Chapters Life after becoming technicolor
The sun shined through my window and beamed into my eyes. It was early in the morning and I had school today_I am in the tenth grade and a honors student_ however I didn't want to go to school because I didn't feel to good. I on the other hand through willpower mustered up the strength to get out of my bed, and walk out of my room into my parents room.
They were sleeping still so I decided to wake them up considering I need a lift to school like usual. I shook my father and said, "hey its time to get up for school."
He rolled a bit in his bed before finally saying to me, "Okay am up. Now please go get ready."
I walked out of there room and into my sisters. I turned on he bedroom light and said to her. "time to get up."
She tossed and turned in her bed before finally giving up with a sigh, and sat up in her bed. I gave a small smile and exited her room.
I found some good looking cloths to put on for today. I put on a blue shirt with a black dress shirt over it, a nice pair of jeans, and blue converse. I then went into the bathroom and brushed my teeth. After that I put on my fedora and sunglasses, then grabbed my backpack and made my way to my dads car. After a little wait my dad and sister got in the car, and we drove off to school.
My sister was in sixth grade so we went to separate schools. I happen to be dropped off first, because my school was closer. I said my goodbyes to my father and sister as I walked into my school.
I was there a bit early so none of my friends had shown up. I was feeling a bit more sick then before, and now regretted my decision on coming to school.
"I feel like crap," I said to myself in a sick mucus voice.
I went inside the cafeteria to see if breakfast was being served yet, and luckily for me it was. I had been hungry ever since I woke up this morning. I walked up to the lunch lady's counter and grabbed myself a breakfast pizza and sat down at a table. I was eating my pizza when my friend Mathew sat down next to me.
"Hey hows it going," he asked me.
I replied, "could be better. I feel pretty sick right now, and I kinda wished I stayed in bed."
"I'm sorry man," he said back to me.
We continued talking about our mornings and other things we usually talk about. After the bell rang for school to start I went to class. my first couple of classes were fine, but when I reached third period P.E I started feeling really sick. I told my P.E teacher.
"Can I please be excused to the nurses office."
The P.E teacher nodded and gave me a letter to give to the nurse. showing her I was excused to go see her. I made my way to the nurses office and inside I told her I that wasn't feeling to good. She felt my head and said to me.
"You're burning up with a high fever. I am gonna call your folks, and tell them to pick you up so you can get plenty of rest."
"Thanks," I replied to her.
I rested on my bed. Feeling relived to be back home in it. I turned on my T.V and PlayStation then went to put on Netflix. On Netflix I put on my personal favorite show "My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic." I then put on one of my favorite episodes from the series "Return to harmony." I passed out soon after.
I happen to be a huge brony, and to show it my rooms decor was filled with plenty of pony merchandise.
After I woke up from my nap I felt a lot better.
Man I feel like I was never sick to begin with, I said to myself mentally.
I sat up in my bed and yawned. That's when I noticed my voice sounded off. It sounded much more feminine, and kinda like that of a tomboy. I spoke to myself saying.
"What the."
At that moment my heart sank, My voice indeed was much more feminine, and it scarred me. I raised my hand to wipe my eyes, but instead of hands like I was expecting. I was met with what seemed to be hooves. I shook my head in disbelief, and looked at my... hooves again. I noticed that the fur in wrapping them was white.
At this I continued to get even more worried, and practically jumped out of bed. As I did I fell face first onto the flow shaking the room. I tried to stand up, but each time I just fell back down to the ground. It took some getting used to but I was finally able to stand up without falling over.
I went to exit my room, but before I did my father walked in with his mouth agape.
"Who the hell are you," he asked.
Frightened I was barley able to muster the words, "I-I am your son... Anthony."
He looked at me with doubt in his eyes. "there is no way that your my son." he said to me.
"I can prove it. Ill tell you something only Anthony will know," I replied to him before saying. "Only Anthony would know the first conversation we ever had."
With that I told him of our first conversation. Ironically our first conversation had to do with killing all the ponies. Look were we are now with me being a brony.
He shook his head doubt slowly leaving his mind. "How did this happen to you," he asked.
"I have no idea. I just went to sleep and BAM! I woke up like this.," I replied to him. "I have yet to actually see what I look like. mind if I look in the bathroom mirror," I asked.
He nodded still shocked over what I have become.
I exited my room and went into the bathroom. In there I stood on my hind legs, and put my forelegs on the bathroom counter in order to see myself. I was shocked when I saw exactly what I looked like.
I looked exactly like Vinyl Scratch from My Little Pony: Friendship is magic. I had magenta eyes with a two shades of blue mane. My coat was white as the snow, and there was horn on top of may head. To top it off there was a musical note on my flanks.
There is no way this could have happened.
I trotted into the living room, and turned on the news to see if this was happening to more then just me. Just as I thought, the newscaster was talking about how people were mysteriously turning into the ponies. I called my dad into the room and he sat next to me.
