraction. It didn’t mean she was a nuisance or anything, but the desire to spend more time with her sister will pull her away from her duties. Family comes first, yes, but some things just can’t be put down for long. She nearly jumped when she felt two arms wrap around her neck. She stiffened as a familiar warmth pressed against her back. Her sister’s muzzle rested itself on the crook of her neck, her breath sending shivers all over her skin. She could feel Pinkamena’s rich breasts on her, and she noted the rather thin fabric she wore when she felt two points on her shoulder blades. She struggled to suppress a blush that threatened to overcome her. “Why are you so cold?” the pink mare whispered in her ear. Maud nearly moaned as her hot breath brushed against her. “I’m not.” “Liar, liar…” She then felt body lean more against her and her hand slowly snaked down to her lower region, fingers prodding against the fabric of her jeans. “…pants on fire.” “…What are you doing?” “Well I can’t just ignore you when you’re feeling down,” she whispered huskily, nibbling at her older sister’s ear. She was delighted to earn more shivers from the grey mare. “Especially when I’m the reason you’re feeling this way.” “Who said I was feeling down?” the gray mare asked, her breath almost hitching as her sister’s fingers began to draw circles against her crotch. “I just need to finish my work.” “Hmmm?” she hummed and gently nibbled her neck, feeling her older sibling shiver. “…I may have said we shouldn’t become too comfortable with each other, for our sake. But if this is the way you’re gonna act around me, the sister whom I haven’t seen for so long, then I have no choice but to give you a little bit of loving.” Maud suppressed a gasp when Pinkamena applied more pressure on her crotch. It took every fiber of her being to stand up, turn around and grab her sister by the shoulders and stop her instead of allowing the pink mare to continue. The pony before her stared at her wide-eyed, shocked, and a subtle hint of fear adorned her features. Maud knew this rejection would not be without hurt, but it had to be done before they fall back into the dangerous tango that led to even more pain. But by Celestia, her body screamed for her sister’s warmth once more. Slightly tightening her grip, Maud spoke in a quiet and even voice, “You said it yourself that if we were to do…‘this’, we’ll only end up hurting ourselves. And those words ring true.” Pinkamena found her voice again, looking slightly coy. “Well, it may be a pain worth—“ “Don’t!” Maud cut her off, using a tone she rarely uses when speaking to anypony. Her face, usually indifferent, now adorned the deepest frown she has ever made in her life. This scared her sister, it seemed, because the pink pony looked at her with misty eyes and her lips were quivering. “Don’t…tempt me, Diane.” “Well, I’m sorry for wanting to be with my sister again,” the youngest sibling nearly spat out. “But you have no idea how hard it’s been for me to cope with everything without you with me. Yeah, I lost myself in the role I played. But there were times that I nearly cracked! I needed you, Maud! And I need you now!” “I am merely trying to do as you said earlier: to not let ourselves go back to doing…this.” She stepped back. “And you were right. We would only hurt each other after. Your place isn’t here with me, Diane. You belong in Ponyville.” The mare’s face darkened. “Ponyville? Like that town can ever surmount my love for my own sister. I could care less for those ponies, or any pony in the world. You are all that matters to me. Besides…” She then brought her thumb to her throat and made a slicing motion. “Soon there won’t be a Ponyville at all. I’ve got big plans for that place.” “And why have you suddenly come to this decision?” “False harmony, dear sister. Not everyone is as appreciative towards their loved ones as you and I. They take each other for granted, both friends and family, and only seek to gain anything from each other when the situation needs it. There is no such thing as harmony in that town, dear sister. Only a cesspit of ignorance and selfishness. Plus, they rely too much on one mare to fix their problems. What uselessness! Also… She stepped forward, her gaze still piercing through her sister. “I finally found you, Maud. If Ponyville is what keeps me from being with you then I’ll gladly throw that all away. I will spill blood again. Just to be with you.” “So this is all because of me?” Maud asked as she narrowed her eyes. “Ponies will die because you want to be with me? You really think that’s what will bring us together?” “You said it yourself that I belong there, Maud. I don’t agree with that, and yet you insist it. So without Ponyville, I won’t belong anywhere