A midnight star
The sky darkened as the last light of day, the beautiful sun which fell from the sky. And arose the glorious moon and her calm soft glow.
Tonight was the night, the night of The Children of Luna. We all gathered under Her blanket of stars in a clearing in the woods, and we waited....
And waited....
Waited....
Suddenly, a bright flash struck the sky with enuf intensity that we all looked away. Then we all looked up shocked at what we saw.
"Look!"
The moon, it changed. Now the once beautiful moon had, what looked like our mother. Princess Luna, her face full of sorrow.
"What happened?" Asked Sky Dancer, a Pegasus with a orange body and red main.
"I don't know, but it looks bad" somepony else said.
Then all of a sudden,
"Stay where you all are! We have you surrounded!"
It was Celestia's guard! I saw a few of my brothers and sisters try to flee, but it was too late. Ten unicorn guards ran out of the woods carrying nets and spears. I turned to try to fly but just then, a net fell on me.
"Noo!" I screamed as they started to drag me away. I looked and saw somepony else get captured.
I saw a larger unicorn guard stand in the center of the clearing by him was a levitating scroll, witch opened when he coughed.
"By order of our great ruler, Princess Celestia, you are all under arrest for conspiring with Princess Luna!"
The rest of the guard captured all of the ponies of the night and brought them to the head guard.
"Line them all up!" Bellowed the head pony.
"And who do we have here?" The head pony looked down at me.
"My my, you are quite young. You don't even have your cutiemark yet."
I had tears in my eyes as he spoke. I didn't want to go to jail, or get killed.
"You will be taken to the Canterlot detention center. Now tell me where are your parents?"
I stayed silent, tears still burning in my eyes.
"Speak! Tell me where are your parents! Are they here right now?"
"N-no."
I whimpered.
"Then where are they?"
"I-I don't have any."
He was silent. Now with a annoyed expression on his face.
"Great, I guess I have to send you to one of the Canterlot orphanages. This means I have even more paperwork to fill out"
He turned to one of the other guards and whispered something to him. Then the guard saluted and started his way to me.
"No! Get away!" I screamed as he stated to levitate me up and carry me away.
"Don't worry, everything will be all over soon." He said.
