Before Twilight attended Celestia's School of Gifted Unicorns, the princesses put too much trust in their students. Each student had the chance at every filly's dream; becoming an alicorn. This lead to Sunset Shimmer's exile and Trixie's encounter with an Ursa Minor. All of these events occurred around a young filly named Sprinklejinx. Sprinklejinx is a not so gifted unicorn who can't seem to control her magic. She lived in Fillydelphia with her juvenile delinquent brother. With the help of Princess Cadence, she tried to find her place in the world.
