Chapters Sunset’s POV
Another day at Canterlot High. I sometimes hate coming here even after the whole battle of the bands fiasco I’m still looked upon as a horrible person by some people. I guess some people don’t let things go…
It’s not all bad though; I have great friends who always lookout for me and I return the favor in the same respect that they deserve.
I run down the hall as fast as I can into the main hallway from there I walk outside which I gain a very scary yet somewhat funny surprise from Pinkie Pie. Pinkie Pie tends to do a lot of stuff I can't even begin to describe. One time she managed to carry around a Cannon full of confetti. I don't know how much that thing weights or where she got the money to get such an item but from what Rarity told me was 'Never question what Pinkie does.' After that I begin to become more at ease with this. “Hey Sunny what’s up? How’s it going? What do you want to do? Where do you want to go?-“
“Pinkie I'm fine thank you I don't feel like going anywhere today.” I stated as kind yet firm as I can be. Sometimes Pinkie can get real annoy if you let her ramble on.
“So Darling, do you have any plan regarding Prom?” Rarity asks as she paints her nails next to the Horse Statue in front of the school. And then it hit me like a light. Prom…
“I don't have any plans for Prom yet I actually forgot all about it until you just mentioned it now.” I said with a blush of embarrassment across my face. Rainbow begins to kick a soccer ball at the Statue. When the soccer ball made contact with the concrete frame the ball ricochet back and hit Rarity causing the nail polish she was using to spill on her arms. Rarity gasps loudly and with much annoyance as she cleaned off the polish. The ball however returned to its owner can Rainbow kicked it up and caught it holding it in her arms to avoid any more mishaps.
I begin to stare at the Statue. Something about it was ‘off’ like something was there but wasn't there at the same time. Could the portal still be opened? Could I actually enter Equestria? These question become stuck in my head as I walk home to my apartment.
Sunset Shimmer paced around her living room. She wanted to make amends with Princess Celestia and hope she will forgive her for what she has done. One question kept creeping up in her head while the others are left unsolved. ‘Can I do this?’ she thought and thought but then she remembered something. ‘Some magic was left behind… So that means maybe I can walk through the portal just like twilight did!’ Sunset thought out. She put on her signature jacket and ran out of door to the main entrance of the High School. The cold air blew through Sunset causing her to slightly shiver from its icy breeze. “Damn its cold outside maybe I’m wrong and this is all just a mistake. Twilight said that the portal can only be opened every 30 moons but somehow she walked through in a very short time and stayed longer before when we fought off the sirens during the battle of the bands.” Sunset spoke aloud to herself, or so she thought she was alone.
Emerging from the school building was Rainbow Dash and the whole baseball team. They looked all tired expect for her (Let’s all face it she can do crap that no one else can. Like a Logical Pinkie Pie). The Wondercolts didn't mind Sunset as they said their HI’s and Bye’s as they either limped home or just walked as a group. Rainbow Dash ran to Sunset Shimmer and hug her as a greeting. “Hey Sunset! You missed the game but I’ll be happy to tell you all about it if you want?”
Rainbow said as she placed her bat and the winning baseball leaning against the statue. Sunset looked uneasy as she doesn't know how to explain to at least one of her friends what her true purpose was for being there. Rainbow examined her and recognized her uneasy emotion. The way she’s avoiding conversation is a dead giveaway.
“Something wrong Sunset?” Rainbow asked attempting to gain a response but failed. Sunset Shimmer was looking at the statue as if trying to see a way around or through it. Rainbow Dash picked up the Bat and ball and faced her direction and movement to the statue. Rainbow didn’t understand what she was doing or what she was looking at. Sunset looked at her with more of a happier expression then the one before.
“Rainbow… I plan on going back to Equestria!” Sunset said with much admiration. Rainbow Dash stared at her longingly. ‘Only Twilight can go through the portal how is she going go through herself. When Pinkie Pie ran at the portal to chase after Twilight she went face first into the statue and fell back in pain.’ Rainbow thought as she herself was very confused on trying to comprehend the situation. Rainbow snapped out of her confusion. Sunset faced Rainbow Dash so they meet eye to eye, “Rainbow I want you to tell the others where I’m going. I think I can walk through the portal-“
“Twilight closed the portal behind her.” Rainbow Cut short of Sunset’s sentence.
“Remember that there is still some magic left behind from Equestria due to the imbalance. Maybe I can use a partial amount of that magic to activate the portal!” Sunset walked up to the portal and begin to breathe in and out. She placed her hand on the concrete marbling of the Statue. For a moment it felt like the concrete but her hand went through. Sunset pulled her hand out. She looked at Rainbow who already was star struck of how what she just witnessed was possible.
“Well Rainbow tell the others I’ll be in Equestria. I might not come back or I might come back who knows.” Sunset waved bye to Rainbow who just waved back. As Sunset Shimmer walk through the Portal she wasn't sure if she was ready to face Princess Celestia or not.
-Narrative -
As the vortex that is known as the Portal brings Sunset Shimmer to her objective at hand (or hoof) she wonders what will happen now that these events came into full circle. She went through the Portal and now she’s being transported through the vortex to Equestria, her Home World. Everything to her seemed too good to be true, something like this never happens to her, in-fact, everything seems to go into a very mediocre phase that she accepted willingly. She could see the end portion of this Portal as she was sent flying out into a bookshelf a few feet away from the Portal. She was knocked unconscious from the impact.
Sunset’s POV
I wake up a few minutes later… Or it seemed like a few minutes later. I don’t know… I get up from my daze and come across a major headache from the impact. “Man, Note to self, ‘COME WITH A HELMET’” I barked to myself I knew nobody (Now ‘nopony’) was around to hear me. I look to a very small clock that fell from the impact. “7:33pm, great.”
I begin to walk down a very tall hallway, the marbling finish and detail to this hallway suggests that this is Celestia’s Castle. As I walk I think to myself not knowing the directions of where I’m going. There was a lot of twists and turns to this Castle. ‘Okay… So, I’m here in Equestria. Now where is Princess Celestia? She is the first one I need to speak in order to get my life straighten out here. As far as I remember I ran into the Portal and it would seem that she tried to stop me in the process. Either that or egg me on to go through.’ Then I stopped for a second. Something was watching me and or following me… I look behind and see no one. No soul or voice within my presence. As I walk forward I bump into somepony. This pony had fur that was glowing white with a flowing mane. Hold on a second… White fur, Flowing mane, I look up and see the pony I was looking for…
“Princess Celestia?” The pony who I bumped into didn’t respond but it was the Princess herself. Her expression was one I couldn’t recognize but she didn’t move from the spot where she stood, her eyes didn’t blink from her field of view. As she began to speak I backed up a little, one because I was very terrified of what she can and might do. And two, if she does try to kill me I’ll have a head start to the Portal.
“Well, this is a very big surprise indeed Sunset Shimmer. What brings you back here to Equestria?” Her voice wasn’t full of anger or any sign of threat but like more of a motherly tone. Well now it will be a good time then never to say what I needed to say now. I straightened myself out and looked at her eye to eye then the words just came out fluently. It was as if my mind on the inside didn't allow me time to think.
“Princess Celestia, I would just like to say how sorry I am for demanding you to make me an alicorn. I realized that my actions were rash and shouldn’t have happened. I was selfish and inconsiderate to what you have taught me so far and now it got me to this point where I am now. I only ask if you can forgive and hopefully spare me my life. But if you want me back to the Human World I’ll leave now without a trace.” I bow my head unknowing to what she will do to me.

Princess Celestia paused before she spoke. She didn’t want to harm Sunset nor tell her to go back to the Portal. She only wanted what was best for her former student. But something else was hidden that she decided to tell her now.
“Sunset Shimmer, there is no need to call me ‘Princess’ just call me ‘Mom’…” Sunset shot up and stared at her with the biggest surprised looked Celestia has ever seen. Celestia chuckled a little seeing her reaction. ‘Now I have to explain.’ Celestia thought. She looked down at the mare who still had a very shocked expression. “Yes Sunset, I’m your Mom well adopted mom per-say.” Celestia walk to her throne room as Sunset just followed her to hear this confession. “I adopted you when you were a foal. You don’t remember your parents because they died shortly after your birth, they put you in a foster home… They wanted you to have a better life then they did. Evidently I failed at that mission and failed you for showing you the Portal and its magical abilities. I regretted that day ever since you left into the Portal. I was hoping you will return back to Equestria so I can say this confession to you now. But you never came back.” Celestia paused as she began to think. Sunset then spoke while Celestia was thinking.
“Why did you pick me Princess Celest… Mom. I was so demanding and at times rebellious to everything you taught me.” Sunset actually shed a small tear in her eye just hearing it from herself that she did those things just made her feel like crap. Celestia sighed as she sat in her throne as she looked down upon Sunset.
“Well I chose you because you were more unique then the rest of the foster foals and fillies. You were the only one to climb onto my back while the rest just stood there and stared.” Sunset was surprised by hearing this. “When you climbed on my back you then said your first word which I remember because you kept saying it to me until you turned into a filly. In fact that was the only word you said to me. It made me happy knowing that you loved and respected me as your mother.” Sunset had to ask.
“What was the word?” Celestia paused once again before she spoke she had to look back into her thoughts to remember the word.
“The Word was ‘Sunshine’…” she said “When you said that to me I decided to adopt you. Nopony ever showed me love like you did. Even though everypony shows me love it’s more of a formality. You felt very confident that I will adopt you so I did. I took you to my castle and for 17 years you lived here. You had your own room and I took you under as my personal student when you were 5.” Sunset has no words for this. Everything seemed to make sense but again it didn’t. Maybe there was something that can jog her of this memory loss. Sunset looked up to Celestia who just sat in her throne awaiting for a response.
“May I see my room?” Sunset asked hoping that Princess Celestia will allow her to view her childhood memories.
“Why, of course Sunset please follow me and I’ll show you to your room.” Celestia got up from her throne and proceed down a hall. It took a while but both Celestia and Sunset stood in front of Sunset’s room. How it was her room was that it had her Cutie Mark on the large door. Celestia motioned her into the room while she opened the door with her magic. Sunset had to take it all in. She was beginning to remember everything from her childhood. Her First spell book sitting on a nearby desk, her first bookshelf, which was, from what she remembered has a full range of books to read from. Some dolls and other toys when she was a filly in a large wooden crate-like treasure chest. She kept this room intact since she left. Sunset expected her to burn this room to the ground or get rid of it all entirely and save this room for Twilight. Celestia placed her left hoof on Sunset’s shoulder (Back… I don’t know I’m not completely familiar with Horse Body Parts.:fluttershysad:) “Do you remember now?” Celestia asked.
“Yes mom I do thank you for showing me this. But I do have one thing to ask of you.” Sunset wanted this for the time she was here.
“What may that be Sunset?” Celestia sat down to listen to the Unicorn in front of her. “I would like to ask you to forgive me for what I have wrong to you I’m very sorry Mom and I promise that it won’t happen again and-“ Sunset was cut off by Celestia placing a hoof on her muzzle. Sunset looked at her with both scared and confusing expression.
“Sunset I forgive you… You’re my daughter there is nothing you can do that can make me stop loving you and directing you on the right path.” Celestia pulled Sunset into a small hug which Sunset accepted as a forgiveness. After a few minutes of catching up and conversing Celestia faced Sunset into a more serious matter. “Sunset, as your Mother and Teacher I must ask you now for your forgiveness.” Sunset stopped short in her tracks.
“Mom what do you need my forgiveness for?” Celestia stopped for a second to explain.
“I want you to forgive me for my mistakes. Like I said before I failed you as a mother and a teacher. I didn’t fully teach you right from wrong and only assumed that you knew it all. I was very wrong for telling you about things you shouldn't have learned until you were much older but it caused you to be very self-conscious and demanding. Which lead to you running away into the Portal. You running away was entirely my fault and I should’ve been more attentive to your state of mind. I know this is very weird coming from someone as powerful and ruling but do know that even I make mistakes only my mistakes create more drastic problems and irrational solutions.” Sunset looked at Celestia who had her back turned away from her believing that she would not forgive her. Sunset Shimmer galloped to Celestia and embraced her as a ‘Yes I forgive you’ Sunset looked outside and saw that it was becoming night as the moon began to rise over the horizon of the castle windows. Sunset squinted her eyes and spotted Princess Luna raising the moon with her magic.
“Mom it’s getting late I think I need to go to bed.” She left Celestia’s hooves as she went to the Portal. Celestia walked up to Sunset.
“Sunset where are you going?” Sunset looked back at Celestia then faced the Portal.
“Well Mom I don't have a place to stay here and the only home I have is in the Human World.” Celestia looked at her with a dumbstruck expression.
“Sunset, you do have a place to stay in YOUR room. You can just stay there for the night and in the morning we'll discuss your permanent living arrangements here in Equestria.” This sent Sunset’s mood into a happy one. She hugged Celestia again and said her thank you’s and good night’s as she went to her room to sleep.