"In other news people have been turning into ponies. Don't believe me? We have what seems to be a Princess of these here ponies. As she calls herself Princess Celestia," said the newscaster.
Princess Celestia walked into the news room and sat down next to the newscaster. "Greetings my little ponies," she said addressing all those turned into ponies.
"As you probably know if this has happened to you. Is that people are magically being turned into ponies. I am here to say don't be alarmed. I am trying to get to the bottom of this, and I myself used to be human. I used to be known as Lauren Faust creator of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic." Celestia continued her speech.
I turn to my dad and say, "T-this is so strange how in the world is this happening. Lauren Faust being turned into Celestia is strange enough, but me a male human being turned into a female pony known as Vinyl Scratch is on another level."
"so... Your not a boy... I thought that voice of yours just came from being a pony," my father said.
I gave a embarrassed blush, "yeah... I guess I am your daughter now." I gave a small giggle. relieving some of the awkward tension between us.
"This is a lot to take in. Do I still call you Anthony or something else?"
"You can call me Vinyl Scratch or Vinyl for short. It makes the most sense considering am her now," I replied to him.
"Your mother is gonna freak over this," said my father with a giggle.
"Yeah am not looking forward to that," I told him with my ears falling down behind my head.
If there is one thing scarier then death, its her when she is freaking out.
my father said before departing "am gonna get some sleep. I have a lot to take in right now." With that he left to go to sleep.
I continued to watch the news to learn more about the pony related incidents. At the same time I was admiring the new look I got. Its gonna take some time to get used to, but am okay with this change. After all am DJ Pon-3 for crying out loud!

Ch:2 First day of school as a pony
My mom was so kind to start throwing random objects at me in disbelief that I was now a pony. She called me many a foul names, but eventually me and my father were able to calm her down. It felt like eternity, but we were finally able to convince her that I was indeed her son. Though i'm her daughter now considering am a girl pony, and this part of the transformation is definitely going to take getting used to.
After all those shenanigans the next day rolled around, and I had to go to school. I was not looking forward to it considering i'm probably going to get stares from my peers. Hopefully my friends don't freak out to much.
Knocks came to my door. "Its time to get up son... I mean daughter," my father told me behind the door.
"Five more minutes," I grumbled.
With that my father went into my room, and turned on the light. I fumbled around in my bed before letting out a sigh of defeat. I sat up in my bed and said to my father.
"Do I really have to go to school. I mean look at me." I waved my right hoof across my body gesturing my new look to him.
"All because you have a new body doesn't mean you have a new brain. You still need education. Besides you heard on the news that there are more people like you out there. I'm sure people at school will understand your situation," my father told me in a comforting voice.
"Yeah sure they will," I replied to him in a sarcastic voice.
My father departed the room, and I went over to my dresser to see if I still fit my cloths. I was not even able to open the drawer over the fact that I now got hooves, so I got the idea to see if I had any control over my magic as a unicorn. I try as hard as I could focusing all my thoughts on opening the drawer, but it was to no avail. I didn't even move it a inch maybe a centimeter, but not a inch.
This magic thing is going to take getting used to .
I grabbed my backpack, and departed my room nude. considering am covered in fur it shouldn't be a big deal, I hope. I went into the bathroom, relived myself which is kinda weird doing so as a female, and brushed my teeth. I then proceeded to go to my dads car and get in. It was a hassle getting myself comfortable with this new body, but I managed to sit in a decently comfortable position. It was a position bronies should know as Lyra's signature sitting position.
My father got into the car followed by my sister. She was still shocked over the ordeal of me being a pony, but she was excited to have a older sister. I on the other hand... hoof thought otherwise. We then went to school dropping me off first as usual. I said my goodbyes as they left me at school, and my anxiety over what people will think of me went through the roof.
Oh merciful god please if your listening. Make this day bearable.
I then proceeded to trot into school getting lots of odd stares, and people whispering into each others ears. I felt my face flame from within with embarrassment at this point. I continued trotting, and went into the cafeteria to get breakfast. Walking up to the counter, and once I got a breakfast pizza. I said to the lunch lady serving it who is giving me a questioning stare.
"Thanks for the grub."
She then exclaimed at me, "is that a talking horse!"
"Yes I am," I told her. I then proceeded to to trot away and sit down at my usual spot. I took one bit out of the pizza before spitting it out.
"Ewww disgusting what is on this thing?"
I looked at the contents of the pizza and noticed it had sausage on it. Since am a pony now I have turned into a herbivore. I then let out a sigh over the loss of not being able to eat meat.
I guess not being able to eat any meat is another downside to this transformation.
I noticed that my friend Matthew didn't show up to school. I shrugged it off.
I guess I don't have to deal with explaining this change to him today.
