It all happened so fast for Luna. She let the Nightmare take her over, but never found the joy and praise that was promised, never got praise, glory, care, or love. She woke up on a cold rocky object. Strength returning she gets up and takes a look at her new home.
"So this plan didn't work, but there is always next time."A creepy voice whispered into her ear. Luna's eyes shrinked in fear.
"Who's there? What Didn't work? Where am I?" her voice shook with fear.
"You poor thing..." The voice started." You can't remember a thing. Here let me help you..."
Nightmare moon touched her head and the memories came flooding back. The pain of neglection, The hurt of staying in the shadow, and Tia.
"Do you remember?"The voice said.
"Y-yes I do." Luna replied.
"And what do you remember?" The voice said.
"I remember the pain I felt... The hate, the neglection, and Tia. Tia banished me. She never cared and this proves it! Soon I'll be just a memory in the back of her mind, in the back of everypony's minds." Luna started to hold back tears. "I got tired of living in her shadow, nopony caring about me, she never loved me! Always taking the spotlight! Everypony Hated me! I just couldn't take it, The insults, the cruel word, all of those insults, I-I snapped! I just wanted to-to, I just wanted to Kill them! I wanted them all to die! Anyone who can hate anypony let alone a Princess out to die! But then I started to hate them, hate them all..." Luna started to cry.
"No. Do not cry. They deserve to be hated. They wanted you banished I bet it was Tia's plan all along, why right now I bet they are having a grand, big party right now, but one day they won't be so happy, soon we shall have our revenge..."
Tia Walked to the balcony and looked up at the moon. "Oh Luna" She started to cry "Why? I'm sorry! I am so sorry! I should have paid more attention to you. I am the worst big sister ever, but i am going to change that, starting now. From now on I am going to talk to you even if you don't answer, ok? Good." OK I know that We haven't talked in years, but maybe that can change? OK so today I..."
"Luna, she doesn't love you anymore Tia only cares of herself. Never has she loved you, She hates you." Those words sunk deep into Luna's skin. Sure she had said that Tia hated her, but she never ment it, but now hearing it repeatedly from some mysterious creature, it sunk deep, deeper than any ocean. It hurt. Hurt to hear that Her only sister hated to death, hated her enough to banish her to the moon for who knows how long? She wanted to curl up into a ball and never get up.
"Luna..." the voice said. "I have a deal for you, if you let me have control again, then When we return to earth then you may truly get the power that you deserve. Tia couldn't possibly banish you again, so we have the upper hand, we shall destroy her and control all of Equestria. After that I shall let you have control again and I shall be the voice in your head, like now, but you must promise me that I may have control at will." Luna looked interested.
"I promise" Luna said.
"Good, but there is one flaw in our plan. The Elements of Harmony." Luna started to talk.
"Do not worry about them," she started "I shall destroy them and there bearers. The elements need bearers to work, but I am stronger. We shall win!" Nightmare Moon started to cheer.
"Your plan is perfect."
Celestia began to fall asleep "And that's when I tricked the guard into dancing to the bathroom after eating a balloon. You would laugh if you could hear it. It had to be the funniest thing I had ever done. There is only one pony to top that prank and that is Discord. Well goodnight." and then she drifted off to sleep.
Soon morning rolled around and Tia woke up. "Good morning Luna?" Tia was confused until she started to remember what had happened. "Wow. Why did I do that? Poor Luna, alone on the moon. Why did I do that? Why didn't I Just banish the nightmare? Why, why, why?" Tia ran into the royal archives to try to find a way for Luna to come back to earth. "No, no, no, no! Why isn't there anything in this stupid library!" She sat down and started to think. "Luna, I know you are probably sleeping, and if I know you you are dreaming of cookies, cake, or some other dessert related food. What I would give to see you yelling at me for waking you up this early in the morning! What your face would look like!" As she was talking to herself she started to walk around the library. A book caught the corner of her eye. It said 'Banishment Spells :How They Turn Out' This made Tia jump for joy. "Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally an answer!" As Tia opened the book she read that...
"But what about Tia?" Luna asked. "Doesn't she still love me?" Nightmare Moon started to laugh
"Of cores not, why would she ever love you." she spat."No one could love a dump, stupid, useless, second born princess like you, well everyone except me of cores, I am you." Luna started to cry
"Your wrong." she said quietly "Your wrong because she does love me. Well at least she used to love me, but I still love her! She is my big sister and I love her!" Nightmare Moon frowned then smiled
" She could never love you, she wants you gone. Did you know that she could have just banished me and not you. She banished you as well because she wanted you gone. SHe hates you and could never love." then she whispered "Never..."