From the crisp clean air to the night sky in Equestria there is somepony who will be in for a big surprise tomorrow morning.

As the stroke of dawn begins to rise above the horizon a small alicorn wakes up to start her day.
Twilight’s POV
I begin to stir as the sun beams through the large windows of my room. The smell of pancakes fills the air as I get up from my bed to freshen up. My day; every day starts out like this. Sometimes I wish this routine will somehow change in demeanor. I feel very bland and sometimes I just want to dismiss all of my royal duties and just fly around and enjoy a nice day for once. I make my way to the large kitchen where spike was preparing some breakfast for me and him. Sometimes I wonder if I make him do too much chores but I dismissed the thoughts.
“Good morning Twilight did you sleep well?” Spike asked me looking back while he was flipping a pancake.
“I slept well thank you but…” I hesitated for a second. “Sometimes I wish I can just take a day off from what I do and just relax but my royal duties come before myself.”
“Well you can just tell everypony that you will be taking a day off.” Spike suggested as he finished the last part of his cooking.
“I’m afraid I can’t do that Spike. As a Princess I must perform my royal duties.” I was being stubborn but he was right as if he was reading my expressions and thoughts I wanted to take time off from my daily routine. As if my life has become boring with little to no excitement.
I hear Spike burp out a scroll. He just skimmed through it but gave it to me anyways he said to me that it was from Princess Celestia.
Dear Princess Twilight,
You are requested at once to come to Canterlot under both personal and official business. There is someone who you may know and have met before. She is quite notable on you. I hope to see you very soon

I quickly pack my saddle bag and rush to the Train Station. I still don’t know how to fly very well so this will be a more safe and suitable method of transportation. “All-aboard!” the conductor yelled out as I gave him my ticket and sat on a nearby seat. The train seems mostly empty which was good she didn't want to be bothered.
-Narrative -
As the train began to rev forward to its destination Twilight Sparkle reviewed her notes and everything. She began to wonder if this was some sort of test or meeting. What Twilight was in store for she will not be prepared for.
The train arrived at Canterlot. Twilight Sparkle woke up from a small nap upon the stopping motion of the train. She stretched got up and walked out of the train. She checked her small clock that she brought from her castle. It read 7:00am.
Twilight’s POV
I looked to my clock and see that it’s still very early. To what Celestia wants is beyond my own reasoning at the moment.
I make my way to the large castle across the city. The guards allowed me in without an expiation or defiance. I denied an escort as I wanted to be treated like a regular pony instead of this Top-of-the-line Princess. I spot Princess Celestia in her throne room. Normally it will be closed but it was wide open. But something was very different. Normally she will acknowledge my presence but she seemed to be talk with somepony. I walk across the throne room to see who she was talking to I spot out the pony and called out to her but no response. ‘Maybe I need to get closer this throne room is awfully big.’ She wasn't done with her conversation. So I decided to listen in.
Universal Character
“So now that you're wide awake we will now begin to discuss how you will live in Equestria.” Celestia’s voice was small yet sincere. “Now you will… Twilight how nice of you to show up and just in time too.” Celestia step down from her throne to give Twilight a small hug who then returned the kind gesture.
“I'm pretty sure Spike has told you about why you are here Twilight?” Celestia wanted to make it aware of Twilight’s situation.
“No Princess I’m not sure why did you summon me here can you fill me in?” Twilight asked Celestia hoping to get some kind of information.
“You will be getting a student to take under your wings to teach her about the magic of friendship.” Celestia stated as she made some graceful poses to emphasize the statement.
Twilight was taken aback by this new development. A new student… This is a real big change in her daily life now she will be the teacher instead of being taught. “Princess Celestia may I see my new student I would love to meet her.”
Celestia pointed to the mare net to her she had an all-black cloak on so she wouldn’t be seen. “She is right next to you Twilight you two already have met,” Celestia walked away from them. “You helped her out when she was lost.” Celestia then left her daughter and her former student (Both are but you get the point) alone to talk and the catch up. Celestia looked back. “I’ll be back in 15 minutes.” With that she left with the throne room doors closing.
Sunset’s POV
I told Mom that I will be hiding under this cloak so I can surprise Twilight. I turn to face here to where only my eyes can be seen through the darkness of the cloak. Twilight began to greet herself.
“Hello there my name is Twilight Sparkle, the ‘Princess of Friendship’. Celestia has informed me that you will be my student in the magic of friendship.” She seemed to be thinking of the top of her head. “I’m sure you already know that since you were next to me while the conversation was going on… May I have your name?” Twilight had a very cheeky smile on her face as she waited for me to respond.
“I’m somepony that you know.” I said with my normal voice and nothing disguisable. This made her turn her head as looked into the cloak more and more clearly but as she did the attempts seem the fail on her part since she turned her head back.
“Your voice sounds very familiar. Very similar to this mare that I know. Well she’s now a Human I’ll explain to you that story later on when you’re good and ready to hear it.” I was wrong she was becoming more and more skeptic about the whole thing by the second. I saw her reach for my cloak and attempt to pull it off but I resist the alicorn’s efforts. She tried magic but I countered it. This surprised her in many ways as she just sat there in awe. Then she sat up and looked at me with a very all-knowing annoyed Twilight Stare. “I can see that you know how to counter alicorn magic… But I will now demand you to remove that cloak so I can take a good look at you. I would like to meet my student face to face.” She stomped her front hoof down to assert some kind of dominance as I couldn’t back away from this command… well I could but what kind of pony would I be to deny such a small request.
Universal Character
“As you wish your highness…” Sunset Shimmer removed the cloak that she had on to disguise herself. She presented herself with her Golden-like fur, Sunset-like Cutie Mark and signature flaming mane. This shocked Twilight as she stumbled backwards to the ground. Confusion and fear filled in Twilight’s mind. She got up and looked at Sunset face to face.
“Sunset? Sunset Shimmer? You’re here in Equestria? How? How did you even show up here through the Portal? I sealed it back up when I left after the Battle of the Bands. How did you—“ Sunset silenced Twilight by placing a hoof on her muzzle. Twilight was dead silent waiting to hear her explanation.
“I went into the Portal by the magic left behind from the imbalance during yesterday evening. I made amends with Princess Celestia. Well now she’s my Mother she adopted me when I was a foal I’ll tell you later. So I guess now I’m your student but that doesn’t mean I’ll bow down to you. I have some standards of my own you know.” Sunset was very clear to Twilight on what meant by ‘I won’t bow down to you’ thing.
Twilight chuckled a little at this display of disobedience. “I guess you mom didn’t raise you right then.” Sunset gotten slightly angry at that comment. Then dismissed it and backed away when Princess Celestia heard it and came down the throne room.
“Twilight Sparkle refrain from bringing out my daughter’s past please. It’s bad enough of what I’ve done I don’t need somepony dragging its dead corpse along the stone cold path!” Celestia barked at Twilight. Twilight completely forgot that she was her mom I guess she wasn’t pay attention to that part.
“Sorry Princess Celestia it won’t happened again I’m sure you were a great mother.” Celestia looked down at her with no sympathy.
“Let that be a small warning that it won’t happen again.” Celestia sat back on her throne and began her small statement. “Sunset Shimmer. My daughter. As you may well know now that I can no longer teach you in fear that I will drive your path the wrong way again and for that I’m again very sorry. You will live in Ponyville in Twilight’s Kingdom. You will submit a Friendship Report whenever you come across a lesson. If Twilight says you’ve learned the true magic of Friendship I’ll give you a very big surprise one that you wanted ever since you were a filly.” Sunset nodded to Celestia in agreement.
“I won’t let you down Mom I’ll try!”
Celestia turned her head to Twilight who was getting her saddle bags ready to go back to Ponyville. “Twilight you will instruct and guide Sunset Shimmer to the true magic of friendship. I know you won’t fail but be minded of Sunset’s nature.” Twilight nodded with confidence, “furthermore Sunset, while you are living in Ponyville you will report to Twilight’s castle each day so she can observe you and your progress. Twilight you may visit Sunset Shimmer whenever you like but please be mindful of privacy.” They both nodded and walked off to the Train station.
Twilight and Sunset were on the train to Ponyville, they said nothing to each other. Sunset was looking outside at the scenery and Twilight was staring at her.
Twilight’s POV
‘She actually looks beautiful…’ Why did I think that what is wrong with me I’m straight though I never had sex so I’m confused on this maybe I should read on sex later on to see what goes on. Maybe it can give me an inside analysis of how these types of relationships worked…. What am I thinking! I’m not in a relationship with her. “I DON'T LIKE HER THAT WAY!!!!”
Universal Character
This caused everyone to backup including Sunset. Sunset tapped on her shoulder to get her attention. “So… care to explain what that was all about.” With embarrassment Twilight hid herself into the cloak that Sunset had put next to her. Twilight hoped this train ride will soon come to an end.
-Narrative -
As the sun raised above them the train chugged along the steel tracks to its destination. With Sunset returning to Equestria this was a new fresh start for the mare as she will begin to take on new challenges and adventures along the way.
Settling In and Emotions Arise
-Narrative -
As the train made its stop the two mares got off the train cart that housed them for the ride. The air increased in temperature as it blew effortlessly between both mares. Ponyville entirely didn’t really care nor noticed that Twilight was gone for 2 hours.
Twilight’s POV
I walk with Sunset to my castle. I began to wonder in my mind where did all those thoughts come from. I never experienced anything like it. Maybe I'm just sick and need some medicine… yeah! That’s it I'm just sick I probably have a small cold. But wait I have no symptoms. This is getting more and more frustrating as the walk continued. I see my castle entrance ahead. Thank Celestia! As we step onto the stairs to the main doors I turn around. “Well Sunset I guess this is where we part ways for today I'll let you settle in and tomorrow I'll come visit you in your home to see if you’re ready for some magic and friendship.” I said as I show off my signature cheeky smile. ‘Stop it Twilight you're creeping her out! Stop smiling!’
Sunset’s POV
I just stare at Twilight. ‘Man she is becoming weirder by the second.’ I back away very slowly as she continued to smile and wave goodbye. I finally let out some words to let her know that I'm leaving. “Okay… I'll go to my new home now Twilight… I'll let you… Just smile…-“ I walk backwards some more but much more faster, “-and wave…” I made a fake grain as I turn around and walk away.
I continue down a small path into an even smaller street right in front of Twilight’s Castle. I begin to talk to myself since nopony is around. “Well I wonder why Mom put me in a house close to Twilight’s Castle. I guess she really wants me to learn this time.” I walk to the house that had my cutie mark on it. “I guess this is it.” I step inside the house. It is well built with lots of furniture everywhere. A full living room set, a full dining table with chairs, a kitchen stocked with pots, pans, and other kitchen stuff I don't wish to list all the way through. I walk upstairs and see my room. It’s just like the one at Celestia’s castle expect all my childhood things are other there and not here. As I do a quick spin around the room I spotted a note on the bed. I snapped the ribbon and opened the note:
Dear Sunset Shimmer,
Welcome to Ponyville! Here is where Twilight learned the true meaning of Friendship and maybe you can too. She had rough times and fun times here. But in the end her and her friends were together. A bond that cannot be undone so to speak. Anyways… This is your new home Sunset I hope you enjoy your time here and don’t think of Twilight being your teacher a downgrade or disappointment I taught her everything she knows so you two can relate to something. She will visit you or you will visit her tomorrow. The kitchen is fully stocked with food to last you quite a while. If you need some supplies or money to help you out you can just send me a letter through spike. If you choose to be a little more independent then you can try to get a job in Ponyville suited to your skills. Well again enjoy your stay in Ponyville.

P.S.: If you can spot out Twilight’s friends you may greet them too so you all can get acquainted. I’m sure you know their names as they didn’t change in the Human World and I'm sure you can spot them out through a crowd since their skin/fur color texture didn’t change as much. Twilight made that very clear on how they act and communicate.
I put the note on a nearby desk, I see a telescope on next to my window. I peer through it to Twilight’s Castle. Twilight still stood there smiling and waving. “That mare has some damn issues…” I peer through it again and see spike come out of the castle.