right? Anywhere but with you?” “That’s not the problem here, Diane. You and I both know one of us will eventually leave. Reasons will come up, and one of us or both of us will end up alone. That’s how it’s always been.” “BULLSHIT!!!” the pink mare yelled out as she pushed her sister against the table. She didn’t seem at all fazed by the action, her indifferent gaze locked with her flaming glare. “We both know that is not true! None of us leave, Maud. We are taken away from each other! The world keeps us apart! “What I said before? Pay it no mind! I take it all back! We don’t have to leave each other! I’ll go wherever you’ll go!” “And you think that’ll make it better?!” Maud yelled. She actually yelled. Her usually unemotional eyes sprung to life with anger and grief. Tears leaked out, and her breathing became heavy. “Sooner or later something is bound to take one of us away! It’s always been that way, Diane! There’s no changing that! Something will force one of us to leave! “And right now it’s your return to your old habits! The whole country will be after you, and you can only elude them for so long! You’ll be caught, and we’ll both be alone again!” Her expression then softened along with her hold of the mare. “You have…no idea how much I’ve missed you. How much I missed everything. There was never a day—never a night when your face wouldn’t be in my thoughts. No dream was spent without you there, smiling and holding me.” She then took her sister’s hand in hers, bringing it up to her lips. “I dream of your touch, your scent…” Her lips pressed against her palm. “…your warmth.” Pinkamena, her face now as red as a ripe tomato, brought her own free hand to stroke her sister’s mane as she watched her continue to plant kisses on her palm. She moved closer and pressed her body against Maud’s, moving her hand from her mane down to caress her neck. “Maud…” The kisses stopped, and the gray mare rested her head on Pinkamena’s shoulder. “Pinkamena… You are my world. My sun and moon. You are the most precious pony in my life, and there is no changing that. Everything we did back then… I yearn to go back to those times. Back to when I can freely hold you in my arms while we lay in bed, not even giving a damn about anything else. She then cupped her sister’s cheeks in her hands, their gazes locking. “Damn you, Diane. Look at what you’re making me do now. Because of you, I can’t stop myself.” “Why should you hold back?” the pink mare whispered, leaning in slowly. “You love me, don’t you?” “That is exactly why I should stop this now. But I can’t…” She too leaned in closer, their lips barely touching. “I can’t, Diane. So please…pull away from me now…” “That…is not…going to happen.” And with that, Maud smashed her lips against Pinkamena’s, nearly causing them both to stumble. The pink mare clutched her sister’s shoulders, nails digging into the cloth of her shirt. They pushed against one another, their kisses becoming even more forceful. Moans and grunts filled the air as they held each other tight, their lips still fighting for dominance over the other. Maud then pushed Pinkamena and herself across the room until they reached the bay. They both fell onto the mattress, lips still locked, and their bodies still in a tight embrace. The eldest of the siblings pulled away just long enough for them to catch a breath before plunging in once more, this time with her tongue pushing through her sister’s lips, which the latter gladly allowed and returned the gesture. Their wet muscles danced passionately, furiously, barely leaving any breathing room. Both mares were overcome with the ecstasy and the intoxicating tastes they exchanged. Sweet, thick saliva mixed and filled their mouths as their passionate waltz continued on. A bit of it even poured out, wetting the lying mare’s cheeks. Maud sucked on Pinkamena’s tongue, savoring the flavor. She tasted of sweets, vanilla, and a bit of the cocoa she drank earlier. The mixed tastes were addicting, and she craved more of it. She cupped her cheek and sucked harder, the pink mare’s moans increasing in volume. Maud’s grunts and groans were muffled as she once again pressed her lips hard against her sister’s. The kiss lasted only but a moment as she pulled away, panting heavily in sync with her beloved underneath her. She stared down at her, marveling at the sight. Pinkamena’s cheeks were bright red, in contrast to her darker pink shade; her mane was disheveled and strewn all over the place, some locks sticking on her sweat-drenched forehead; her clothes were wrinkled from their rather tight embrace and rough touches; and her eyes were glassy as the sky-blue orbs stared at Maud’s oceanic green ones. She looked drunk with ecstasy, no doubt she actually was, and her