The bell rang and I went to class. My first period being drama was sure to cause... well drama. I went into class and sat down in my usual spot. The drama teacher went in front of the class and took role. She began calling names trying her hardest not to look at me. When she finally got to my name my heart started to race.
"Anthony Cardoza here?"
"I-i'm h-here," I stuttered.
All eyes then turned on me. All there mouths were agape, and they looked stupefied. I let out a embarrassed chuckle.
"Anthony is that really you," asked the teacher.
I replied to her," y-yup in the flesh."
This banter of me being a pony continued across to my next class. After that ordeal it was my first break, and I hid myself in the library hoping no one will notice the pony in the back of the library. I over heard some noise from another conversation moderately close to me. It was two girls looking for books gossiping about how I was a pony.
It seems that the entire school now knows of me being in this state. Word around here travels to fast for its own good.
The bell rang to end break, and I then went off to P.E. It then struck me that I would always go to the men's locker room to get into my P.E cloths. Now that am a female I think that means i have to go into the females locker room... gulp.
I then trotted into the females locker room and sat next to the door that lead into the gymnasium. I had many a stares at me, and one of the girls in the locker room yelled at me.
"You can't be in here you're a guy Anthony."
It seems they have heard the news of my recent developments. I then said to them in my new feminine, tomboy like voice.
"I can't exactly go into the men's locker room now can I since i'm... a female pony.
The girls in the locker room then proceeded to laugh as hard as they could after hearing my words. I felt my face again warm up with embarrassment.
"I-its not that funny," I told them with my ears falling behind my head and my face staring at the ground.
This little fiasco continued until we went into the gymnasium to do the typical things you would do in gym class. Unfortunately for me I was in a new body which am still getting the hang of, so doing push ups and sit ups were definitely out of my league. When we were told to ran around the gym I did so, but I kept falling on my face stumbling over my own hooves.
I hate my life sometimes.
After gym I went to my next class psychology. There I was bombarded with questions concerning my thoughts on this conundrum, and what it feels like to be a pony. Of course this period I was gonna get all the deep questions, but i digress. It wasn't a bad period considering people were not laughing at me as much, and poking fun at me.
The bell rang and it was time for lunch. The lunch lady again gave me a questioning look. I ignored it and just got a salad sighing over the loss of meat in my diet. To my surprise the salad was actually very delicious. In fact it was probably one of the best things I ever tasted.
I guess that my taste buds have also changed in this form. Whoever did this to me was at least generous enough to do this.
It was then that I got a apple thrown to the back of my head. I turned around with pain in the back of my head, and saw the person who threw the apple. It was some guy who I recognized on the football team. He was a complete dick so I just ignored him, but this was the first time he has ever done anything to me.
"Get your faggot ass out of here you pathetic pony," he said to me with anger in his eyes.
I knew the guy was a dick, but this was on another level. He is being some kind of speciest, and I know for a fact he knew who I was considering the whole school knew. He had no reason to just lash out at me for something i couldn't even control.
He told me again "I said get your faggot ass out of here."
I then got really pissed over the way he was acting. I got up out of my seat and looked him directly into the eyes.
"What the hell is your problem!"
He just threw another apple at me. This time I dodged it, and I was now completely livid over this guys actions. I felt a surge of energy come over me and envelop my horn. A turquoise aura of magical energy surrounded the jocks body, and it flung him across the cafeteria. After seeing him fly across the cafeteria my mouth fell agape.
Did I just do that.
It wasn't moments after when I heard cheers come from across the cafeteria. It seems there were people watching my ordeal with this douche, but unfortunately for me the principal was nearby and saw the whole thing. He poked the back of my head and told me.
"Come with me, you have some explaining to do."
With that I trotted off to the principals office, and there I sat down in one of the chairs as comfortably as I could. I then told him what happened, and he believed me. He didn't like my actions on the matter though, so he suspended me for the rest of the day. He called my parents, told them what happened, and told them to come pick me up. When my father came to pick me up I got into the car, and he said to me in a concerned voice.
"Are you okay."
"Yeah ill be fine. That douche had it coming.
"We are going to the hospital to get you checked out. I don't want anymore trouble to come to you over this little transformation of yours."
"bu-"
"No buts. This is for your own good."
Man today blows.
With that we drove off to the hospital. Maybe they can tell me something about this strange transformation.

Ch:3 Incurable and i'm not alone
The hospital smell was horrid to my nose. To make it worse this new nose of mine is stronger, and only made this experience more unbearable. Waiting for my name to be called was a bore, and seemed like eternity before I was actually called in to be checked. they said The Doctor was ecstatic to actually have a pony patient. Probably because no one has had such a visitor before.
I made my way into the room I was given, and it didn't even take the doctor a moment before he barged into the room. To my surprise he was also a pony, and so happened to be the pony by the name "Doctor Whooves."
