"Pacific City A city that once newst to be a great place for people to roam free with peace and no harm in there life's but then Catherine Thorne came and created hell when she went against the police and created a group called cell a place for protesters to get what they wanted by killing people and making crime oh how they would terrorize the city,kill Innocent people, and steal from any where but then we created a new type of police organization called the agency, a new type of level for policemen but they weren't called that any more they where now none as peace keepers they were men who would risk there life's to protect the innocent from cells cold dead hands it was tough work, blood was lost and men where killed but they wouldn't stop cause it was going to be all worth it in the end no matter what.
Through time the agency was doing well until another dread full thing happened a radiation disease created by Catherine herself the disease spread around the city and mutated people, they looked like abominations there bones where spread out and some sticked out of there skin, they would eat, and kill people they weren't that nice to the city either they would destroy every thing in site we gave them a name we would call them freaks cause what they did and how they looked like they don't even qualifies as people any more, but there was one advantage we had over them freaks didn't like sunlight and if they came in any sort of contact with it they would be fried into smoke or at least any part of there body part that came into contact but still they made night hell on the surface some people where out of luck cause after 12:00 O clock if you weren't in doors by then you better run or hide cause as soon as your caught by a freak your dead.
After a week the disease became to much for any one to handle, days became harder for peace keepers they had to be protecting people during the night and day, in day it wasn't that much to handle but at night it was a war they would be helping people who didn't get to safety while trying to protect them from cell and freaks it was hard and many died but as the sun rises and a new day was about to start they new who they were, hero's protecting innocent and keeping evil away each night and day was the same thing doing what they where supposed to do what they do best.
Saving life's.
As time went on the agency had enough of it they created a group of super soldiers called agents yes the name was quite catchy at first but, there was something different about the agent's they where more stronger, faster and smarter than the average human, they didn’t look like them either they where in armor that aloud them to do more stuff that no one could do although as good as it sounds they wouldn’t start with every thing upgraded in order to make progress with them orbs were spread around the city that they would have to collect in order to in chance there agility, shooting or beating up cell till they died would upgrade there guns and strength skills, the highest an agent can go up to in all his traits is 6 when they would reach that level for every thing they would be completed and with a bonus if there agility was upgraded to the max they would unlock the glide suit in there armor it allows them to glide in the air while falling , and with strength they would be able to ground pound witch would make a lot of damage if in contact with it, and as for living agent's can die but can be rebooted with the function of help but it would take a lot just to kill one agent but it is possible.
With the agent's in pacific city it made people feel safer than before, the agents would help and the agency would take the credit it was a great idea they would take out cell one by one later on they eliminated them for good but there was one problem we still had, dose damn freaks they would still come back but no matter what even after project sun burst it took a lot of thinking and test to find a way to get rid of them but we finally came up with an idea we made a bomb that used the sun's powers source and once it blew up the suns light would spread all around the city and eliminate the freaks once and for all, and as we speak this bomb is being created and ready to take care of the city and get rid of dose freaks son of a bitches once and for all.
And if you are wondering who I am, call me General I run the agency and I also help new agents and old one's my job is to guide them and tell them what to do when something happens and make sure they are in check cause the agents are good but sometimes and I say some times agents get out of hand and kill citizens on accident it happens once or twice but if a agent starts going on a killing frenzy we need to put them down and take them back to agent head quarters so they can get checked for non functions I can also communicate with them through there head from the agency towers witch it what i basically do but agent don’t really talk or show any emotion they can but they do it rarely all they do is there job and nothing more some peace keepers actually try to talk to them sometimes but all they get in return is a turn around to view him just walk away some peace keeper's think they are doing a good job but they are jerks we don't really care as long they do there job so with all this out of the way I say welcome to.....