breaths were heavy and shaky. Her chest heaved up and down in a rather brisk pace, yet gradually slowed as her breathing calmed. The older Pie almost smiled as she took in more of her sister’s current state, and her eyes travelled further down her body. Her shirt had been pushed up slightly, yet showing a bit of her midriff, just above the waistband of her shorts. Licking her already-wet lips, she slowly brought her hand down to her sister’s stomach, fingers digging underneath the shirt, and slowly lifted the fabric. Pinkamena tensed as Maud’s touched trailed up her sensitive stomach, goosebumps slowly forming. As more of her body was revealed, the grey mare leaned down and planted soft kisses on her sister’s belly, earning her an adorable purr. She lightly licked her navel before trailing her kisses up to her ribs, just underneath her bosom. Her eyes met Pinkamena’s, as if asking permission to continue. A nod was all she needed. The mare beneath her arched her back to make it easier for her sister to lift the shirt higher. In just a mere second, her rather impressive assets popped out, jiggling slightly before settling in place. Her chest rose in sync with her heavy breathing, and all Maud could do is marvel at her sister’s beautiful breasts. She was then shaken back to reality by a soft, pleading whine from her sister. Her eyes… They were begging her to do something. Anything. She gladly complied. Bringing a shaky hand up, she gently took one breast and gave it a gentle squeeze. The size. The shape. The feel of it. The softness. Lovely. Her thumb ran itself around the areola, eliciting a small gasp from the other mare. “How…” Maud hesitated a bit before continuing. “How far do you want to go?” Pinkamena placed a hand on her sister’s head. “It’s been years, Maud. Do not stop now.” It was more of an order than a request. She could see it in Diane’s eyes that she would not take kindly to any more hesitation. This was further emphasized with the pink mare’s fingers clutching tightly at her sister’s hair. It did not hurt. If anything, it stimulated the older sibling even more. The thought of her beloved sister being in so much need of her was a great pleasure. And she too needed Diane. And damn it all, she WILL have her. With a low growl, she assaulted the sensitive nipple with her mouth. Pinkamena gasped loudly as she felt Maud’s lips and tongue lather her breast with wet warmth, her body arching and free hand gripping tightly at the mattress. Celestia, it felt so good! She had missed this. Years deprived of her sister’s touch was torture, and to have her yearning satiated brought her immense joy. Her body was reacting so strongly with just having her breast ravished, her core now burning intensely. The older Pie licked, sucked, nibbled and even bit the now hardened nub, further stimulating her sister’s pleasure. She knew she was driving her over the edge, so she decided to push her even further with bringing her unoccupied hand up to the neglected breast, massaging and squeezing the soft mound so tenderly. This earned her another moan from the mare underneath her. To bring out such reactions out of her so easily baffled her. Had she really wanted me this much? she thought to herself. Holding the nipple between her teeth, she pulled upwards and stretched the swollen breast with her mouth. With a slight cry of mixed pleasure and pain, Diane’s body elevated slightly. Maud gave one last suck before letting the nub go with a “pop!” and watched her sister’s body fall back flat onto the mattress. Her breast shined with a thin coating of saliva, droplets trailing down to the side of her flesh. The sight was so erotic, she wanted to do more. Looking back up at her sister’s face, she saw the blissful expression that endowed her features. She crawled up and pressed her lips against Diane’s ear. “You taste so good…” she whispered. “I can’t get enough of you.” “Then please…” Diane sighed. “Help yourself to more…” With a smirk, she trailed hot, wet kisses down her neck, her chest, her belly, and finally to the waistband of her soaked shorts. She was this aroused? How lovely. “It’s your fault I won’t be getting any work done tonight,” Maud said, fingering the waistband. “Don’t worry. I have all night to make it up to you.” Pulling her shorts down, she glared up at her. “You’d better.” Without waiting for a reply, she dove right into her sensitive womanhood, Diane letting out a loud, ecstatic cry that reached even past the confines of the house. No amount of noise could have drowned out her cries that night. Not that it mattered to Maud, anyway. Pitter patter. Pitter patter. Maud grumbled when she stirred awake from her slumber by the sound of rain. She cracked one eye open, her vision adjusting to