"Sir I already told you have to wait, please wait in the waiting room or I'll have to call in security!" she replied with a rather serious voice. The man gave her a dirty look than looked down "fine...I'll wait" The nurse let out a sigh of relief as the man took a seat, soon noticing the man across from him was staring at him. "If you don't mind me asking...” the man began "what was that all about?" he asked walking towards the other man “my name's Night Light" he said holding out his hand. "Silver heart" said the man shaking Night Light's hand "And that scene I was making was because my wife is giving birth to my first child, and I'm not in there with her." said Silver heart in a mad voice “Oh I see so that's it” said light looking at Silver Heart "I remember when I had my first child, boy was that something" he began "you know my wife is having a child as well" Silver heart looked up with a surprised look "wait you already have a son?" he asked Night Light nodded "was it terrifying?" Night Light nodded again "truth be told I almost had a heart attack" he said crossing his arms over his chest "at first I was in shock until my wife slapped me back to reality, soon I took her to the hospital and she gave birth to our first boy, Shining Armor,". He looked back to see Silver's worried face. "Hey don't worry I'm sure everything will turn out alright-" "Family of Miss .Velvet?" called out a nurse interrupting Night Light "That's me" Night replied standing up and walking towards her. Silver Heart followed "Your wife is waiting for you" she said with a cheerful smile. "Miss!" called out Silver Heart "how is my wife?" he asked "I've been sitting here for hours" The nurse look at the man noticing that he was stressed out and worried "what is her name?" she said looking at her clipboard. "Martha Heart" he answered clearing his voice. The nurse quickly shot her head up, her eyes wide as if she saw a ghost. "Sir they haven't told you, have they? " she said in a low voice "your son is..." the final words went numb to Silver's ears as he took a step back and fell to his knees "I’m sorry sir..." "Can...” Silver began his voice cracking with every word “can...i see him?" the nurse nodded and pointed to a room where his wife was. "Do you want me to go with you my friend?" Night Light asked putting his left hand on Silver's shoulder. Silver Heard nodded in rejection "no" he said softly "you have to be with your wife and..." he stopped to clear his throat "...and your child they need you" he said walking away towards the hospital room. "Okay but I will go see you once I finish" Night replayed but didn't get an answer back. * * * * * * Silver took a deep breath before entering the room but his emotions got the better of him after seeing his wife "Martha..." he called to her but she didn't turn or said anything. Her hair was a light hot red and her brown Pegasus wings were a mess do to giving birth. "Silver..." she said but still didn't turn towards him "how is he?" "I don't know dear...the Doctors are trying to do everything they-" he stopped and soon asked "wait how do you know it’s a he?" Martha turned towards Silver her eyes bloodshot and full of tears "he called to me screaming for help" she said crying "I couldn't do anything for him...” Silver Heart hurried towards her and sat next to her "no sweet heart you did everything that you could do" he said holding his wife in his arms as she cried. "Please I want to be alone right now..." said Martha pulling herself from her husband. Silver Heart sighed softly and walked out of the room and out of the hospital. Silver walked for hours through Canterlot not caring where he was going, but soon felt something odd, as if someone was walking behind him. "Why so down my friend?" a voice called out behind Silver making him flinch and soon turned to see who called to him. He saw a man in black clothing with a black crane but he didn't seem old but young probably in his mid-twenties or so, his face pale and lifeless with dark brown eyes and short black hair. "You seem like you lost someone so precious, didn't you?" "What is it to you?" Silver shouted holding back the rage to punch the man. The man gave Silver a smile. "Because..." the man began "I can save your son..." Silver's heart skipped a beat and he took a step backwards "wh...Who are you? How did u know about my son? And why are you helping me?" Silver asked clearing his voice. "Who?" Said the man “I am a man only here to help you with your problems. Why? For my own satisfaction of helping others, of course." He said soon making his voice deeper and lower "how?" He said with a smile “I am everywhere and nowhere" the man gave silver a smile that gave the young man chills go down his spine. "How are you planning to do that?" "That's for me to know and for you to find out my good sir" the man said  " by the time you run back to the hospital, your son will be alive and healing fast...do we have a deal?" the man put in front of silver "No tricks?" Silver said as he shook his and with the man’s hand. The man nodded and began to walk into the shadows and soon disappeared, not long after Silver Heart began to sprint all the way to the hospital. What seemed like hours of running Silver finally made it to the hospital and found Night Light outside as if he was looking for something, "Night light what are you doing out here ?" Silver called out trying to catch his breath "Looking for you!" Night answered "your wife was worried about you and worried you would do something stupid when a miracle just happened, quick come on". Two men ran inside as fast as they could Silver taking the lead soon entering the infant room. Silver looked through the glass window trying to find his son "over here" he heard Night call to him. Slowly walking towards Night he can feel