A day at Surgarcube Corner
Chapter the first
Load Full Story*Dash's POV*
A distinct ringing sound was heard as the door to Sugarcube Corner was opened.
"Oh, hi Dashie!" came a familiar chirpy voice from behind the counter
Rainbow couldn't help but smile at her friend; though she spoke to Pinkie Pie on most days, and was always greeted in a similar fashion it always managed to cause her to grin.
"Hey Pinkie" Dash replied as she walked into the bakery. As if on cue, the tell-tale scents of freshly baked goods made itself known to Dash's senses, causing her to take in a deep breath and sigh contentedly. Approaching the counter, Dash ordered herself a strawberry milkshake, placing the required total of Bits on the counter and taking a seat at one of the tables in the corner of the room, facing the rest of the tables in the bakery.
As Rainbow sat quietly, taking sips of her milkshake, a few more ponies entered the bakery. Immediately Dash's eyes rose, though she kept her head low and looked each pony up and down. She didn't know any of them, but that didn't matter, especially since one of the group just so happened to be what Dash was looking for; an overweight pony.
Now of course, this pony was nowhere near obese, and was more like pleasantly plump, although in a town where most ponies were constantly active and ate healthy diets, a chubby pony was hard to come by. As this particular pony walked past Dash's table, Rainbow found herself staring intently at her, watching as her slightly thick thighs nearly rubbed against each other as she walked, how her round flank bounced with every step the mare took, and how her pudgy middle and breasts jiggled inside her snug-looking top.
Not wanting to be caught staring, Dash looked back down and took another sip of her milkshake whilst the group of ponies ordered. It wasn't too difficult for Dash to hear what they were saying, and whilst she wished the bag of cookies and 2 medium sized cakes were only for the mare she had been staring at, she knew better than to get her hopes up. Still, it can't hurt to watch whilst she's eating.. Dash thought to herself, looking back up as the group took their seats across the room from her.
"Damn." Rainbow muttered under her breath, seeing that the chubby mare had chosen the seat facing directly away from where Dash was, denying her a view of her front whilst she ate. Despite this setback, Dash instead closed her eyes and imagined watching the pony eat. Of course, she let her imagination run wild as she imagined the pony shovelling mouth fulls of cake into her mouth, barely allowing herself time to swallow before eagerly consuming more. In Dash's mind, the pony's gorging was having an almost instantaneous effect, a quiet rumbling sound being 'heard' as the mares belly began to slowly expand, a few stitches already coming apart on the mares' now uncomfortably tight looking shirt.
Unfortunately for Rainbow, her fantasy was cut short as her concentration was interrupted by the group laughing quite loudly at something one of them had said, and then leaving Sugarcube Corner.
"Guess I'll j-" Dash was cut off by a pink blur popping up in front of her, a goofy smile on her face as usual.
"Hiya Dashie! Could you look after the bakery for me for a little while whilst I go make some deliveries? The Cakes are on vacation so I've been super busy and I could really use a hand!" Pinkie said so quickly that most other ponies would have had difficulty understanding her, though Dash had known her for so long that it wasn't an issue.
No sooner than Rainbow had said "Sure thing Pinkie" than the pink mare sped out of the bakery, leaving Dash to shake her head
and sigh thinking to herself that Only Pinkie could be so hyped up about delivering food.
Before Dash could even get behind the counter, however, a large crash caused her to turn her head and immediately see through
the glass door a destroyed postbox, atop of which sat a certain cross-eyed grey Pegasus with a dazed expression on her face