the all too familiar darkness of her home. Propping herself up with her elbows, she glanced out her window and saw dark grey clouds hovering over the mountains and lands. The sky was usually gray, but when a storm hits, it’s ridiculously dark. It almost feels like night, but upon looking at the clock it is well-past nine in the morning. She hummed to herself and slowly sat upright. She felt…refreshed, yet at the same time drained. The events from the night before flooded her thoughts. Last night was…intense. Just like it had been years prior, their passionate love-making completely took all her energy, yet left her more than satisfied. She may have been the more dominant one in bed, but whatever she does to Pinkamena is always paid back ten-fold. Gods, what the pink mare can do with her mouth… She shook herself out of her thoughts, deeming it unwise to lose herself in such blissful memories and risk arousing herself so soon after waking up. So, she willed her body to hop out of bed to start her morning routine, albeit a little late since she usually wakes up around six. But as her feet met the cold floor, she had just now noticed something missing. Or perhaps…somepony. Her sister was absent. She’s not usually an early bird, she thought to herself. The fact that she awoke in her bed without the company of her beloved kind of left her lonely. She had hoped that her sister’s sleeping or smiling face would be the first thing to wake up to. But nope. Not happening today. Her body shivered lightly as a cool breeze hit her. Ah yes, she was naked. Well that was to be expected given the events from last night. Briskly walking over to her closet, she fished out a pair of gray baggy sweat pants and black turtleneck sweater. Unfortunately, despite the thick clothing, she still felt quite chilly. Perhaps it is because she was still barefoot. Well, no matter. She had to look for her sister. She went back over to her bed and grabbed the thick blanket, wrapping it around herself. It helped, just a tad bit. Still, with this temperature she’ll need to wear two more layers of clothing. It was nice living in a secluded place, but such a place can have its disadvantages. One of them being a risk of freezing to death. Maybe I should move. Somewhere warmer. Would Diane know? She’s always been outgoing, so she ought to. Pausing at the center of the room, thoughts of her sister expanded. Should I…ask her to move in with me? It was a tempting thought. A very tempting thought. I mean…she did say she’d give up her place in Ponyville to be with me. In fact, it sounded as if she asked if we could move in together. A frown adorned her face. Well, that could be over-analyzing things. But still… The thought of us, together again… Replacing the frown as a small, yet smug grin. Yeah, I’ll ask her. Can’t wait to see the look on her face. It had been so long since they last lived under one roof, and those were the best days of her life. Next to her expedition days, of course. Other ponies may not believe it, but she would put her sister above rocks any day. That’s just the way it is. Literally, family comes first. Or in this case…love. Yeah, if anypony can see her now… Exiting the room, she called out for her sister, “Diane! You still here?” No reply. “Diane? Pinkamena!” She called out louder and louder as she traversed her hallway, yet was still met with silence. A sharp pang hit her in the gut, and she nearly lost her footing. Don’t tell me… She quickened her pace, calling the mare’s name out some more. Louder and louder. She reached the living room and, again, found no trace of her sister. She dropped the blanket and rushed over to the kitchen. Again, no sign of her. She raced around the house, checking every room, calling—yelling out for her beloved. There had been very few instances when Maud would be this frantic, and all those times involved her sister. She was scared. Frightened. Has she… Has she left me again? Memories of all the times they spent together, from when they left the farm up to last night, all flashed within her head in a flurry. The smiles, the frowns, the laughter, the tears… All these memories caught up to her in a heartbeat, and it sent her into overdrive. Finding herself back in the living room, she immediately fell on her knees and yelled out in frustration, tears nearly leaving her eyes. She dug her hands into her hair, nails scratching painfully across her scalp. “YOU PROMISED!!!” she yelled out to the heavens. Damn it. Damn it all to Tartarus! She had waited this long to be with Diane, and yet it ended the same way it ended everytime. Pinkamena had left her. Again. Did she not say she would follow her wherever she goes? Were those words just false comfort? Did she only say those things