Do you believe in miracles? Is there such a thing as fate? Are we insignificant in this world, a tiny part of something big? Is our lives just figments of someone else imagination, do we exist?
Sometimes we feel like this, but remember that we all mean something, we are unique, we are ourselves and that is what matters the most .
Twilight, Rarity, Fluttershy, Applejack and Rainbow Dash sat beside Pinkie. The pink mare's eyes were shut, her breathing laboured. The heart monitor beeped.
"I would like to say a few words, if anything happened to...." Twilight sat up, her eyes wet from crying.
"She will pull through!" Rainbow exclaimed, she shot right up and glared at Twilight.
"What she meant to say is that we need to tell Pinkie Pie that we're supporting her, through this" Fluttershy soothed, she gently nudged Rainbow Dash into her seat.
"Why didn't she tell us?" Applejack muttered, "we could have helped!"
"At least we are here now" Fluttershy replied, she was the one who was keeping the peace between her friends, but her eyes were slightly teary, this was a terrible time for all of them. If only...
Rainbow stared at the pale pink pony, who used to be bouncing with energy, now stayed deathly still in her coma. Her ruby eyes faltered at the sight, she was starting to cry, she didn't hold it in she let the tears roll down her cheeks. The heart monitor stopped, Pinkie breathed in and muttered something quietly, Rainbow's ears pricked up as she heard what she was saying. Her friends started to panic as the heart monitor gave a fatal buzz in a straight line. Doctors and nurses rushed in as her friends started to cry. Rainbow sat down, her mind echoing Pinkie's last words.
The funeral was soon after as the grieving ponies lined up to give the coffin containing the party pony balloons and cards to decorate. Everyone wore dark cloaks to symbolize the event, their faces clouded with emotion. Everypony from Ponyville, there was also all three princess. They each gave a few words about Pinkie Pie, saying how she was the greatest friend anypony could ask for, even Cranky came out of his cottage followed by Matilda, they gave a speech at how if it were not for her they would never had met again. They gently lowered you into the hole, I couldn't watch so I flew away, like a coward.
I went towards sugar cube corner, Mr Cake let me in since he had to look after the children. I walked to your room, your balloons, your streamers, still awaiting your arrival the surprise party you planned the day before.......
I touched your party cannon, the one that you take out of no where when we were all crusading on some new adventure, I giggle at the memory of you having a party with a bag of flour, a pile of rocks and some radishes. How could anypony forget their own birthday! I remembered when we played that prank on Spike, he just kept on hiccupping I wonder what Celestia thought about a bunch of random scrolls. I thought about the day before this....., you were about to try to cheer me up because I didn't get into the Wonderbolts.I don't care about the Wonderbolts, I just wish you were here. I remember yesterday morning how we saw you lying down how you asked to rest for a minute, that was so unlike you! But we took no notice at how serious it was, we dismissed it thinking it was just a game , we were wrong. How Rarity screamed, how Applejack ran around trying to pick you up, how Twilight talked about how it was unlikely it was serious, how Fluttershy took charge. You would think that Fluttershy would have ran but she stood there, she told us what to do and we obeyed. She must have known what to do, maybe healing things was her expertise, since she lived with her woodland friends, maybe they sometimes got hurt. But she knew what to do. We got you to the hospital and.......you know the rest.
"Why did you go, where did you go? Just....Please! Come back" I broke down in sobs, my head resting on your bed, I can still smell that familiar aroma of cupcakes and sweets. I hold onto that thought, that thought is the only thing that gives me my laughter, my smiles all come from you, Pinkie Pie. When you died, my heart was never the same again. It will, never, ever, ever, ever, ever be whole again, forever. I wish I could have changed something, I would have spent more time with you, instead of telling everypony how annoying you were. I wish......
I sigh, I know I can't leave it any longer.
Later that evening, when the graveyard had cleared out, I flew towards the newly dug grave, My eyes looked down I couldn't look at it, not yet. I whispered
"Why did you go,
Why did you leave me,
Alone all alone,
Why did you say that stupid message,
Like I can really do that,
Three words that’s all it takes,
But it makes my heart break every time I think of you,
Just lying there forever,
I remember how you were in the hospital,
People crowding around you,
All your friends saying their goodbyes,
I refused but I regret that deeply,
How the heart monitor slowly went down,
Nobody noticed,
Until it was too late.
How you whispered to me,
Nobody else heard,
But I will always remember.
'Never stop smiling,'
"Even though we are far apart,
I will always love you with all my heart."
I look up and do something you taught the world to do, something that you showed me.
Smile.

Just a poem that I made, It's so sad! I did it for someone that I loved that passed away, but I will always remember.