Spike walks out of the castle and sees Twilight smiling and waving at nothing. He pokes her but she still goes on. “Twilight… This isn't an assignment that Princess Celestia told you to do right?” Twilight snapped out of her trance.
“What, what’s going on… Oh hi Spike.” Twilight was getting nervous when Spike examined her. Spike told some things to point out. She didn't stop smiling and waving. The letter said that she will be Sunset Shimmer’s teacher and also told him NOT to tell Twilight. Spike saw a hint of blush when she looked directly at Sunset’s house. Spike added in all these signs. He did a small test to prove his theory.
“Twilight be honest with me when I ask you this.” Twilight looked at her with discerning eyes. “Are you in love with somepony particularly a mare?” Twilight looked at him as if he’s gone insane.
“NO. I’m not in love with Sunset Shimmer!” Spike pointed her out at an instant.
“I never mentioned Sunset even once in that question.” Twilight just realized what he did… He caught her in the act.
“Alright! Fine, I have some type of feelings for her in a way.” Twilight has grown a little frustrated during the conversation. Spike sighed.
“Twilight I don't care nor judge on what you do or who you like. If you like mares then so be it. I don't give a flying feather. So long as you're happy it’s alright with me.” Twilight was done with this conversation as she walked inside in a huff. “Denying these feelings Twilight will only make you feel like complete shit later on.” Spike yelled to her. Twilight stopped and turned around to face the young dragon.
“One… DO NOT EVER SWEAR AGAIN! And two I'm perfectly fine and this will pass like some phases have. It’s just a phase and nothing more.” Spike didn't believe her.
“Denial Twilight… It’s all denial.”
Sunset continued to look through the telescope at the Castle. “Hmm, Spike got her to stop. Maybe I can use him if Twilight does creepy things like that again.” She moved away from the telescope and looked at the desk…. There was another side to the note. Sunset picked it up and read it:
Look in a saddle bag in your closet…
Sunset did as the note instructed, she opened the closet and saw nothing but a saddle bag. She took it out and pour the contents out. The whole bag contained nothing of bits some dropped to the floor. Sunset was surprised by this then smiled. “Thank you mom.” She put all the money back in the bag and placed it back into the closet. Tomorrow she will ask Twilight if she and her can visit the local market get some supplies and clothing. Then Sunset remembered something. Most of the ponies in Ponyville or even Equestria don't wear clothes. ‘Maybe the Rarity here can make me some clothing like my jacket in the Human World.’ Sunset thought as she went about her day in her new home… Her new life.
-Narrative -
The day between the two mares went very well. The town of Ponyville was very lively and friendly to others. Sunset Shimmer tomorrow will be able to meet everyone in Ponyville and some of Twilight’s friends along the way. In hopes that she too will make some friends. Sunset was determined to change her life as this fresh start was a way to ‘start over’ her entire life. Now that she knows right from wrong. She will soon learn the true Magic of Friendship.
-Narrative -
The sun began to rise indicating the next day has come. Sunset has completely settled into Ponyville and Twilight was getting ready to go to her house. The whole town begins to wake up and return to its lively state of nature.
Twilight’s POV
As I begin to wake up to start my day I keep having thoughts about Sunset Shimmer. Not Teacher thoughts but love thoughts. I try to dismiss them but they still show up. I get up from my bed and wake to the bathroom to freshen up as my normal routine states I do first. After I freshen up I walk to the kitchen. I can smell some food being made but I want to see Sunset sooner than ever. ‘Stop thinking like that Twi!’ My own mind is at war with itself. Spike is cooking something as usual but I told him to stop what he’s doing because I’m going to go see Sunset Shimmer.
I can hear him clearly speak something to be. “If you want to skip breakfast to see your lover I understand I’ll be here for moral support.” It was like he was teasing me. So I decided to go with it.
“Yes spike I’m going to go see my ‘lover’ I will be gone for 10 hours ass we will be making out and having relations.” I can hear him yell something back.
“Remember to go in seem interested.” This is when I drew the line.
“Okay enough spike I don’t love her I’m her Teacher in Friendship. Princess Celestia told me to visit her or she will visit me and I instruct her on Friendship plain and simple.” I left the castle in a bad mood. “Spike has gone too far with this whole ‘Me and Sunset’ embedded in his head.” I continue to mumble to myself in anger as I step onto the porch to Sunset’s house. I give a big sigh and I knock on the door.
Sunset’s POV
I wake up to a knock on my door, it was rather loud to be just a visitor. I get up once I hear it again. “I’m coming I’m coming cool it!” I yell to the door. My hair is a mess and I haven’t freshen up yet. I open the door and was greeted by the mare who did the creepy smile and wave. “Princess Twilight… What brings you to my home this early…” I look to my kitchen clock, “6:42am, All of Ponyville is probably asleep still.”
“Oh I don’t know I just wanted to see you bright and early.” I can hear her chuckle nervously to herself. “Well come in and take a seat in the living room until I come back I need to go upstairs and freshen up.” I leave Twilight downstairs as I enter my bathroom to clean myself up. As I do I begin to think to myself. ‘Why did Twilight come this early I normally wake up around 8am. Oh! This Friendship stuff is going to be hell on Equestria if she does this daily.’ I then noticed something when I saw her. ‘She did look ‘cute’…’ Wait what? Cute? Why would I think Twilight is cute? That lavender body, cute smile, nice mane…. Oh my god! What in the wide world of Equestria am I thinking? I don’t have a crush on her… Do I?
While all these thoughts made their way into my head I get done, walk out of the bathroom and go downstairs to see Twilight in my kitchen cooking something… It smelled like it was on fire slightly but I can tell she never cooks for herself but she made some effort in trying.
Universal Character
Twilight was attempting to cook pancakes. She didn’t know why she was doing that but she did it anyways. She kept whistling a tune that Sunset couldn’t recognize. But to Sunset it was like hear an angel. This made Sunset hit her head. ‘Stop thinking about that!’ She told her mind. Twilight heard Sunset’s hoof hit her head. Twilight then turned around and spoke to her sweetly. “Oh, hi Sunset. I’m cooking breakfast for you as a sigh of our friendship.” Twilight had a very cheerful expression on her face. This raised Sunset’s awareness of the mare in front of her. The thoughts of why she was doing it were soon dismissed with thoughts of assisting Twilight with this so called breakfast.
“You don’t cook much do you?” Sunset ask curiously observing the assorted ingredients on the countertop. Sunset had to be nice about it even though Twilight’s efforts in cooking can kill her.
“No, not really since spike cooks for me.” Twilight said as she cracked some eggs into a small bowl to mix using her magic. Twilight began to levitate some ingredients into a larger bowl.
“So…” Sunset scanned the countertop. “Do you need help cooking I know how to cook a lot of things. You name I can do it.” Sunset stood proudly, confident in herself to perform the task at hand. Twilight stopped doing whatever she was doing and put down the apron.
“Challenge accepted… Cook pancakes, cinnamon buns, eggs, and toast” Twilight ordered as Sunset memorized the order. “In under 30 minutes.” That’s when Sunset’s mind snapped. She was about to scream at her but let her cool down and gave a big sigh.
“Give me an hour. 30 minutes is too quick unless you want it all undercooked.” Twilight when and sat down on the dining table. She used her magic to produce a large timer on the wall and set it for an hour.
“You got an hour… GO!” As soon as that timer went Sunset grabbed all the supplies she needed. Using her magic she prepared everything that was necessary for the meal.
56 minutes later…
Twilight didn’t even focus on the clock like she was supposed to… she was focused on Sunset working hard on the objective she set for her. Sunset was sweating from all the concentration and devotion to the goal. Twilight began to let her thoughts run themselves amuck in her mind. ‘Sweet Celestia she is beautiful when she determined. Almost makes me want to get up and kiss her right here and now.’ That was when Twilight suppressed her thoughts. ‘Twilight stop thinking like that. It’s very disturbing to your student attractive. You are her teacher. ACT LIKE IT!!!’ Twilight turned to the timer. “30 seconds.” By the time Twilight announced it Sunset was sitting across from her enjoy the food that she cooked. Twilight wide-eye her the shock took over her words which ended up making her stutter. “H-h-how did you. I mean where did you-“
“You seem surprised Twilight I expect the Princess of Friendship to know that Princess Celestia’s daughter can do things that even you can’t comprehend.” Sunset stated silencing Twilight as she took another spoonful of eggs in her mouth. “Now eat up you accepted the challenge and I completed it.” Twilight bit into her portion. To Twilight it was better than Spike’s cooking.
“Sweet Celestia… This is the best thing I’ve ever tasted. I’m-I’m surprised. Very surprised” Twilight couldn’t believe that Sunset Shimmer knows things she didn’t and she didn’t even need a cookbook to use as a reference.
Sunset’s POV
Just watching Twilight panic like that makes me so hot… Wow I need to clear my head of these thoughts bad Sunset bad Sunset Shimmer. I see that I finished up my plate so I get up and placed my dish in the sink and began to wash it out. Twilight was done a few minutes after as I hear her place her dish in the sink as well as wash it off. I sit in my living room waiting patiently for her to be done. When she came to sit next to me in the living room I blush slightly but it hides behind my fur. “So what are we doing today? Maybe you can learn more about friendship through something you want to do.” Twilight had to most eager look on her face.
“Well, I was thinking of going to the market to get some things. Maybe some new clothes and some other necessities.” I can see the expression on Twilight’s face light up and glow.
“Perfect! But there’s an issue with that. You don’t have any money to obtain the items and stuff you need. But I’m sure I can help you get the money you need.” That was where she was wrong.
I run upstairs to get my saddlebag. I come back down more slowly to keep the bits inside the pouches from dropping. I place the saddlebag on the coffee table and open them up to show twilight the many bits I had. “Sunset, how did you get all this money? *gasp* You didn’t steal it did you?” I swayed my head side to side. I run back upstairs and grab the note Celestia left me. I teleported back to the living room instead of running back down the stairs. Twilight was startled a bit but soon cooled off. I gave her the note to read. As she read it out loud she paused. “Sunset, I’m sorry for misjudging you. Let’s go to Rarity’s Boutique. Maybe she can make you some clothing even though rarely anypony where’s clothing here.” Twilight got up and stepped out the door waiting for me to follow. I put on the saddlebag and walkout the door and shut it behind me.
“Lead the way Princess” I motion her to get a move on. She begins walking as I follow her to where Rarity’s Boutique is. To pass time I bring up a conversation starter. “So Twilight, What are the Rarity, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy are like here I’m sure it’s very different from what they’re like in the Human World.” She stops for a minute then continues to walk forward.
“Well, they all act like themselves in the Human World expect Rarity owns a Boutique and also lives there with her sister Sweetie Belle. Applejack lives on a farm and produces nothing but apples and sells them in the market when they need to. She also lives with her family Big Mac, Applebloom, and Granny Smith. Pinkie Pie is like the Pinkie Pie in the Human World expect the Human version of her is less hyper. The Pinkie Pie here will drive you the brink of insanity if you let her and she knows everypony. Since she doesn’t know you officially you will get a visit from her sometime later on or tomorrow. She works I think in Sugarcube Corner it’s marked with a Cupcake sign above the front door of the store. She lives there also with Mr and Mrs. Cake along with her children whose names I forgotten (I really forgot their names sorry guys). Rainbow Dash lives in a large cloud home on the outskirts of Ponyville” Twilight points to a large cloud home in the sky. “That’s Rainbow’s home. Then Fluttershy… She’s just like her Human counterpart shy and devoted to her animals. She lives in a cottage also on the outskirts of Ponyville next to the Everfree Forest. There’s Rarity’s Boutique over there and there is Rarity in the shop creating something.” She’s right Rarity was there inside the shop her door for some reason was wide open letting anypony who wanted her to make something would just step right in.
I stop at the front door even though it was open. I didn’t want to give her a bad impression. Twilight stepped right in greeting Rarity as she finished off the last stitch on a dress she was creating. I can hear the conversation go on. “Why hello Twilight, what brings you here? Should you be doing some royal duties or something of that darling?” Rarity was placing the dress on a pony sized manikin.
“I’m just visiting because I have a student who wants to get some clothes. You may have heard of her because Celestia explained her to us a while back.” Rarity looked back at Twilight in what seems to be in a very confusing expression. I look at Twilight who motioned me inside the shop. I follow suit inside and confront Rarity.
“Hello!” I just blurt out wanting her not to see me as a threat as most people who knew me back then would. I looked to Twilight who introduced me. Which I could’ve done myself.
“Rarity this is Sunset Shimmer, Daughter of Princess Celestia.” Rarity was put some attachments onto the dress but dropped all of them immediately upon hearing my name.
“Twilight do you know who you’re next to? The mare who stole your crown. Just turn her in to Celestia for your sake darling.” That hurt me. The Rarity here is cold as ice. Before Twilight made this matter worse I decided to speak.
“Rarity, that is all behind me now I’m a better pony then who I was before. I’ve learned from my mistakes I have a new home here in Ponyville and my mon has forgiven me for my mistakes also. Just at least give me a chance to prove myself to you.” Rarity then stared down at me with cold eyes.
“Well since you gained Twilight’s trust I guess I can trust you too and mom?” Rarity stopped for a second to playback the last part of the sentence. I then repeat the last phrase that Twilight said to Rarity.
“Princess Celestia is my mother Rarity.” This changed Rarity’s expression to a cold soul to a shock of denial.
“How is that even possible? Princess Celestia is isn’t married to anypony.”
“She adopted me when I was a foal I’ll tell you story later of how that came to be. Now I wanted to buy some clothes of you and I’ll pay in full for-“ Rarity stopped my sentence short by putting her hoof on my muzzle
“No need to pay for anything I’ll do it free of charge as a friend.” This shocked me…
“That is very generous of you Rarity thank you.” She gave a simple nod and then asked me what type of clothing I was into. “In the Human World I have a leather jacket, a purple shirt, and an orange, yellow and red skirt. So I guess my preference is pretty basic nothing too complex.” Rarity looked back while gathering some fabric.
“Come back tomorrow Sunset I may have something you will like dearly.” I nod off the Rarity and thank her again. As Twilight and I come out of the Boutique she looks at the sun.
“It’s passed noon. Let’s go get some lunch then we’ll get the rest of your supplies.” I follow Twilight to a small place sells burgers and such.
Twilight’s POV
As we order our lunch the waiter goes to fetch our order. Sunset puts down her saddlebag next to her. Sunset looks around the place as if to avoid eye contact. Those dreamy Aqua eyes. Oh I will do anything just to be your very special somepony. Twilight remembered that Hearts and Hooves day is in 2 weeks. Perfect… Every fiber of my being is fighting a war in my mind of how I view Sunset Shimmer. I do like her as a student and a friend. But maybe there is something a lot more to it then I realize. Could I possibly be in love with Sunset Shimmer? My body gets warmer when she really near me and we’ve only interacted just today and the Human World.
I then realize that in the Human World everyone I was near Sunset Shimmer my stomach will get butterflies and my body will ache if she wasn’t near. I thought it was just part of the Human World but it wasn’t because the same situation and symptoms appear now. I just had to face the facts that I’m in love with Sunset. Spike was right if I keep denying it, it will become worse and worse. As my mind tries to accept this Sunset was already done with her lunch. Wait already done? How long was I thinking for?
I bite into my small veggie burger and begin to let my thoughts run again. After about 5 minutes of eating and thinking. Sunset asked for the bill. “Sunset you don’t have to pay for this I’m a Princess they let me eat here for free it brings them booming business when I eat here or anywhere for that matter.” Sunset denied my request to not pay. She asked the waiter how much was their lunch.
“That will be 15 bits ma’am.” The waiter had a slight accent to his voice.
Sunset took out 20 bits from her saddlebag and gave it to the waiter. “There’s a tip in that amount enjoy it sir.” Sunset’s voice was sincere like Celestia’s.
“No problem ma’am thank you.” He walked off to assist another customer.
As we left the small restaurant we go around town getting Sunset her supplies. Sunset got a few quills, 2 ink refills, and a bunch of fruits and vegetables for her kitchen. While buy all these things she still had a lot of bits leftover. We make our way to her home. As we’re walking I gaze at the sun to check the time. “Sunset it’s around well sunset.” I state pointing Sunset Shimmer to the sun falling into the horizon the traditional setting to end the day. When we walk up to Sunset’s house Spike was waiting there for the both of them.
“Thank Celestia you two are done doing it. I started to think that one of you died while reliving into one another.” This caused me to be both very angry and very embarrassed as I can see the same expression and blush from Sunset’s face. I was about to strike Spike because that was way out of line then somepony stopped me. I couldn’t move my hoof anymore as if it was being held by a force that was unbreakable. I look to my hoof and see an aqua aura around it I couldn’t move my hoof at all not even take it back. I see Sunset walking up to Spike and whisper something in his ear. He just nods and so on then his expression changes drastically to a shocked wide-eyed expression. He ran back to the castle yelling “Must save Rarity!” Sunset released me from her magic looked to me.
“He won’t be talking about that for the rest of the night I can guarantee you that.” I just had to ask her.
“What did you say to him?” As she opened her door she looked back.
“I just said ‘a little birdie told me that Rarity was in trouble and needs your help for the rest of the night.” I begin to laugh out loud.
“For a mare who doesn’t know Spike that much the way he acts around Rarity is a very dead giveaway.” Sunset stepped into her house can began to close the door. “Goodbye Princess Twilight, see you tomorrow.” I waved goodbye to her as I hear the door close fully. I walk to the castle and find Spike gathering some weapons and protective armor.
“I must save Rarity!” I roll my eyes as I walk to my bedroom and lie down. Day one is done and I couldn’t be anymore relieved and yet sad at the same time. I’ll ask Spike tomorrow of how to go with this feeling I feel for Sunset.
My mind begins to drift off into a nice slumber.
Sunset’s POV
I put my saddlebag back into my closet and walk into my bathroom and look into the mirror. “I’m in love with Twilight Sparkle. I’ve denied these feelings far too long. My body is burning for every moment I suppress these feelings.” I splash some cold water onto my face. If I remember correctly Hearts and Hooves Day is 2 weeks from now that will be the perfect time to tell her I just hope my body can take two weeks of suppression.” The fact that I was talking to myself into a mirror is somehow making the situation even worse.
After sometime in the bathroom I come out a lot better and go to my bed. I see the moon slowly rising. I shut my eyes and dream of what may come between me and Twilight.

