       The speed the ships were built was amazing. In a single month, Equestria produced a whole armada of atmospheric capable battlestars. The Battlestar Red Nova and Battlestar Equinox, both Valkyrie Class, were the first two starships Equestria would make, followed by Battlestar Dominus (Ace's ship) and Battlestar Illustrious.

        The second two were a strange sort, being that their main hulls were Cygnus Class Gunstars, but they had Mercury Class Double Deck Landing Pods (Trademark) shortened and directly integrated into the hull.

       Slightly longer than the Valks, they had sixty Shooting Stars (Spitefuls with tylium ore engines), twenty Raptors, and fifteen Scimitars. Gunstars were fully fledged battleships, and therefore the two battlestars were the opposite of the Colonial tradition of carriers; Battlestars were built in the philosophy of a carrier with heavy armor and big guns, allowing a larger fighter compliment with the price of speed and "punch."

      The Cygnus Battlestars were battleships with added facilities for planes. Larger than the Valkyrie and more of an anti ship punch, the two Valkyries needed Berserker class flak frigates in order to provide protection against anti-ship missiles and aircraft. Though, the Valkyries had nearly double the aircraft compliment.

       So that's why for every Cygnus, a Valk was built.

       Surprisingly, the Crystal Empire also built a Battlestar. The only galactica type from Anima, called the Cupid, it had pink war paint, as opposed to Equestria's blue highlights and the Colonial's red.

       Oh, and the Equestrians also introduced the invention of actually putting windows on the warships so that the crew could actually see where they were going; Galactica was much like a submarine, without any windows, and depended on DRADIS to see where she was going.

       That didn't work so well when the Cylons jammed DRADIS.

       The last if the humans were put in the middle, Galactica and Cupid on each side of the civilians, and the Equestrian Cygnusses, Valkyries, and Berserkers around the fleet in a protective formation. Before the Cylons found the Colonials, the extended fleet jumped away from Anima.

        Now, several months later, Ace was beginning to wonder why the Cylons hadn't attacked them. It was almost as if there was something out there pulling them away....
