It was pouring outside, more and more rain falling out of the sky. Everyone was either in their houses watching TV or huddling under their umbrellas to keep them dry from the cold.
All except Aria Blaze.
"Man, Dagi is going to kill me if I don't get there in time," Aria mumbled out loud to no one in particular. She received a couple of confused glances from people walking by.
She knew that going to Rainbow's house was a bad idea, but Sonata insisted that they have some "quality time" together. Even though she didn't show it, Aria didn't like disappointing Sonata.
Aria's purple and turquoise pigtails flew in the wind as she sped over to where her apartment was.
Well, at least, I got to beat Rainbow at those video games that she has at her house.
Aria chuckled as her foot went into a puddle. She loved Rainbow's face when she lost.
Suddenly she stopped.
Only five minutes left, I can make it.
Aria pushed open the door and realized that their apartment was located at the top of the building.
Correction, there is no way I make it to the top in FOUR MINUTES!
Scanning around the lobby Aria found a big metal box with buttons on either side.
"Hmm, a lift, I've heard of these things, apparently if you step inside and type where you want to go it will teleport you there, OK time to try these things!" Aria cautiously stepped inside the weird object and pressed a button.
Number 8 flashed as the box started moving. Aria heard a noise inside the lift.
"Hey, Aria!"
"Ah!" Aria screamed with her life and attacked the moving creature.
Aria's eyes focused on the creature and saw a glimpse of pink.
"PINKIE PIE, WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!"
"Well, duh, I was going to visit Sonata to cheer her on while you guys practice your singing voices, cause the last time you tried to sing it sounded like someone was strangling a cat. Wait, who would do such a thing to the cat, It's not very friendly."
Aria nearly groaned, of course, Pinkie was going to visit Sonata, Aria had a feeling that she and Pinkie were more than "allies". She made a mental note to ask Sonata in person. Right now she had to figure out had to get out of here in three minutes.
Aria started kicking the lift with her boots. No luck.
"Yo Strawberry Shortcake, it would be good if Cheese Puff was here," Aria moaned as she glanced at her watch. Two more minutes.
"Who, Adagio?"
"No, Applejohn... Applejick, Apple..."
"Applejack?"
"Yeah, her." replied Aria as she tried to open the doors with her hands.
"Hey, Lollipop, ya mind helping me, we're kinda stuck."
One minute left.
"What we are? Bu... I left my emergency cupcakes at home." Pinkie's hair flattened a bit.
Oh, no. Bad idea, um...
"Wait! Pinkie, you wanna braid my hair?"
*Sniffle, sniffle* "Wha...Huh?"
"You heard me, think of it as punishment for, you know, taking over your school."
Pinkie's eyes widened, it's not every day that ARIA lets you braid her HAIR!
"Ok," Pinkie bounced to the former villain and started with Aria's pigtails. In the meantime, Aria grabbed out her phone out of her pocket and started dialing a number.
"Hey Dagi, I need your help ."
"Oh Aria, you're five minutes late, you didn't bother to call 'til now and your asking for my help. Give me one good reason why I should help."
"Cause the lift stopped and I'm stuck here with a Sonata clone, and I only got three options. One, I'll die of oxygen, two, I'll die of my companion and three, you help."
She heard some mumbling and groans. Then...
"Ok, fine but you owe me Aria, see ya."
Adagio cut the call, leaving Aria in darkness.
"Shoot, my battery's dead, what are we gonna do?" Aria shouted to the pink girl.
"I KNOW," said Pinkie as she rummaged through her hair and her hand appeared with two flashlights."Here you go."
Aria grabbed the flashlight and pointed it at her watch.
"What the buck... it's nearly midnight, time sure does fly. We've been stuck here for three hours where is Dagi?"
*3 Hours Earlier*
"Who was that Dagi, the pizza man," asked Sonata tying her blue hair in a high ponytail.
"That was Aria, apparently she got stuck in the lift with Pinkie Pie and she needs our help." replied Adagio, rolling her eyes at the ditzy girl.
"Pinkie, oh no she said she was coming over, if she's with Ari then she's dead. We HAVE to save her!" Sonata shouted shaking Adagio the whole time. Tears started streaming on the blue girl's face. "Please, Dagi she's the only friend I've ever had I don't want her hurt!"
Adagio took one look at Sonata and saw she was serious, Adagio hated to see any of her sisters upset so she nodded.
"Ok, Sonata we'll help, now I need your phone..."
Sonata knocked on the front door when a man greeted them.
"Hi Big Macintosh, is Applejack home?" asked Adagio.
"Yup."
"Great, is any of her friends here?"
"Nope."
"Can we talk to her now?"
"Yup."
"Thanks," replied Adagio as she and Sonata started heading up the stairs, "So you busy next Saturday?"
"Uh, Nope."...

Hey guys so this is my first ever story and I'm pretty happy with it. Chapter 2 will soon as soon as I can do it and comment if you enjoyed and if you didn't comment why. So see you guys later.
