Fluttershy is sick. Not deathly sick. She isn't slowly gasping her last breath of air, but she does have a rather bad head cold and runny nose. Her friends specifically wanted Big Macintosh to come help her revive, while the red stallion doesn't fill thrilled to help out, he has to as a friend.