As the moon rises to close off the day. The two mares begin to realize their feelings for one another but having to confess to these feelings to each other will prove to be a very difficult challenge for both Sunset Shimmer and Twilight Sparkle.

It’s been a few days since the first day of Twilight’s teachings. Both Sunset Shimmer and Twilight Sparkle was enjoying each other’s company. The two mares were fighting off their minds. They seemed to be dealing with it pretty well and all of their friends knew they had a thing for one another. They made it obvious to their friends but Sunset and Twilight are completely unaware of their situation. This puts their friends to assist their relationship to become more than just Teacher and Student.
The Mane 6, Sunset and Spike were on a nice picnic in Ponyville Park.
Twilight’s POV
Just watching Sunset enjoy herself and eat away makes me feel all fluttery. I can’t help but stare at her. She’s beautiful all-around; her mane, her personality, and her body. I can’t fight these feelings any longer. I must have her even if she doesn’t like me back I must at least get a response from her. If she loves me I do to her then it will be perfect but if not at least I had a small chance.
Spike seems to know a lot about relationships so I might ask him how to go about it. I just need to get him alone. Oh wait! I can just ask him for a small talk in private. I tap on his shoulder to gain his attention. “Spike may I speak to you in private?” He doesn’t fight with me as he gets up and travels to a more secluded location. He stops once we’re a good distance away from the girls.
Universal Character
“Twilight, if this is about what I did last night in my defense, you should’ve hid those pictures better.” Spike said waiting for her to lecture him on what happened.
“That’s… not …. Wait! What did you do last night?” Twilight questioned spike now suspicious on what happened.
“Nothing… Nothing, now what was it that you wanted?” Twilight looked at him as if to make him confess but she dismissed it. What she wanted to ask him was far more important.
“I admit to loving Sunset.”
“No surprise there Twilight you and her give it away openly” Spike said making her confession less dense.
“So can you help me get her? I wanted to admit my feelings to her on Hearts and Hooves Day.” Twilight was more or less determined to win Sunset Shimmer over. Hopefully Spike can provide some insight on how to go by it.
“Well, to win Sunset you need to know her. I don’t mean ask her about her day and stuff like that I mean you need to know what she likes to do and what’s her favorite hobbies and what she hates. Most importantly on what she hates because then you will know what not to do around her. Also you will need to present yourself.” This made Twilight blush mad. Spike narrowed his eyes in seriousness, “Not present yourself like that I mean ‘present’ yourself like act seductive around her or make yourself shine above everyone else.” This make Twilight slap herself for thinking wrong.
“Okay, okay how do I act ‘seductive’ around her or even know what she likes or dislikes?” Spike went silent for a minute then spoke.
“You can always make her write about her favorite hobbies and interests, also make her put in what she dislikes in activates.” Twilight stared down at Spike who was unfazed by her gaze.
“I’m not going to force her to write me that. That is invasion of her privacy she’ll know something is up. I wanted to make it a surprise sort of.” This made Spike think for another minute.
“Then I’m shit out of luck Twilight. You will just have to wing it. (Get it?:rainbowlaugh::rainbowlaugh::pinkiehappy::pinkiesmile::twilightsmile:)” Hearing this made Twilight sad a little.
“Well thank you Spike for the advice I guess.” Twilight and Spike made their way back to the picnic. The girls all stared at her and spike as they sat down.
“So, what did you guys talk about?” Rarity asked hoping to gain some gossip.
“No, that conversation is strictly private.” Twilight said silencing any forward advancements with Rarity trying to get her to spill it out.
Sunset’s POV
Twilight is the most beautiful mare among all the ponies in Equestria. I can just kiss her and hold her tight. If I keep fighting these feelings I don’t know what my body will do it’s like the feelings are breaking me down bit by bit until I just surrender and accept it. But I do accept them I can no longer fight them, I yearn for her, I want to taste her. Wow! Sunset you’re getting a little too ahead of yourself there. Dial it back a bit.
I decided to ask Rarity if can speak to her alone I wanted to ask her what can I do on Hearts and Hooves Day to make Twilight mine.
“Rarity may I speak to you in private?” She retaliated back.
“For whatever for darling?” I motion her on to follow.
“This is a personal thing I need help with.” She put down her sandwich and followed me to a park bench nearby away from the rest of the girls.
Universal Character
As both Rarity and Sunset Shimmer sat down Rarity started off the conversation. “So, is this about the whole you loving Twilight thing?” This made Sunset shut her mouth quickly.
“How did you know?”
“Dear Sunset, you two make it very obvious. So do you want to know how to win her over?” Sunset nodded.
“I wanted to win her over on Hearts and Hooves Day. Can you give me some advice of how to play it off?” Sunset words were true. She loved the Princess dearly and couldn’t bare another minute without her.
“I see well that sounds like a perfect time to ask her are you planning on being straightforward or surprise her?” Sunset had to think for a second.
“I want to surprise her. She loves surprises.” Sunset’s voice trailed off just thinking of what surprises she can do to win her. This all but still seemed to arouse Sunset in some way.
“Okay darling, I can give some advice but I won’t help you through it all the way as confessing to something major like this to the pony you love is both emotional and spiritual. The words you must say have to come from your heart and nothing else. You must stay pure in order to win her heart.” Rarity stated as she stood back up.
Rarity faced Sunset who remained sitting down. “Twilight likes to read a lot she loves books all sorts so maybe get her a book. She also likes to go on adventures to be very open to long journeys. Also Twilight gets bored very easy if you talk about yourself all day long. So don’t just talk about yourself let her speak and voice her opinion.” Rarity stopped for a second. Sunset was absorbing all this information. “Also be sure that she’s not busy when hanging around her she doesn’t like to be bothered a lot when she has her royal duties. Remember this; she puts a lot of things before herself and her royal duties is one of them.” Sunset then stopped Rarity to allow her to talk.
“Okay I get all of that but one of her duties is to teach me in the magic of friendship. She also doesn’t do much of her royal duties as being a teacher is one of them. I don’t seem to be bugging her or boring her when I speak so we can rule that out. I can’t seem to find any books she likes since she owned most to all of the books known. Finally adventures, yesterday she took me to the castle of two sisters and I nearly died from the traps and obstruct frame of the castle alone.” Rarity listened word from word to what Sunset explained.
“Okay so then I can’t really assist you other than to let your heart speak for itself. Ever since Twilight became a Princess she spends less and less time with us as a result we don’t seem to know what her interest are anymore other then what we remember when she was a Unicorn. I’m very sorry I couldn’t be as much help as you wanted Sunset. I hope Hearts and Hooves Day goes well for you when you announce your feelings to her.” Rarity began to walk back to the picnic with sunset following suit.
Rarity’s advice didn’t help Sunset in her efforts to win over Twilight. As the two mares sit back down to enjoy the rest of the picnic the cold uncomfortable silence between Twilight and Sunset filled in between them. To both mares this Hearts and Hooves day might just be the most intense experience they will every encounter.

The picnic went about the rest of day in short conversations and eating. The day ends with both Sunset and Twilight parting ways. To both parting ways is the saddest part of their day. They didn’t want to separate but they have to. They both awaited for Heart and Hooves Day to confess their love for one another.

