Equestria has died. The moon stays locked in the sky, a cold and cruel reminder that the Princesses have gone missing and the sun may never rise again. Mutilated corpses rise from the dead and cut bloody swathes through once-happy towns. The Element Bearers are powerless, leaving the peaceful utopia of Equestria to fall to greed and hate.

Following a trail of destruction and death, six friends are forced to the north in a struggle to survive, and to find an end to the nightmare.

They will reclaim their Harmony. No matter what it takes.
