Chapter 1: The adventure begins
Hey there, my name is Leon, I'm 19 years old, and I travel the world with my partner, Gallade. Gallade and I started our adventures in Kalos when I was ten years old, and he was still a Ralts. Over the years we discovered that we could communicate with each other through his natural psychic ability. We fought many trainers, and even got a mega ring, and a mega stone. We were even able to beat the Elite Four, but decided to travel the world instead of sitting around the Pokemon League waiting for challengers to arrive. However all that changed when "she" appeared.
It had been a normal day when "she" had arrived. Gallade and I had just gotten off the ferry at Slateport city to begin our newest journey in Johto, and decided to stop by the nearby Poke'mart to gather supplies before heading out. After some debate we agreed to head toward Ecruteak City to check out the Burned Tower. We had just passed the MooMoo Ranch when the sun had started to set, and decided to go on a little farther before we set up camp for the night.
That's when it happened, Gallade and I had just started to drift off to sleep when we heard a strange sound, I opened my eyes just in time to see a strange, purple glow fade in the distance. I hesitated for a second before getting up to check out the glow, Gallade close behind. What we found I never could have expected, it seemed to be either passed out or asleep, (I hoped it was the latter) and looked like a small Ponyta, but it was purple, had a horn and...wings?!
By now Gallade was standing by my side also inspecting the creature curiously. I got out my Poke'dex to see if it had any information on the creature, but nothing came up.
I looked over to Gallade,"So what do you think?"
Gallade simply shrugged,"I don't know, but it's not a pokemon of that I'm certain" I nodded.
By then she started moving, slowly moving her head as her eyes drifted open, I knelt done to make sure it was ok.
"Are you alright?" I asked, I wasn't really expecting a response other than a simple nod or shake for confirmation.
"Yeah I'm alright, but who are you, and where am I?"
Well I certainly wasn't expecting that I quickly hid my shock, and answered like I helped talking animals all the time.
"My name is Leon, and this is my friend Gallade," Gallade nodded in her direction as I mentioned his name,"and you're on Route 38 in the Johto region, but who are you, and where did you come from?"
She slowly got on her hooves as she answered,"My name is Twilight Sparkle, and I came from Ponyville in the land of Equestria"
"Do you know what happened, or how you got here?"
"Well I was trying out a new spell I found, and a friend of mine interrupted the spell." She looked around at the surrounding area, and sighed."Of all the times Pinkie had to barged in." she mumbled.
Now I was even more confused, spell? Instead of continuing to question the mare I got back up and asked if she'd like to join us at our little campsite for the night, she hesitated for a bit, but when she realized she had no where else to go, and decided to join us for the night.