Sunset just arrived to her home. She lays in her bed trying to get the correct amount of hours of sleep. Though her efforts were becoming less and less successful she thought of a plan to win Twilight.
Sunset’s POV
I keep running the plan through my head. It’s the perfect plan. ‘I make myself glow and wear a very seductive dress and Twilight is forever in my hooves. There is no why this plan will fail!’ I hear a knock on the door. I only got 4 hours of sleep so my body is fighting my mind for rest. I open the door and was greeted by a very comforting hug by the mare of my dreams. “Good morning Twilight!” I say kindly hiding the fact that I was tired. But I can tell Twilight saw through my attempts.
“I know what we can do today Sunset maybe you can assist me and Spike with some things in the castle.” I groaned in disappointment.
“Aw, I don’t want to do chores I already have enough to deal with in my home cleaning something 100 times bigger is an even more pain in the flank.” I continue to whine and complain but I follow her as I have no choice in the matter. She’s still my teacher and I have to follow whatever she says.
As we walked up the stairs to the castle she starts telling me about her life when she was Celestia’s student. Then I remembered something that mom said. ‘Let her speak, she’s very open minded.’ So I let her talk and agree with her and even laugh at some parts that seemed funny. Anything to make her happy. We enter into the castle and see Spike sweeping. He stops and looks at us. “Oh come on Twilight if you’re going to bring your girl here at least tell me so I can prepare some things for the two of you.” Spike seemed to enjoy teasing Twilight for some reason. Maybe I can help her with that issue. I walk up to Spike and motion him to listen in.
I whisper something that just might scar him until otherwise. After I told him he looked Twilight then me. A few seconds later he threw up on the floor. “You both are disgusting!” I hear him yell cry out as he crawls to his room. “You don’t tell a child something like that! It’s wrong! Really wrong! You both are sick! SICK!” Twilight was about to defend him then she dismissed it. I guess she knew what I was doing. So she went along with it.
“Spike I will tell you the details later on-“
“NO! FOR CELESTIA’S SAKE JUST NO!” I can hear Twilight giggle to herself. She focuses on the puke on the floor then it vanished.
“There problem solved.”
“That wasn’t the issue but okay I guess a secondary issue is better than nothing.” I sit down on a small throne seeing as there’s no other seat around. Well there was but they has reserved markings on them and I didn’t want to be yelled at by Twilight.
She comes into the throne room and sees me sitting down. She laughs at me. This is when I get a little flared up. Both due to lack of sleep and I don’t like being laughed at. “What’s so funny Twilight?” I try to be kind but I spoke out a little loud and rude for my normal speaking voice.
“You’re sitting in Spike’s seat.” She points to her Cutie Mark on the throne next to the one I’m sitting on, it was a lot taller than the one I was sitting on. I get up instantly
“Oh sorry Twilight.” She shushed me.
“It’s okay, I don’t care. But I think Spike will if he catches you on the throne.” I brush it off and walk back to what seemed like a large living room. I sit down on some of the large beanbags just laying around and start to drift off to sleep.
Twilight’s POV
I look for Sunset everywhere in the castle but see no sign of her. I even attempt to call out her name but I get no response. “Maybe she’s in the comforting room.” I make my way to the Comforting Room which had a lot of beanbags everywhere from Pinkie’s last party. As I make my way to the room I hear a very light snoring. My curiosity takes over and I follow the voice.
I trail the voice to its source. It was Sunset Shimmer. She was sleeping so peacefully on one of the beanbags. But something made me blush madly with arousal and embarrassment. She was sleeping on her back complete with her hind legs spread out. I didn’t want to wake her because in a way it was very cute of how she slept so soundly. Spike comes behind and looks at the sight. “Twilight, if you’re going to do this while she’s sleeping then I’ve lost all hope for you.” I dart at him with eyes of burning fire. This made him back away.
“Spike, I love her I will do anything to make her happy. I will let her sleep how she wants and I won’t disturb her slumber just because you’re uncomfortable being around her and I together.” Spike got up I can tell he was angry.
“What makes you think I’m uncomfortable around you two together I WANT you two to get together I just enjoy teasing you because it gives me a sense of joy for my day. I like to have my fun once in a while and lately I haven’t been having fun. This is been my fun for the past week.” I sighed in defeat he was right I haven’t been giving him some free time.
“I’m sorry Spike go outside and do whatever you want you can take the day off today. You can even sleepover at Rarity’s if she allows it.” With the final words with Rarity mentioned he bolted out the door going to who knows where. I see Sunset has shifted to a more cuddling position. This made me smile a bit more seeing this display. I can also see her shivering. So I grabbed the nearest blanket and cover her with it. Out of my mind begging me to do it I kiss her forehead and see her smile in her sleep. I whisper in her ear. “Sleep tight my Sunset. Maybe we can sleep together one day.” I begin to have light thoughts of me and her cuddling, it brings a warm feeling all over my body. I sit next to her on a nearby beanbag to keep her company as she sleeps.
5 hours later…
I sit by Sunset’s sleeping form as I’m reading a book called “The Equestrian Architect” I can hear Sunset Shimmer wake up as she shifts a lot and opens her eyes. “Good Afternoon sleepy head enjoy your peaceful slumber?” I ask hoping to expect a good answer.
“Yes I did and sorry for falling asleep I was summoned by Princess Celestia at 4am and I came home at 7am to regain some sleep but you show up at my door a few minutes later.” I believed her but I wanted to tease her for a bit.
“I don’t believe you Sunset. I think you’re coming up with an excuse.” I can see her get red with anger. It was very cute.
“I’m not lying to you Twilight it’s the truth, I even have a letter from the Princess herself.” I can tell easily that she’s becoming more and angrier as she speaks out.
“Now Sunset if you continue lying to me I will have to fail you on honesty.” This time I spoke more sarcastically. But she didn’t catch on.
“Oh my god! I didn’t even do anything I said I was sorry!” She was red in the face as she took her anger out on the beanbags.
“Sunset Shimmer, I was only kidding about the ‘you doing wrong’ thing.” I can see her calm down as she placed down a small knife to stab the beanbags. I just sit on mine as I witness all of this. “Sunset Shimmer, I think you have anger issues.”
“No I don’t I just don’t like to be wrong about things.”
“So do I but you don’t see me stabbing beanbags now do you.”
“But you just lied to me.”
“That doesn’t matter Sunny.” I can see her ears perk up from the nickname.
“Why did you call me Sunny? The only person to call me ‘Sunny’ was Pinkie Pie from the Human World.” “She pulls her beanbag closer to me and listens in.
“I’m your teacher sweetie and as your teacher I can develop a small more comfortable bond with you. I can call you Sunny because I know you more.”
“Twilight when is Hearts and Hooves Day?”
I look to my calendar. “In 3 days. Why?”
“No Reason…”
“Okay now I’m curious. What do you have planned for that day?” This I wanted to really know. A little gossip wouldn’t hurt me.
“Nope, you will have to wait until that day.” She gave me a wink. This make me blush madly as I try to hide it. “Twilight you alright? You seem tense” I examine my own body and see sweat just pouring out I was nervous very nervous but I didn’t want to admit it. I see Spike come through the door getting something from his room.
“Spike come here I have a task for you before you go.” He comes out of the room with no argument and stands by me. “Yes Twilight? Do you need me to get the ‘special’ tools for you?” This flared me up, how did he know about that? Nevertheless I maintained my cool.
“No….-“ I look to Sunset who just sat there confused. “NO! I don’t need that right now. ‘I don’t even know how you found out about that.’ I want to go get me a quill, ink, and a piece of paper and clipboard.” As he walked away to go get the items.
“Anything else you highness?” That annoyed me. I can tell now he was doing this for just the sport of it.
“No, Spike that will be all go have you fun after that.”
“You sure to seem to treat Spike like a slave here. I’m just saying it wouldn't hurt to just at least pay him for what he does or give him a reward.” She shifted a position where she was on her stomach and her hind legs were folded.
“I don’t treat him as a slave he enjoys what he does and I give him rewards for being my number one assistant.” I can hear Spike run to me as he places the various items around me. “Thank you Spike you are done for the day go have fun.” I levitate the items around me and begin to write down some notes. Sunset peered over to see what I was writing. I covered it right away. “Nope Sunset this is private I don’t want anypony looking at this.” She backed away and went back on her beanbag. These notes were for Hearts and Hooves Day and I wanted to keep some pointers written down for when it’s time. The special day is only 3 days ahead and it’s about time I crack down on the events I have planned for me and Sunset.
I see that the sun was beginning to set from the corner of my eye. Sunset will be going very soon but I didn’t want her to leave. Then I thought of an idea.
“Hey Sunset, do you want to have a slumber party here just you and me since Spike is away?” Sunset looks up as if she wasn’t paying attention.
“Sure, I don’t find any problem which it.” To Sunset who had a regretful look on her face. I lid up like a Christmas tree, bright and ecstatic.
Sunset’s POV
Maybe agreeing to this was a bad idea. I look to the door. Maybe I can run off and leave her in the dust unless she’s faster than me. As these thoughts run through my head I give a big sigh. 'Not worth it...' I get up and tell her I’ll be in the library.
In the library I search for some books on sleepovers here in Equestria. I found several and they all say the same thing but they are quite similar to the ones in the Human World. A good sign because for a second I thought I was going to die or something. I put all the books back and return to the room where all the beanbags were. A mare like here doesn’t need this many beanbags. So I decided to ask her about them.
“Hey Twilight, why do you have so many beanbags it seems that it’s only you and Spike living here?” Twilight put down her clipboard.
“Well Pinkie Pie has a party here-“ I put a hoof on her muzzle to quiet her.
“No need to explain more I understand the logical situation with Pinkie Pie.” Twilight levitated her clipboard again and continued to write down her notes.
3 hours later…
It was 10pm and Twilight and I were getting very tired. I yawn and then she yawns. A very contagious thing. “Twilight I think it’s time for us to go to bed. I can barely stand up without stumbling around.” I arrange the beanbags around so I can sleep and Twilight stops me.
“What are you doing Sunset?”
“I’m trying to arrange the beanbags into a bed so I can sleep.” Twilight put her hoof on me and motioned me to follow. I didn’t protest and followed her.
“Well Sunset, I was hoping if you want to that is. If you can sleep with me in my bed.”
I followed her inside her room and her bed was very large enough to fit about 6 ponies. She has a worried look on her face as if I was going to deny her request. I actually wanted to and her just offering it is like an open invite. “Yes.” Is all I say. She looks at me confusingly. “Yes, I will sleep with you again I don’t find one problem with it.” She slips into the covers to the bed as I do the same. We were far apart but she advanced forward and cuddled next to me. I blush madly. I’m a few inches taller than her and I can see her muzzle on my neck. I just want to get on top of her and… No Sunset Shimmer you’re think way to far you haven’t even ask her out yet. Wait till Hearts and Hooves Day. 3 days is not as long as the week has been. I didn’t notice her still awake and I kiss her forehead.
She looks up at me with bright blush as I look at her the same way. We continue to look into each other’s eyes. We inch closer and closer until we were just centimeters apart. Just when I was about to steal the deal Spike bursts through her door. “Hey Twilight I was wondering when…. I’ll ask tomorrow enjoy your night.” He walks away but you can still hear him screaming at the top of his lungs as if he were mentally scared. Twilight shifted a little more closely and fell asleep.
I continue to stroke her mane as she slept which brung a warm smile on both me and her. I look to the moon and see it rise slowly. But something came from the moon that appeared from the dark shadows of the night sky. It was Princess Luna. I whisper to avoid waking Twilight. “Hey Aunt Luna, what brings you here.” Examined us in the bed then dismissed whatever thought she had.
“Nothing too special Celestia and I wanted to see the progress you’ve made with Twilight so far.”
“It’s been really enjoyable Aunt Luna, and you were right she does love me. Maybe Hearts and Hooves Day won’t be that bad.” Luna began to fly back to the moonlit sky.
“Sunset Shimmer as I can’t force you two to be together I have high hopes for you and her and also hope that it works out if you need more assistance you know where to find me and my sister.” I nod and she disappears. I lay my head back and drift off into a nice peaceful slumber with the girl of my dreams in my hooves.

The night sky was brighter as the moon shines on the two lovers in a peaceful slumber. For Hearts and Hooves Day arriving in just a mere 3 days the tension between the two mares increases.