because she wanted a good fuck?! Gods forsake Pinkamena Diane Pie for this deceit! Maud stayed kneeling for several minutes, staring at nothing but the ceiling. Thunder echoed loudly across the sky, and lightning flashed brightly, illuminating her dark home. But she paid no mind to whatever happened to the world right now. She grieved, her tears never came but her eyes stung. She gritted her teeth as more memories of the night before plagued her mind. She wanted to forget. She wanted to just cast it aside, showing herself that she was strong enough. But she couldn’t. Diane meant the world to her, and yet she abandoned her when she had promised that she would stay with her. What a load of shit it all was. Damn it all, she cursed inwardly. Damn you, Diane… In the end, this twisted love she harbored for her sister brought nothing but pain. She kept hoping, praying that this would all work out. That she would have the mare all to herself. Horseshit. “Damn you…” she whispered one last time before finally rising up. Her eyes stung, her legs feel sore, and she had a tremendous headache from all the emotional stress that hit her all at once. Yes, this is the life of Maud Pie. She’d rather bury herself literally under a pile of rocks than to deal with this. Perhaps she will do that right now. Yes, that is quite tempting. As another lightning flashed, she blinked when something shined in the dark in front of her. She furrowed her brows and squinted her eyes to make out the source of the shine. More lightning, and she then saw something on the front door. It looked metal. She hadn’t recalled anything metal being on her door. Hell, her knob and lock were hand-crafted by dense rocks. Walking up to the door, the object became much clearer. Then, she saw it. A knife, its red-stained blade rooted into the wood. It held what appears to be paper. A letter? Was it… Was it from Diane? Removing the knife, she took the paper and quickly went over to her work desk. She quickly lit up a candle and held the letter over it. She began to read: Dear Maud, I’m sorry you had to wake up without me there. It probably came as a shock to you. Heck, I bet you’re incredibly furious right now. I don’t blame you. I did promise I would stay. And I meant it. I meant every word I said to you yesterday. I’d love to remain here, with you, for the rest of my days. But there’s something I have to do first. I told you I had big plans for Ponyville, right? I’m not gonna push that aside. If I do, I’ll only regret it later. I’ll only think of “what ifs”, and that’ll drive me mad. Well…more so than now anyway. So I have to do this. I have no idea how long this will take me. It could be days, weeks, months, but it definitely won’t take a year. I don’t think I could handle that. Not after…last night. Oh, it pains me to do this. It pains me to leave you. But I promise you, this will be the last time I’ll leave. The last time we’ll be apart. After this, I’m yours. I am yours and you are mine. We will be together soon, my love. Don’t believe me? I left that nice little knife so you can keep it until I get back. Something to remember me by. For now, at least. So I hope you can forgive me. Right now I’m crying, and I hope leaving won’t make you cry too. That’ll make me feel worse. I’m going now, okay? Please, wait for me Maud. Wait until I’ve had my fill, and I will come back to you. Forever yours, Diane Maud gasped, re-reading the letter several times to comprehend it all. Pinkamena didn’t abandon her. She just had to get closure with Ponyville before anything else. She can understand, at least. This is her sister. She never leaves anything unresolved. Perhaps it’s the perfectionist side of Diane that brought her to make this decision. She felt silly for getting so mad. She jumped to conclusions, thinking Diane took advantage of her and took what she wanted and left. She felt silly and ashamed. How could she ever doubt her sister like that? She’s the one pony that understood her the most, so she should have a little more faith in her. Falling onto the chair, she placed the letter down and held up the knife. Something to remember her by, eh? While odd, this thing does bring a sort of connection between Maud and Pinkamena. Yes, this was, and always will be a part of her sister. She knew that. So she’ll wait and keep this thing close. Just until she returns. Then, we’ll finally be together. But exactly how long will she have to wait? Days? Weeks? Months? She can only hope her sister will be alright. It’ll be dangerous, but she’ll put all her faith in Diane. Because she knew, one way or another, she’ll come back. Letting out a brief chuckle, she stabbed the knife onto the table. She dragged the blade across the wood, marking it. “Day one…”
