Sake and Sorrow

Location: Earth

Position: inside an armored S.W.A.T force vehicle...

Status: Armed and good to go...

"OK boys listen up...this mission is up to military personnel, unfortunately for us and for them we are the fastest way that "is and was" possible  for the quickest approach and counter attack for those f*ckers...this guys are no joke,they are highly trained mercenary members that are not just hired but even dedicated to their cause...a group of terrorists that are recognized as the "Triple S's" and known for their kamikaziness  and successful missions, I plan to prove them wrong in that last part today...DON'T STICK TOGETHER AND DON'T FREEZE, we are authorized to use deadly force and that's the reason for being armed up to the teeth today boys ....Now when it comes to our mission you must be aware that our time is limited and we are heading into a thought to be a secret military base that has stocked 5 hydrogen bombs,that just for your own information are twice as deadly as an atomic one... Our primary objectives are these:

1.)Stop the launch

2.)Terminate and execute all enemy forces

3.)Secure the nukes

As for secondary objectives:

1.)We have to save whatever that have survived from the staff and the base's security forces,that probably none of them were spared so the this objective is probably out...

2.) If possible to arrest or leave one survivor from the enemy team...for information and such but we all know that they are kamikazes so if you even try to do that I AM GOING TO F*CKING KILL YOU MYSELF...

"WAS I CLEAR?"-you ask while finally finishing your speech and getting a rowed cheers from your comrades...

"SIR,YES SIR!!!

Meanwhile in the magical land of Equestia...

The Princess of the so beloved Sun...Celestia was called in a meeting that was expected and actually arranged some weeks before that with the passing of time had grown Celestia's curiosity and attracted her attention,that made her give the meeting's topic a lot of thought and + had given her the time to put every scenario possible in serious consideration...sooooooo she was prepared for whatever that was coming but hadn't made a decision yet...she was probably hoping to make that decision in the meeting instead...

Making that decision was rather hard...of course that there had been a talk/voting between the princesses firstly and i did't turn up so good or as well as expected, to put it shortly our Princess Luna voted against the idea with a simple and understandable reason of the possibility of bringing dangers to Equestria...fine (Luna is scared of the unknown)

Our Princess Twilight voted pro the idea while also explaining herself that the possibility of  bringing dangers is to small even if it happens how powerful could it possibly be that they couldn't handle...

As for Cadence she just didn't give much of a thought...she loved her ponys and having another creature to love sounded good in her ears, I guess..

hmmm as for your information we have 5 potential votes here:

a.) Princess Celestia

b.) Princess Luna

c.) Princess Cadence

d.) Princess Twilight

e.) The Court (presenting the people/ponys of Equestria)

So we got 2 pro and 1 against and 2 others that still haven't voted yet sooooooo if Celestia voted pro than the court's vote wouldn't matter but  if she would vote against it and the result would result in a tie,the Court will make that decision but also the Court can't vote before the princesses have already voted...so simply today's meeting decides everything and everypony is doing to be there...

First of all I got to explain what is this meeting is all about...well let's just say that the ponys got curios just as us on the point of the question:

"Are we alone in this universe?"

This simple question and it's wanted answer was the reason for all of this...by"all of this" I mean all the actions taken from the establishment of an top secret base with the purpose of experimenting magic that will be useful to this case until the situation Equesria is now...and the situation Equestria is now is that kind of situation when there has to be made an historical decision that might lead to a lot of other things....and those things might be everything and anything,something,nothing-simply totally unpredictable...and that's the problem of our problem...

hmmmm it turned out that the so called Spellists (in a difference of scientist) found a possible way of somehow teleporteing another being to their homeland or practically their base that's called "Area 51"(One of the reasons I have categorized this fiction as Alternative universe).All they needed was the permission to do so that turned out to be a decision that had to be discussed firstly...

The reason why this particular spell was never invented/discovered before is that is not a simple teleportation spell or a simple portal spell

but it was a mix of both spells in a very special way...Let me explain:

Firstly what they were going to do...they would get an incredibly large amount of magic put together and store it in a very large imitation of a horn like structure... (that is possible but not easy to imitate for a particular spell because every spell has a unique way of flowing through a horn when it is a natural one but artificial you had to give the form in the meaning that that artificial horn will only be able to cast one kind of spell and that's gonna be for what is made for in this case for this spell)...point it  in the sky and a spellist will trigger the with his magic the magic inside the artificial horn to fire...