As the moon begins to set and the sun begins to rise the two lovers share an embrace in bed. Sunset Shimmer wakes up first.
Sunset’s POV
I’m pinned down by something as I wake up. I can barely move. I look down to see what was holding me down but it wasn’t a what, it was who. Twilight Sparkle… The girl of my dreams. I start to remember the night before. We almost kissed. This made my mind go aflutter as I begin to stroke her mane slowly so she doesn’t wake up. I plant a small kiss on her forehead which causes her to shift around a bit but she remains in her sleeping state nevertheless. I can hear her wake up but I play it as I’m still asleep. My eyes are shut and I act like I’m asleep pretending to snore lightly and it seems to work because she kissed me on the forehead. I can hear her speak to herself, well to me but to her it’s like talking to herself.
“Rest up my sweet Sunset. Maybe on Hearts and Hooves Day we can finally be together.” ‘Sweet Sunset…’ I just let that play off in my head as I can hear her leave the room. I get up a few minutes after and walk to the bathroom which was occupied by Spike.
“Hey, come on now! No privacy!” I slam the door shut. I hear him yelling that there was another bathroom 5 doors down. I run to that location and see that it’s a bathroom with the same layout I ignore the small copied details and do my business.
I come out about 20 minutes later or what it seemed to be because I smell pancakes in the air. I follow the scent all the way to the main kitchen. I can see that pancakes were being made but no one was attending them like they should. I look for the only pony or dragon to be making them this early. I can hear some whimpering so I follow the sound. ‘It sounds like Spike. But why?’ I see Spike with a very shocked and terrified expression. I wave my hoof in front of him to get his attention but get no response or reaction.
I look in the direction where he was facing and I see what he was scared about. I see Twilight in a very lacy outfit that looked like it was done by Rarity because of the detailed stitching. I couldn’t help but fall in love with her even more. She was trying to seduce me and Spike was caught in the crossfire. Two can play at that game Ms. Sparkle. “T-t-t-t-t-twilight?” I can hear Spike mutter out.
“You like Sunset?” She asked me giving me and seductive stare. Oh this game will be fun…
“Yes, Twilight but I think you need to be more forward. Spike seems to not be interested.” This changed her expression quickly to a ‘what the buck’ moment.
“T-t-t-t-twilight? If y-y-you’re trying to s-s-seduce S-s-sunset S-s-s-shimmer then you need to try harder.” That time I heard him clearly even though his voice was staggering. I levitate him into a nearby room. He snapped out of it and looked at me. “Sunset I don’t want to be mounted or whatever you ponies do to each other. I’m too young!” I place a force hoof to silence him.
“Don’t worry I’m pretty sure you’re not going to get mounted…. Yeah I’m pretty sure about that but do tell me this. Twilight has never acted like this I want an expiation!” I stomped my fore hoof on the ground to ensure I was serious. He sat on a nearby chair.
“Well you see I kind of gave Twilight advice of how to get you to love her per-say and with that I told her some things she can do to help her efforts. I’m sure your mom gave you the talk but I had to read on the subject in order to help her. You can already tell that she’s trying VERY HARD!” I nodded. “Then why don’t you two just go out on a date today and get it over with?”,
“I wanted to love her, to feel her, to taste her… Well you get the idea. I do love her and I want her to be mine but I’m trying to make it right by waiting till Valentine’s – Hearts and Hooves Day.” Spike sat up and went for the door to leave. He looked back.
“Sunset Shimmer you have essentially everyone’s blessings to have her. We don’t care how you two do it but you better do it fast or your body will speak for you and I don’t think you want that.” I nod a no to him. He left moments later leaving me in the room. ‘She loves me, so my chances to get her is a sure 100%.’ I cheer in my mind to keep my cool on the outside. I walk out of the room and see Twilight taking a nap on a large couch. ‘Well better get used to sleeping next to her or being with her a lot more.’ I lay down next to her and pull her closer to me. I let my eyes drift off into a small slumber feeling nothing but her love to keep me warm.

The rest of the day went as it normally did with ending of both Sunset Shimmer and Twilight Sparkle sleeping in the same bed as the night before. With Luna and Celestia both secretly watching over them to make sure everyone goes okay there will be a more perfect time when Hearts and Hooves Day arrives. Everyone is so eager to see them together that they’re doing everything in their power to push them even more closely into each other’s arms.
As the moonlight fills the skyline of Equestria the both lovers will be in for a very big surprise during their special day.
Hearts and Hooves Day: The Fair (Part 1)

Hearts and Hooves Day… The day where ponies spent their time with their loved ones. This was the day that both Sunset and Twilight were to finally bring their relationship into full circle. The setting takes place first in Twilight’s Castle.
Sunset’s POV
Today is the day… Hearts and Hooves Day… I begged for this day to come. I looked down to see Twilight Sparkle in the same position with me as the nights before. She was still pinning me down but I didn’t mind because her warmth was like a blanket filled with love.
I can see her eyes moving slightly so she will be awake soon. I gentle whisper in her ear; “Happy Hearts and Hooves Day Twilight, I’m going to make this the best day you’ve ever experienced.” I see her ear twitch which was very cute.
I managed to escape her grip on me and walk to the bathroom to get ready for today’s special events. As I come out the bathroom I see Twilight waiting there. “Oh sorry Twilight did you want to-“ she nodded. “Well I’m done anyways see you in the throne room. She just nods again like she was very tired. She went in and I can hear the shower running. ‘So she needed to wake up after all.’
I go to the throne room and see Princess Luna, Princess Cadence, Princess Celestia, and the other girls around the throne room. “What’s up everypony?” I begin to ask hoping to gain some answers.
“Well Sunset, we’re all going to wish you and Twilight a very happy Hearts and Hooves day.” Cadence stated sounding very cheerful. I can see a mare and a stallion from the corner of my eye. One had the same mane scheme as Twilight’s but a different color, and the other didn’t seem to fit Twilight’s description as well as the mare. My assumptions only tell me that these must be her parents.
“There’s the mare of the hour!” I can hear her mother as she walks up to me and examines me. It made me feel VERY uncomfortable but I managed. “I can see why Twilight is so fond of you now. I’m Twilight Velvet, Twilight’s Mom and over there is Twilight father.” He gives a simple wave with Twilight’s signature smile. I wave back with the same gesture. Twilight Velvet gives me a hug which I return the favor. I begin to comprehend all of which is going on.
“Are you all here so I can meet Twilight’s parents because if so then having so many of you isn’t that necessary-“ Celestia put a hoof in front of me to indicate a ‘Stop Talking’ motion.
“We are all here like Cadence said to wish you a wonderful Hearts and Hooves Day and also we all have high hopes that your day goes as successful as you planned it to be. I’ll fill you in on something… In Ponyville they always host a fair for the holiday so I recommend to try your efforts there. If not then try to find some location to try but be noted of how Twilight is.” I nod to her then spoke before she did.
“That is all fine and I thank you guys. Everyone. For the support. But I think I know what to do in terms of getting Twilight.” They all listened in to my plan as I whispered it as fear of Twilight coming into the room. To ruin it in some degree.
15 Minutes ago...
Twilight’s POV
I enter the bathroom right after Sunset did I was tired. Very tired. But as I turn on the shower and splashed some cold water in my face I started to be more alert and awake. I begin to think of how to win Sunset over she clearly likes me in a sense to push forward my efforts but I think I went a little too far a few days ago. A Shimmering Sunset like her will take a lot of effort to win over especially how she’s Celestia’s Daughter which will both decrease and increase my chances in a way.
I step into the shower and leave my mind into a thinking state that plans out my intentions.
8 minutes later…
I step out of the shower and dry myself off. I walk out of the bathroom follow the sound of multiple voices within the throne room one of the being Sunset. I follow the voices and duck and cover for when I saw who was there. My mother and father, all the Princesses and the girls. I can see Pinkie Pie scan the room as if she knew I was here but didn’t completely search the place. I can them talk about things like “I can see why Twilight is fond of you.” And I can hear Princess Celestia explain to Sunset certain things that I couldn’t comprehend at first but understood it at the end.
So Sunset does love me a lot then I expected. This hearts and Hooves Day will be a breeze. I can feel a strong magical presence surround me as I’m levitated up. It had a golden aura around it which can only mean that Celestia was levitating me up. I can see all their faces concentrated on me as if I’ve been caught in some big scheme. I’m placed down next to Sunset Shimmer who I rub against.
Celestia walked up forward then the rest who just stood back. “Sunset Simmer and Twilight Sparkle we will all be leaving now and on behalf of everyone here in this room we all wish you a very special Hearts and a Hooves Day and we all hope you meet your Very Special Somepony. “ They all nodded in agreement as they all left the room my parents stood behind however. I look at them both and they stared at me with the same feeling. My father cleared his throat and stepped up.
“I don’t know nor understand ‘This’ but if you’re happy Twille then I’m happy too. You both have our blessings.” They both walked out of the room and closed the main castle doors behind them. Both I and Sunset stood in the throne room the silence that was left behind soon filled the whole room as neither of us said anything.
Universal Character
Sunset broke the silence. “So… Do you want to go to the Hearts and Hooves Fair Twilight?” Twilight’s face lit up with a very ‘Yes, yes, yes!!!’ expression. Before Twilight could even attempt at doing it Sunset held her down. “None of that please.” Twilight looked disappointed, Sunset could bare to see her sad. “Fine.” Twilight jumped up and down while making an orbital ring around Sunset.
“Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes!” Sunset could help but smile. If it’s one thing Sunset loved to see is Twilight smile.
“Twilight if you keep doing this we won’t get to the fair early so we can see all the attractions.” She stopped mid-air and grabbed Sunset’s hoof and ran out the door.
The fair wasn’t as crowed so the attractions barely had any lines to watch or ride. Twilight looked at one ride. “The Tunnel of Love… Ohh Sunset let’s go in there.” Sunset stared at the ride with eager anticipation but then she realized something.
“Sorry Twilight that’s for couples only, we’re not a couple ‘At least not yet’ and it would be very awkward riding something that is meant for something we’re not.” This sadden Twilight. ‘I thought we WERE a couple’ she thought as a small tear came out of her eye.
Sunset didn’t notice as they went through all the games and had a lot of fun in the process they even won some prizes. Even though the fair is very small they had a lot of fun. But this didn’t stop Twilight from shedding some tears. She mostly hid them from Sunset but they were too much to bare. With Sunset denying all the couple rides and attractions she could let her plan go into effect it’s like Sunset didn’t even like Twilight in that way.

Hearts and Hooves Day: Violence and Love (Part 2)
Sunset’s POV
As we move on to a hillside to sit and talk I can hear whimpering next to. I look to Twilight but she isn’t shedding any tears from what I’m seeing. I place a hoof on her to see if there was something wrong. “Twilight you okay?” I hear no response. I move my hoof to her chin and with a little bit of resistance bring to face to mine so we see eye to eye. I can see the tear streaks that was forming on her face. “Twilight, what’s wrong.” She doesn’t say anything but lets the tears flow through her. She escapes from my light grip and runs off. I chase after her. She takes flight which makes it more difficult to catch up. I call out her name but she just flies faster. “Twilight please fly down I want to help you.” I stop chasing her. “I-I-I love you…” I let a small tear fall from my eye and walk back to the fairgrounds. I see mom and Aunt Luna taking a small tour of the fair. I sprint to mom as if my life depended on it. “Mom! Something is wrong with Twilight she just started crying and took off.” I point to the direction behind me. Celestia looked into that direction as if she knew where Twilight was going.
“Luna on me Sunset Shimmer-“ I feel her levitating me. “Let’s go get you’re true love.”
Twilight’s POV
Pain and Suffering is all I feel in my heart… I love Sunset truly with all my being. She didn’t want to do anything that was couple related because we weren’t a couple. “That was the point of the fair… To bring couples together.” I continue to fly straight to the castle of the Two Sisters. I look into the direction I just flew from I see nopony in sight. I walk in and go into the library that held all the ancient books of the Two Sisters and their adventures. I take out a book and begin reading somehow reading always calmed my nerves. At this point I would do anything to feel better but the despair in my heart was just growing into a more painful experience that I just couldn’t ignore.
Maybe Sunset and I weren’t really meant to be in love like it was all a joke. A cruel twisted joke that hurts. I continue reading the book laid out in front of me. I keep turning pages to try to get my mind off of the painful memory that haunts me. As I see no progress in assisting I threw the book into a nearby wall. Now I don’t even feel the sadness it has now been replaced with anger and revenge. I charge a large magic bolt into the same wall and cause a large hole to form. The magic bolt I just shot followed a straight path out the castle and went off to who knows where. I begin to relive the anger that I was now feeling on the objects the surround me.
Universal Character
The two Princesses and Sunset Shimmer sore through the sky with speeds that far exceed past Rainbow Dash’s Sonic Rainboom. Sunset sees a purple beam coming at them. This purple beam wasn’t Twilight as it made its way to us. Celestia deflected it as it bounced off a small bubble shield into the atmosphere. “We must be getting close.” Sunset speaks out. Celestia nods and flies the same constant speed as before. As the three settle down in front of the castle of the Two Sisters they can hear explosions and screaming. The small team rushes in and sees what they never expected to see ever in their lifetime. Twilight was destroying the library of the castle. All they saw was fragments of what was history. Sunset calls out to Twilight but gets a magic bolt. Celestia produces a shield to protect me from the blast. Celestia then stepped forward to calm down the alicorn causing all of this destruction.
“Twilight I understand you’re very angry. But you must now stop what you’re doing you are causing devastating destruction to what was known as a symbol is peace and history.” Twilight began to settle down as she didn’t shoot another blast but was still pissed off.
“I want to be left alone!” Twilight barked out. Sunset stepped in front of Celestia. Twilight was about to take off again but Sunset pinned her down. “Let go of me!” Sunset refused.
“Not until I do this…” Sunset pressed her lips against Twilight’s sending waves of pleasure and warmth to both mares. The kiss was small but it sent a powerful message to Twilight who released all of her tension onto the kiss. Just adding a bit more pressure on Sunset’s part, it was like the Universe was speeding along them and the world that they inhabited no longer existed for this one moment. Sunset Shimmer broke the kiss very slowly, got off of Twilight and helped her up. They shared a heart filled embrace.
Both Luna and Celestia couldn’t help but admire the pair. Their love was very strong and full of hope and determination. Celestia looked to Luna. “Princess Luna lets go back to the fair and look around I think these two need some alone time.” Luna nodded.
“Agreed.” Sunset Shimmer peered an eye to see Celestia and Luna fly off.
The pair separated a few minutes later. Both Twilight and Sunset looked at the damaged caused by Twilight’s ‘small’ moment of anger. Twilight gave a small chuckle and hid a blush that was both obvious to see and impossible to hide. “Umm… I don’t suppose you know how to clean this up?” Sunset asked Twilight seeing if some alicorn magic can help out with this catastrophe.
“No, I’m very sorry Sunset. It’s just that I was very angry and I just couldn’t control myself and I PHMM!!” Sunset locked lips with Twilight for a second time only this one was longer. They parted ways and stared into each other’s eyes.
“No talking. Let’s just go back to Ponyville and leave this place behind.” Twilight walked with Sunset out of the castle but gained some nervous ground.
“But what if Celestia wanted us to fix it? You can’t disappoint her.” Sunset looked back to Twilight.
“Trust me I think she’s not going to care and plus that old castle is literally falling apart.” Sunset points Twilight to the main infrastructure of the castle falling apart in the distance.
Twilight and Sunset made their way back to Ponyville. Both Princesses were there enjoying the small fair attractions. They made their way back to the castle and stepped through the door and was greeted by Spike who had a smirk on his face. “Well. Well. Well… Looks like somepony had a nice time?” Sunset spoke before Twilight.
“You can say that yes.” Spike observed the two ponies. Walking around them.
“Hmmm, I’m guessing you two are now together?” Twilight gave a simple nod as she went to give Sunset a quick kiss on the cheek. Twilight teleported somewhere else leaving only Sunset Shimmer and Spike in the room alone. Spike walked around Sunset again but this time more slowly and spoke when he did. “You and Twilight are now marefriends.” Sunset nods.
“You think, you’re ready for something as big as this Sunset?” Sunset nods once more. “Well then I’ll keep you on your hooves the rest of the way. Consider this my ‘Welcome to the family’ approval.” Sunset walks to the kitchen with Spike following her. “I would bake something here there’s nothing to bake from. I need to go to the Market later on when the fair is over with and gather a lot more food and other assorted goods.” Sunset seemed slightly disappointed.
“I wanted to make Twilight a nice dinner but I’ll try something else.” Spike walked to his room and looked back at Sunset stopping midway.
“You can always make love to her…” He closed the door after that suggestion.
Sunset was now sitting in the middle of the kitchen dumbfounded. ‘Make love to Twilight? Now? I mean that might be rushing things a tad bit… Could it?’ All the outcomes start running through Sunset’s head but becomes suppressed. Twilight teleports back in front of Sunset Shimmer who is startled. “Don’t do that again please.” Twilight had a seductive smile on her face.
“Noted…” Twilight went up and kissed Sunset again. Both mares fought for dominance with the kiss but in the end Twilight won that battle.
Spike walked out of his room into the kitchen. He saw both Twilight and Sunset making out. A twitch appeared in his eye as if he saw something that can scar him for life. “I just cleaned this kitchen.” They separated and Twilight stared him down with her annoyed face.
“Spike go to Rarity’s for a while.” Spike wide-eyed at this. “You mean it? You are not messing with me here.” Twilight pointed to the door. He didn’t even need to ask twice he ran out the door.
7 hours later…
Twilight and Sunset were laying down in Twilight’s bedroom. They shared a very tight and loving embrace. “Sunset never let me go.” Sunset kisses her forehead.
“I won’t Twilight. I won’t let you go.” They shared yet another kiss but this one stayed until they fell asleep.

