Spike is living a fairly happy Life. He is paid for doing various things around ponyville, lots of ponies love him, He does not need to spend the money much, but he keeps it all the same except to buy CD's and Gems. He hangs out with his friends, although in the 5 Years since Twilight became a princess, and 3 since spike grew to the height of a normal pony, they have been drifting slightly, All the Mane 6 Have coltfriends, and spikes just fine with that, He is perfectly Content with his life. That is until the cutie mark crusaders, who have their cutie marks but still enjoy adventures as fine mares, Come upon this cave on a adventure with spike, a cave that seems to replenish itself with gems, nothings wrong until the dig with Rarity. That's when IT came into his life. That's when he reflected on the past few years. That's when his life Really started to change, And if it weren't for peewee, Spike doesn't know what he would do.

I am writing this fanfic, more specifically it is a spike fic and this I feel very excited and dedicated to this story. First off, I am not very good at following my ideas through unless there is a faint basis from others fanfics ideas. And with that mentioned I will point out that I will be using stuff from other spike fics, but only general basis ideas and plots and am not trying to steal anything. And in the end this all belongs to My Little Pony, and I hope that you accept it, forgive me, and enjoy the story once it is at least viewable in progress. This story will have many adventures all following one line. I have two whole pages of scribbled ideas plans and inspirations in my idea notebook for this story. A couple things you should know that will not give the entire thing away are these: pony and dragon characters in this have the basic body orientations you see in the show except that they have slightly or fully humanized special parts, and so stick out and make clothes a commodity/necessity. Cutie Marks magically shine through and show on the outside of clothes. The pony technology has been slightly modernized for story sake, and the pony culture has been a little humanized in a way.
