Also this story has been rewritten from the original, so it makes more sense, is formatted better, and has better portrayals of the characters! ~~~Crisperstorm "Class is over, now get out" our Tech teacher jokingly stated as usual, as he ushered us out of the computer lab so he could start preparing for the next group of 8th graders. We all exited the room excitedly chatting with eachother. "I know right, what a…!" "Yeah totally, I can hang out...!" "That's what she said...!" "Hey Chris!" I turned around to see my girlfriend Jessica. "Hey-" I was cut off by an uncontrolable force: Zach. Nearly knocking Jessica to the ground, he over-enthusiastically hugged me (To emphasize this, he might have broken a rib). I let out a pained ack! before he let me go.  "Zach!" I scolded, "You cant go breaking my ribs like that!" I said while dusting myself off and straightening my trademark sweatshirt. "Eh, whatever. What about xBox Live tonight?" He questioned with a big grin on his face. "I already said I would play, but I might be a while," And with that, we started walking down the hall to the atrium/cafeteria. Normaly, the halls are pretty loud, but being in the one wing people dont usually go, it was almost relaxing. With the low hum of voices and the clicking of shoes, and the shimmering sound of the... I stopped dead in my tracks. "What is that noise?" It had an eerie feel to it. I walked over to the stairwell doorway, that was rarely ever actually used. "Come on were going to be late!" Jessica persuaded, with her stomach loudly backing her up. I ignored her, much to her annoyance , however, and kept walking forward. The noise was something between a shimmering sound and a slow stream, and it grew louder as I approached the door. I waited by the door with my ear up against it, Jessica behind me, leaning up against me, followed by Zach. "What do you think it is?" Jessica wondered outloud. "What is what?" I turned around to see we had attracted David and Allison. David was still here not because he heard the noise, but because he was a nerd. Not the kind that does math for fun, he was a computer nerd. He had probably been helping our tech teacher with something or another. "I'm not sure," I said with a thousand thoughts going through my head. "Well, are all of you going to see what it is, or sit there like ducks?" Allison stated flatly pushing through us and opening the door. To all of our dissapointment, there wasn't anything there. I walked inside. "Well this sucks..." I mumbled under my breath. I could still hear it, but what was making the sound was no where in sight. The others gathered around me in the tiny room. "Maybe we should check the basement?" David questioned aloud. Walking down the stairs to the basement, we almost tripped down the last flight of stairs when we saw it. In front of us was a glowing portal. "Is that... a portal?" Zach asked doubtingly. "No it's my dog, what does it look like?" Jessica said sarcastically "Does anyone know anything about portals?" I asked hoping someone could shed some light. Everyone shook their heads. "Well then we should probably get an expert on this kind of thing!" I declared to the others. "Now who exactly would that be?" Allison mused. "Yep, that's a portal." Nathan said in a far too serious voice. "We established that already" I said trying to hide my excitement and fear. It could lead anywhere, maybe even somewhere in a different world, or galaxy, or even dimension! Hannah, who had followed Nathan when we first mentioned the portal, approached it, "Where could it lead?". I looked at the portal. You couldnt see anything, except a black void with what appeared to be distant stars. Allison copied Hannah and walked up to it, but had tripped over David's shoe and started falling over. She screamed. David made a desperate grab for her but lost his footing too and was pulled in with Allison. "Oh sh—" was all I could say and they were gone. "Leeeeeeeeeroy!!! Jennnnnnkins!!!" Was all that was heard before Zach disappeared into the portal with them. "That idiot!" Jessica shouted as she ran in to try and help them. "No you don't!" I said grabbing onto her. "We don't know what's on the other side!" I said trying to persuade her. "But we cant just let them go!" She said trying to persuade me back. I gave in reluctantly and the two of us dove in together. It then left Nathan and Hannah. Nathan bowed regally: "After you!" Please read the full description! I was lying on the ground. My head hurt. I opened my eyes to see grass in front of my face. The portal brought us outside? What a rip-off, I thought it would send us some... where... cool... Apple trees. As far as I could see, there were apple trees. "What the..." I tried standing up but quickly fell back down. Legs must be asleep or something... how long was I out for? I thought to myself. I looked up, but quickly hurt my eyes with the sun. I hissed at it dramatically and shielded my eyes with my hoof. Wait, what the... "Aaaah!" It was Jessica. She was staring at me with her mouth wide open. "Chris, is that you?" She asked unsure. I cocked my head to the side and nodded. I stood up on my new legs clumsily. "Are you what I think you are?" She asked worriedly. "...appears so..." I said while admiring myself. You make one handsome pony, Chris! I thought to myself. Jessica awkwardly stood up. "Is this really real?" She asked with a hint of worry in her voice. I then made the biggest, stupidest grin ever. Me and Jessica stood over the others. "You think they are okay?" Jessica asked, and as if on cue, one of the ponies stirred and opened their eyes. "Aw man, I must have hit my head hard..." "Who are you?" I asked. "Zach, and you are...?" "It's me, Chris-" I started to say but was cut off by laughter and snorting. "Hahahaha! Your a unicorn! That's soooo precious! Come here!" He said mockingly. "Your a pony too you know," I said with amusement in my voice. Instead of more laughter and snorting, a scream came this time. "My hands! My feet! Holy sh** I'm naked!!!" Me and Jessica bursted into laughter. One by one the others woke up, each freaking out to some degree. After we were all somewhat organized, and could walk, (somewhat awkwardly I might add) we came together to discuss what was happening. "Does anyone know where we are?" David asked. I scrunched up my snout in a manner similar to 'opposite Applejack'. "Do you have something to say" Nathan asked with a hint of curiosity in his voice. I sighed. "We are in Equestria, it's a land full of ponies. And it appears we are in Sweet Apple Acres, a huge acre of apple trees owned by the Apple family," With this new information, they just sat there with big eyes in wonder. "Sooooo, this is like in those videos you showed me?" Allison asked with a bewildered look on her face. "Yep," "Woowee! Now that was some good 'ole fashion labor!" Applejack said as she whiped the sweat off her brow. "Eeyup" was her only reply, which came from her older brother, Big Macintosh. She was about to say something when she heard voices coming from behind a batch of trees. "No no no! This way!" "Stop stepping on my foot, er... hoof!" "Shut up! If I new how to use this thing, I would put some magical duck tape over your mouths!" Came the voices, apparently arguing over petty matters. "What in tarnation?" She mumbled under breath. 7 ponies came stumbling out from behind a tree and landed in a pile in front of her. "Who in the hay are all of you?" Applejack asked while pulling her rope from under her hat incase there was any problems. The one on top looked up and stared with wide eyes at her. "You!" It shouted excitedly. "Applejack! Ohmigosh... ugh... hello!" He said stumbling over each word. "How do you know my name?" She asked with confusion heavy in her voice. "Do I know you? I don't think I've seen you 'round these here parts before," A mare pushed the wide eyed one out of the way. "Um, hello" she said nervously, as if she had never talked to a pony in her life. "Mind telling me what yall are doing on my farm? 'Cause if you were stealing apples I will buck you upside the head!" She said with tension rising. "No! I mean, no we weren't stealing anything... we just... kind of appeared there..." she said nervously. The other ponies had already gotten up and were all sitting intently while watching and staring at everything. Applejack was getting uncomfortable. The wide eyed one raised a hoof. "Ooh, ooh! Element of Honesty!" It shouted. The stallion was quickly silenced by a hoof to the face by another one. Big Mac stood without saying a word and walked over to the small group that was sitting on the ground, and breaking his usual silence asked, "So, are any of you going to say why they are here, or what?"