The two newly found lovers spent a good night in pleasant dreams. The Lunar Moon that lit the night sky shinned on the two lovers as they slept peacefully. The Hearts and Hooves Day was now reaching its concluding time as the next day will be the start of our newly couple.

As the morning sun rises Spike rushes into the room and wakes the newly couple up.
Sunset’s POV
A peaceful slumber with my marefriend. That is all I wanted and now I have her. She is my one and only. I stroke the mane of my lover then I hear the doors slam wide open completely waking both me and Twilight up. Damn you Spike.
“Twilight, Sunset, Princess Celestia requests that you both go to Canterlot ASAP… What were you two doing?” Twilight rubbed her head as if she gained a large headache from all of this. “Nothing Spike-“ Unfortunate… “We’ll be there in a bit.” I held Twilight close to me to prevent her from getting up. I start assaulting her with kisses on her head while she giggled. She attempted to escape from my hold, which, on her side, failed. “Come on Sunset… Ohh… We need to go see the Princess…” Her quickened breathing and small moans told me that she was enjoying this. I knew we had to go, but I didn’t want to.
“Come on Twilight! I’m sure Princess Celestia won’t care if we didn’t show up.”
I continue to kiss her neck and trail up to her lips. I can hear her moans become livelier. “Sunset… Please, we need to go… Maybe later when we come back we can continue from this.” I can hear hoofsteps approaching.
I thought it was Spike until I hear the voice coming from it which made me stop dead in my tracks. “I hope I’m not interrupting anything?” It was Princess Celestia who walked into the room observing me and Twilight’s moment… I release Twilight who falls to the floor and gets up all nervous and I hid my head under the covers to hide my own embarrassment. I can hear Celestia’s hooves walk beside me, but not on Twilight’s side. She lightly pulls the covers off of me. I start to panic a little. “Sorry mom, I didn’t expect you to come here. We didn’t do anything, I swear.” I really wanted to though. She placed a hoof on me for silence as I got up out of the bed.
“No need I understand your privacy, but there is something I would like to give you Sunset. Twilight has told me that you’ve learned all that you’ve needed to understand the magic of friendship. But there’s something that Twilight has told me that is more than just friendship.” I listen closely. “You’ve proven that, even in doubt, you can overcome the greatest of obstacles although they don’t always work out. When you left to the Human World you turned evil then Twilight showed you the way back to friendship there was ‘something’ that bought you to where you are now… Hope…” I look at her as if she said something stupid. “Yes Sunset Shimmer, if you know what hope is. Hope is what brings you to wake up every day. Hope is what keeps you from turning evil again. Hope is what helped you win Twilight’s Heart by calming her down. That is why I give my deepest acceptance to appoint to you Sunset Shimmer.” I see a white beam come from Celestia’s horn and hit me directly. All I see is my memories and my adventures consume me in a ball-like form. I can feel something come out of me, but the process was all but painful. This change only occurred for mere seconds until I appear in front of everyone again. I can see the burn marks on the floor they made up my Cutie Mark.
It was hazy at first, but when I came to, I got up to stretch, and I felt something on my back. I look and see wings. I have wings. I look up and see my horn. I put the pieces together.
“I’m an Alicorn…”
Celestia chucked. “Yes my dear Sunset Shimmer you are an Alicorn. But not just an alicorn but a Princess. Sunset Shimmer you are now known as ‘Sunset Shimmer the Princess of Hope”
My jaw dropped. I look to Twilight whose jaw also dropped. I see her get and run at me giving me hugs and kisses. “Mom, I don’t know what to say… Thank you. I promise that I won’t abuse this power. But I do have a question.” Celestia smiled and looked at me. “If I’m a Princess now where will I be?”
Celestia chuckled again. “Well, where do you want to be my little pony?”
I look to Twilight who just stood there without a word. I loved her and she loved me. But something in her stare said, ‘Go with what you think is best.’ I look back to Celestia. “Mom, I want to be with Twilight. I love her with all my heart and I believe, as a team, we’ll accomplish more. We’ll be able to spread both the Magic of Friendship and Hope to all of Equestria!”
Celestia nodded, who looked to Twilight who just gave a simple nod. “Well, it’s settled. Both you and Twilight will be in this castle together.”
Celestia created a white light around her and vanished leaving both me and Twilight alone in the room. I take a good look outside and the sun is barely up, so it’s around 6am.
I walk over to Twilight who had no words to speak at all. She just stares at me with a cute expression. “Well, Twilight… now we’re in this Princess thing together,” I yawned. “But I’m tired.” I crawl into bed. I made a very seductive pose and pat the space next to me. “Come to bed, Twilight. You need some rest after what just happened. Celestia knows I do.” Without any comment or word to speak, she climbs into bed next to me and scoots in close to me. I wrap my hooves around her. I give her a small kiss, with which she returned the gesture. I start to worry as she’s not being as audible. “Twilight, please speak to me.” I can hear her mutter something, but it’s very faint. “Twilight, if something is concerning you, I would like to help. I love you, baby.” I kiss her again.
“I’m just shocked Sunset… I didn’t expect this…” Twilight sounded clearer but was still at low volume. I stroke her mane to make her more at ease.
“It’s okay Twilight and to be honest I didn’t expect this to happen either. It’s both a surprise to you and me.” She looks up at me with a nervous look.
“But What if-“ I silence Twilight by placing a hoof on her muzzle.
“That’s enough of the what if’s Twilight. We’ll just have to see if this can work.” I grab her hoof into my own. “Do you want to make this work my love?” She kisses me in my cheek.
“Of course I do…” She scoots closer to me. I can feel her warm body press against my own. It was these kind of moments where I just want to please her more but some things just have to wait until they’re ready.

The two mares fall asleep in each other’s embrace. As the sun rises more and more their love strengthens and soon will be the start of something much more then what they have now.