"Ello i'm the Doctor," he said with a smile that would rival that of the happiest clown. "I always wanted to say that, but enough of that pish posh let's get down to business shall we."
He sounded very familiar, In fact. I think that was the voice of David Tennant's portrayal of the doctor from "Doctor Who."
"Whoa, hold on there turbo let me ask you a question. From what I see here Doctor Whooves sounds just like the tenth doctor why is that," I asked him with a grin on my face over me fan-girling over one of my favorite shows.
"What was I supposed to sound like a run of the mill regular guy. Goodness me no. Nice to hear that you recognize my new look. I was afraid that I was gonna get someone in here who haven't the faintest idea what Doctor Who, or My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic was."
Stupefied over his reaction. It took me a second to recollect my bearings and reply to him.
"I am glad that my doctor just so happened to be fan of My Little Pony. Not to mention the one and only Doctor Whooves."
He took my blood pressure, did the Popsicle stick in the mouth thing, and other things doctors do to check whats wrong with there patient.
"Funny thing is that am not the actual Doctor Whooves, well I am now, but for some reason I keep getting these strange memories and thoughts. Memories of things the actually Doctor Whooves did, and thoughts of exactly what he would do in any situation. I think its part of the side effects of turning into a pony. You take on their personality bit by bit." He babbled on with delight.
"So~o you're saying that since am Vinyl now I should be acting more like her soon." I asked him with concern filling my eyes.
"Probably, Which may not be a bad thing after all, Vinyl is very good at what you may call wub's per say. Which leads me to the question. Did it hurt?"
I was token back by his sudden question, "Did what hurt?"
"Well," He stroke the back of his neck with his right hoof. "I was told your name was Anthony Cardoza, but when you walked in here I found that you were a female pony. This leads me to the question did it hurt to loose your... well, manhood?"
I blushed from the odd question he asked me, and my ears went behind my head. "I-i wasn't exactly awake during the... transformation," I replied to him looking at the floor of the hospital.
"Sorry for your loss, but out of curiosity can I ask a question?"
I looked up at him still blushing a bit, "Shoot."
"Whats it like being a female," he asked me with a eyebrow raised.
"Its like being a guy except with a different tools, and more emotions." I let out a giggle and so did he.
It was quite after that. He continued checking me for anything that might show why I have turned into a pony all of a sudden. After all of his little procedures where over he called my father into the room, and told us both with a sigh.
"look I don't know how to put this so i'm just gonna say it bluntly. Your son... or daughter now will not be able to go back to normal.
My heart sank into my stomach, and I can see the pain in my fathers eyes.
"W-what do you mean he won't be able to go back to normal!" exclaimed my father.
"Look I ran all the tests, and all of them show no trace to why he and I are this way. Am sorry... so very sorry," the Doctor said to my father looking at the floor in shame over not being able to help.
"Father please don't worry," I said after a brief moment of silence. "There is no need to worry, after all i'm not the only one in this situation.
"But your stuck like this," my father placed his hand on my shoulder.
"I may be stuck like this, but I am not gonna let it bring me down. Sure its gonna take some getting used to, but i'm willing to accept the change. Besides its growing on me anyway." I told my father looking into his eyes hoping that he will understand.
"That's the spirit! your son is a strong one," said the Doctor optimistically.
After moment of silence between us my father finally spoke up. "W-well since your a new person... I think its time you got a official name change."
We had our shared laughs and said our goodbyes to each other. Me and my father got into the car and drove to off to get my name changed to what else, Vinyl Scratch.
It took a little while going through the legal terms of changing a name, but after the procedure was over I finally had the new name Vinyl Scratch.
I had noticed over the past couple of days that my friend Matthew had not shown up to school, and I wondered why?
strange he usually is at school, so why not now.
I had the idea to check on him at his apartment, so I asked my father to give me lift to his apartment. He agreed and drove me across town to his little apartment complex. I got out of the car, trotted over to his apartment door, and knocked on the door, and I heard from behind the door a feminine voice that sounded familiar. It was not of that I ever heard from Matthew's apartment before, so I was a little taken back.
"Just one moment," the voice said from behind the door.
The door opened, and what was beyond the door took me by surprise. It was the pony Octavia, but without the pink bow tie. Octavia squinted her eyes at me and asked.
"I-is that Vinyl Scratch?"
"Yes, but... Who were you before the transformation?"
"I-i'm... Matthew," Octavia said with a embarrassed blush and ears behind her head.
My eyes grow wide and a said to Octavia in a shocked voice, "no~o way. I'm Anthony, and It appears that we both have had the pony treatment."
"What... Really," my friend said bewildered.
"Yeah Really," I replied back to her with a smile.
"We have to talk about this more. Here come inside." She said gesturing for me to come in.
I accepted it and went into her apartment, happy to see that I was not the only one of my friends turned into a pony.