BTW: in the lift Aria and Pinkie will have a talk about things and if you have any nicknames to call Pinkie by tell me I'm really stuck on that
The two band mates stood in front of a door waiting for one of them to knock on it.
"Well, this is her room, Pinkie took me here for a sleepover one night, you wanna open it?"
"Well it's just I have never asked for help before, so I don't know what she'll say!"
Fortunately Applejack heard the commotion outside her room and went to see what was going on. "What in tarination are y'all doin' here? And Adagio why were you so worried on the phone? Did somethang happen?" Applejack questioned them as she opened the door, the girls stepped into the bedroom and sat themselves on the bed.
Adagio cleared her throat . "Well you see the thing is tha-"
"OMG, Pinkie's right you do have a lot of hats. Almost as much as Adagio puts shampoo on her hair every morning, I mean have you seen how much she spends-"
"SONATA, we have a crisis on our hands maybe we'll focus on that first." Adagio glared. Turning back to Applejack she continued," as I said the thing is that Aria seems to be stuck in the lift to our apartment and she's trapped with Pinkie inside so we need you to...help... Us get them out, cause Sonata's worried that Aria will kill Pinkie unless we stop them." Adagio blushed, she never asked for help and now that she did she was a bit embarrassed.
Applejack grew a tiny smirk on her face,"Y'all mean as in Aria Blaze, your sister, is trapped with Pinkie Pie this is too rich," she said as she fell on her bed.
Now that Applejack says it like that it is pretty funny, looks like asking for help isn't such a bad idea after all.
*Back in the Present*
Aria was bored out of her skull . So far she suffered 46 songs a sing a long and a history about the pink nightmare!
If she doesn't shut up for one freakin second I'll beat her up so she looks like one of those old crazy animatronics at the new pizza place!
"Hey Aria!"
"Yeah."
"What do you think of me?"
Aria was confused," What do you mean?"
"I mean the only connection between us is Sonata, do you think I'm annoying?" Pinkie's voice wavered a bit.
Aria wanted to scream 'of course you idiot, you don't ever shut up!' But she couldn't, so she said "Well, sometimes you're a little... Unpredictable if you know what I mean,"
"OK, it's just that my parents always say that I need to grow up, stop being different. They want me to be a rockologist while I want to be a comedian, see people laugh. Sometimes I wonder if everyone thinks that I'm childish, immature and sometimes I get nightmares that..." Aria could see that the usually energetic girl's hair was completely flat and she started to cry "...that they will stop being my friends!" Pinkie was now sobbing uncontrollably.
Suddenly Aria was beside Pinkie, rocking her back and front.
"Listen, Flamingo, I'm gonna tell you something and if you tell anybody then you're dead meat. I know how you fell. When we were young Sirens, Sonata was cute and fun, Adagio was the young, independent leader and I was just there. My parents hated me, especially my dad so he always pushed me about, yelled at me and punished me more. I hated being ruled over like that, so when my parents just left I tried pushing Sonata around, because it felt good after all the years I got to push someone, I felt like nothing could stop me. But also 'cause I'm jealous of Sonata, she has a natural cuteness, she gets the soft spot from Dagi and she found a best friend but I don't!"
Aria never told anybody about these, and now she did she felt a little better.
"Aria, I never knew you had it so bad, but you do know that if you want you can be best friends with me, I'd love to have you as a friend."
Maybe 50 shades of pink isn't as bad as she seems!
"Gumdrop I'd adore it if you were my friend!"
Both girls smiled as they huddled each other in the darkness, waiting for someone to find them.
* 2 hours earlier*
"So let me get this straight, you called us here because Pinkie Pie and Aria are stuck in a lift together and we have to get them out?" Rainbow asked Adagio.
"Yes, cause trust me, Aria will go berserk if she doesn't play Grand Theft Auto 5!"
"Um... I hate to be a bother, but how are we going to save them?" Asked Fluttershy, barely audible.
"Fluttershy does make a valid point, how are we going to help them?" Rarity pointed out.
The girls moved their rescue planning to Sugar Cube Corner, sipping their milkshakes.
Rainbow Dash was peeking at her phone looking anxious. "Has anyone else heard about the robberies going on lately?"
"I have, Sweetie Belle told me about it this morning when she was working on her column."
Suddenly Sunset Shimmer stood up. "I have an idea, listen up!" Everyone leaned in to her the plan...
*Meanwhile in a dark alley*
"Alright guys, that last place that we were at we got a bunch of stuff, heck we even got a bunch of muffins," a gruff voice came out. "Who next?"
"Hey let's see if there are any apartments to rob, I miss those times," a second voice joined in.
"Yeah, let's, please boss!" A third one agreed.
"Fine, let's go see if any apartments are empty!" The first man said to his companions. "What about the one one on top of that building..."

Well, it's out Chapter 2. I was thinking it would be only two Chaps but I kinda need the suspense to keep on going.
I wonder who the robbers are going to rob? Wouldn't it be such a coincidence if it was the Dazzlings.