Twilight and Sunset woke up around 10am. With the new wings Sunset decided to take flying a try. The result were… Not good…
Twilight’s POV
Falling… That is all I see coming from Sunset Shimmer. Sunset is attempting to take her first flight and she couldn’t be anymore worse. I mean I was horrible but this. This is something beyond help. She managed to fly straight then crash into the dirt road a few seconds after. I can see that she’s very determined but some things you just have to give up on. “Sunset maybe you should stop flying… You’ve been at this for about 2 hours already and you’re hurting yourself more and more for every attempt.” She gets up and walks over to me she taken some major damage to not just her wings but to her body as well. It was like she was trying to prove to me that flying is easy.
“Twilight I’m fine I don’t need to stop I just need to practice more.” She was about to fly off to try again but I stop her.
“Sunset it’s not the practicing I’m worried about believe I love to watch you practice your flying but you need to be careful. You’re hurting yourself and I think you need to take a rest.” Sunset didn’t seem to listen at this point so I decided to take some action. Before she had a chance to attempt another try I teleport in front of her and shoot a magic beam at created a bubble that imprisoned her. She tried to teleport out but it sent her back in rather violently.
“Twilight dear, can you release me from this bubble so I can get back to practicing?” She was using the puppy eyes stare but I didn’t care.
“No Sunset, you need to rest when you’re fully healed then we’ll try this again but until then the answer to return to practicing is a no.” I can her become sadden by my decision. “I’m sorry Sunset but do trust me.” I release her from the magic bubble. I help her up and walk her back to the castle where I can get her some icepacks and maybe some Band-Aids if we have some.
I open the castle front doors and settle her down on one of the many beanbags just laying around the castle. ‘Reminder: I need to remove those beanbags…’ I give her an icepack which she takes without a fuss. I see Sunset looked at a mirror examining herself.
“Twilight you were right. I was hurting myself while practicing. Maybe I should stop entirely.” I can see her gain some uneasy comfort from staring at her own reflection.
“Sunset don’t ever stop trying but just be careful.” That is all I could say at this point. I hear somepony walk into the castle. It was Rainbow Dash.
“Yeah Twilight I was wondering when…” She looked to sunset who was laying down on one of the beanbags. “What happened to her? She looked like she’s been through a lot.”
“I don’t want to talk about it!” Sunset literally screamed at Rainbow who dismissed it then faced me again.
“Sorry Rainbow Dash she’s a little tired because she’s been practicing her flying.” I see Rainbow’s expression brighten.
“Well gee Twilight maybe I can train her to fly it’s not hard and I am the fastest flyer in all of Equestria.” I thought about this and began to run it through my head. Rainbow is the best flyer declared by Celestia herself but Rainbow is also very arrogant and self-conscious. I look to Sunset who was sleeping now with the icepack on her chest. I walk up to her and remove the icepack. I look to Rainbow who was waiting for answer. “Rainbow I can trust you to reach her everything you know?”
“Cross my heart and hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye!” Rainbow reciting the Pinkie Promise made me more comfortable letting her train Sunset in flying. “Tell her to meet me at the park in 30 minutes.” I nod off to her as she walks out of the castle.
Sunset woke up a few minutes later. I was sitting on a beanbag next to her watching her sleep. I know it sounds creepy but hear me out. I was applying ice on her wounds so it’s less creepy now. As she began to stir I stroke her mane to both relax her and to keep her mind off the numbness of the ice. “Had a nice rest?” I give her a small kiss on the cheek.
“Not really all I did was blackout from the soreness.” Sunset looked a lot better than before when she stopped practicing.
“Oh well I’m sorry about that Sunset you should’ve said something then I could’ve helped you faster.” I grabbed another icepack and set the rest in a fridge to freeze. I handed it to her instead of levitating it. She took the icepack and attempted to heal her wings. She yelped in pain from the soreness.
“I don’t suppose to can help me Twilight?” I chuckle.
“I’d love to.” I apply the icepack to her wings giving very gentle leverage to them as she laid down flat so then can extend out. Each wing was dealt the same amount of damage I can see the dirt and scrape marks on each wing in different places but equal in all. I can hear a small moan escape from her lips as I applied the ice pack again to the other wing. ‘Somehow this feels good to her.’ Then it hit me. The wings are very sensitive so I guess I’m touching her ‘pleasure sensors’ I dismiss the thoughts running through my head to try out this theory because I needed to get her ready to meet with Rainbow Dash.
After about 10 minutes of this I get her up and walk with her to the park. I can see Rainbow Dash sitting on a bench. She was checking her watch as if she wasn’t paying attention. I call out her name. “Rainbow Dash!” She perks up and flies to us.
“Took you two long enough to come. So Sunset Shimmer you ready to take flight?” Sunset nods. “Okay first lesson: Knowing your limits. Every flyer has their limits when it comes to flying some and fly for hours and some can fly for only a few minutes. This all depends on how well you work out your wings.” Rainbow Dash did a small lap around the park without breaking a sweat. “Now Sunset, I want you to flap your wings but don’t try to fly. Just flag them until you get tired.” Sunset follows Rainbow’s instructions she flags them for a good 30 minutes then stops. “Okay 30 minutes is good you can stay up for quite a while. Now in order to fly you must pace your wing-power your wing-power is determined by your wing’s strength and your wing’s force. Now I want you to try to lift yourself off the ground don’t run and jump just flap up.” Rainbow Dash flaps her wings a few times then flies up slowly. “Like so now you try.” Sunset concentrated hard and flapped a few times. She managed to get off a few inches from the ground then fell flat. Rainbow looked down at Sunset then started to chuckle. “Maybe I should’ve told you about wing strength and wing force.”
“That would have been helpful you know.” Sunset was getting annoyed by all of this I can see it in her eyes so I decided to explain what they two were.
“Sunset. Wing Force is the amount of power or energy you send out for each flap of your wings the harder the flag the faster you go, vice versa. But you can also pick up speed from flapping them faster but this will make you tired quicker. Wing strength is the amount of weight your wings can hold while in mid-air. In order to reach the heights in the sky some ponies need to strengthen their wings. You have the force Sunset you just don’t have the strength.”
“Then tell me how to strengthen my wings!” She was getting angry.
“You need to do wing-ups or try to lift weights with your wings.” Sunset looked at Rainbow as if she gone retarded.
“I’m going back to the castle I want to be left alone.” Sunset walked away in a huff. At this point I don’t know if I should come with her to try to cam her down. I again think of the outcomes of the situation. I walk back to the castle following Sunset. I look back at Rainbow who just stood there in disappointment. “Don’t worry Rainbow I’ll make her come around you’ll see.” She didn’t seem to care.
“Alright Twilight but do enforce the whole “You need to strengthen your wings” thing see ya later.” She flew off to who knows where as I run after Sunset Shimmer.
“Sunset! Sunset are you here?” I can hear her voice in the kitchen. I look and I see her cooking something. “Sunset what are you doing?” She looked back at me with a smile.
“When I was in the Human World I used to cook every time I was angry or stressed out. I find it to relax me.” Sunset laid out many ingredients that looked like they didn’t go together.
“So what are you cooking now?” I was observing the pots on the stove.
“A spicy stew that I learned how to make in the Human World.” She sliced and diced some peppers and other assorted things. Best time to ask this I guess.
“So… Just asking here… But why did you blow off Rainbow Dash when she was teaching you how to fly?” I can see her stop cooking for a moment then resumed.
“Because the way Rainbow explained it was too difficult to understand. I mean how am I supposed to lift weights with my wings?” I can see her flapping her wings once. “See they’re just made for flapping around and flying but not lifting and all that jazz.”
I grab one of her wings which she stopped levitating the various cooking items and just stood there. She looks to me with eyes that spoke ‘Let go of my wing please.’ I levitate a small weight over to her wing and place it on her wing and let go. She looked and saw the weight was resting on her extended wing without it breaking or falling off. “H-h-how is this possible?”
I giggle. “Wings in Equestria have magic in them just like Unicorns and alicorns do. Even earth ponies have magic in them. Pegassi use their wings as like a second hoof. They can do lots of cool things with wings. Lifting objects is one of them. But not how we normally lift objects with hoofs our wings essentially can carry about 25%-50% of the normal weight that we can normally carry with one hoof.” I can see Sunset starting to understand it more as she stopped cooking entirely.
“Do I really need to lift weights with my wings?” I shake my head.
“No, you don’t have to, You can also do wing ups or just flap them a few times per day so they get their daily exercise then when you think you’re ready you can try again at flying.” She nodded and went off to go walk around Ponyville.

Sunset spent the rest of the day exercising the doing some things to help fly better. She wanted to fly and she made it her goal to fly.

The remaining days of the week seem to fly by as the two soon-to-be-lovers spent every hour to every minute they could. The others didn’t have any insight on how to bring the two together since Twilight barely hangs around them anymore and Sunset is mostly around Twilight to even get to fully know half of her friends.
During one morning Sunset had a letter from Princess Celestia. Spike delivered it himself.
Sunset’s POV
I wake up to a knock on my door. Did Twilight come early because if she did this is WAY before her wake up time. I get up and freshen up because if it is Twilight I want to look good.
I come out of the bathroom a few minutes later now the knocking turns into a banging. This was not Twilight. I yell out to the door. “I’m coming, I’m coming! Give a mare a minute to get ready!” I can hear the voice behind the door.
“Well, by ready as in you’re going to see your wife then you’re sadly mistaken you’re mother wants to see you now, and I mean now!” Spike said as he knocked a lot more softly this time. “I have a letter from her Sunset so open the damn door so I can give it to you so I can go home and start my day off with Twilight screaming at the top of her lungs from something I’m pretty sure is both pleasurable and shameful.” This made me blush madly. I open the door and he gave me the letter and walked away back to the castle. I yell out to him.
“You know sometimes Spike you give out personal information that nopony should know!”
“Well she’s your Teacher I think you deserve to know what she’s doing.” I get slightly annoyed.
“I don’t want to know about THAT!” Spike continued to walk.
“Well too bad you know now!” I became furious at this point.
This argument seemed endless so I left it at that. I run to the train station and left for Canterlot. While on the train the read off the letter:
Dear Sunset Shimmer,
I would like you to meet me at my castle as soon as possible there is something I would like to tell you that can help you out.
Sincerely,
Mom
What did mom want to help me out with? She and I haven’t spoken since I left Canterlot a week ago. Could Twilight be sending my letters to Celestia? No, she wouldn't do that she values my privacy she will at least talk to me about it before she did something like that.
An hour later the train has come into a complete stop at the Canterlot train station. I can see that the sun isn’t even up yet so it’s around 5am. “Mom you better have a good reason to summon me at 5am. Some mares wake up at this time, I’m not one of those mares.”
With much annoyance I make my way to Celestia’s Castle. I see guards all around as usual so I just walk by them with no effort. “Morning Sunset Shimmer your mother is in the throne room.” I can hear one of the guards say.
“Thank you sir!” I yell back. I can find her myself you know. As I make my way to the throne room I look around through the moonlit morning. “Come on Aunt Luna, sometimes the moon is just too little to see with” I feel around to make my way to the throne room.
“Well maybe you should use your horn as a light source.” I turn around and see Princess Luna emerge from the shadows of the castle.
“Sorry Aunt, Luna I’m just trying to get to the throne room. Mom has requested me to show up.” Luna had a confused expression on her face.
“Yes she did request for you to come, it’s weird to me for her to request for you at such a short time. She also wanted me there. I’ll come along with you.” I nod to her but stump my front hoof on a small table.
“Ow! Damn darkness!”
Universal Character
Luna was slightly sadden by hearing this. “It’s not my fault entirely Sunset. Normally ponies will be still asleep still.” Sunset looked at Luna as they were walking with apologetic eyes.
“I know it’s not your fault Aunt Luna. It’s that I’m not used to waking up at this time.” Luna nodded off to Sunset.
Sunset and Luna stopped in front of the large wooden doors that lead to the throne room behind it. Sunset used her magic to push them open. It was well lit unlike the rest of the castle. Celestia was sitting on her throne waiting from them two. “Ah Sunset and Luna come forward close the door behind you please.” Celestia’s voice was very clear and mother-like. Both Luna and Sunset made their way to the throne itself. Celestia stepped down to greet them more face to face. “Luna I’m sure you know why you’re here?” She nodded.
“Sunset I’m sure you know why you’re here?”
“No idea. Care to fill in the blanks for me Mom?”
“Didn't Spike tell you?”
“No, he said and I quote: “Well, by ready as in you’re going to see your wife then you’re sadly mistaken you’re mother wants to see you now, and I mean now!”” Sunset states attempting to mimic Spike voice but fails horribly. Hearing this made Celestia uncomfortable. “That’s not all. He also said: “I have a letter from her Sunset so open the damn door so I can give it to you so I can go home and start my day off with Twilight screaming at the top of her lungs from something I’m pretty sure is both pleasurable and shameful.”” The Equestrian ruler then blushed and backed up a little. Even Luna seemed surprise.
“I think I know what Spike was talking ab-“
“Never discuss it!” Celestia yelled to Luna who shut her mouth immoderately. Celestia regained her composure. “Okay, Spike had no right to explain that to you.” Sunset shifted slightly.
“That’s what I told him but he said: “Well she’s your Teacher I think you deserve to know what she’s doing.””
“Well there’s limits to what you can know on what she does.” Celestia said.
“Agreed, now what is it mom it’s 5am and I’m really tired.” Sunset’s voice was filled with annoyance as this conversation was delaying the actual objective.
“Well, Sunset Shimmer I’m sure you and Twilight spend a lot of time together.” Sunset didn’t speak, Celestia took that as a yes. “Well some of your friends have informed me of your current situation with her.” Sunset wide-eyed the Equestrian Ruler. “I will not judge who you like and what you do Sunset that is why I’m going to help you.” This made Sunset speak out now.
“Mom, with all due respect getting advice to get a girl from your own mother is very awkward and uncomfortable.” Sunset is very truthful with every word. In fact this whole entire conversation to begin with was uncomfortable.
“Maybe so Sunset but I have some methods you can try. It seemed to work a lot by what Cadence explained to me.” Sunset was ready to hear this.
“Lay it on me.”
Celestia began. “Well for starters, you can try to be seductive. It seems to work with a lot of relationships nowadays.” Sunset never thought of that. “Next you can try to be more helpful to her even if she doesn’t need it. Twilight likes to be very independent but sometimes her actions can cause her more problems. Just nudge her into the right direction don’t be as forward with it.”
“So just hint it?”
“Exactly!”
“Okay seems easy enough.”
“Okay good, lastly I’m sure her friends have told you about her being a lot more isolated now that she’s a Princess?” Sunset nodded. “Then you will have to spend a lot of time with her to gain some info on her interests and hobbies. When you’re around her she’s very open minded so you don’t have to be completely forward.” Sunset stopped Celestia so she could speak.
“Well, since she and I spend a lot of time together she’s always been pretty much a close casket. She never really can or want to express her feelings.” This made Celestia think for a second.
“Well maybe Princess Luna can share some insight.” Luna stepped into the small huddle.
“Yes I can as I’m the Princess of the night I can visit dreams. I recently visited Twilight’s dreams wondering if there is any sort of solution to your dilemma.” Luna blushed madly which was very visible. “I saw things that I shouldn’t have seen and things that seemed more interesting.” Luan paused for a second. “She’s very detailed in her dreams but they all revolve around you Sunset Shimmer. She loves you but she is very distant about it.” This shocked Sunset. Celestia looked to her sister who couldn’t stop blushing.
“Luna you didn’t view a-“
“I don’t want to talk about it! There are things not even I can comprehend in dreams but hers. Hers is an entirely different subject.” Sunset knew what they were both talking about.
“Aunt Luna, it’s just a wet dream everyone gets them eventually.” This made Celestia and Luna stop talking.
“It’s quite uncommon here Sunset I’m sure in the Human World it’s often. But here is really quite rare. When one does appear I don’t pay attention to it.”
“Well anyways thanks for the help guys and mom I’ll try out on what you said. Maybe Hearts and Hooves Day won’t be so back.” Sunset went sprinting for the train station.
Celestia yelled out to her. “Good luck my little pony!”
Sunset’s POV
As I get on the train back to Ponyville I begin to backtrack on what mom said to me. ‘Be seductive, learn her interest, and spend more time with her.’ Maybe the advice Celestia gave me was quite helpful and wise. It was better than the advice that Rarity gave me yesterday. Well Twilight prepare to be wooed into my arms!

As the train departed Sunset Shimmer pondered of how she’s going to plan it all out. While all these thoughts run through her mind. The lavender pony that she loved was beginning to wake up. As the day truly begins the two mares will become closer the day where they predict their relationship will become full circle is arriving faster than they expected.
