Holding your sanity

It was a bright summer morning the rays of Celestia's sun shining through the window waking Dawn up. Complaining about how the sun ruined her good dream she trotted down the stairs of there house to see her brother Starry Night he was looking at a sheet of paper not noticing her yet. Dawn yawned and said "Good morning Starry" noticing her he said it back and handed her a sheet of paper. Reading it it said "Hi Dawn its me Flaring Shock I wanted to tell you about the party at Pinkie's place and well here is an invitation also your brother can come to if he wants to Sincerely Flaring Shock. Starry winked at her and said " are you going to confess to him? " Dawn countered and said " are you going to confess to Twilight? " blushing he went back upstairs. Walking out of the door she saw Flaring Shock walking alone looking lonely she gathered her strength and went ran straight to him.

Flaring Shock was sniffing the air around him it smelled like roses then out of nowhere Dawn ran into him there lips met and then with a thud they fell to the ground there eyes wide open with a sense of confusion and there mouths open Flaring Shock got up. And pulling Dawn up with him she was blushing severely Flaring Shock saying " u-um " then bolting off. Dawn giggling at him and she ran after him she saw him down at the stream kicking rocks saying things like "man I am stupid" noticing he was blushing and his wings at there full extent Dawn dropping down into the stream with him noticing he was blushing and his wings are now starting to bleed. She ran up to him and started to comfort him but instead of him crying she was crying and she felt a kiss on her forehead