his body begin to shake until he was standing in front of the window only to find two babies laying in the same be neither of them crying. "Is...Is that normal?" Silver asked with a confused look "they aren't even crying" "Well at first he began to cry so loud that not even the nurses could calm him down. Your wife was able to calm him down a bit but for some reason he would still be shaking until, i came in with my baby girl" Night responded pointing to the second baby "Wait she's yours!?" Silver question in shock "Well yeah. but listen to this once I walking in with her your boy was silent, no shaking, no crying nothing so I walked out of the room with her and he began to cry and again but this time she did as well so I asked the nurses if she could put them together and just like they fell silent" Night gave a small laugh. "Did u give her a name?" Silver asked with smile "Twilight" Night quickly answered "Twilight sparkle" "Twilight Sparkle huh? I like it." "What about you? What name are you going to give your son?" Silver took a deep breath and began to think "Dominic" he soon replies "Dominic Silver Heart" Night gave a smile "come my friend I have to introduce you to my wife" he says as he pats Silver's shoulder. As they walked away the two infants’ hands seemed to get closer and closer and soon their hands were holding each other and the two seemed to let out a small cute smile.... //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter one //-------------------------------------------------------// Chapter one "We need more water!" a guard shouted as he and his comrades tried desperately to extinguish the flaming house. After what seemed to be hours the flames soon vanished with black smoke rising into the air. As four guards began to enter the house they noticed to seem to be a feet on the ground next to a table. The men walk over to the body with a disgusted looks on their faces as they looked down on the burn body. "Damn" the captain said with a sigh "poor man wasn't able to make it out" he crouch down to take a closer look and noticed a ring on his finger "you two" he said turning to the two men behind him "search the house and see if anyone else didn't make it out" "Yes sir!" They shout and begin to search the house. "Private Light" the captain called out making the man stand to attention "what do we know about him?" he asked not turning around. "Not much sir" the Private replied "it's going to be difficult identify the man. These are worst third degree burns I have ever seen." "That's what I feared" said The Captain with a sigh. suddenly a man rushed towards the two men "Captain" he said handing the Captain a white paper "The man's name is Silver Heart" he said breathing heavily "he's wife's name is Martha Heart they gave birth to a child two years ago". The Captain began to rub his lips in frustration. "What do the neighbor say about the family?” "All good thing sir, they are known to be a happy and respectful couple" the man answered "the majority says that the family would never have problems with anyone". There was a moment of silence as the Captain just stood there staring at the body "Is something wrong sir?" Private light asked. "Sir!" a guard called out from one of the rooms "you need to see this" the Captain along with the other guards rushed into the room. Inside one of the guards was holding a small door that lead to what seemed under the house. "An escape route" one of the men responded noticing a blood on the side of the wall  "Captain there seems to be a trail of blood down there" The Captain stared in silence not understanding what was happening to this "happy" family. * * * * * * "What do you think you're doing!?" a man with brown short hair shouted as the woman with long red hair began to walk closer to what seemed to be a corpse "get back over here!" even though his tone began to get higher the woman simply ignored him and continued walking until crouched next to the body. "Poor thing" said the woman as she stood up carrying something in her arms “it appears she was a Pegasus-Blood although one of her wings were cut clean off" "It's not our problem" the man growled in disgust "It is now" the woman said showing the man the small baby boy sound asleep in her arms. "A child?" he sarcastically replied raising his left eyebrow “Why would I possibly care about one of their -" before he could finish the woman uncovered the child revealing what seemed to be a symbol of the sun and the moon make an eclipse on the child's right shoulder. The man stared in confusion "what in the name of Tartarus is that". "It's hard to say" the woman shrugged "I'm sure the elder may know what it could be" she said staring at the child, she couldn't help but smile. "No" the man said in a serious tone, the woman looked at him with confusion "I know what you're thinking and I think it's a bad idea, this child is a pony-blood everyone would think we kidnapped him and killed his mother not to mention that mark behind his shoulder something about that feels odd". "Don't tell me this child intimidates you" the woman joked with a sinister smile. "W...what no...It’s not that...it's just..." the man stopped himself "Forget it" he whispered "Well I'm keeping him with or without your help" she said as she walked passed him. She snapped her finger and lit the tip of her finger on fire as she walked away with the sleeping baby on her left arm. The man nod his in disbelief "do even know what name to give him?" he asked "Dominic" the woman replied as she still kept walking through the forest "or at least that's what she wrote with her blood on the stone next to her". The man stared at corpse and let out a sigh "I have a bad feeling about this" he said to himself as he turned and began to follow the woman through the Everfree Forest....
