She skided to a stop when she herd a familiar voice call her name. "Dash, what are you doing out so early?" Soarin asked while walking over to ware his mare friend was sitting on the cloud track. "I.. i'm just practicing" She lied and stood up facing the pale blue pegasus. "I know you dash, your a determined mare but its five in the morning. Even you don't get up this early" He said while running his hoover through his main. "I got a call from a old friend and he wants to come visit" She said while glancing up at Soarin for a second then returning her gaze back to the cloud ground. "Well, just let him visit" Soarin said while not putting more thought to the subject. "Soarin, this colt was colt friend back when i was in high school." She said while looking back up to him and gazing into his eyes. "Well," Soarin started "nothing can take you away from me... dash he can't possibly stir up that much trouble" Rainbow dash nodded while looking up to the night sky. "I know" She said while walking closer to him and there lips connected for a few seconds before the cyan mare pulled away. "Lets go back to sleep, k?" He said while raping his wing around her. She simply nodded and rested her head on his neck as they walked back to the dorms. Rainbow woke up two hours later and glanced over to the colt in the bed next to her. He had stayed with her because she had requested him to. She slipped out of the bed and took a quick shower before walking back over to him and placing her hoof on his shoulder. "Hay babe, wake up were gonna be late for breakfast." She said softly. Soarin sat up and smiled at her softly. "Morning" He said while stretching his wings. Rainbow smiled and walked to her closet and pulled out her suit and tossed Soarin his since he kept an extra one in there. She slipped it on and trotted out of the room with Soarin next to her. "Good morning you too" Spit fire said while putting down the news paper she was reading. "Morning" Soarin said while walked to the kitchen. Rainbow stayed behind and walked over to spit fire. "A old friend of mine wants to come visit me for a day... Is it possible for him to be able to come next week?" She asks "Sure, but douse Soarin know?" She asks while picking up her cup off coffee. "Yea, talked to him about it this morning." Rainbow dash said while pushing her main out of her eyes. "Ok, but only for a day because we have a lot of training to de before the games" She said while taking a sip of her coffee. Rainbow dash nodded and walked to the kitchen ware she got a cup of coffee and a plate of food. She walked back to the table and sat down next to Soarin. A few hours later Rainbow was practicing her star trick, the sonic rainboom. She tried to forget what her ex had done to her in the past and take his word that he had changed and just wanted to see how she was doing. She went to go for house dive but instead got flung off and landed face first on the cloud ground. "Rainbow dash!" Soarin yelled alarmed and ran over to her. "Im fine" She insisted wile sitting up and rubbing her head. Fleet foot landed next to her followed by Spit fire. "Kid, you seam a bit off you game today. Have the day off to get things organized" Spit fire said. "Im fine, really" Rainbow pleaded and stood up. "Thats an order" Spit fire said. "Soarin, you too" She said while taking off. Soarin nodded "How about we head to the Oats cafe to get some lunch." He suggested as he wrapped his wing around her. She nodded and walked with him back to her room ware she changed and put her main up into a bun and put on her golden lighting bolt necklace Soarin had given her for there anniversary last week. Sarin had just token his suite off and had token a quick shower. "Ready?" He asked. She simply nodded and walked with him out of her dorm and the two walked into the main area of Clouds dale. Once there they walked into the Oats cafe, there favorite spot in town. "Good afternoon you two" Lexie, the waiter pony smiled at them while she held a note pad in her hooves and a pen. "What may i get you two?" She asked ready to scribble down there orders. "A cinnamon spice latte and a slice of apple pie" Rainbow dash said while looking through her phone. "A carmel mocha frappuccino with a slice of apple pie as well" Soarin smiled while returning his gaze to Rainbow dash as Lexie walked away. "You need to tell me something babe?" He asks. Rainbow shook her head. "No, not really" She said while putting her phone down on the table and looking over to him. "Ok," he said "but you know you can tell me anything right?" He asks. She nodded her head aging. "Yes Soarin i know" she smiled while Lexie walked back with there orders. "Hear you are" She said while putting the drinks down and pie. "Thank you" Rainbow dash and Soarin said at the same time. "You two are the cutest" Lexie said with a giggle and trotted away. Both of them shared a blush and enjoyed there meal.
