"YOU HAVE TO LET ME IN!" a unicorn-blood, man shouted seeming desperate and worried at the young nurse standing in his way "THAT'S MY WIFE IN THERE!"

"Sir I already told you have to wait, please wait in the waiting room or I'll have to call in security!" she replied with a rather serious voice.

The man gave her a dirty look than looked down "fine...I'll wait"

The nurse let out a sigh of relief as the man took a seat, soon noticing the man across from him was staring at him.

"If you don't mind me asking...” the man began "what was that all about?" he asked walking towards the other man “my name's Night Light" he said holding out his hand.

"Silver heart" said the man shaking Night Light's hand "And that scene I was making was because my wife is giving birth to my first child, and I'm not in there with her." said Silver heart in a mad voice

“Oh I see so that's it” said light looking at Silver Heart "I remember when I had my first child, boy was that something" he began "you know my wife is having a child as well"

Silver heart looked up with a surprised look "wait you already have a son?" he asked Night Light nodded "was it terrifying?"

Night Light nodded again "truth be told I almost had a heart attack" he said crossing his arms over his chest "at first I was in shock until my wife slapped me back to reality, soon I took her to the hospital and she gave birth to our first boy, Shining Armor,". He looked back to see Silver's worried face. "Hey don't worry I'm sure everything will turn out alright-"

"Family of Miss .Velvet?" called out a nurse interrupting Night Light

"That's me" Night replied standing up and walking towards her. Silver Heart followed

"Your wife is waiting for you" she said with a cheerful smile.

"Miss!" called out Silver Heart "how is my wife?" he asked "I've been sitting here for hours"

The nurse look at the man noticing that he was stressed out and worried "what is her name?" she said looking at her clipboard.

"Martha Heart" he answered clearing his voice. The nurse quickly shot her head up, her eyes wide as if she saw a ghost.

"Sir they haven't told you, have they? " she said in a low voice "your son is..." the final words went numb to Silver's ears as he took a step back and fell to his knees "I’m sorry sir..."

"Can...” Silver began his voice cracking with every word “can...i see him?" the nurse nodded and pointed to a room where his wife was.

"Do you want me to go with you my friend?" Night Light asked putting his left hand on Silver's shoulder.

Silver Heard nodded in rejection "no" he said softly "you have to be with your wife and..." he stopped to clear his throat "...and your child they need you" he said walking away towards the hospital room.

"Okay but I will go see you once I finish" Night replayed but didn't get an answer back.

Silver took a deep breath before entering the room but his emotions got the better of him after seeing his wife "Martha..." he called to her but she didn't turn or said anything. Her hair was a light hot red and her brown Pegasus wings were a mess do to giving birth.

"Silver..." she said but still didn't turn towards him "how is he?"

"I don't know dear...the Doctors are trying to do everything they-" he stopped and soon asked "wait how do you know it’s a he?"

Martha turned towards Silver her eyes bloodshot and full of tears "he called to me screaming for help" she said crying "I couldn't do anything for him...”

Silver Heart hurried towards her and sat next to her "no sweet heart you did everything that you could do" he said holding his wife in his arms as she cried.

"Please I want to be alone right now..." said Martha pulling herself from her husband. Silver Heart sighed softly and walked out of the room and out of the hospital.

Silver walked for hours through Canterlot not caring where he was going, but soon felt something odd, as if someone was walking behind him.

"Why so down my friend?" a voice called out behind Silver making him flinch and soon turned to see who called to him. He saw a man in black clothing with a black crane but he didn't seem old but young probably in his mid-twenties or so, his face pale and lifeless with dark brown eyes and short black hair. "You seem like you lost someone so precious, didn't you?"

"What is it to you?" Silver shouted holding back the rage to punch the man. The man gave Silver a smile.

"Because..." the man began "I can save your son..."

Silver's heart skipped a beat and he took a step backwards "wh...Who are you? How did u know about my son? And why are you helping me?" Silver asked clearing his voice.

"Who?" Said the man “I am a man only here to help you with your problems. Why? For my own satisfaction of helping others, of course." He said soon making his voice deeper and lower "how?" He said with a smile “I am everywhere and nowhere" the man gave silver a smile that gave the young man chills go down his spine.

"How are you planning to do that?"

"That's for me to know and for you to find out my good sir" the man said  " by the time you run back to the hospital, your son will be alive and healing fast...do we have a deal?" the man put in front of silver

"No tricks?" Silver said as he shook his and with the man’s hand. The man nodded and began to walk into the shadows and soon disappeared, not long after Silver Heart began to sprint all the way to the hospital.

What seemed like hours of running Silver finally made it to the hospital and found Night Light outside as if he was looking for something, "Night light what are you doing out here ?" Silver called out trying to catch his breath

"Looking for you!" Night answered "your wife was worried about you and worried you would do something stupid when a miracle just happened, quick come on". Two men ran inside as fast as they could Silver taking the lead soon entering the infant room. Silver looked through the glass window trying to find his son "over here" he heard Night call to him. Slowly walking towards Night he can feel his body begin to shake until he was standing in front of the window only to find two babies laying in the same be neither of them crying.

"Is...Is that normal?" Silver asked with a confused look "they aren't even crying"

"Well at first he began to cry so loud that not even the nurses could calm him down. Your wife was able to calm him down a bit but for some reason he would still be shaking until, i came in with my baby girl" Night responded pointing to the second baby

"Wait she's yours!?" Silver question in shock

"Well yeah. but listen to this once I walking in with her your boy was silent, no shaking, no crying nothing so I walked out of the room with her and he began to cry and again but this time she did as well so I asked the nurses if she could put them together and just like they fell silent" Night gave a small laugh.

"Did u give her a name?" Silver asked with smile

"Twilight" Night quickly answered "Twilight sparkle"

"Twilight Sparkle huh? I like it."

"What about you? What name are you going to give your son?"

Silver took a deep breath and began to think "Dominic" he soon replies "Dominic Silver Heart"

Night gave a smile "come my friend I have to introduce you to my wife" he says as he pats Silver's shoulder. As they walked away the two infants’ hands seemed to get closer and closer and soon their hands were holding each other and the two seemed to let out a small cute smile....
