Can you be a dear and go wake up Sweetie Belle!" Rarity called from her bed. A loud shriek could be heard from down the hall. Rarity assumed it was Sweetie Belle. The door cracked wide open.   "Rarity! What did I say about waking me up like that!" Sweetie Belle screeched walking over by Rarity's bed.   "I'm sorry but I need you to be up! I want to make breakfast for mom and dad before they wake up and your screaming isn't going to help!" Rarity shouted before levitating a brush to her. Rarity pointed towards the door gesturing Sweetie Belle to start making breakfast. Sweetie Belle bolted out the door and ran downstairs. A loud crash could be heard below. Rarity brushed out her mane and did her usual routine. Dampen, shower, curlers, wait, unroll, then mold. It's a simple routine for her but Sweetie Belle always wondered why she needed to do all of that and how. There was a shrill beep coming from downstairs. The fire alarm had gone off. Just beautiful Rarity thought to herself.   "Sweetie Belle is everything okay down there?" Rarity called with a worried tone.   "Yeah everything's fine! Just a little smoke detected it!" Sweetie Belle tried to shout over the alarm. Rarity put on a pink and black leather dress with light blue polka dots and ran downstairs. Smoke filled the air.   "A little smoke! This looks like a lot of smoke! Are you okay dear?" Rarity called coughing from the smoke.   "Yes Rarity I'm okay! Just give me a minute and I'll get out the banana bread from the oven!" Sweetie Belle called also coughing. Soon Rarity saw her mother's figure appear in the stairway. "Oh dear somebody forgot the rule! Set to one for the bun. Leave at eight for the perfect bake!" Their mother recited. Rarity was always confused. That poem never made sense to her she felt there was something.... Different about the poem. She hoped she could figure it out soon.   "I know mom. Sorry! I'll remember next time!" Sweetie Belle apologized.   "It's okay! Your father and I have a trip to go on to Manehatten will you guys be alright?" Their mother asked raising an eyebrow.   "Yeah we'll be okay!" Rarity and Sweetie Belle said in unison covering up the mess from Sweetie Belle.   "Well okay...." Their mother said unsure before walking upstairs. She had a feeling they were not going to be alright.   "WAKE UP HUNNY!" Rarity's mother shouted at her husband. The colt raised his head off of the pillow.   "Wh-"   "It's time to go!" His wife intercepted his speech. The brown colt's head shot up and dashed out of bed grabbing his bags. He was always the tourist type. His wife soon followed.
